It was just another morning, with the sun shining down on New York City, signalling everyone for them to wake up their slumbers and get to their daily activities. Especially more so for those who had to go to school which also implied to a certain blonde girl, who lived in Queens and was waiting outside her house to wait for the morning bus to come pick her up.
Arturia had made a small yawn as she had her backpack wrapped around her back. "I sometimes wish that I didn't have to wake up in 7:30 in the morning to wait for this. Where is it already?" she grumbled.
Arturia is a young woman in her late teens with a slender physique, soft skin, and green eyes. She has her hair tied into a simple ponytail with a blue ribbon. She seemed to be somewhere around 5'4 of height, and her appearance made her seem like she was around 18 years old.
Arturia saw the familiar yellow bus coming up towards her from the streets. "Finally." she said to herself in annoyance and relief as she had walked inside the bus before the doors closed.
Arturia had to keep her hands onto the different seats she held so that she couldn't fall on accident. She kept pushing on forward to see if she could spot someone that she was looking for. When she saw someone raise their hand, she knew that she was looking just for the right person. The blond teenager had gotten to the side of the windows and sat next to Diarmuid.
"Thanks for saving the seat." Arturia said, as she had put her blue backpack down on the floor. Though she did find the space a little cramped. "Thought that someone else might have taken it."
"I made sure no-one took it. Though believe me when I say some have tried to." Diarmuid told her. "Honestly, it's just rude sitting next to someone who tried to save the other person's seat."
"Yeah, like what's up with that? It's as though that a hint can't be brought up that no means no." Arturia had stretched her back before leaning towards the chair she sat at. "Kinda wish the space wasn't tight though."
"Not like we can really do much about that. Try to bear with it for an hour or so." Diarmuid had shrugged.
"Well I might as well eat something right now on our way there…" Arturia said, as she had unzipped her backpack and took out a sandwich.
"Midtown High School Seniors..." the teacher was telling his charges as they approached Columbia University's science building. "Let us remember that we are privileged guests here at Columbia University. Let us not have a repeat—"
Of course, the students weren't listening. They were chatting, mocking, even throwing hacky sacks around. The teacher snared one out of the air. "Knock it off." he ordered sharply. "Let us not have a repeat of that little incident at the planetarium..."
"So what exactly are we being presented here again?" Diarmuid had asked the blond girl next to him, as he had forgotten what exactly was this place gonna be about again.
"I don't really remember too much, I think that one of them had something to do with spiders." Arturia briefly reminded him.
"Doesn't sound much interesting, but if it has any sort of chances helping out anything with our Biology test coming up, then it might as well be worth it."
"Yeah, guess you're right with that one."
"This is the largest controlled experiment on the genetics of spiders in the world," a young Oriental female tour guide told Midtown's class as they crossed through the public display area of the laboratory. "Genus Araneae. There are over 32,000 species of spider in the world."
"That sounds like a lot of spiders…" Diarmuid had whispered mostly to himself, mainly by the large number the tour had summoned up.
"Yeah but we might not meet much, or any other different types of it at least." Arturia had silently remarked.
"This is the Delena spider," the guide continued, pointing out a glass tank in front of them. "It has the capability of jumping distances many times its size in order to capture its prey."
As if trying to prove it, the spider demonstrated by leaping a distance of more than six inches across a piece of wood in its tank, as if on cue.
"This is the Netweb spider," the guide continued as they reached another cage, where another spider had four crickets wrapped in a web cocoon that it was dragging upward. "Capable of spinning a funnel-shaped web whose strands are so strong that they have a tensile strength proportionate to the same cable used in bridge construction."
"Ok now those webs are strong…" Arturia had whistled, as she seemed impressed with the strength of the webs.
The guide was showing them the crab spider, whose synapses and nervous system conduction was so fast in identifying threats to its environment that some scientists thought it bordered on precognition — what did she call it, spider-sense? Arturia wasn't paying much attention. She was looking at other displays instead, though didn't seem too interested.
Same thing could be said for Diarmuid . "Gross-looking thing, isn't it?" he said, indicating a greyish spider in a huge funnel web.
"Well it's a spider, they're not exactly one of the most prettiest animals that exist."
They caught up with the group again as the guide was showing them the university program's grandest experiment, three rows of five glass cases each full of spiders and webs. "Through 5 years of painstaking research and new techniques in genetic breakdown and recombination, we have combined properties from all three of these species of spiders to create these 15 genetically enhanced super-spiders." she explained it shortly to the high schoolers.
There was one girl there who counted on how many there were. "I think it's 14." she said.
The guide looked at her. "Excuse me?"
"There's fourteen." she pointed to a box on the middle row, filled only with a menacing-looking funnel web. "One's missing."
"Hm-m." The guide looked at the box. "They've probably removed that one for additional study."
Unknowm to the rest of them, the spider in question had been crawling onto a pillar, having just recently escaped from wherever ir was held before. It waited just so it could feast on the nearest thing to sink it's venom into someone. There wasn't any spinnerete made, as in doing so would have caught attention to practically everyone.
However, no-one seemed to care much about the missing spider. In fact now the tour guide session seemed to be good as over. It had the students split up to some other places where they could get away and have some chats to themselves. Though with Arturia and Diarmuid, Arturia had a phone with her as she seemed to look around on what to take pictures with. "Hey, Arturia, check this out."
Arturia turned around to see Diarmuid, who was hovering above a spider of its tank, bringing his arms down as if he was a Godzilla. This had Arturia chuckle from the antic her friend was doing. "What are you doing right now?"
"Come on, take a pic with that phone." Diarmuid smiled as he held onto his position.
"You look ridiculous doing that."
"Just take a pic!"
"Alright, alright." Arturia rolled her eyes in amusement as she backed away further, as unknown to her she was close to the pillar that the spider was at.
The constant motion of the air underneath the spider was really getting annoying as it climbed down lower. And the latest disturbance had to be caused by that dark object right beneath it. The spider saw Arturia as the closest.
"There, done. You happy now?" Arturia said, as she showed her friend the picture of himself and the spider, as Diarmuid walked over to her.
"Yes. My soul is now complete, and may it pass on peacefully."
Arturia had rolled her eyes in amusement from this.
The spider finally touched down on something solid as it leaped over at Arturia's forearm, and with its enhanced speed it quicky crawled over to her hand. It could feel warmth, smell flesh. And in a warm-blooded animal, that meant that food was just underneath the surface. It crawled along the surface to find a vulnerable point. Before Diarmuid could so much as warn her about the spider, the enhanced animal speared its fangs into its warm-blooded prey and took a deep, satisfying suckle.
"Aargh!" Arturia cried out as a needle-like pain drove into her right hand and shook off the stinging sensation on reflex.
She saw something fell to the floor. Arturia looked down to see what the hell just bit her. Her eyes had widened a little when she saw what it was. It was a spider… big, grey, with huge red black-widow-like spots on its back, fully engorged with blood. The spider scurried away quickly. Arturia herself was shocked. She'd never seen a spider like that before.
She looked over at her hand saw there were two circular fangs, consisting of red colors. with two puncture holes in it, atop one of the big veins in her hand. Arturia felt her blood run cold from this. Whatever that spider was, it had filled her pretty good with its venom, and took a good, hearty drink from her bloodstream.
Diarmuid frowned when he saw the worried look on Arturia's face. He knew the spider was running but he wanted to make sure his friend was alright first. "Hey, everything alright?" he asked her in concern.
Arturia had held her wrist, as she had started to bent down her back forward and looked over at her friend's side. She had started to take heavy breaths, and she could feel her body shaking. "I… no. I don't really feel good—" the words barely escaped from her mouth before her vision had turned completely blacked out and her body had fell down on the cold floor, completely passing out.
"Arturia?" Diarmuid bent to his knee and shook her shoulder to wake her up. "Arturia?!" he shook her more but he wasn't getting any response. "Hey! Someone call for help!" he shouted out to everyone. "That spider just ran that way!" he pointed to the direction of where he last saw it.
Darnic Prestone Yggdmillennia could not be any more annoyed than what he was now. He sat in his office as he was rubbing his temples together. "Everywhere I turn, things just keep getting worse." Darnic had grumbled between breaths.
All of the work he kept on doing was going horribly wrong. The deals he had made with the military of all the enhanced human robotics was being dragged out for too long even for their liking, which essentially did not please them at all. Along that they kept running to deadlines, and their funds were cut very shortly and had little to do anymore.
Darnic then saw Celenike coming in, noticing that her face did not hold any sort of positivity like he would have hoped for. "I take that we still don't have any good news?" he had asked.
Celenike had shook her head negatively. "It's gotten worse. We now have a chance to build some sort of prototype exoskeleton craft, except the problem with this is that we only have 2 weeks left till that made." she informed him.
Darnic had widened his eyes by this. "2 weeks?! Have they gone mad?" Celenike had shrugged her shoulders. "We are talking about grand human evolutionary changes here! That is not just something that could be done in some lousy 2 weeks! Even if we could, we don't have the budget we had before! It would end up in failure!" he had exclaimed in outrage.
"And that's not the worst part, turns out that if we're still not able to do the human enhancers with a human subject, they're going to take our funding for good. And we'll be stuck with nothing else to do."
Darnic had put his fingers together and had gained a more serious look on himself. "It appears that desperate times call for desperate measures. We don't have a choice. It's a good thing I did call out on those other deals."
Celenike had widened her eyes slightly, knowing what the head was implying about. "Are you sure this is a good idea?" she asked hesitantly.
"I'm only doing what's best for the Yggdmillennia business. If that means taking illegal deals from mobs cause our funds are getting low, then so be it." Darnic had then gotten up from his seat. "You can order the others to have them work on the robotics and afford partial of our funding there. I'm spending the rest on the human enhancers. I'm making damn sure the Yggdmillennia will climb to the top, no matter what that's going to cost." he had remarked sharply as he had started to leave his office.
"Uung… mhmm?" Arturia had slowly started to move her body forward, her green eyes opening up as she had started to regain consciousness. "Ow… feels like my whole body got split in two…" she had complained.
Arturia then looked around and slightly widened her eyes when she saw that she was in a hospital room, while also sitting on a bed, and she wore a hospital gown as well. "Must have passed out somehow…" she muttered to herself.
She then felt something odd collaring around her body. Her eyes slowly looked down, and she instantly became worried when she saw a familiar bulge coming out of the gown. "Crap… not now!" she had hissed when she saw her cock poking out at a considerably bad time. "Shitshitshit…" she had tried to hide her unnaturally long erection as much as she could.
Arturia then looked over and saw her doors slid open when a woman had come in. She had quickly turned around to lie down on her stomach where her bulge shouldn't be seen at all. The woman had closed the door and locked it. "Alright, now to get back with… Oh?" the woman in front of Arturia looked to be a doctor. "You're already up?" the female doctor had looked surprised by this. "Well that's unexpected. I didn't think you would wake up so soon."
"Uh…" Arturia looked around a bit awkwardly, trying to also keep up a smile. "Y-Yeah… I'm kinda surprised as well. What exactly happened to me?" she asked the female doctor.
Nightingale shrugged her shoulders. "Beats me. All I know is that I got a call from my nurses that you had to be transferred here, because you got bitten by some super spider or something."
Arturia gave off a surprised look. "Oh wait…" the memories from what happened at the field trip have dotted to her mind now. "Yeah, now I remember. I kinda got bitten by this weird spider on a field trip, and the next thing I knew was that I passed out. Wait, how long have I been here?" she asked as she looked behind to the window to see that it was still daytime.
"You've been out for about 5 hours now. You looked terrible when you got here." Nightingale informed her. "And your body wasn't doing well either. So how do you feel now? Anything painful happening to you? Dizziness?"
"Uh… no?" Arturia shook her head. "I don't really feel any sort of pain like I did before." she told her. "In fact, I feel better than ever."
"Hmm…" Nightingale hummed to herself. "That's a bit odd. Hang on, I'll have to perform some tests on you to make sure if your body should be functions like it should be. Whatever sort of spider bit you, I don't really think it would make you feel better like that out of nowhere. It's weird." the doctor went ahead to pull out a flashlight from her pocket. "You mind standing up a little?"
"Uh... I think I'll just lie like this."
Arturia had suddenly felt like chills have ran down her spine, as she could feel some dark aura surrounding this woman. "Perhaps I didn't make myself clear… do you mind if you stand up a little?"
"Y-Yes ma'am!" Arturia had yelped as she had sat down fully into her bed, where her bulge from before could be seen.
Nightingale had looked questioningly at the large boner before looking back at the teen. "Well this is new…" she had murmured to herself.
Arturia had looked down with an embarrassed blush on her face. "I... I can explain this—"
"Just hold still so I can make sure you're alright." Nightingale had bluntly interrupted her before she used the flashlight on Arturia's eyes.
Nightingale had waited for the girl's eyes to adjust to the light that flashed in front of her. She saw the pupils beginning to shrink, as they should have. She went ahead to perform other tests on the blonde teenager to make sure if her bodily functions were working properly. So far all the tests she made turned to be positive, as if there was nothing wrong with her.
"Everything seems… perfectly fine with you now?" Nightingale has told the girl with some confusion laced in her tone.
"You say that as if something is wrong anyways."
"There really isn't, and that's what confuses me."
"If there's nothing wrong with me, isn't that supposed to be good?" Arturia quirked her eyebrow in confusion.
"I don't think you understand this. You got bitten by a spider, whom combined multiple of them into one, which gave you a deadly venom into your bloodstream, and now all of a sudden you're standing as if nothing happened to you in the first place. Don't you think that's even a little bit odd?"
"Uh… yeah, I guess that is a little odd. But I feel fine anyways." Arturia had shrugged. "Don't you think you're worrying a little much?"
Nightingale had scratched her head. "I suppose I might be. However, just to be safe… if you do feel anything weird, or painful, or something abnormal happening to you, come back here immediately."
"Uh… right, thank you." Arturia nodded her head.
Nightingale shrugged. "Well if that's all there is now, you can grab your clothes and leave this place."
Arturia had given the woman a flabbergasted look. "Wait, hold on! I can't leave just yet! What about this thing?!" she pointed to her bulge that was still raging. "It hasn't calmed down since I woke up! I'm not even thinking of anything inappropriate!" she exclaimed.
"Quit being so spastic. That erection you have is probably a side effect from that bite you got, and one of the spiders that got mixed must have been one of those that give off an erection that lasts much longer for any man are used to. And that puts you in that case as well."
"Wait, those type of spiders actually exist?!"
"Apparently so."
"Wow… wait, so how long is this gonna last?"
"About 3 hours or so."
Arturia had gaped her mouth. "3 hours?! You expect me to somehow walk with this thing still going on?!"
"Just have it point upward and it won't be so bad." Nightingale rolled her eyes. "Besides, it's 3 hours, it'll be long over before you know it."
"Easy for you to say without having an uncomfortable cock under your thighs…" Arturia silently grumbled.
Nightingale gave off a dark look. "What was that?"
"Nothing! I'll just go!"
"Are we sure that we got everything down?" one of the scientists had asked as he had gotten some sort of chemical that seemed between purple and black in it as he had it be loaded into the vapor chamber.
"Yeah, we should have been able to by now." another scientist replied as he keyed in several commands to the mixing unit, selecting the formula number, setting the sequencing for the chemicals needed to create the optimal vapor release. "All the research that went into this formula should be complete. We basically managed to figure this stuff out yesterday."
"So what exactly is this one for anyways?"
"This thing? Oh, it got like this from that weird mask thing that Darnic found years ago, says it's nothing like he's ever seen before. We worked on this for a long time before we realized that mask isn't really normal. We studied it and based this formula out of the research we got. Which oddly enough the success rate was a little higher than the other formula with human enhancers we did."
"Ok, so why not use the mask directly if it's supposed to be some mystic artifact, and not waste our time doing some stupid human enhancers?"
"We kinda need a blood sample for it to work. Weird thing about it is that some spikes come out of the back, and we have no idea what it really does. With how sharp those things are we don't really like the thought of doing this to a human and potentially killing them. So as of now this is a good time to use this with the previous research we've done on this, and we managed to find a safer way to be used instead of just shoving it onto someone and cause tons of brain damage, and the safer option is something we managed to achieve using not too long, what with those other multiple projects we've been going on and on about."
Darnic had come out through the doors, as he seemed ready for the experiment that was about to commence. "Sir, are you still sure you should do this? We could still try out on the rodents, and maybe give us about 2 weeks to give a—"
Darnic turned to give a glare. "Two weeks? In two weeks, they're going to pull our funding, give it to Quest, and the Yggdmillennia will be dead!" He had snapped. "Hand me the paramitha chloride."
One of them reached for the small brown bottle. "What for? And why go so far as to use yourself specifically? We could just use someone else to—"
"Catalyzing agent. Begins the chemical breakdown of the vapor into the bloodstream for immediate use." Darnic took the bottle in his hands and regarded it as if it were a bottle of the finest scotch. "And I do not wish to use my other employees in danger, not for something like this." he opened the bottle and swigged its entire contents down as if he were throwing back a shot of whiskey. 'Bleh.' he thought, marking the awful taste, but now there was no turning back. He tossed the bottle aside, and it shattered on the hard concrete floor. "And besides... I want to show those fools who is truly superior, and to show everyone not to ever look down on the Yggdmillennia even again. Besides, I have the highest and best chances of achieving success compared to any of you." he spoke with arrogance in his tone.
There were other scientists from above the room where they were at, as they watched Darnic go inside the chambers where the air doors were locked shut when he got inside. Darnic had nodded toward the people above to start the vapor controls. The others pushed the button.
The mixing unit drew out the contents of the black/purple vial, mixing it with water and air to create a vapor. There was a gas that began to come up through the floor of the vapor chamber. Darnic felt the first whiffs of the gas hit his nostrils.
Everyone from there continued to watch the spectacle unfold in front of them to see what the upcoming results could be. Suddenly they saw Darnic getting to his knees as he seemed to be clenching the floor beneath him. This had the scientists from up above see the EEG ratings starting to go haywire.
"What's going on?!"
"His heart beat is going out of control! Get him out of there! Now!" one of the scientists had hit the button to perform emergency ventilation of the vapor chamber.
The gas began to disperse. And as it did, Darnic's heart unexpectedly gave out. "Oh my God...!" most of them had started running for the chamber doors, frantically hitting the override switch, waiting impatiently for the airlock to open.
It finally did, and the scientists raced in. They went ahead to check on the head of the Yggdmillennia to see his current condition. They weren't hearing a heartbeat coming out of him at all. There was shouting heard to get medical treatment so that they could start his heart again before it was too late.
"Wait… his heart is beating again?!"
It was then that Darnic had opened his eyes again and started to get up from the hard floor. Though he looked mostly the same as before, his eyes were completely yellow now, along that he had a few sharp fangs on his teeth as if he looked like a vampire. The body he had was still that of Darnic Yggdmillennia, but the body language and the expression held that of a madman.
Said madman then looked at the closest scientist in front of him and went ahead to slit his throat with the extended, sharp fingernails. Darnic could hear the cries of pleading heard, but it might as well have counted deaf to him. "Hmmm…"
The other scientists were horrified by what had happened, not believing what they had just seen. But before any of them of them could speak their minds, all the people in the lab fell down when Darnic slit their throats with his sharp nails, using the edge as a blade. "Odd... I'm starting to feel hunger. Telling me to feed blood…" the sharp fanged superhuman had then looked above where there was one last scientist there, that seemed protected by glass walls.
The scientist there had started to sweat bullets, before going ahead to press a button so that he could pull off an emergency to warn everyone to evacuate and call for help. He failed to make it in time before screaming in shock when he heard the sounds of glass shattering. He looked up to see Darnic, who had crouched down in a very odd position where his right arm thrusted forward and his other arm thrusted backwards above his head. The scientist starred in pure disbelief. 'What the hell?! Those glasses were much stronger than steel itself! And he broke through them like they were just paper! H-He's a monster!' he thought to himself in pure fear as his body was visibly shaking.
Everything looked hopeless for him. The chances of escaping seemed impossible for the panicked scientist, and he may have had to go through this fast that he had been cruelly subjected to. So much fear had been filled in his being that he couldn't get himself to just push the button and call for help. Darnic had gotten in front of the man before he also slit his throat with his fingernails.
Using his sharp fingernails as some sort of knife and getting to use the edge, there wouldn't be any traces to lead back as he hadn't made direct physical contact with his hands, as the "blade" was an extension of him, as if though he wielded a knife but wasn't using his hand to hold it.
"I seem to yearn for more blood. Maybe I shouldn't have killed so quick… but the power just felt so wonderful that I couldn't resist!" Darnic had put his index and middle finger on his forehead while closing the rest on his face, putting on a small chuckle. "Now then… let's see what this new power could lead me to!" the new vampire had exclaimed. But then he looked around the room. "But first... I may need to get rid of cameras in this place, so there won't be anything to trace back to me." he said, and then he began to move at speeds that made him look like a blur, as it waa too fast for the cameras to pick up before they got destroyed.
'Ok, so I've gotten out of the hospital and I called a taxi to get on my way home here, since I don't feel like in any mood to walk by myself, even though it wouldn't be a problem for me, and yet I still have no idea what to say to my siblings, nor my father as well.' Arturia thought to herself as she was riding on a taxi as she was back to wearing her school clothes while holding onto her backpack. ' "Oh, hey guys, don't mind me I got bitten by some very poisonous spider that sent me to a hospital, but it's fine since I'm back now!", yeah right. Like that wouldn't be awkward.' she thought to herself as she rolled her eyes.
She could recognize the streets from where she was headed at, and she told the driver that he made it to the location and that he could stop from here. He did so and Arturia gave the driver the money needed before she stepped out of the car and saw her 2 story tall house that was in front of her. She took a breath before walking forward and already got to the front door. 'Well… here goes nothing.' she thought to herself before deciding to ring on the door.
Arturia could start to hear some footsteps coming idly by. "Who is it?" she heard a male voice speak to her. She waited for a few seconds before the door became unlocked and it swinged open, revealing Kay behind those doors.
Kay himself looked to be dumbfounded, as if he had seen a person he never expected to see. Arturia had awkwardly waved her hand in front of her stepbrother. "Uh... I'm back now?" she had said with a smile while somewhat looking away, feeling stupid for how she said it.
Kay then had a joyful smile. "You're back!" he exclaimed as he went ahead to hug his adopted sister.
"It's good to be back, Kay." Arturia felt more comfortable now with herself as she hugged Kay back with one arm.
"Man, you won't know how worried we were when we found out you got in a hospital!" Kay exclaimed as he let go of the hug.
"Hey, Kay, who are you talking to down there?!" Arturia could hear a female voice coming out as sounds of footsteps coming from the stairs could be heard. She knew who it was. The voice came out downstairs and it was revealed to be her older sister, Morgan. Morgan had her eyes wide when she saw Arturia on the doorstep. "You're back!" she exclaimed before going ahead to run over to her younger sister and hug her tightly.
Arturia chuckled awkwardly. "Good to see you too, sis…"
"Hang on, how come you're already out of hospital?" Morgan asked as she let go of the hug. "I thought you would have to stay much longer than just a few hours?"
Arturia had shrugged her shoulders. "No clue to be honest. At first I kinda felt awful, but now I feel like I'm back at full health." she told them.
"And they just let you go like that?"
"Well… not exactly. There was this doctor lady that had to do tests on me, and I was pretty much told I'm free to go after that, but if there could be anything that felt wrong with me then I would have to go back." Arturia briefly informed her siblings.
Morgan looked with slight confusion crossed over her. "That's really weird… you feel anything now?"
"Not really. I feel perfectly normal."
"Hey… is it just me or have you gotten a little taller?" Kay asked, as he looked at closer at his sister's height.
Arturia had blinked in surprise by this. "I have?"
Morgan looked a little closer and checked the height. "Huh, he's right. You've gotten taller than before."
It was true, before Arturia had looked to be around 5'4, but now her height seemed to have increased around to 5'6 now. "Oh… well I'm surprised." Arturia said.
"Guess you hit a growth spurt at a good time in that field trip didn't you?" the long haired blond woman had teased her.
"Oh shut up."
"Hey, leave the teasing alone." Kay defended Arturia before he looked back at her. "Say, you feeling hungry right now? It had to have been a while since you ate anything."
Arturia widened her eyes slightly at this. "Oh right… actually now that I think about it, I am feeling kinda hungry." she said, as she held her stomach with her hand. "I haven't eaten anything since I got on the bus."
"Well, I'll try to make some food since dad is still at work." Kay said.
"Thank you, but I think I'm gonna have to dress up first, and maybe lie down on my bed first."
"You do that. Rest up as much as you need."
Arturia nodded her head before she went inside her nice house. She had climbed up the stairs and went to the halls for a few seconds before she had gotten inside her room and locked it so that she could change her clothes. She had sighed in relief. "Finally I could start to wear pants again. I was getting tired of wearing this skirt. Seriously, why do I gotta wear that stuff for school anyways…" she sighed as she took off her zipper. "Especially with having a dick. It's really uncomfortable." she had complained before taking off the top of her clothes and went to take out her black skirt.
Arturia had then went ahead to find some pants to put herself on, and she found them on her bed before going ahead to put them on. "Ah, that is so much better." she said with some relief heard. She turned to see where she could find some clothes to put on top. However she stopped her tracks when she looked at the mirror that was next to her closet. "What the hell…?" Arturia had murmured from the sheer shock of what she was looking at.
The girl she was staring at reflection looked so little like how she used to be. There in her reflection, her body had looked as though it's been shredded for a woman her figure. She had a layer upon very strong shoulders. Along rope-like sinews running down her arms. Even the backs of her hands rippled with muscle. Along that there were also sets of 6 pack running down at below, though you would have to take a closer look to see it being visible. Her physique looked as though it was one of a female professional boxer that seemed just perfect for fighting, as though she's been working out for years.
"Holy crap… how the hell did I get this?!" Arturia had asked herself in shock. She didn't really understand this. Yesterday she looked like she didn't really have much to begin with, but now she looks like some sort a female boxer, ready to take a world championship title. "Oh man… how did this even happen?" she had asked as she flexed her right arm.
"Hey! Everything alright in there?!" Arturia became startled when she heard Morgan's voice coming through the closed door.
"N-No! Everything is alright!"
"...Want me to come in there?"
"Morgan! I'm still dressing up!"
"Alright, I'm kidding. Lighten up a little."
Arturia sighed as she had put on a sweater, as she went on to do something for the rest of the day before she had to go back to school tomorrow.
Another morning bright sun had passed by. Arturia snapped her eyes open when she felt the rays of the sun pass through her window and hit her in the face. "Mmm… wh - what time is it?" she yawned as she had gotten up from her bed checked to see what time it was. To her shock she saw that it was 7:30 AM. "Oh… shit! I'm gonna be late!" she had exclaimed as she had gotten out of her bed.
Arturia had quickly opened up her closet to gather around for her school clothes to dress up in. 'How did I oversleep like this?! Agh, doesn't matter! I'm getting late!' she thought to herself as she had frantically pulled her school clothes and tried to put them on.
She had managed to dress up in them, before she practically running down the stairs, moving so fast that she was almost afraid she'd miss the turn on the bottom landing. She had nonchalantly put her left hand on the rail to swing around the corner and kept her feet going straight up the wall. Almost without thinking, she put her other hand on the low-hanging ceiling and vaulted over the railing.
Arturia looked back for a second as she blinked her eyes, realizing what she just did. "How did I just…" she shook her head before she headed off to the door as she slung ber backpack. "Nevermind." she told herself before she left.
Arturia had taken the first few steps, and already at next to her side was a grown woman walking next to the sidewalk. Arturia had made a small stupor when she saw it was her neighbor walking down. And her name was Irisviel Einzbern. Irisviel wore a burgundy blouse with a brooch, a white skirt, thigh-high white boots, and black tights. She seemed to be walking in a hurry of some sort. "Uhh… hey, Irisviel…" Arturia had stuttered a bit but nonetheless greeted her neighbor while she had a tint of red blush on her face.
Irisviel had stopped as she turned around to see her younger neighbor. "Oh hi, Arturia." she greeted the teen back. "Aren't you supposed to be at school now?" she asked.
Arturia scratched her face with her finger. "Well, yeah, but I kinda overslept a little bit."
Irisviel had giggled out of this. "Well that's quite a coincidence. I also overslept last night, and I'm getting a little late for work now as well. I'll have to go now."
"Y-Yeah, I'm just gonna…" Arturia started to step away while still keeping eye contact. "I'll have to go now, you know, to school since - ah crap - anyway I'll have to go as well!" she exclaimed as she started to run for the school bus that long since passed. "See ya!"
"Have a nice day!"
School had now finished off with Arturia at last walking her way back home. "Finally. I thought that day would never end." she said, with a sigh escaping her lips. Thankfully there hadn't been anything strange that happened to her. It was just like any other normal day in school.
"You said it. Though now we'll still have to do that final Biology test next Thursday." Diarmuid sighed as well as he scratched his hair while walking next to Arturia. "Man, and here I was hoping we were finally done with those."
Arturia smiled in amusement. "Just hang on a little while longer, Diarmuid. We only got 2 weeks left and school will finally be over, and we could get to some college we like."
Diarmuid had sighed again. "Yeah I guess so. Just 2 more weeks…"
"I mean, if you want I could study with you to help you out." Arturia offered.
Diarmuid had shook his head from this. "Thank you, but that will not be necessary. I will not trouble you with this unless I sincerely need it."
"Well, if you say so I guess." Arturia shrugged her shoulders before the two of them had continued to walk together.
They have made it somewhere around halfway to Arturia's home before Diarmuid could see his recognize his home. "Well, I'm gonna be off now. You wanna hang out at the weekends?" he asked her.
"I guess I could. Well if I could see if there isn't anything unexpected going on from stopping me to do that." Arturia said.
"Alright then. Well I'll see ya."
"Bye." Arturia gave Diarmuid a farewell before she started to leave to get to her house.
Just another day with her. Nothing out of the ordinary that could happen with her. She was just gonna go back home and spend the rest of her day like how she usually would.
Except this case was gonna be different for her this time.
"Hey! Leave me alone, man! Why can't you just get money of your own?!"
Arturia's ears perked up. Having curiosity get the better of her, she decided to check out what was going on. She got to a nearby alley to see what she heard. When she got there however, she was shocked to see a mugging going by in the process.
"Just give me the damn money and I'll leave you!"
"I'm trying to save for my rent here! Can't you bother someone else?!"
"Just give me and this will go swiftly!" the mugger had his pocket knife placed on the pinned man's throat, as he continued to harass him.
Arturia seemed to be stuck on what to do. She looked around and saw there weren't many people on this street where she was at. And those who were seemed to not do anything about it. Arturia looked back behind her before looking at the crime before her happening. She was stuck on what to do. She couldn't really call for some help, and calling cops might take too long for something like this. But she was the only one even seeing what was going on. She didn't really have any weapon to defend herself with. But she didn't want to see anyone getting hurt…
So…
On pure reflex alone, she had stepped forward without any sort of thinking. "That's enough!" she had yelled as she made her presence known. Though she probably should have at least come up with a better line to say.
The two men turned around to look at her in surprise. The mugger more so looked at her with an annoyed look. "Kid, if you know what's good for you, you better get the hell out while you have the chance!" the thief had warned the teenager.
Arturia didn't really know what else to go with. She didn't really think about this situation at all. She didn't know how to fight much, but she could at least press the criminal enough for the innocent man to get out at least. She continued to press on. "Then make me!" she dared him.
The mugger had let the other man go and proceeded to walk fast forward towards the blonde girl as he still had his knife on his hand. Arturia felt her body becoming tense, especially when the thief reached close distance at her. 'I am way over my head with this! I should have just called for some help and - what the…?'
She saw the first attack had a knife strike at her, to which Arturia's body reacted on instinct and avoided the cut by tilting her head as the knife missed her head. The mugger seemed shocked at this but nonetheless he regained his composure and swinged his knife wildly again at her body, but Arturia had merely sidestepped again to avoid the dangerous blow.
The mugger was becoming more irritated by this. He had enough and used his left hand to throw a punch at Arturia, but something wasn't right. She could see the punch coming in slow motion. In fact there was way too much time for her to move out of the way again. And that's exactly what she did by dodging again. "Just get out of here! I can hold him off!" she had told the man, whom had confusingly nodded his head and started running away from the alley.
Everything about all of this felt very wrong for Arturia. She could feel as though all her senses had become hyper aware of her surroundings, and just knew on pure reflex and instinct on what she had to do. Along with the nagging tingling she felt in her head. "You little bitch!" the mugger had tried to kick her down, but Arturia's body reached much faster on its own by ducking down.
'What the hell is going on with me?!' Arturia thought to herself as her body reacted again by going to her left and managed to get behind the man by tiptoeing on her feet. She saw the mugger swing his knife down at her again, but this time she used her hand to grab his wrist and accidentally broke it. Arturia heard the man yell out in pain, but she had completely silenced him when she grabbed him by his collar with one of her hands and used her other hand to flick him in the forehead, making the thief lose his unconsciousness in the process.
Arturia had looked at her hand in pure disbelief of what had just happened as she backed away. Did she just do that? She couldn't believe it. She just effortlessly beated a grown man like it was nothing. And without breaking a sweat as well. "I just did that?" she had asked around nobody in particular but herself, as if to confirm she had just done what she thought what she just did, and the last move she pulled was as if it was from some Kung Fu movie.
But then the situation dawned at her. Whatever she just did, she realized a teenager girl had beated a criminal with just her bare hands alone. And worried if there were anybody that saw her, panic and worry had taken over and she started to run away from the alley, and hadn't noticed anybody that saw what she did. But she didn't wanna take any chances, so she ran.
Hey guys. Combat here with a new story at hand to do now. Yeah I know, I kinda have a bunch of other ones to do now, but this is one of the stories I really wanted to write for some time.
Ok so I might have to clarify a few things here just so to maybe tone down the confusion to give a better understanding.
So as you can see, this story is an AU story of Fate/Stay Night with a crossover with Marvel. The specific Marvel I'm doing in order is more so focused with the direction of the Raimi movies. I kinda went with this one because I kinda thought this would have been more easy to handle with. Along that there are some JoJo's Bizarre Adventure elements mixed in this as well, as with the mask reference being the Stone Mask being one of them. Reason being with JoJo is because seeing the Spider-Man Raimi movies, the villains were a problem to deal with. My Co-Author, Dangai_Ichigo (on FanFiction) and I were collaborating, discussing what to/what not to do and what changes should be brought in.
So we had Arturia get the Spider-Man powers in this where she's the focus of the attention. I did kinda thought about doing Shirou in this, but I kinda thought it was a little weird in this and I more so found some cool fan arts of Arturia being Spider-Gwen, and thought it looked awesome, and sort of fitting. So my Co-Author and I went with this instead.
Also decided to release this on March 28th, which is a celebration of the movie Heaven's Feel 3 release. Still haven'r seen it but I'm betting it's gonna be really good.
And also… yes, Arturia does have a dick in this. She's a Futa in this. Why? Because why the hell not. Arturia in Fate was canonically a Futa at some point, after all it's the main reason how Mordred exists in the first place thanks to her and Morgan. There's a reason for this story as well. So basically... Arturia would get to have a Harem of her own in the story, and yes that would be with women, I do not wanna have dudes with her cause that's just fucking weird. The harem thing won't happen right now though, it'll take time and some development for it to happen. You've been warned with those who do not like some of this stuff. For those who do… not sure what to say.
I could go on for more but I that could be enough. If there are more things that confuse you and want more answers, feel free to Review or PM me and I'll answer as much as I can. Let me know what you think about this story in general.
