Episode 1: Here We Go Again – Part 1
We open up on Don, who's standing on a platform at the Cartoon Nexus, ready to give his introduction to the brand new season.
Don: Welcome back everyone. We're here to kick off the second season of The Ridonculous Race: Cartoon Crossover! As you may recall, our first season ended with an epic finale, in a battle between good and evil. And in the end, it was the Rockers, Luna & Sam Sharp, who claimed first place and the million dollars, becoming the first winners of The Ridonculous Race: Cartoon Crossover. And thanks to the huge ratings the show garnered last season, we're back at it again with a brand new season. New teams! New locations! New challenges! The same prize. Who'll win one million dollars and the title of race champions? Let's find out, shall we? Let's begin the second season of, The Ridonculous Race: Cartoon Crossover.

Don: Welcome back to the Cartoon Nexus. As you may recall, this was the starting point for last season's race. And like last season, will start the race here. After that, whatever happens over the course of the race is fair game… mostly. Anyway, let's meet the teams.
Scene shows several portals opening up around Don. We then see two adults jump out of one of the portals. One of them is a female with light blonde to whiteish hair, black eyes, and fairly tanned skin. She was wearing a black turtleneck sweater, black pants, a black belt, black high heeled boots, and pearl earrings; the other is a male with fair skin, Elvis-like, jet black hair, and black eyes. He was wearing a red, white, and blue suit, a black belt that has a golden circle with a yellow star in the middle, and black heeled boots.
Don: Agent K & Dick Daring! Married Parents, from The Replacements.
[Confessional: Agent K & Dick Daring]
Agent K: Originally, our children, Riley & Todd, were going to compete on this show. But Todd was placed in summer school and Riley had tickets to go see a week long Dustin Dreamlake concert that would take place during the time of the race, and she didn't want to miss it.
Dick Daring: So, when the opportunity presented itself, we decided to participate.
Agent K: Indeed, especially after Dick mention there may be spies in the competition, just like last season. And I won't rest until they're found. (uses her grappling hook to go off screen)
Dick Daring: (to the camera) Between the two of us, I had to tell her that so she would say yes to coming onto the show. I've always wanted to do this, and now I have the chance!

We then see two females jump out of a different portal. One was an elderly, Egyptian woman with white hair and a tattoo of the Eye of Horus on her left eye. She was wearing a dark suit, a dirty brown coat with a coattail and blue accents, and an eyepatch over her right eye. She was also carrying a Biotic rifle; the other was a young, Egyptian female with a muscular build, dark skin, medium long dark hair, with the sides tied back by two gold bands, and a tattoo of the Eye of Horus on her right eye. She was wearing a blue suit of armor with wings, jet boosters, and a yellow visor in the shape of a bird beak. She was also holding a rocket launcher.
Don: Ana & Pharah! Mother & Daughter, from Overwatch.
[Confessional: Ana & Pharah]
Pharah: We're here to prove to everyone that we are two of the strongest players in Overwatch. While many people seem to choose characters like D. Va, Winston, & Tracer, we'll prove that we can stand with the ranks and take down the competition.
Ana: (to the camera) We're also here for some bonding, in the hopes of mending a broken relationship.

We then see two teenagers jump out of a different portal. One was a Caucasian male with spiky purple hair and indigo eyes. We was wearing a white t-shirt, a blue hoodie, blue and gold shorts, brown sandals, and a golden ankle brace; the other was a Caucasian female with spiky red hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a light blue t-shirt, a black belt with a silver buckle, green pants, black and white sneakers, and a black wristband with a white stripe.
Don: Archie & Atlanta! Warriors, from Class of the Titans.
[Confessional: Archie & Atlanta]
Atlanta: Given our competitive nature, we knew sooner or later we'd audition for the show.
Archie: Yep. And we're take on each and every challenge thrown at us and face them head on. And in the end, we'll emerge on top. (he high fives Atlanta)
Atlanta: I can agree to that.

Scene shows two people jumping out of a different portal. One was an overweight, middle-aged, balding man with yellow skin. He was wearing a white polo shirt, blue jeans, and gray loafers; the other is a boy with yellow skin and spiky blonde hair which matches the color of his skin. He was wearing an orange shirt, blue shorts, white socks, and blue sneakers.
Don: Bart & Homer! Father & Son, from The Simpsons.

Homer: Marge wanted me to have some father-son bonding time with Bart. I didn't know how until I recalled my guest appearance from the last season. So, I decided to sign us up for the race.
Bart: Not my first choice, but if we win one million dollars, who am I to complain? Go team!

Scene shows to two kids jumping out of a different portal. One was a tall, teenage Latino-American male with tan skin and black hair with a tuft combed upwards. He was wearing a cream-colored t-shirt under an unbuttoned green shirt, blue jeans, a black belt with a gold buckle, and brown shoes with multiple white stripes; the other was a Latino-American girl dark tan skin, black hair worn in a low ponytail, freckles on her cheeks, and two buck teeth that stick out of her mouth. She was wearing a purple hooded jacket, a white tank top, blue jean shorts, light pink socks worn high, and purple flats.
Don: Bobby & Ronnie Anne! Brother & Sister, from The Loud House
[Confessional: Bobby & Ronnie Anne]
Bobby: I was originally gonna do this race with my girlfriend, Lori. (sighs lovingly)
Ronnie Anne: Bobby. (snaps her fingers in front of his face, breaking him out of his trace)
Bobby: Sorry. Anyway, I would've done the race with her, but she had a golf tournament that's gonna last throughout the whole competition. So I decided to go with my sister instead.
Ronnie Anne: Yeah. It would be nice to win a million dollars. It would also be nice to beat Lame-O's placement as well. It's also a good thing Bobby decided to sign us up together, otherwise I would've been stuck with Carlota. And no offense to her, but she can be a lot.

Scene shows a dog and a baby jumping out of a different portal. The dog had white fur and a black nose. He was wearing a red collar with a gold, circular tag on it; the baby with a football-shaped head and a few strands of black hair. He was wearing a yellow shirt, red overalls, and light blue shoes.
Don: Brian & Stewie! Frenemies, from Family Guy.
[Confessional: Brian & Stewie]
Stewie: Greetings, everyone. We're here to dominate the competition and be the champions of this race. Victory will be ours!
Brian: (to the camera) He likes to think he has complete control over everything and everyone. It's weird, but funny.
Stewie: Hey!

Scene switches to two teenagers jumping out of a different portal. One of them was a female with fair skin, blonde hair, and green eyes. She was wearing a pink tank top, a royal blue skirt, pink high heels, and a pink butterfly clip in her hair; the other was a male with dark skin, curly brown hair, and brown eyes. He was wearing a long-sleeve dark maroon sweater with a white undershirt, brown capri pants, and blue sneakers with white trimming.
Don: Caitlin & Wyatt! Kindhearted Teenagers, from 6teen.

Caitlin: (squeals) This is so exciting. I'm in a race with my friends!
Wyatt: Yeah, it's pretty cool. Thanks to the hosting gig Jonesy scored last season, he managed to get all six of us onto the show.
Caitlin: (snickers and claps to herself quietly) Oh, I can't wait to get started.

One is a tall, thin male with a pale complexion, short gray hair, bright, turquoise eyes, a large handlebar moustache that's curled at the tips. He was wearing attire from the 1870s, which comprised of an olive green three piece suit with coat-tails that go down to his knees, a brown vest, which features four gold colored button and the chain of his pocket watch, a white dress shirt with a pink tie, black and white dress shoes, a small, olive green top hat with goggles, and a pair of square, frameless glasses; the other is a short male with an olive complexion, dark eyes, and curly brown hair and sideburns. He was wearing attire from the 1970s, which comprised of a red and yellow track suit, with the jacket zipped down halfway, revealing a white undershirt and gold chain. He was also wearing white sneakers and orange and yellow shades with tinted lenses.
Don: Cavendish & Dakota! Time Travelers, from Milo Murphy's Law.

Cavendish: Now, if we're being completely honest, we weren't the ones selected to participate during this season.
Dakota: Yeah. Originally, it was going to be Milo and his friend, Melissa. But Murphy had another "incident" as one might put it, and couldn't attend.
Cavendish: So, in his steed, we decided to take his place and participate in the race.
Dakota: Hopefully, this'll prove to everyone, particularly our boss, that we're not a couple of screw-ups.

Scene shows two males jumping out of a different portal. One was a drunk, black Scotsman with a five o'clock shadow. He was wearing a black beanie, a red shirt with his symbol on his right arm's sleeve, a white, long-sleeve undershirt, red pants, black boots, and a black vest with grenades strapped to it. He also had an eye patch over his left eye. He was also carrying a grenade launcher; the other… well, you couldn't really see his face, or any part of his body for that matter. He was wearing a gray gas mask, a red long-sleeve shirt, black gloves, red pants, black boots, with a belt of dynamite wrapped across his chest. He was also carrying a flame thrower.
Don: Demoman & Pyro! Insane Destructors, from Team Fortress 2.

Demoman: (drinking an entire bottle of whiskey) After seeing our fellow teammates make it to the top 10 last season, I decided to compete as well, and hopefully win one million dollars. (Pyro mumbles something under his mask) It was either him or Scout… so it was no contest who I was going to choose.

Scene shows two kids jumping out of a different portal. One was a boy with messy brown hair and pale skin (except for his nose). He was wearing a dark moderate blue and white hat with a dark moderate blue brim and a dark moderate blue pine tree on the front, a navy blue vest, a reddish-orange-t-shirt, gray shorts, white knee-high socks with a red stripe, and black sneakers with white soles; the other was a girl with long brown hair and braces. She was wearing a short-sleeved pink undershirt underneath a slightly darker fuchsia sweater with a shooting star, a loose purple pencil skirt, coupled with black ballerina flats and white socks.
Don: Dipper & Mabel! Twins, from Gravity Falls.

Mabel: This is going to be so much fun! We get to explore the worlds, see and eat weird stuff.
Dipper: Yep. Despite Grunkle Stan tricking us into doing the race, we're going to win.
Mabel: (confused) I thought you wanted to do the race in order to study the odd competitors in the competition.
Dipper: (realizes what she says and becomes frantic) Mabel, stop making things up! (gives a sheepish smile)

Scene shows two animals jumping out of a different portal. One was a dog with white fur, as well as a black nose and ears, and a small, pointy tail. He was wearing a black t-shirt; the other was a cat with tan fur, lime green eyes, mid-length wavy black hair, and a long tail. She was wearing a black suit, a black belt, white gloves, a white sweater, white high-heeled boots, and a white headband.
Don: Dudley & Kitty! T.U.F.F. Agents, from T.U.F.F. Puppy.
[Confessional: Dudley & Kitty]
Dudley: This is awesome! We're in a race!
Kitty: Despite the chief forcing us to do this, we're going to dominate the competition and show the teams we're a force to be reckoned with thanks to our secret agent skills. And that fact, is on point.
Dudley: Which one? The one about our skills or the one about the chief?
Kitty: (realizing Dudley has a point) Um… Both, I guess. We're also doing this to restore the good name of Butch Hartman.
Don: (off screen) You do know that's going to be an impossible feat, right?
Kitty: Who asked you?
Dudley: (looking off screen before looking back at Kitty) You do know he's right, right? (Kitty face palms)

Don: Fillmore & Ingrid! Safety Patrollers, from Fillmore!
[Confessional: Fillmore & Ingrid]
Fillmore: What's up? Ingrid and I decided to participate to show what we can do in a competition like this one.
Ingrid: We may not be very well-known in the community, so we decided to sign up to get more people to recognize us.
Fillmore: Plus, we wanted to go farther than Kim & Ron.
Ingrid: Oh yeah. That would be satisfying.

Scene shows two elderly men jumping out of the portal Dipper & Mabel jumped out of earlier. One had dark gray hair with a horizontal silver streak along the sides of it, as well as long sideburns, glasses with a crack on the left lens and gold dots on either side of his glasses, and a five o'clock shadow. He was wearing a tan coat, a red turtleneck with a black belt that slings across his chest, black pants, and large brown boots coated in dirt. An odd feature about him is that he has six fingers on each hand; the other had light gray hair and a five o'clock shadow. He was wearing rectangular glasses with a black rim, a maroon fez with a yellow symbol, which resembled an oyster with a pearl in it, a black suit with the jacket buttoned closed, a maroon bow tie, a white dress shirt, and big, light brown shoes.
Don: Ford & Stan! Brothers, from Gravity Falls.
[Confessional: Ford & Stan]
Stan: Originally I was going to dump this onto Dipper & Mabel. You know, make this their responsibility. (sighs) Unfortunately, my brother signed us up for this.
Ford: Indeed. We'll be focusing our efforts onto winning the competition.
Stan: And this gives me the chance to promote my business. (Ford rolls his eyes) Hey, just because I want to keep my business up and running as well as win one million dollars doesn't mean you're allowed to boss me around.

Scene shows a male and an android jumping out of the portal Ana & Pharah jumped out of earlier. The android had a brown cyborg body with white plating and armor on top, neon green accents, and a silver helmet with a glowing green line on the front and a long piece of fabric tied on the back. He was also carrying two blades on his back; the other was a middle-aged man with light skin and long dark hair tied into a small ponytail by a long piece of fabric, as well as prominent facial hair. He was wearing a dark one-shoulder suit that covers his right side and arm. His left side is revealed and covered in tattoos. He was also carrying a bow, with a quiver of arrows slung onto his back.
Don: Genji & Hanzo! Ninjas, from Overwatch.
[Confessional: Genji & Hanzo]
Hanzo: At first, I was unwilling to do this race. Especially with… (looks over at Genji) my brother. (Hanzo looks down in distraught before focusing back onto the camera) But remembering how well Ashe & McCree did last season despite their differences and hatred for one another, I decided it would be advantageous for us to work together.
Genji: Indeed brother. This may as well be a chance for us to reconcile after what happened all those years ago.

Scene shows an alien and a robot jumping out of a different portal. The robot was silver with luminous teal body parts; the alien was short and had green skin, black antennae, and ruby-colored eyes. He was wearing a red tunic-like garment with three black stripes and a triangular pink collar and sleeves, black boots, black gloves, and black leggings. He was also wearing a pack, which was light gray with pink spots.
Don: GIR & Zim! Irken Soldiers, from Invader Zim.
[Confessional: GIR & Zim]
Zim: We… will… WIN! Once we've won, the world will bow down to me! ZIM! (laughs manically, while GIR begins laughing crazily. He stops laughing while continues laughing) Stop that!
GIR: (stops laughing) Okay.

Scene shows two girls jumping out of the portal Bobby & Ronnie Anne jumped out of earlier. One had pale skin, long black hair with a reflective shine, mascara, and reflective purple eye shadow. She was wearing a long purple dress, a black belt with a white skull, and dark purple fingerless gloves; the other also had pale skin and long black hair, with bangs long enough to cover her eyes. She was wearing a black and white ensemble, comprising of long striped arm sleeves and stockings, a black dress worn over a striped shirt, and black shoes.
Don: Haiku & Lucy! Goths, from The Loud House. (we get a close up of their faces, which contain a dead, vacant expression, as lightning strikes in the background. Don is easily creeped out) Okay. That's just unnerving.
Scene shows two males jumping out of the portal Archie & Atlanta jumped out of earlier. One of the males was quite muscular, with fair skin and chocolate brown hair. He was wearing a green t-shirt with brown accents, gray shorts, and brown shoes; the other was at least a foot shorter, and not very muscular. He was an African-American male with dark brown hair. He was wearing a red jacket over a blue t-shirt, tan pants, light brown shoes with dark brown soles, and glasses with green-tinted frames.
Don: Herry & Odie! Complete Opposites, from Class of the Titans.

Herry: After hearing about Archie & Atlanta signing up for the competition, we decided to join them as well.
Odie: And aren't we the dream team? Brains… and brawn.
Herry: Yeah. I believe we have a great chance of winning the whole thing.

Jay: I was a little hesitant to participate in this show, mainly because at first I thought it would be a waste of time.
Theresa: But, after some convincing on my part, he relented and decided that it would be nice to take a break from saving the world.
Jay: And we'll be ready to take on whatever comes our way.

He was wearing a dark purple shirt with red trimmings and white images on them, as well as the letters, "88", beneath it, blue pants, and light brown and dark brown shoes; the other was a teenager with fair skin, messy blonde hair, and blue eyes. Jonesy: Alright. This is gonna be off the hook. Thanks to the gig I scored last year, I managed to convince the producers to reserve three spots for myself and my friends.
Jude: Dude, you are the man with the plan. But why did you pick me?
Jonesy: Don't you remember that whole conflict between Jen & Nikki? They were constantly fighting over who I'd partner with. It would've ruined their friendship had I not chosen you and had them partner up with each other.
Jude: Oh yeah. Well, I can't wait to begin. (they do their secret handshake)

Jonny 2x4: Woo-Hoo! Plank and I are pumped for this competition.
Rolf: Yes. After the Ed boys performance last season, Rolf & Jonny the Wood Boy decided to participate in the race of the Ridonculous, to prove to everyone that Rolf is the most superior member of Ed, Edd 'n Eddy. (puffs his chest in triumph)
Jonny 2x4: (to the camera) We also joined because we wanted to explore the world.

Star: OMG! This is so exciting!
Marco: After seeing all the action from last season, we decided to join in the race for this season. We wanted to kick monster butt, and possibly win one million dollars.
Star: This is going to be awesome! (fires her wand, which accidentally hit the camera) Whoops, sorry. Are you alright?

Scene shows two teenagers jumping out of a different portal. One was a male of medium height with curly red hair and cyan eyes. He was wearing a white-with-black-sleeved shirt with a white slashed zero outlined in orange on the front, a plaid blue collar shirt with a fake mail mesh shirt underneath, a black belt with a gadget attached to it, red skinny jeans, and boots with black fonts, white backs, and a yellow line above the ankle; the other was a short, Japanese female with dark brown eyes and dark brown hair with violet and yellow highlights at the tips held back by two ponytails, as well as purple eyeshadow. She was wearing specs with light blue rims, maroon gloves, and a long-sleeved sky blue shirt with purple and blue lines at the wrists that ends underneath a red-violet vest with a yellow circle on the left side of her chest. She also had on a red-violet miniskirt, different styled socks (her left sock is solid purple while her right sock features different shades of mauve stripes), and white boots with a purple line down the front and yellow circle on the sides. Around her left knee, there is a red-violet strap with a white circular object over her knee cap.
Don: Penn & Sashi! Part-Time Heroes, from Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero.
[Confessional: Penn & Sashi]
Penn: Despite this race basically being our everyday lives, we still decided it would be fun to try it. And we know we'll dominate, given our advantage.
Sashi: I'll turn the oceans red with our competitors' blood!
Penn: (a little scared) Dial it back, Sash. We don't want anyone to die. Just say what I say.
Sashi: Right, sorry. I get carried away.

Scene shows two people jumping out of the portal Hanzo & Genji jumped out of earlier. One was a tall male with a muscular build. He was wearing a black robe with a hood, shoulder pads, dark gloves, and boots. He was also wearing a bone-white reaper-shaped mask, which covered his face; the other was a relatively young woman with purple-blue skin, yellow eyes, and extremely long, dark bluish-black hair tied in a ponytail that reached past her hips. She was wearing a headpiece resembling a spider's face, a purple and silver body suit with a deep v-cut, and knee high boots. She also had an arm piece on her left arm. She also had two tattoos: one on her back resembling a spider, and one on her left arm which reads, "Araignée du soir, cauchemar." ("Evening spider, nightmare")
Don: And finally, Reaper & Widowmaker! Talon Mercenaries, from Overwatch.
[Confessional: Reaper & Widowmaker]
Reaper: After the boneheaded failure to take down the good guys during the previous season, we decided it was our turn to take them out and win the million.
Widowmaker: We are ready to take down the competition by any means necessary.
Reaper: Indeed. (he laughs sinisterly)

All the teams then gather around Don as he explains the rules.
Don: Now, before I begin, how many of you have seen the first season? (almost everyone's hands shoot up, except for GIR & Zim's. Zim, not wanting to look like an idiot, raises his hand as well, with GIR following in suite)
Zim: Yes, I have seen the last season of this racing show. I can even remember the names of the contestants by heart.
Don: Really? Prove it.
Zim: Well, we don't have to do it right now. Let's just begin the game, huh?
Don: (sees through Zim's charades but relents) Alright. The gameplay for this season is basically the same as previous season. Get to the Chill Zone as quickly as you can, or you may be eliminated. Whoever makes it to the final Chill Zone first will win one million dollars. Everyone got that? Everyone understand? (everyone nods) Good.
