"You were great, honey," Izuku kissed the side of her head and Tsuyu croaked and nodded, "Are you two up for some visitors?" Tsuyu croaked and nodded again as Izuku turned and walked out of the hospital room.
Tsuyu's parents, her siblings, Izuku's mother and Eri gathered around Tsuyu and looked down at the baby boy she was holding. Tsuyu looked at Eri and slightly smiled, "Eri," Eri hummed and looked up in confusion, "Would you like to hold your little brother? Ribbit,"
"Can I, mama?" Eri's eyes widened.
Tsuyu hummed and nodded, "Of course. Just mind his head. He's not strong enough to support his own body weight." Eri hummed and nodded as she gently took the small baby from her adopted mother.
The white-haired teenage girl smiled at the baby boy in her arms, "Hey Toshi, I'm your big sister Eri. I'm going to help mama and papa take care of you and I won't let anyone hurt you," everyone smiled at her as she smiled down at her new brother.
