Marrying muggle was a mistake.
Eileen attended Hogwarts while World War 2 raged, but she swore her life now was bleaker than those years. The Prince family might not be much, but its remnants must've been better than the shithole her husband "provided" for their accommodation in Spinner's End. The river was polluted, the air stank. All the young folk that could move away from Cokesworth had, leaving little Sev few children to socialize with. Any excuse to get him out of the house, and away from Tobias, was welcome. For now, though, they were prisoners of Eileen's bad decision.
