-Jaya's, port. Mocktown—

My name is Emerl.

I was born in Alabasta and I thought I was fated to die in Alabasta. But then a man named Marshal D. Teach appeared to me one day and offered me a place in his crew. Me… why me? Fate drove me to him and help him complete his vision. His vision was to overtake the world and show everyone that he is rightful ruler. My brother pleaded me not to go, but I disobeyed and followed him. Long story short, we sought after a man worthy to bring to the World Government so Blackbeard can enact his true plan.

My journey has enlightened me… people are weak, prideful, foolish and the Government is filled with hypocrites. We stayed in Mock Town due to Teach feeling our goal would start here. I witnessed countless weak fools trying to become more than they want and then die. They're all pathetic, but Teach isn't. The rest of the crew, despite their appearances, have more backbone than the men of Mock Town.

Yesterday I came across a girl named Monkey D. Anya. I thought she was pathetic when she paid attention to a weak mutt. My disgust for her increased when I got a good look at her. It rubbed me the wrong way and her bounty wasn't worth it… until her new bounty came in. Her brother grew into a dangerous man and she was following in his coattails along with that swordsman. Blackbeard decided they would be the target for his grand plan.

Wet set off on our boat to find them, defeat them, and hand them over to the Government. Unfortunately, they eluded us. They managed to ride on the waterspout that shot them high into the air and 'hopefully' allowing them to reach Sky Island. Seeing our target gone, maybe for the time being, Teach decided to head back to Mock Town to rest up before pursing them. I gazed up at the sky and wondered if they found this Sky Island.

Monkey D. Luffy hides his true strength. Does his twin hide her true strength? We shall see.

-Sky Island, Above the Clouds.

-A short time later.-

Anya's. P.O.V

Sun, beach, and the best view in the world. The beach of sky island is the best one I have been to in my life.

What happened? Okay here goes.

Not too long ago Luffy defeated Bellamy in a way that made it one of the most disappointing fights I have ever seen. That laughing hyena was so full of himself, thought having the backing of a warlord would give him clout or he was dumb enough to fly Dofamingo's banner and expecting no retaliation. Who cares, if Doflamingo cared about his image then laughing boy is going to be in a rude awakening.

I wonder if they found Crocodile's replacement yet.

We got the gold back and gave it to Diamond Head. With the help of the monkey men, we found the Knock Up Stream.

But then that strange man, that vile woman and their crew encountered us asking for our heads? That's when he showed our bounties.

MY BOUNTY INCREASED TO 80 million. Bring on the trouble, I'll kick all your asses. Also, Luffy and Zoro got 100 million and 60 million respectively.

We escaped by riding the knock up stream, all the way up. It was long, dangerous and perilous ride. My heart pumped from the adrenaline, feeling excited to see the legendary Sky Island. The entrance to the Grand Line was child's play compared this.

We regained our bearings as soon as we made it to the top. The view was breathtaking. Clouds, endless clouds and we were somehow floating on them. That was unbelievable. I never thought something like this would happen.

The interesting this was the wildlife had to adapt to their surroundings. Our clue was a squid popping like a balloon Then we were attack by a strange man somehow running across the clouds. Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and I couldn't beat him due to our bodies not adapting to being so high up.

Our lives were rescued by a sky knight, named Gan Fall, riding on a cute odd looking bird horse name Pierre. It was bird that ate the Horse Horse fruit. He told us why we were unable to fight and a little about Sky land. Before he left, he gave us a whistle to call upon him if we're in trouble. Don't think we'll need it unless there are too many craps in a basket.

Of course, we had to pay 50 million. Ha, jackass.

Plus, the Knock-up Stream wasn't the normal way to get here. Oops. Nami wasn't happy about that. Heh.

After that we came across a gate where we had to pay to get in. We didn't have the money, but the nice old lady let us through anyway. I wonder if we can pay her back somehow.

Then we took cloud road to a beautiful city. This is it! Sky Island!

"WOO!" My brother gave a yell as he, chopper, Usopp and I race toward the beach with every intention to explore and soak up the fun to our heart's content. "This place reeks of adventure! There is no way the marines can follow us here."

"No bounty hunters to get under our skin." I walked along the beach with a tank top, shorts, and sandals. My spear and shield were lying nearby. The breeze, the sun, the scenery. I feel like I want to stay here for life… maybe I'll retire here and away from the world. Sounds like a great idea.

I dropped on the beach and took in what the others were doing. Eating fruit, relaxing in cloud chairs, and gazing at the exotic flora. I giggled to myself as I continued soak up the sun and life here. I opened my eyes and spotted Zoro looking around.

"Hey!" I patted the ground. "Lie here."

He looked over toward me. "No."

"Ah come on! Just for once don't be a moody blockhead."

"Who says I'm moody? Besides someone should keep an eye on things."

"Fine!" I snorted. "Have it your way Santoryu-kun."

After a while I heard music play, I sat up to look for the source of the player. I laid my eyes upon... HOW CUTE! I rushed over and scooped up the white little kitsune.

"Aren't you adorable!" I hugged it while not hearing the commotion around me. Sadly, it jumped out of my arms and ran toward a woman advancing toward us. Awe, must be her owner.

"Her name is Sulli." The woman smiled at me. "Are you all from the Blue Sea?

Luffy nodded while holding a big watermelon like fruit. "Yup, we flew up from the bottom. Do you live here?"

She smiled at she continued walking. "This Skypeia's Angel Beach. Hmm... that Kouasshu you have there, do you want to drink it?" She took the fruit from him, acquired a knife and cut a hole into it. "Biting will do you no good. The exterior is hard like steel. You have to use a knife and cut a hole from the bottom." She stuck a straw into the fruit and handed it to the captain. "And enjoy."

Luffy took one sip and marveled at the deliciousness of the drink. "THIS IS AMAZING!"

"IS IT REALLY THAT GOOD?!" asked Usopp.

Chopper held up one of the fruits to Conis, asking her to open one for him.

"My name is Conis." The blonde woman introduced herself kindly. "Is there any problem I can help you with. You are guests after all."

Sanji approached her. "I have one. You gaze burns a hole in my heart." This prompted me to chuckle and Nami to pulling the chef away by the ear. Nami asked about a bunch of different things until we heard a noise coming from the sea, we spotted something approaching across the water. Conis informed us it was her father riding a weird moving boat called a Waver. The man seemed to have problems steering the boat, with the way he crashed into a tree. Ouch.

After the crash, the man picked himself up, looked at us and said. "Anybody hurt?"

I laughed as Zoro shouted, he should worry about himself. After dusting himself off we learned his name was Pagaya.

Nami blinked at the vehicle as a sudden thought emerged. She turned to Luffy. "Luffy didn't you recover something similar from the sea."

Luffy nodded. "Yep."

"The ship without a sail." Nami smiled widely.

"Oh! We can ride it right?" I asked. "Do you know how to fix it? What do you use?"

Conis tilted her head. "Do you know what a Dial is?"

"A what?" Nami asked. "A dial?"

Conis hummed. "Well…"

"It doesn't look like it has a dial." Pagaya stated. "Come." He held up some weird looking Lobsters. "I caught some Sky Lobsters I explain everything as I make dinner."

My brother gave a wide grin. "Really, that's awesome Food!"

"The cuisine of this place has to be unique." said the chef. "I want to learn about it."

"Actually, hold on." Luffy eyed the Waver. "I want to try that first."

"Alright, I don't see the harm it could bring." Pagaya said.

One moment later my brother rides it out in the water and ends up falling in. I dove in with Sanji and Zoro to help get him out of there. Huh, so a Sea of Clouds are similar to Sea Water. That's something to think about.

After digging him out, the old man explained it to us. "The hulls of the Waver are very light, so even the smallest wave will cause it to turn. To truly utilize it one must understand the sea and predict the waves. I apologize for not explaining it further."

I gave pout. "So, it is really hard?"

Chopper looked shock. "Sounds impossible, I wanted to try it."

"With training it should take 10 years."

That long? It would take dedication and knowledge of the patterns of the seas in order to get that good. You would need a steel will in order to master it.

"WOO!"

…And Nami got hang of it quickly. Of course, she did. She's a navigator after all. Lucky. I'm jealous of her and her natural scope of the weather, the waves, how her body developed. Okay, now I feel miserable.

I patted my chest, feeling insecure about myself. The jokes on her I can lift more than she does.

Pagaya had us follow him to his house to cook. Along the way we saw a factory known for Cutting Clouds. Okay so he explained there are two types of clouds, island clouds and sea clouds. Both types are made from a chemical compound... I did not bother to listen because I don't think I need it here, but Robin sure seemed interested. Long story short they use these clouds to build furniture and stuff such as stairs and chairs.

Luffy, Usopp, Chopper and I ditched the stairs just to run along the natural clouds. They were comfortable, and… amazing. When we got to his house, he showed us a seashell for some reason.

"This is a dial." He showed us.

"That looks like a Shellfish shell." Said Robin.

"True, but they have practical uses and store energy as well a matter. Each one can be used for making fire for use in cooking or for combat. This one will let you… let's say record you voice. Speaking into the shell then press the button on the top of shell to play it."

Luffy grabbed the shell, pressed the button, and said...

"Usopp is dumb."

I laughed as Usopp screeched at the insult. When my brother pressed the button again, his voice came out of the shell.

"WOOOA! This shell looks down on you Usopp."

"That's your voice idiot!"

"Wow!" I marveled at the device. "It really does sound like his voice is coming from there." Amazing.

Conis shook her head. "That's only one type of dial. That is a Tone dial used to record and broadcast sounds. You can find it here on the White Sea. We mainly use it to record music."

"If the sea has no bottom, how do you get it." Zoro asked.

"From the edge of the beach."

"If that's one type of dial then what kind of dial is used for the Waver." questioned Usopp

Conis placed another shell on the counter. "A Wind Dial." She set another object on the table. "That's a lamp dial. The wind dial can store an hour's worth of wind while the lamp dial can store light. Each one will use the power in a different way."

Robin nodded. "I see, people can save a lot on using candle wax."

"We use dials every day in life. To cook, to record voices and images. Our very culture is wrapped around Dials."

"Is there a poop dial?" Luffy asked.

"WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT!" shouted Usopp.

I hummed. "You say there is a Dial that records music." I grinned. "Any music?"

"Any music, as long as you don't replace it."

"What are you thinking?" questioned Zoro.

"I just want to play the rhythm of my heart." I cackled like haughty woman and rubbed my hands together fiendishly. "When my enemies hear my song, they know I'm here." I clenched my fist. "Welcome to my siesta, heh, heh."

"Now you're being a narcissist." muttered Usopp

"I've heard rumors of people using music to control people." Robin smiled humorously. "Miss Dragoon, must want to bring the world to her knees with music by dancing until our feet bleed."

"DON'T JOKE LIKE THAT!" Usopp and Chopper cried.

"Everyone!" Sanji called out from the kitchen. "Food's ready."

Sanji and Pagaya brought the most delicious mouthwatering lobsters I have seen. They call it Sky Island Special with Fruit, Nutritious Sky Seafood Cuisine.

What came next? We started eating. During the meal I noticed the father and daughter duo becoming anxious as Sanji wondered where Nami rode off to. Luffy poised the question I was thinking about.

"What's wrong?"

Conis gave us a concerned look. "On Skypiea there is one place where no one should enter. The waver can help you reach it quickly. A scared land that where our god lives. The Upper Yard."

Wait? There is a god here?

"God lives there?" Luffy questioned. "In a forbidden place?"

"Yes, a sacred, exalted land where only God Enel resides."

I looked at Luffy as Usopp tried to reason with him not to go. Despite repeats saying no one should go, I'm sure we shared one collective thought.

'He's going for sure.'

I will say this. I do believe there is a being out there. I don't understand the concept of having multiple gods, but that's just me. There are many countries in the World Government sharing the same belief, but I consider those guys hypocrites if they allow the World Nobles run about with the belief, they are gods or something.

I have feeling there is something off here, but I am not going to do anything until see this Enel person and see what he might do.

"Brother." I looked toward him as he stared back. "Maybe we should meet him."

"You too?!" cried Usopp. "Come on you can't mean that. We can't invade a supreme powerful being's land."

Anya shrugged. "Fine, but I want to see him up in front." Conis and Pagaya froze. "I do have questions."

"I don-." Conis was about to say something until Luffy jumped up. "Let's go find Nami! She might be there."

"We don't know if she's there or not. We can't anger God Enel or else there will be consequences."

"In the meantime." The old man spoke up. "I'm a 'Dial Boat' Technician I can repair it with no trouble."

"Awesome!" Luffy shouted. "Thanks old man."

We went down to the beach, immediately Pagaya started fixing the Waver. I looked at Zoro and Sanji. "What do you guys think?"

Sanji took a puff of his cigarette. "Not my place to say anything until I see it."

"Just some man high up in his ego." Zoro said. "I don't believe there is one."

I shrugged. "I think there is something off here. I can't place my finger on it. Do they have Devil Fruits here?"

"Maybe one got caught in the spout and that guy ate it." Sanji spoke. "I suspect a Logia type and we can rule out Light, Lava, Fire, Sand, and Ice. The current users are well known."

Usopp jumped in front of us. "Are you three willing to do something like this? Go piss some guy who might have a lot of power for these people to think they are a god?"

Zoro scoffed. "Don't lecture me, as I said high off his ego."

"Usopp." I said. "What if okay?"

"Not now." He held up his finger to shh me. I rolled my eyes at him.

Suddenly we heard commotion behind us and spotted a group of people approaching.

"Who are those guys?" Luffy spoke calm and serious.

Zoro eyed them suspiciously. "Don't know, but if they start making trouble."

Usopp frowned. "We should get on board. In case we have to make a break for it."

We turned to leave, but I stopped to see Luffy not budging. "Luffy?"

"Hold on. I'm sure it'll be fine." He said.

I shrugged and strolled up next to him, curious about these people.

As soon as they made it to beach, they… what? They dropped to the sand and started crawling like commandos? Do they think we don't see them? Are they stupid? Or... do they think they are cool.

The leader of the squad commanded them to stopped and they all stood up, saluted and said. "Heso."

"Heso." Said Conis.

"Heso, hello." Said the old man.

"What are you talking about?" My brother sounded confused and irritated.

"What is Heso." I said.

"That's what I like to know."

The leader of the bunch glared at us and at the ship. He narrowed his eyes further, then stared at the two of us.

"You're the citizens of the Blue Sea that entered Skypiea illegally?"

"Illegal?" Both Conis and the old man were surprised by this.

I sighed and facepalmed. "So that was too easy for us."

The man held up a picture of us the old lady at the gate had taken. "There is no denying it. A watcher from Heaven's Gate took a picture with a Video Dial."

"Now hold on!" I shouted. "We didn't just sneak in. Yes, we didn't have the proper payment, but the old lady said we can pass through!" The others on the ship voice their opinion as well.

The man sneered slightly. "Stop arguing and admit your fault. Your situation is not too serious for you to panic. Trespassing through the gate is only a Class 11 crime. If you pay, you will become regular tourist."

"She shou-." Luffy grabbed my arm and shook his head. "Fine."

"What's the punishment?" asked Sanji."

"You would have to pay 10 times the entry fee."

My heart skipped a beat. "Wha?"

"Each person is worth 1 billion Extols and that means you will have to pay 80 billion for 8 people. Pay now and your crime is immediately erased."

Damn. Wait."

"HOW MUCH IS THAT IN BERI!" Exactly what I'm thinking Usopp.

"Beri… 10,000 Extol is 1 Beri."

My mind went into overdrive and the result knocked wind right out of me. 80 billion would be 8 million. That's too much, you can buy a lot candy with that money. No way. NO

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME!" shouted Sanji. "WE RISKED OUT LIVES TO GET HOW HERE! WHY THAT MUCH!?"

"If you paid earlier, it would have been 800,000 beri."

"That's still a lot!" I shouted and turned to Luffy. "There's no way Nami would let that much go."

Luffy sighed. "Yeah, this is getting bad right?"

"Yes." I groaned. "Sir, I…"

"Listen." He spoke with authority that made me shut up. "This is a warning. We are the White Beret. We are direct servants of the High Priest. If you continue to deny this your status as criminals will worsen." He glanced at the waver. "This wave is broken, if you broke it's a Class 10 fine."

"For a broken waver ARE YOU KIDDING ME!" I shouted

"It would be class 9 if you stole it."

"We found it!" Luffy started to get irritated. "You keep blowing noise and I'll you send you flying with a punch."

"Is that threat boy?" The man growled.

Before anything could grow more complicated. We heard a sound coming from the White Sea. Awesome! Nami is returning.

"LUFFY! Don't oppose those men." She shouted.

I wondered how she found out about that?"

"NAMI!" shouted the sniper. "Can we afford an 8 million fine?"

I got a feeling in my chest. I knew the answer to that question, I thought I heard her heart stop. She herself didn't stop. She kept coming and coming and

CRASH!

"IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE!"

That's that. She hit the man with the waver and sent him across the sand. All jaws of the citizens dropped at the disbelief someone could hit and authoritative figure. I sighed. "Nami…"

The navigator gasped. "Oh no! I it lost at the illogical high fine. Oops."

Yep, that's it right there. Good ol Nami. Hitting people at the mere thought of paying more than we should. Classic Nami.

Nami handed the waver to Praya and grabbed both our hands. "Let's run now!"

She dragged us away as I chuckled. "You goofed."

"Shut up, you didn't see what I saw."

"What happened while you were away?" asked Luffy.

"HALT!" shouted the boss. "You can't escape! You disobeyed us and that guy hindered our actions. This great offense has jumped to a Class 5 Crime. WITH THE POWER VESTED IN ME BY GOD ENEL YOU WILL BE SENTENCED TO A DRIFTING CLOUD!"

We stopped at the mention of the weird sentence. "What's that?" Luffy asked. "Sounds comfy."

Conis gasped. "It's not. You and your ship are placed on island cloud where you drift until you die. It's a death penalty."

Scratch that. Now this is serious.

"SEIZE THEM!" The boss shouted.

Upon his command, the beret lined up and pulled out bows. I guess every single one of them is an archer. The captain pushed Nami asway just as they aimed their arrows. I took out my spear and shield as we readied for the arrows. This is a new place so we don't know what kind of tricks they will pull.

As soon as they fired their arrows, they... morphed? Were eyes playing tricks on me. Did the shaft transform into stream of clouds with arrow tips?

"ANYA MOVE!"

I snapped out of my thoughts as my brother and maneuvered around them. I jumped and landed on one of the cloud streams. "This… what's the point of this?"

"Luffy, Anya watch out?" Nami? I looked up in time to see the berets riding on clouds while using this weird footwear that allowed them to move without using their legs. No… there were dials on their feet. That's amazi-woops

They group tried to slash us with their swords as they rode, but we evaded them quickly.

Luffy landed on one of the clouds with a grin on his face. "Are those rocket skates?"

"Look closer!" I pointed at their boots. "Those are dials on their shoes."

"Amazing, we should try getting a few of those."

"Let's try finding some on shore and get someone to make them for us."

"Maybe we can get some that can make meat."

"Or one that makes potato soup."

"Stop babbling and focus!"

We turned to our opponents as they moved in to defeat us. I ran across the clouds as they chased me as Luffy stretched his hand to grab a tree. Then used said tree to launch himself in the air.

"He has a Devil Fruit?" One of the guys shouted.

He twisted himself continuously and then let himself go by releasing punches and kicks everywhere. Knowing what would happen, I decided to leave.

"GUM GUM FIREWORKS!"

I avoided from getting hit and landed on the sand. After that was done Luffy landed on the ground in front of me. I was about to say something when I saw a man aiming an arrow at him.

"Luffy." I shouted and threw my shield.

Knowing my intent, he ducked. My shield flew past Luffy and struck the man in the face, knocking him out. My shield ricocheted from him and was caught by Zoro who appeared with Sanji, both ready to fight.

Zoro tossed it back to me. "Nami… how much money do we have."

"85,000."

"Only that much?"

"Don't we still have the treasure from Crimson Claw?" I asked

"Yes, but not much. We trade half of that for money."

"Why are we so low? As Captain you all should think about how you spend our money."

"YOU SPEND THE MOST ON FOOD!" They shouted.

"Luffy." I grabbed his cheek. "Think before you speak."

"The point is we need to think about what we're sp-." I covered his mouth before he started saying another stupid thing.

A harsh chuckle sounded from the boss. We looked at him as he gazed at us with more harshness.

"You poor fools. If you had done what I said everything would have been fine." He picked himself up and glared defiantly. "The White Beret are as close as you can get for being the nicest law enforcers. Them… they. They won't be as so forgiving." He took a deep breath. "You're Class 2 Criminals. You can beg for mercy, but they won't give you that. THE PRIEST OF THE UPPER YARD WILL JUDGE YOU PERSONALLY! HESO!"

It would be more threatening without the Heso though. Oh well. They left quickly after that and without crawling on the ground. That would've been too weird. The rest of crew came ashore to talk about our new predicament.

Here's the thing. We do not have enough money, nor did we know the currency. The old lady did not tell use the conversion rate of Extol to Berry and apparently, it's our fault because of that. She said we can go through regardless. Should've known there was catch. I looked at the rest of the group, noticing their posture and emotion.

Conis and Pagaya were standing far way, due to us being Class 2 criminals. According to the Berets they can't help us. Zoro, Sanji, and Nico Robin were passive, Usopp and Chopper were scared at the imminent threat and my brother and Nami were arguing whether or not they should go that sacred place. When talking about leaving Luffy freaked out.

"Leaving, don't say that word." My brother scolded. "Think about it. Which is more important. Adventure or your life."

"That's a stupid question. My life followed by Money."

"Wait a minute." Usopp spoke up after his freak out. "We thought about getting here, but never thought about getting off. How do we get back?" He looked at Conis. "How do we find a safe way back?"

Conis gave a soft frown. "Currently there would be no safe passage given your predicament, but there is a place called Cloud End. You would need to head back to the White Sea and head far East."

With the destination in mind, we decided on next course of action. Nami, Robin, Zoro, and Chopper remained on the ship while Luffy, Sanji, Usopp, and I ended up at Conis and Pagaya's house to take the rest of the food and make box lunches.

I looked down at Usopp as he was organizing his tools. "Usopp."

"Yes?"

"I want to be able call my shield back when I throw it."

"That's beyond my capabilities."

"Yeah, but I want my shield to ricocheted or at least come back to me after I threw it."

"Then don't throw it. I'm genius inventor, but I… don't have the tools at my disposal."

"Do you think there's a dial for that."

"Might be, but it would have to attract the shield and no other metal."

I frowned slightly knowing he was right. "Well, I lost a shield in Alabasta after my fight, but that was only due to the limited time we had."

"I don't know what I can do, if there are dials capable of the power I could help you, but in the meantime, don't lose that shield."

I nodded. "Yeah…" I smiled and turned around toward where Sanji was preparing meals. He looked up at me and gave me loving smile.

"Anya-chan." He picked a lunchbox and gave it me. "I prepared it specifically for you."

"Thank you." I said as a took the box. No matter how much he flirts it doesn't seem to be that annoying anymore. I can trust him. Unlike Nami I don't string him along.

I looked toward Pagaya. "Pagaya, are there Dials that use magnetism?"

"Hmm, for that you might need two or more Thunder Dials to attract and repel. However, given your current predicament you won't be able to buy any."

Which means I need to get hold of Thunder Dials. If I can get some and get someone to make them like magnets. Ugh, sounds way too complicated, but…"

"EVERYONE COME QUICK! THE SHIP IS LEAVING!"

My thoughts were disturbed Usopp's frantic cries. We rushed toward the window and saw the ship moving away. Sanji took a telescope and peered through. "Oh no! NAMI-SWAN!"

"Sanji what happened?" I worriedly asked. "Are they in danger?"

"WHY DID YOU PUT ON THAT T-SHIRT!" He said while sobbing.

"Huh?" I blinked in confusion and then scowled. "Idiot."

Usopp then smacked him upside the head. "FOCUS ON THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE ISSUE!"

"Where are they going?" asked my brother. "They're moving backwards too, that's so cool."

"No, that's impossible for them to do it without something else. The sails are still secured. Look under the ship."

Appearing from the sea was a giant weird crimson sea creature that was carrying our ship on its back.

"That's the Super Express Speedy Shrimp."

We watched said shrimp take our friends to who knows where.

"Why is she wearing that shrimp." Sanji said

"Get over it!" Usopp shouted.

"The shrimp is kind of adorable." I smiled warmly.

"DOES THAT LOOK ADORABLE!" Usopp shouted in my ear. "Luffy what are we going to do?"

My brother looked like he was thinking. "Where is it taking them?"

"Where?" Usopp shouted. "It's…"

We all turned to the old man and calmly asked. "Where are they going."

Pagaya looked distraught, as if he didn't want to tell us where they were going, but he relented and sighed. "That Super Express Speed Shrimp is under God Enel's service. Anything it transport is a sacrifice for him."

My hand automatically moved and covered my mouth at hearing that.

"In the Northeast portion of the Upper Yard is a place called the 'Sacrificial Altar.'"

"No." I whimpered. "They can't."

"Sacrifices?" Sanji was shocked. "Nami-swan, Robin-chan, etc, are going to be sacrifices. For that jackass." He turned around and glared at the window. "I'm kicking that moron. Don't mess with me."

"Please wait!" He pleaded with us. I took my hand from my mouth and let it drop. I wanted to get down there and find them. This Enel guy is not a nice person."

"There are two types of punishments for criminals. One is 'Sacrifice' and the other is 'Trial'. That's what I heard. They are at his mercy. They may be sacrifices, but they're hostages in reality."

"Let me guess." I spoke up. "He wants us, right?"

"Correct, you four are being judged."

"Like how and what exactly?" Sanji asked.

"I need a map."

"I have one." Usopp pulled out a map we found while scavenging.

The old man pointed to a spot where the altar would be. He said we would have to get through a route known as Milky Road from the island. We have would need to use a boat to get through a forest where the priest resided. I'm thinking, can't we go around? Nope, we can't do it on food. We have to get through there. There is no other route. Plus, there are man-eating fish there.

This entire thing is known a Heaven's Judgement.

The cook took a puff of his cigarette while looking scornful. "This is quite the reception they have for us. If want our crew back, we have to through this route."

"You all know we have to be ready for any weirdness they have." I said. "Keep wits about us."

"This our trial." The sniper gulped. "I'm starting to get the 'Don't want to go' disease. But I'll go for the crew."

"Shishi. We just need to deal with the Priests. We'll beat them and get our friends back." The captain sounding extremely confident."

"It won't be easy." Pagaya spoke. "The four Priests are stronger than you think. The most important thing is God Enel in the Upper Yard."

Not only the priest, but this guy who believes himself as a god. Right, no pressure.

-Lovely Street—

We came down to business district called Lovely Street to get a boat. This place utilizes the full potential of using clouds for everyday use. The places look nice and the food smells good. The people. Hn, it's not lively as it should be. People are avoiding us due to our crime against Enel. Nothing new, but normally people would be ignoring things and walking about. Then again, we are in a different culture.

I see my brother is being a bit distracted by the merchandise.

"Luffy, Nami has the money." I grabbed his arm and pulled him away. "We need to go and help them."

Luffy nodded. "Yeah, you're right. They should fine by the time we get there. Zoro should've dealt with whatever is after them."

"Tsk, we can't rely on him." Sanji said annoyed. "He might get lost or something."

"Going a straight line is hard on him." I mused.

"I hope the ship is okay, it's been through so much trouble."

Luffy gave a grin, then spotted something in the middle of the street. "What's that."

In the middle of the street was a weird looking statue. I wonder what it is.

"That's Vearth." Conis answered while looking slightly nervous. "The idol of the citizens of the sky."

Luffy gave a scowl. "That's your idol? What are you stupid?"

"Luffy." I growled. "This is important to them."

Conis chuckled. "It's alright. It's probably too hard for citizens of the Blue Sea to understand."

"No quite." Sanji spoke. "There are people that have different beliefs down there. Some people worship money like it's going out of style."

"Oh, so Nami treats money as an idol." Luffy spoke. "Makes sense."

"She does with beauty and grace."

I rolled my eyes. "Uh huh."

We followed Conis to the port while feeling the eyes of the people upon us. It's like each step we take there is this foreboding feeling. Someone is watching from afar.

It wasn't long when we came across the boats at the port. The back of them had the same Wind Dials as the Waver. All of them look pretty neat and funny looking.

"Which one are we going to take?" asked Usopp

"Oh, I already have one picked out for you. It's there."

We turned around and saw an adorable looking boat with a bird's head. The others don't seem that impressed.

"Um okay." Luffy said unsure.

"It's called Karasumaru."

"A crow? Hmm, but it still looks adorable." I cooed at it.

"You're kind of weird." muttered Usopp.

"It's not even a seabird." said Sanji.

"With enough practice."

"Anya-chan, that's not true."

"Karasumaru has two Wind Dials, but it is a little slow. Will you please use it?"

"No, tha-."

"Luffy!" I turned to him sharply. "We're using Maru-kun."

"What?" He turned around shocked. "It's not even cute."

"Yes it is."

"Nuh uh."

"Uh huh."

"Nuh uh."

"Nuh uh."

"Uh huh.. wait!"

"We'll take it!" I shouted.

"You tricked me." He shouted. "Fine, we'll take it."

Conis breathed a sigh of relief. "Alright then. You would need to go through the second gate to reach Milk Road to get to God's Island. That's the only way."

"Thanks, but I do have one question." Luffy stared at the woman intently and I felt he was going to ask something that we all knew since we left the house. "Ever since you left home you have been shaking. Them I can understand, but you. There's something else."

"Ah.."

"Awe, you worried about us Conis-chan?"

"Sanji." I gave him a look that made him shut up. "You know damn well there is something else."

Sanji sighed and stood up straight. "Yeah, I know. Conis-chan what's going on?"

"Are people going to trouble you?" asked Usopp. "You lead us here, but won't that make you a criminal?"

"If you're scared you could've told us. We could've come here ourselves." said my brother. "You don't need to burden yourself with us."

Conis hesitated for a moment and looked at the ground. "I-it's not like that."

Gasps were heard from the crowd. That doesn't sound good at all. They know something and she might be in danger. "Conis."

"Explaining the trial and leading you here… it's like I'm tricking you."

"WAIT DON'T SAY THOSE FOOLISH THINGS!"

I see… she is doing it against her will or at least she has to. I guess everyone else will do the same if they met criminals. I watched as Conis fell to her knees and looked at us with tears. "Just.. can you… run away!?" She choked on sobs. "I'M SORRY!"

More shouts from the crowd. All of them were telling her to stop before she got in trouble. I almost want to hug her, but a part of me wants a confirmation.

"The one who called the Super Speedy Express Shrimp was… ME!"

My eyes widen. I thought it would be her father, but her. The crowd behind us was getting more and more anxious.

"It's the law! After a criminal is discovered, if we don't take them to the judgement ground, we will be killed."

I covered my mouth with my hand. That's terrible. Getting fined or arrested is one thing, but killed? Now Enel must have a superiority complex. The civilians weren't helping either with their cries to stop her.

"It's our…" she sobbed further. "Civic responsibility." She cried. "It's strange right? Everything is."

"Don't be stupid." shouted Luffy. "You did what you had to do! You had no choice."

"But why didn't you tell us in the first place." I shouted.

"You'll be attacked."

"By what?" I froze. Something about air changed. I looked around and saw energy particles beginning to manifest. No...is this electricity? I felt the hair on the back of my neck stand straight. I felt every part of my body to tell me to run. It didn't help that everyone else started panicking and running away. It felt like death was going to strike from above. I turned and ran away as quickly as I can. I looked back as Luffy grabbed Conis and raced away. I looked above and my eyes widen as ray of light came down.

Then

"KRAKOOOM!"
