Rowling said his birthday is in April; for drabble No. 100, that seems a fitting occasion to celebrate.

100. Teddy Lupin

Harry Potter had endured an absent godfather for most of his life. Now that he had a young godson of his own, he would not follow Sirius' example.

Teddy Lupin would eventually know the aching loss that growing up without one's parents brought. But Harry would make sure he was there to lend support to Teddy when he needed someone who knew that deprivation intimately. For now, Teddy would stay with Andromeda Tonks; Harry knew he was not ready to raise a baby just yet. But he was ready to welcome and love another family member — Teddy deserved no less.
