A.N. — A big birthday salutation for Hogwarts' tiniest professor. A truly talented individual, he's overcome multiple potential roadblocks to carve a strong foothold for himself at Hogwarts. I'd be honored to have Filius Flitwick for my head of house.
290. Filius Flitwick
Falling off his stack of books when he reached Harry Potter's name in roll call was a calculated move on Professor Flitwick's part. Let his students underestimate him at their own peril; he was Head of Ravenclaw House for a reason.
It said volumes when someone who was so easily looked over was also so widely respected. He was harmless and ruthless in turns, both loved and feared by students and staff. Above all, he was fair. His house points decisions — both giving and taking — were unquestioned. Filius had carefully crafted a warrior scholar image, and wore it with pride.
