A.N. — I posted a little update blurb at the top of my ff.n profile page, if y'all care to take a look. Today's chapter is another Diggory, a man absolutely wrecked by his son's death.
176. Amos Diggory
Amos might've acted polite in front of Harry Potter, refusing the lad's offer of the Triwizard prize money, but inside he was being torn apart. He was ready to march into the Wizengamot and rain fire and brimstone down on them for their negligence in allowing the Tournament to go ahead, leading to Cedric's death. Amos would salt the earth that British magical society stood upon, so that no others had to endure his pain.
But first, he had to stop breaking down and get out of the public's eye so he could pull himself together to start enacting revenge.
