Izuku stood outside of the room and stared at the door with wide eyes. Feeling someone tap him on the shoulder, he looked back to see Momo ad Kyoka standing behind him with slightly annoyed looks crossing their faces, "What?"
"What? Tsuyu is giving birth in there and all you can say is what?" Momo shook her head, "Are you insane, Midoriya! You've been with her every step of the way and now you're backing down? She needs you in there,"
Izuku sighed and shook his head, "I…I can't…what if something goes wrong? What if something happens to Tsuyu or the babies or all three of them an-" his eyes widened as he doubled over in pain, "Human or Vampire…that still hurts," he looked up to see Kyoka glaring at him, "Why would you do that?"
"Because Tsuyu, your wife, is in there giving birth and you're acting like a coward…we thought you wanted to be the Number One Hero, Midoriya," Kyoka crossed her arms and arched a brow, "Are you calling yourself a liar or a coward, Midoriya? Because either way, you're acting different. You should be in there for her,"
Izuku sighed and shook his head, "You're right," he looked back at the two and he slightly frowned, "L-listen…I want to thank you two for the…hard reality check," the two nodded as Izuku rubbed the back of his head, "Do you two…want to see Tsu and the babies when they're here? I'm sure she'll want some company," the two nodded before Izuku turned and walked into the room, closing the door behind him.
Walking up to the bed, he took Tsuyu by the hand as she looked up and gave a weak smile, "Hey Izu…I was worried you forgot about us,"
"Wouldn't dream of it, love," Izuku kissed the side of her head, "I just needed a hard reality check from Jiro," Tsuyu hummed and arched a brow, "Don't worry about it right now," Tsuyu hummed and nodded as Nemuri instructed Tsuyu to push and she did, squeezing Izuku's hand in the process.
Izuku sighed as he shook his head and rubbed Tsuyu's back as he kissed the side of her head again.
