Dark storm clouds rolled over UA as lightning flashed and thunder roared. The students of 1-A sat in their common room in silence as rain began to fall against the glass and slide down. Looking around, Shouto saw Izuku comforting Tsuyu and Katsuki comforting Ochako. Looking towards his right, he saw Momo hanging her head before he sighed and wrapped an arm around her and began rubbing her back, causing the black-haired beauty to look up, "It's…hard…we all know…but this is the life that we chose to live. All the pros know it, the best thing we could do is bear the loss and move on and continue to try and make the world a better place,"
"Todoroki," Momo frowned as she leaned up against him and shook her head, "If I had just been there then-"
"You could've been killed too, Yaoyorozu," Shouto sighed, "No one is blaming you for this. You were given an order to leave while Miss Midnight tried to hold off the attack." Momo moaned as she frowned and hung her head, "I know you feel like you could've done something by being there, but if you had stayed and a stronger villain were to approach, we all would've had to deal with another loss…and that's one loss I don't think I can deal with," Momo's eyes widened as Shouto lightly kissed her forehead, "Let's go for a walk around the school," slowly nodded, the two stood up and quietly walked out of the common room.
