"I ever tell you how much I enjoy your cookin'?" Reno asked as he wrapped his arms around her waist, his chin resting atop her head while carefully avoiding the stovetop.
Yuffie blushed brightly. "N-no?" she mumbled, a small smile tugging at her lips.
"So," he murmured, "why the fuck is it that you insist on cookin'?"
Her elbow dug into his side as her smile vanished, instantly replaced by a scowl. "You are such an asshole!"
His deep, rumbling chuckles could be felt as he grazed his lips against her temple. "Kiddin'."
"You're not!"
"I'm not," he admitted.
"Jerk."
