A.N. — After one of the top 15 most mentioned characters in the books, the next four folks are decidedly...not. Only one is in the top 200, and none of them are on the character list. But they are all connected to the Ministry, where Harry was attending his hearing on this date in canon.

His job involved a Probity Probe and handling wands, so Eric Munch had heard all the jokes made at his expense. Eric thought he had the patience his surname (meaning monk) denoted, having to put up with impatient witches and haughty wizards looking down on him.
Sometimes, though, he'd had enough.
Spotting the Harry Potter in his queue, but the teen not heeding his request to wait a moment for a proper introduction, stuck in Eric's mind. So he made sure to be conspicuously unavailable when he saw Potter and five others charge in during a night shift next summer.
