Team Natsu was in a wagon heading towards the target city. Apart from the fire mage, everyone was well accommodated for the long journey ahead.

"I'm curious. How has Wendy not been sick on transport?", Erza asked.

"Ryker gave me a plant extract that helps with the motion sickness," the little one said with a faint smile.

"Oh, that's really good. It was very thoughtful of him," Erza said. "But why didn't Natsu take it?"

"I offered, Erza- san . But he refused, saying that he would overcome the seasickness by his own strength", Wendy said awkwardly.

"It's clearly an idiot," Gray commented.

"Leaving that aside, I think we have to hide our guild mark. It would be safer to walk around without them," Lucy commented.

"And why do you think that?" Gray asked her.

"We don't know who these mages are, we don't know what kind of magic they use, they can be among the local population without being noticed. If they see us with guild marks, we might be taken by surprise," Lucy explained.

Erza listened carefully to the celestial mage's declaration and thought about it. "That's a relevant point, Lucy. I think you're right, we should hide our mark, until further notice", the redhead agreed with the blonde.

"All right. But when we get there, we must investigate this guild and its members."

"Good thinking, Gray. We have to formulate a plan of action against them", Erza was thoughtful.

"Anyway, I don't think we can do much today. Oswald told us it would take at least 12 hours to get there. This will be nighttime," Lucy reminded them.

"You're right," Erza said. "For today, let's just find a place to stay."

"Whatever plan we make, he has to participate. And in this state he won't do any good." Gray frowned at Natsu, feeling bad for the rattling wagon.

"It's not his fault Gray", Lucy defended Natsu who was lying on her lap.

"But Gray is right. We need all of Natsu", Erza stated worriedly. She looked at him and resigned. "Let's wait until we get to the city and settle down. Until then, we must rest."

The rest of the trip was uneventful. Natsu continued to almost vomit on everyone and the rest of the mages resting as best they could. Sometimes they stopped to give the Dragon Slayer a break, which ended up delaying the schedule. It was early morning when they arrived at their destination.

As it was dark, they couldn't see much of the city's structure, but they could tell, even though it was a remote city, it was a good size. Trade routes must have greatly helped its development.

It didn't take long and they found a hotel, much better than the one before. They got two rooms, one for men and one for women. Once they were settled, Erza requested a meeting in the women's room.

"Very good! We have to establish a plan of action, we cannot get distracted. We don't know anything about this guild and its mages or what magic they use", Erza rants.

"Have something on your mind, Erza?" Gray asked.

"We should go out into town tomorrow and investigate. They must have some basis in their surroundings," she reasoned logically. All guilds have a place, with them it shouldn't be different, even more with them being in that city for so long.

"But we must be cautious. They can hide among people and go unnoticed," Wendy said.

"And how are we going to tell them apart?", Natsu asked.

"I have no idea. Do they have guild marks?" Lucy asked.

"Could be," Erza said.

"It's possible, I mean, they're confident, taking the people of this town hostage. They want them to know who they are, I think it's obvious for them to show themselves," reasoned Wendy. "They'll do anything to show up, it shouldn't be hard to spot them," she said seriously.

"You're right, Wendy. Well thought out," the redhead analyzed her idea.

"She's growing, isn't she!?", Natsu ruffled the young Dragon Slayer's hair, she laughed at the touch.

"But we still need to know as much about them as possible," Gray said.

Everyone stops to think. It was true, if they knew more about the dark mages they would face, it would be easier and safer to face them.

"We can follow them and see how dangerous they can be," Lucy suggested.

"That's a good idea," Erza praised her. "We'll split up into groups and walk around the city and follow the mages we identify. Natsu and Lucy go together. Gray, Wendy and Carla will be another group and I'll go alone." Everyone agreed to the plan and the next day they would carry out what was planned.

"Can you see anything, Wendy?" Gray asked as they walked through town.

"Not yet, Graysan , " Wendy looked around, looking for any suspicious movement or people with guild marks.

"It's very crowded here, it's hard to see", Carla, flying over them, couldn't see anything either.

"We should have gone somewhere else. Downtown is too crowded," Gray complained, having to dodge the hurried people walking along the sidewalk.

Elsewhere in the city, Natsu, Lucy and Happy wandered the streets of the outskirts. It was a dense city, by Fiore standards, there were almost no houses and the city was made up of small buildings.

"There's nothing to see here," Lucy complained.

"You should have chosen the center," Natsu complained, receiving a slap on the head.

"It was Erza who picked the points! How could I go against her!?" Lucy yelled angrily.

"It is very quiet here. Can't you smell anything Natsu?", asked Happy, flying above the buildings.

"It doesn't have any strange smell", the Dragon Slayer sniffed around without sensing anything that could make him suspicious. "We must go to another corner. Maybe we'll have better luck." He grabbed Lucy's arm and pulled her running to another part of town.

Erza walked along a shopping street, looking around and analyzing each person who passed her or around her. She was looking for distinctive features, a sign of a guild or any movement that she thought was abnormal.

What she didn't count on was a candy store, which made her distracted from her goal. Erza looked at all those strawberry wonders, even drooling as she had hearts in her eyes. She entered and asked for everything she was entitled to, staying inside her for hours, delighting herself as if she were a child.

The day passed and nothing seemed to happen. At the end of the day they returned to the hotel with nothing that could be useful.

"Did you find anything?", Lucy asked the others.

"Nothing, it doesn't even look like this town is being controlled by a guild," Gray commented, irritated by the lack of action on the day.

"Oh, don't even talk to me! We drove all over town and I didn't even smell a wizard in this place. It's so frustrating", Natsu yelled sullenly with all that calm, in a mission that should be exciting.

"Gray and I also drove around a good part of the city and like Natsu, I didn't smell any strange smells. This is really weird," Wendy commented thoughtfully.

"How about you. Erza. Did you see anything?" Gray asked.

The redhead looked at him and then looked at everyone, she was in a cold sweat and swallowed hard. It was better not to say anything that she spent practically all day in a store and didn't do what she was supposed to do.

"No. Same as you," she said, but her attitude showed a certain nervousness.

"Is everything okay?" Gray asked, finding her behavior weird.

"Are you questioning me?" she asked darkly.

"No! If you say so, it's fine," Gray replied hastily.

"I guess that's it then." Lucy was despondent and tired from the fruitless day. "We can only rest and hope that the next day will be better".

Everyone agreed and went to their respective rooms. Today was frustrating, but the next morning would promise more action, they went to sleep with that hope.

They were sleeping like angels in their comfortable beds, nothing bothering them. The temperature was pleasant, a light wind coming in through the window, refreshing and changing the air in the rooms.

It was perfect... until two explosions destroyed the rooms, demolishing much of the hotel. The Fairy Tail mages felt a shadowy presence just before they were hit. They jumped out of the building and stood on the street watching their attackers who smiled sadistically.

"Did you really think they'd go unnoticed by us from Black Souls, Fairy Tail?" a black-haired man of average height said.

"So it's you", Erza glared at them. "Don't you care about people!?" she yelled.

"We don't care about anything, you idiot! We just want to kill you", a tall woman with short orange hair, smiled evilly.

Natsu glared at them. "You bastards!", he shouted and started to attack them.

There were ten mages among them, when Natsu attacked them they dispersed and went each to a different side and Natsu went towards one of them.

"Natsu, wait!" Gray yelled in vain, trying to contain the Dragon Slayer's fury. "Bloody hell, you idiot!" he snarled.

"Wendy, stay here and help the wounded," Erza ordered. "Lucy, Gray go after the other mages, I'll go after Natsu", they all nodded and went their separate ways, while the little Dragon Slayer was helping the wounded of the collapsed hotel.

Lucy...

Lucy was running after the dark mages, but they were gone. She couldn't find them anywhere. The celestial mage was looking all around and didn't notice an attack hitting her from behind that knocked her to the ground.

"She's beautiful, isn't she?" a cold, ironic voice came from behind Lucy.

"It is yes. Too bad you have to die... hehehe !" a thin, maniacal laugh was heard.

"Two!?", Lucy thought when she saw two of the Black Souls mages, ready to attack her. "What do you want?", she asked looking at them seriously.

"What an idiot! Isn't it clear yet?" a bald man of average height scoffed. "We want you to die," he stopped talking and attacked her with light magic.

He threw beams of light at her, which she narrowly managed to dodge, suffering only a few scratches.

"Look! She knows how to jump," he laughed.

Lucy took her Taurus key and donned her Taurus form and summoning the spirit.

"MOOOO! Lucy you look beautiful as always", she praised her with hearts in her eyes.

" Uh ...yes. Thanks, I guess," she said with a bead of sweat on her forehead.

" Tsh ! What do you think you're doing? Will you give us milk and kill us with excitement?" another guy, a young man of average height and short green hair, mocked the clothes and the celestial spirit.

"You'll see!", Lucy screamed and whipped the ground, breaking it and a shock wave hit the two mages in front of her. They jumped in time, dodging the attack.

Bull ran towards them with his ax in hand, slamming the mage with hair, throwing him away. Lucy hit the bald man with her punch sending him flying away.

Both dark mages stood up as if it was nothing and smiled at them. The haired mage released vines from his fingers, he had plant magic, gripping the spirit of Taurus. Brutally he swung and threw it repeatedly against the ground and the surrounding buildings.

"Bull!", Lucy screamed scared and ran to help him, but the other mage stopped her.

"Where do you think you're going, sweetie!?", she shot a blast of light orbs, hitting the Celestial mage. She was thrown away with injuries to her body.

Bull landed close to where she was, badly injured. "Sorry, Lucy," he apologized and returned to the celestial world. She glared at the mages angrily.

"I guess now it's just us again," they chuckled sadistically, approaching her slowly.

Lucy used her Cancer key and donned her outfit, with two blades, one in each hand.

"And this now?", they scoffed again.

Lucy ran towards them, the two wizards leaping in opposite directions. The first threw beams of light in her direction, while the other threw thorny vines at the blonde. With the blades, Lucy was able to cut through the thorny vines and fend off lightning.

She lunged at the plant mage first. He tried to defend himself with his magic, creating barriers with plants, but the Celestial mage, cut everything in her way, and advanced quickly towards him, who was startled by the fierce look she had.

Before she could hit him, the light mage came and kicked her away. Lucy fell to the ground, feeling pain in her side, where she received the blow. The plant mage trapped her before she could begin to react. The other approached her, coming face to face.

"Thought it was better than it is," he commented jokingly. "We'll teach you one. lesson blonde", he signaled to the other mage, who used his magic to stretch Lucy's limbs, leaving her unprotected.

That mage had a bloodthirsty look and his hands glowed with intensity. Without mercy he began to punch Lucy, with brutal force. Punches to the face and body. Lucy screamed in pain, with the power of the attacks. Then came the kicks, in her ribs and stomach. She had blood coming out of the corner of her mouth, while the other two laughed, enjoying the Celestial mage's suffering.

" Regulus !", a powerful punch came and knocked the light mage down, the person who hit him ran towards the other mage, punching him hard. He came back and helped Lucy up, she was quite hurt. "Lucy! Lucy! Are you okay!?" he asked worriedly.

"L...Leo, Loki !?", she looked at him in surprise.

"Do not worry. I came here with my own powers," he smiled beautifully at her. "It's all right?"

Lucy struggled to her feet, but managed to get up. "Yes I am," she looked at the two other black mages, who were recovering from the blow. "They are very strong. Too strong for an ordinary black guild."

"Let's get this over with, then," Leo/ Loki grinned and went to face the light mage, as she ran her blades toward the plant mage.

The ensuing battle was fierce, neither side taking advantage of the other.

"If this continues I'm not sure how it will end, Lucy!", Leo was amazed at the strength of his opponents.

"They look like they've trained a lot" was strange and Lucy knew it. It was unusual for mages like them to be this powerful.

"You know what you have to do," Leo said and Lucy nodded. He smiled and his body glowed, disappearing, returning to the spirit world.

The other two mages laughed and looked at him with maniacal, sadistic eyes. "Your friend ran away. What are you going to do now, princess?"

Lucy smiled victoriously at them and then she incorporated into Leo and Virgo attire. "You are finished now!" she yelled. "Lion Maiden!"

Several pillars of light erupted from the ground hitting everything around them, the two mages screamed in surprise and fear from the powerful attack. Eventually, the pillars of light coalesced into a single column causing a gigantic explosion, destroying the entire place and causing a shock wave that swept hundreds of meters away. When the dust settled the dark mages were lying on the ground with serious injuries and unconscious.

Lucy smiled in relief and sat down on the floor, completely exhausted.

Gray...

Gray was looking for the dark guild mages when he was violently hit by a fireball, coming from behind him. The ice mage was thrown to the ground and turned to see his attacker.

"Gray Fullbuster, ice mage. Got it," a man of average height with short purple hair, looked at him defiantly.

"Ice mage? So it won't be a challenge for me," another mage, below average height and reddish-orange hair, smiled confidently.

Gray stood up and looked at them seriously. "You must be the bastard who attacked us at the hotel."

"What if it is?" the shorter mage said defiantly.

"You'll get what you deserve." Gray got into position to launch his attack. "Ice Make Lance", hundreds of ice spears were launched towards the two mages.

What Gray didn't expect was for the purple-haired mage to take the same stance and execute the same attack. His ice, on the contrary, was black and stronger. When their magic clashed, the Fairy Tail mage lost the fight, causing him to be hit with full force by the enemy's magic.

Gray fell to the ground looking scared at his enemies. "Is he an ice mage too?" he asked in surprise.

"Not exactly," the short mage said, smiling.

"I copy my opponents' magic, only I put more strength into them. You can't win, Fullbuster," he chuckled sadistically.

The orange-haired mage forms two balls of flame in his hands and hurls them at Gray. He defended himself by making a shield of ice, but the heat was enormous, melting and breaking his protective barrier. The ice mage was hit in a huge burst of flame, causing him to scream in pain and fall to the ground.

Gray struggles to his feet and attacks them again. "Ice Make Battle Axe ", but again, his attack proves to be fruitless. The purple mage copies his move and is far superior. Gray is hit, having his chest sliced open. At the same time the orange mage appears beside him and attacks him point blank, with a wave of fire.

Gray has no reaction and is hit hard. He fell meters away, scorched and his chest bleeding from the cut. Before he could get up, another jolt of fire catches him in the back. The orange mage stands over him casting endless flames.

That mage leaves and returns to his position, beside his companion. Gray lay sprawled, burned and wounded on the floor, not moving, apparently.

"I think we're done with him," the purple one said.

"They were overrated. That weakling didn't even make it to the start."

"No... don't underestimate a mage from Fairy Tail", the ice mage said as he stood up, surprising the two black mages and scaring them with the fierce look he had.

"You bastard!" the orange shouted. "We're not going to let you live, now," he ran towards him, shooting blasts of fire, which exploded at the touch.

Gray protected himself with his ice shield. "I've felt fire hotter than that," he grinned sarcastically, filling his attacker with rage. Aiming at him, the brunette unleashed his counterattack. "Ice Make Geyser ", the ice mage's attack that came out of the ground froze the orange mage instantly, not even his fire was able to melt the ice.

His companion copied the attack, but Gray was able to dodge in time, not getting hit.

"Bastard!", the purple one glared at him. "You may have trapped him, but I can copy all his tricks and amplify them. You've already lost. Surrender and die peacefully and you won't have to suffer", he looked at him angrily and with a sadistic crooked smile on his mouth.

"Shut up!" Gray yelled. "As if I would let myself be defeated by a guy like you. Who do you think I am," the purple mage broke into a cold sweat, as Gray began his Devil Slayer transformation.

"Let's see how much you can copy", he looked at him coldly, in such a way that terrified and paralyzed the wizard of the dark guild. " Ice Devil Zeroth Longsword ", Gray launched his attack at the opponent, who had no reaction. Even if he had, the speed employed by the ice mage was too much for him to keep up with. When he least expected it he was back on ice.

Wendy...

Wendy was at the hotel helping to heal the wounded who were being rescued by kind-hearted helpers. The building had almost completely collapsed, there were many injured and many more were trapped among the wreckage. A specialized team could not reach the site as there were battles all over the city.

Wendy, listening to the sounds of fighting, knew that she had a lot more work ahead of her. She knew the city was being destroyed by her team, but mostly because of Dark Souls mages.

She was healing a man on the ground when a translucent spear hit her patient on the head, splitting it in half, spurting blood and brains all over the place. Wendy watched the scene, helpless, frightened and terrified.

The little Dragon Slayer turned in the direction the attack had come from and saw a voluptuous woman on top of a small building, looking sadistically at her. She had long straight black hair and a cool air.

"Why did you do that?" Wendy said indignantly.

"Because I wanted to," she looked at her with cold, bloodthirsty eyes.

That woman threw glass daggers towards the little mage, who managed to dodge it, but some people behind her were hit. Wendy watched and got annoyed. She realized that if she fought there other people would get hurt, she needs to get them out of there.

"Carla, take these people away from here", the little one asked her friend, who was in humanoid form.

"But Wendy..."

"Now!" she yelled.

Carla was surprised by her aggressive attitude and nodded, pulling out as many people as she could, leading them to safety. "She's been hanging out with Ryker a lot," Carla told herself, watching her.

Wendy attacked first with ' Tenryū no Hōkō ', but the woman blocked it with a wall of glass, counterattacking by launching a tornado made of broken and slashing glass. Wendy screamed as she was hit by the blow, having her small body cut.

She got up and flew towards the attacker, making erratic movements trying to distract and catch her by surprise, without success, when the kick in her back was blocked, again, by the glass shield. Wendy returned to her position.

"If that's all you have to offer I'd better get it over with, child", the woman jumped at her with a glass sword in her hand, striking her, the young Dragon Slayer was able to dodge the attacks, but they were getting closer and closer, with a few slashes cutting through his clothes and some of his flesh.

Wendy was being cornered, when she remembered all her training with her older 'brother'. She smiled and jumped back into a fighting stance, fists clenched.

"What do you intend to do?", the woman laughed at the little mage.

"I won't lose to you," Wendy said confidently, taking a deep breath and concentrating.

The woman ran towards Wendy with her sword in hand, the little one, however, dodged easily, turning her body and landing an elbow in the rib of the black mage. The young mage was able to focus her energy on her elbow seconds before impact. The woman screamed in pain from the blow, trying to counterattack, swinging her sword toward the little girl, who jumped on her and kicked her in the face, magic concentrated on her foot, as Ryker had taught her.

She was thrown back violently and stunned by the blow. Wendy positioned herself in front of her. " Tenryū no Hōkō ", and a tornado of air came out of her mouth hitting Dark Souls, knocking her down definitively.

Natsu...

Natsu had found his targets and now they were in the midst of a fierce battle. With both sides throwing their spells at each other, the Dragon Slayer was excited about the fight, his opponents weren't trivial and they were giving him trouble.

" Karyū no Hōkō ", flames shot out of his mouth, in the direction of the two mages above him. His attack, however, was stopped by a column of water. "Filth! Not again!", Natsu swore.

The water column opened and a torrent of earth came towards him. The fire mage dodged, but it seemed to follow him wherever he went. Happy caught him and lifted him into the air, with his wings, however, that earth magic continued to follow them. He couldn't see it, but a whirlwind of water hit him from behind, knocking them both to the ground. Then all that earth fell on top of them.

"Don't go thinking it might be easy to get away from us, Fairy," said a tall, thin, pink-haired woman.

"Don't lose focus!" warned his companion, a man with long brown hair and medium height. "He won't go down like that. Keep attacking," the woman nodded and her magic produced columns of stone, ready to crush the mage to the ground.

The Fire Dragon Slayer, pulled himself together and before he was crushed, managed to destroy the stone pillars with his ' Karyū no Tekken ', much to the amazement of the two.

"He is very strong," said the man.

Natsu was smiling, much to the wrath of Dark Souls mages. They charged at the fire mage using their combined spells, just as Natsu retaliated with his fire.

The water mage managed to nullify his spells very well, while the earth mage hit him. Natsu didn't have much of a chance to counterattack, whenever he used his magic, a wave would erase it and he would be battered by storms of sand, mud, and columns of rocks that crushed him. Even so, he was giving trouble to the other two mages, his magic and strength were brutal and little by little the Dragon Slayer managed to wear those two down.

"We have to get this over with," the woman said. "It's getting harder and harder to contain his fire."

"He is powerful, not the surface is the strongest of the Dragon Slayers", said the man. "On the other hand, he's exhausted too," he chuckled.

"There's a lot more to get out of it!", Natsu yelled, obviously listening to their conversation in the distance. "Come on, show me what you're capable of, because I'm excited about this fight," he flashed a confident smile.

"Don't go singing victory like that, kid!", at that moment some explosions were heard in other parts of the city. "I think your friends are having fun with ours too," the man smiled sadistically. "You may be strong, but what about your friends? And those little girls?" he laughed devilishly.

Natsu smiled confidently. "I would worry more about your friends," he said, taking them by surprise and irritating them.

The black mages flew towards Natsu attacking him at the same time. The Fairy Tail mage was quick to react, and attacked them in the same way. They dealt blows at each other, with no clear advantage for either side, sequences of blows and spells cast created a fierce and brutal spectacle.

Natsu didn't come out of this fight unscathed, with some attacks hitting him and injuring his body. But he realized that his magic balanced and was surpassing that of the water mage.

Natsu looked at the water mage. "You're good, but I know a water mage far more powerful than you," he smiled, startling him. " Raienryū no Hōkō ", a gigantic jet of fire and lightning hit him, while the fire could be controlled by water, the electricity penetrated his body causing him to howl in pain and lose control, being hit by the fire afterwards. Seconds later he was lying on the ground completely defeated and burned and electrocuted.

The woman looked terrified at the scene, fear set in her and before Natsu could do anything she raised a cloud of dust, obscuring his vision.

As soon as the dust cleared and he regained visibility of the area, the fire mage saw that he was alone. "Filth! She escaped!" he raged. "Happy, can you see if she's around?"

Happy was flying over the city, looking and flying in all directions. "No Natsu".

"Damn it! If Erza finds out, she will kill me", he despaired. "Okay, I'll see that later. Now let's go meet the others," he and Happy ran to their closest friend.

Erza...

"Are you going to hide or are you going to show up and fight?", Erza said, apparently to no one.

Two figures appeared around her in the blink of an eye. Two men, one black-haired and of average height, using a cane and another man of the same height and white hair.

"The famous Titania Erza", the brunette said with a mocking tone. "To what do I owe the honor?"

"You are from Dark Souls. Why did they attack us in the hotel, with so many innocent people", the redhead spoke angrily, looking at the two seriously and with a dark air.

"As if we care," the white-haired one replied. "To us they are just cattle," he laughed sadistically.

"Bastards!" she yelled through gritted teeth and clenching her fists in rage. "Let's rid this city of you."

"Of course they will...", they began to hear the sounds of other fighting in the distance. The brunette smiled and laughed. "We know who you are, we know your spells. We handpicked the mages who have magic against yours. There is no hope of victory."

Erza looked at him in surprise at the revelation, they knew them so well that they had gathered special mages for each of them. It was strange for a guild like that to be at such a good level of organization. Everything about that mission was getting weird. Those dark mages seemed to know they were coming, knew who they were, were ready for them. What was happening? She did not know.

"Enough with the nonsense", the white haired man said and attacked the redhead.

The mage Requip swung her sword to defend herself, but suddenly the mage who had attacked her disappeared from her front and attacked her from behind. His companion came and, wielding his staff, shrouded in bright light, hit Erza in the face. She fell meters away.

Recovering, the Fairy Tail mage analyzed them carefully. "One uses teleportation, the other likes melee combat with the staff", she thought and quickly came to the conclusion of how her opponents fight.

She got up and ran towards them, summoning another sword and swinging it at the two opponents. The battle was difficult, the blows she delivered were being blocked by her black haired enemy's staff, while her other opponent escaped by teleporting to several different places.

They were well coordinated and looked like they trained a lot to fit in, as the two defended together and attacked together, giving Erza a hard time. Even though most of the time she defended herself perfectly, some of their attacks were coming in and they were powerful.

Erza began to feel the pressure. She has fought numerous opponents at once before. But these were different, more coordinated and accurate, she noticed. They weren't trivial wizards. She felt a sharp jolt in her stomach and saw her attacker grinning devilishly at her, seeing her face tighten in pain.

She was grabbed and held from behind, without her realizing it, the white-haired mage enveloped her, dropping his swords and trapping her tightly.

"Now let's have a little fun with you," smiled sadistically the man with the stick.

"No mercy, please", said the guy holding Erza.

She looked terrified and was viciously smacked in the stomach. That mage swung the staff hitting the left side of Erza's face and then the right, turning once more he hit the redhead's head, from top to bottom, causing a cut that spurted blood, covering her face with crimson red.

"Look! She's enjoying it, she's even asking for more, HAHAHA...!", the one holding her laughed devilishly at an injured Erza, who was bleeding liters from her head.

"Leave the baton alone. I want to feel her skin on my fists", the other black mage dropped his weapon and started punching her, without mercy or mercy.

After a torture session, they dropped her to the ground, badly bruised and bleeding.

"She's finished," commented one of them.

"Let's get this over with soon," the other picked up his spear, ready to plunge into her back, when he was stopped by a sword. "What is this!?" he said in surprise.

"Don't underestimate Fairy Tail, nor my friends", Erza said standing up bravely. She wiped the blood from her face and looked at them deeply, startling them. She was practically dead seconds ago and now she was on her feet, imposing.

"Don't call me Titania for nothing", she said and summoned her cheetah armor - Flight Armor.

They didn't even see what hit them next. Erza's speed was out of bounds, not even the white-haired mage's teleportation was fast enough to stop the violent attack that Erza unleashed on him.

Her mate didn't have the skill, or speed, enough to fend off the blows she delivered with her blades . He was hit repeatedly, not even his weapon was strong enough to take it and it split in half.

Erza summoned her Clear Heart Clothing armor with the standard katana . She ran and attacked them with all her heart, defeating the two dark mages with a string of slashes, punches, and kicks. The two fell unconscious to the floor, without any reaction.

She sat on the floor and breathed a sigh of relief, bruised and tired.

Ryker was sitting, victorious, on a pile of monster bodies, it was night and the only light coming was from the moon.

"How did the others do on their missions?" he asked thoughtfully.

"I'm sure fine," Mira replied further down.

"I think so," he shrugged. "Again that shit! They say it's just one monster, but it's a whole nest of them," he sighed.

"But in the end it all worked out, don't worry," she soothed him.

Ryker put a hand to his chin and smiled victoriously. "I'm not worried. We smashed them."

"You bet it is," Mirajane said, ten meters below, with one hand on her hip and the other along her body, smiling out of the corner of her mouth, showing all her grandeur.
