The Ridonculous Race: Cartoon Crossover
Episode 4: French is an Eiffel Language
Don: Last time, on The Ridonculous Race: Cartoon Crossover! We started the race off with our three-part finale. Amazingly, no destruction to private property occurred during the teams' time in Canada. Stan & Ford also discovered something that could lead to a villainous plot in the future, Lucy pledged herself to serve Reaper thinking he was the actual Reaper, and an alliance between secret agents formed. While in Morocco, the teams built up a hardy appetite… And I lost mine. Seriously, these people are disgusting. After learning from the mistakes of last season's speedster, Atlanta & Archie took first, and despite the fact that it appeared to be over for Father & Son, it was the Frenemies, who failed to even show up on the mat, that were eliminated. Was it bad luck or pure strategy that sent the Frenemies packing? You're guess is as good as mine. But mine matters more because I'm on TV. This is, The Ridonculous Race: Cartoon Crossover.
We pan into the globe before a tip comes onscreen. We then transition to a scene with silhouettes of the teams running through three different backgrounds. We see silhouettes of GIR & Zim, Reaper & Widowmaker, Archie & Atlanta, Brian & Stewie, Haiku & Lucy, Stan & Ford, Dipper & Mabel, and Dudley & Kitty running through the city (left to right); silhouettes of Jonny 2x4 & Rolf, Ana & Pharah, Star & Marco, Caitlin & Wyatt, Jen & Nikki, Demoman & Pyro, Hanzo & Genji, and Jay & Theresa running through the desert (right to left); and silhouettes of Fillmore & Ingrid, Jonesy & Jude, Penn & Sashi, Cavendish & Dakota, Herry & Odie, Bobby & Ronnie Anne, Bart & Homer, and Agent K & Dick Daring running through the jungle (left to right). It then transitions into an image of a map showing various locations before showing photographs of various locations. We then see a triple split screen with a train, plane, and automobile in each column. We then cut to a cab opening its doors for us to enter. When we enter, we see icons of the teams appearing in three rows. The 1st row features icons of the Slackers, Time Travelers, Daters, Brother & Sister, Part-Time Heroes, Insane Destructors, Monster Fighters, and Weirdos (left to right); the 2nd row features icons of the Talon Mercenaries, Best Friends, Safety Patrollers, Ninjas, Mother & Daughter, Frenemies, Brothers, and Irken Soldiers (left to right); and the 3rd row features icons of the Goths, Complete Opposites, Married Parents, Twins, Kindhearted Teenagers, T.U.F.F. Agents, Father & Son, and Warriors (left to right). It then cuts to the logo before starting the episode.
Don: Last week's Chill Zone is today's starting line. Teams depart in the order they arrived, starting with the Warriors.
Archie & Atlanta step up to the Don Box, pressed the button on top, and received their next tip.
Archie: Sweet, we're going to Paris!
[Place Description]
Don: Paris, France. Home of the Mona Lisa, tiny coffees, and other things that annoy me like you wouldn't believe. (we see a mime doing several things) When they arrive in Paris, teams will make their way here… (we zoom out to see him atop the Eiffel Tower) the Eiffel Tower, where they'll find their next tip.
[End Description]
We see Archie & Atlanta getting onto a moped and proceeding towards the airport.
Atlanta: Woo-hoo, let's go!
We then see Fillmore & Ingrid and the T.U.F.F. Agents collect their tips and proceed towards the airport. We then see Dick Daring grab a tip from the Don Box.
Dick Daring: There's nothing Eiffel about this Parisian landmark.
Agent K: Well I do believe we're going to the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
Dick Daring: Alright. Let's roll.
We see the Warriors, Safety Patrollers, and T.U.F.F. Agents closing in on the airport.
Fillmore: Almost there, Ingrid.
Kitty: We're well on our way to victory, Dudley.
Atlanta: We're gonna come out of this on top even if it kills us.
Archie: I would rather not have it kill us.
Everyone then hears something and turns around to see Dick Daring driving like a madman. He then notices a ramp.
Agent K: Dick, you'd better not be thinking what I think you're thinking.
Dick Daring: Come on, honey. You should know me better than that. Besides, you can't live life without living to the extreme. (drives onto the ramp and flies over the other teams' heads) Look out below! (he crashes through the overhead windows of the airport and skids to a stop in front of the ticket counter) Two tickets to Paris, France. Do you offer free upgrades for famous athletes and stuntmen? (the ticket agent checks)
Ticket Agent: Ah, yes. Free upgrade for former baseball players and stuntmen.
Agent K: (disguised as a baseball player) Well that's perfect. I'm Fernando Gomez. Maybe you've heard of me?
Ticket Agent: Can I have your autograph?
[Confessional: Agent K & Dick Daring]
Dick Daring: Wow, honey. That was some smart thinking.
Agent K: Well, you know what they say, "The best things in life are free." Except when it's related to the enemy.
[End Confessional]
More teams arrive at the airport and purchase tickets to Paris, with everyone departing on three separate flights.
Don: Most of the teams have purchased their tickets and are getting ready to board the planes. But there are some that are waiting in line.
We see the last few teams are being held up by Caitlin & Wyatt.
Homer: Since we won't be going anywhere for a while, I'm going to hit the concession stand. Hold our place in line. (walks away towards the food court)
Caitlin: Please, you have to let us on the first flight. It's important!
[Solo Confessional: Caitlin]
Caitlin: There's no way I'm missing out on the chance to shop till I drop in Paris. If Wyatt & I can get onto the first flight, I know Wyatt & I will have a lead over the other competitors, and that means we'll have extra time to shop. (she squeals in excitement)
[End Confessional]
Caitlin: Can't you do anything to get myself and Wyatt on the first flight?
Ticket Agent: I'm sorry. The flight is fully booked.
Wyatt: Come on, Cate, let's just settle with the third flight.
Caitlin: Hold on, I haven't played my T- (she's about to say something when Wyatt puts his hand over her mouth)
Wyatt: Do not say his name. You know how much I hate that guy.
Caitlin: Right sorry. (she turns back towards the Ticket Agent, and begins using a seductive voice) Surely there's something you can do. (she does her signature eyelash flutter, causing the Ticket Agent to gape and become flustered)
Ticket Agent: Um… well… uh… we can bump a few people off the first flight. (Caitlin is excited)
We then see Homer walking back towards the line. However, as he does so, he accidentally slips on some nacho cheese, causing him to slide towards the front of the line, knocking over Caitlin & Wyatt in the process.
Ticket Agent: There you go. And how about a little pec- (he's surprised to see Homer standing in front of him)
Homer: (sees the tickets in the Ticket Agent's hand) Thanks. Hey Bart, I got us tickets on the first flight and I didn't have to pay.
Bart: Nice work, dad.
[Solo Confessional: Bart]
Bart: I know it may've been wrong to take the tickets away from Caitlin & Wyatt, but if it means we're at the front of the pack, then so be it.
[End Confessional]
GIR & Zim, thanks to their size, manage to slip by the Goths and Brother & Sister and get to the front.
Zim: Move it, fat human! (Homer gets out of the way and Zim confronts the Ticket Agent) Now you, human who gives the papers to allow passage, give me two for this place known as Paris.
GIR: I hope they have lots of piggies. I love piggies.
Zim: GIR! Stop obsessing over the human pork! (he turns his attention back to the Ticket Agent) As I was saying, gimme!
Ticket Agent: I'm sorry, whatever you are, but the flight is fully b- (a death ray pops out of Zim's pack and it's aimed at the Agent's head) Like I said, we can bump some people off. (quickly does so and gives GIR & Zim their tickets)
Zim: Thank you. When I take over the world, I'm going to put you on the "Do Not Kill List." (he & GIR leave. Caitlin & Wyatt then get back up)
Caitlin: What about us?
Ticket Agent: I'm sorry, ma'am. You're very pretty, but a laser pointing at my head will make me do anything. Even more so than looks.
Caitlin: But that's not fair.
Wyatt: Calm down, Caitlin. There's nothing we can do about that now. (they decide to purchase tickets for the 3rd flight)
Don: The flights are booked and the teams are waiting anxiously at the airport. Teams on the 1st flight are Married Parents, Warriors, Safety Patrollers, T.U.F.F. Agents, Weirdos, Father & Son, and Irken Soldiers; teams on the 2nd flight are Complete Opposites, Monster Fighters, Best Friends, Time Travelers, Ninjas, Insane Destructors, Mother & Daughter, and Talon Mercenaries; and teams on the 3rd flight are Part-Time Heroes, Daters, Brothers, Twins, Slackers, Kindhearted Teenagers, Goths, and Brother & Sister. And while I was talking, all three flights have taken off, each 45 minutes apart.
Scene switches to flight #2 where we see the Talon Mercenaries approaching the Insane Destructors.
Demoman: Can we help you?
Reaper: We have a proposition for you. If you're willing to commit, the riches will be bountiful.
Demoman: Works for me.
Reaper: If you resist I'll… wait what?
Demoman: You mentioned riches, I said, "Works for me."
Reaper: So you don't need me to subjugate you to extreme psychological torment? You don't need me to shove my fist through your chest and threaten to crush your heart?
Demoman: Nope. If it comes with payment, then I'm fine with that.
Widowmaker: Well, that was easier than expected. Our alliance is beginning to grow. Alongside you two, we also have the Goths.
Reaper: I doubt we'll need anyone else. No one else would be willing to join.
Demoman: What about the Irken Soldiers? They may join.
Reaper: Oh they would. But I'd say no in a heartbeat. They're complete and utter morons.
Scene switches to flight #3 where we see Stan & Ford showing the pictures they took in Canada to Dipper & Mabel.
Dipper: Interesting. You think someone created this as a part of a game plan?
Stan: Yeah. I also overheard a conversation. I couldn't make out what they were saying except for one phrase. "My plan to win the race." Whoever it was, they have some pretty serious s- (he's about to curse when he remembers minors are present) stuff.
Ford: Indeed. If we want to succeed, we need to figure out who set it up, isolate their weakness, and eliminate them before they cause any harm to the game and the fellow competitors.
Mabel: Great plan, Grunkle Ford. Here's a sticker. (places a star-shaped sticker onto Ford's forehead) Stickers all around. (she places stickers on everyone, causing them to laugh)
We then cut to the 1st flight landing in Paris.
Don: Flight #1 has landed, and the race for first place is on.
The top 7 teams exit the airport, get into taxis, and proceed to make their way towards the Eiffel Tower. Scene switches to the Eiffel Tower where we see the teams arrive.
Dick Daring: Alright! First place here we COME! (he shouts the last word as his and Agent K's taxi is struck from behind by the Warriors' taxi)
Atlanta: Whoops, sorry about that. (she races over and takes a tip from the Don Box) It's a Botch or Watch.
Don: (standing next to a serious-looking Frenchmen) In this Botch or Watch, whoever didn't eat the stew in Morocco must draw a caricature of their partner. When this local French artist approves of the drawing, they'll receive their next tip.
The team members participating in the challenge each grab a pencil and a pad of paper and begin drawing their partners. The team members participating in the challenge are Archie, Ingrid, Kitty, Agent K, Jonny 2x4, Zim, & Bart. Atlanta, Fillmore, Dudley, Dick Daring, Rolf, & Homer pose for their portraits, but GIR just runs around wildly, not paying attention to the challenge.
GIR: I'm dancin' like a monkey. Ye-ha!
Zim: GIR! Quit moving! (unfortunately, Zim is a terrible artist)
We then cut to the airport where we see the 2nd flight landing.
Don: This just in, flight #2 has landed. As teams from flight #2 head for the Eiffel Tower, teams from flight #1 strain to finish the challenge.
Scene switches to the Eiffel Tower where we see Dick Daring straining to hold his pose. Luckily, Agent K finishes.
Agent K: All done. (shows the portrait to the French artist, who gives her a thumbs up. The portrait looks spectacular)
Dick Daring: Great work, K. (receives a tip from the artist) Go down, down, down, find the cheese so round, where your next tip is found. Hey, catchy. (he then notices a rat enter the sewers) Follow that rat. (they proceed towards the manhole. After they leave, Fillmore & Ingrid step up and present their portrait to the French artist, who gives them a thumbs up)
Scene switches to Don in the underground catacombs holding a flashlight, which is illuminating his face.
Don: Welcome to the catacombs, where ancient Parisians buried victims of the plague. Teams must use their noses to navigate this maze of tunnels and find the correct exit… (we see him standing next to several cheese wheels) And their next tip, hidden amongst these wheels of Roquefort cheese.
We then see the teams from the 2nd flight arrive at the Botch or Watch and begin the challenge the team members participating in the challenge are Odie, Marco, Nikki, Cavendish, Genji, Pyro, Ana, and Reaper. While they're beginning the challenge, Kitty finishes up Dudley's portrait, and the judge gives her thumbs up and their next tip. They enter the catacombs and begin traversing the maze. We cut back to the Eiffel Tower where we see Archie & Atlanta getting rejected by the judge.
Atlanta: What do you mean, "No?!" Archie got an 'A' in art last semester. (we see the portrait is an extremely extravagant drawing with cupids and ribbons and flowers, with Atlanta at the center of it all) Oh, now I see. It's too realistic. (Archie blushes)
Zim then showcases his portrait, which is nothing but swirls and scribbles, which the judge easily rejects without even a second thought.
Zim: What?! This is a masterpiece?! How can you reject such a great piece of art?!
We cut to the airport where we see the 3rd flight landing.
Don: The third flight has finally landed, but the bottom 8 teams have a lot of ground to make up for.
We see the bottom 8 teams exit the airport and begin making their way towards the Eiffel Tower. Scene shows the Kindhearted Teenagers' taxi has blown a tire outside a major shopping center.
Caitlin: (gasps) A flat tire in front of luxury boutique heaven during a midnight madness event. The universe wants me to go shopping. It's fate.
Wyatt: Caitlin, we need to focus on the task at hand.
Caitlin: Right. We're already behind. We can't just stop, drop, and shop. (she has a hard time resisting the urge to shop) Of course, it is going to take a few minutes to change the tire. (before Wyatt can protest, she squeals in excitement as she enters the store and begins a shop till you drop marathon)
We cut to the Eiffel Tower where we see Bart presenting his portrait of Homer to the judge. The judge sees the portrait, which shows Homer eating the Eiffel Tower, and begins laughing, with Bart joining in. Homer, not sure why they're laughing, but not wanting to feel left out, nervously joins in as well. The judge gives them a thumbs up and their next tip. Bart then begins dragging Homer towards the catacombs.
Homer: Wait, I want to see the picture.
We see the seven of the bottom 8 teams arrive at the Botch or Watch and begin the challenge. The team members participating are Penn, Theresa, Ford, Dipper, Jonesy, Haiku, and Bobby. Not long after, the Kindhearted Teenagers arrive, with Caitlin carrying several bags.
[Solo Confessional: Caitlin]
Caitlin: Getting that flat tire was the best thing that's ever happened to me. I have never shopped so fast in another language in my life. So worth it, though. I mean, finding rock-studded leather leggings in North America? Good luck. Tricia is going to be so jealous.
[End Confessional]
We then see the judge observing Archie, Jonny 2x4, Odie, & Marco's portraits, and gives all four of them a thumbs up. All of them proceed to enter the catacombs. Not long after, Genji, Ana, Cavendish, & Nikki complete the challenge and enter the catacombs as well.
Don: As more teams begin the challenge, more teams have completed the challenge and moved on to the second challenge. Although one team has made… very little progress.
We see that GIR & Zim have barely even come close to completing the challenge.
Zim: GIR, quit moving around.
GIR: Whee! (laughs hysterically)
The judge sees Zim's picture, which is just more swirls and scribbles, and gives it a thumbs down.
Zim: Curse you, judge that judges our portraits! Curse you!
We enter the catacombs where we see Dudley sniffing around.
Dudley: I smell cheese. Do you smell cheese?
Kitty: No. Just you.
Dudley: Right. You're nose isn't fine-tuned like yours truly. (sniffs the air) This way. (he's about to enter when Kitty moves ahead of him)
Kitty: I'll go in first. (she then screams. Dudley runs in and sees a skeleton's on top of her) Get it off me!
Dudley: Okay, that's just creepy.
Don: As the Parisian catacombs extend a warm welcome to some of the teams, others are still drawing the first challenge to a conclusion. Drawing? See what I did there.
The judge observes Caitlin's portrait of Wyatt, and gives it a thumbs up. Bobby shows his portrait to the judge, who gives it a thumbs up. Ford shows his portrait of Stan to the judge, who gives him a thumbs up. He then observes Theresa and Penn's drawing, and gives them both a thumbs up. He then observes Jonesy & Dipper's portrait, which gives a thumbs up to as well. Haiku then shows him her portrait and, while at first he's terrified, he gives it a thumbs up. We then enter the catacombs where we see Bart & Homer looking for the exit.
Bart: If we had any lead, I think we've lost it. (he then notices a skull on the ground and stops dead in his tracks) I've seen that skull before. Oh man, we're going in circles.
Homer: Cheer up, son. We'll find it soon enough.
We then cut to Herry & Odie, who've reached a dead end in the catacombs.
Odie: Dang it. Another dead end.
Herry: I got this. (punches the wall, which opens up a pathway, leading to the exit and the cheese wheels)
Odie: Primitive, yet effective. (they begin to head towards the exit. At the same time, Dudley & Kitty are approaching the exit as well.
Dudley: (sniffing the air) Roquefort. Cave-aged about… (sniffs the air once more) Three years. (his ears perk up) Do you hear running water? (they go through the pathway and find the exit)
Kitty: Yes! We're in first place!
Herry: Actually, you're second. (taking one of the cheese wheels)
Odie: We arrived a little while before you did.
Herry: (noticing a sign behind the cheese wheels) Hey, found our next tip.
Odie: (reading what it says on the sign) Take your cheese and sail away to where Mona Lisa is on display. The Louvre.
Scene switches to the Louvre where we see Don at the Chill Zone, located outside the glass pyramid.
Don: The Louvre. Home to countless paintings I was asked to stop touching. It's also the Chill Zone for this part of the race. Last team to reach the carpet of completion, may be out of the race. But the race for first place is kicking into high gear.
We see Dudley & Kitty quickly get onto a cheese wheel and begin slowly sailing down the river.
Kitty: See you at the finish line.
Herry: You guys do realize you forgot your ores, right?
Kitty: (realizes he's right) Dang it! (Herry & Odie easily surpass them)
Odie: Actually, we'll see you at the finish line.
We cut to Bobby & Ronnie Anne running through the catacombs. They're about to enter a dark hallway when a pair of sinister yellow eyes appear, causing them to hold each other and scream. It's then revealed to have just been the Goths.
Ronnie Anne: (sighs in relief) It's just you guys.
Bobby: Man, you really scared us. It's pretty creep down here.
Haiku: Really? I've never been so happy.
[Confessional: Haiku & Lucy]
Haiku: This place could be an amusement park. Or a camp for kids.
Lucy: That would be amazing.
[End Confessional]
We cut to Caitlin & Wyatt, with the both of them easily creeped out.
Caitlin: It's, like, so creepy in here. I feel like I'm being watched.
Wyatt: (he hears a growling sound and turns around. He's terrified at what he sees) Ca-Ca-Caitlin.
Caitlin turns around as well and sees what appears to be a giant spider and a human-like creature holding a weapon. She & Wyatt scream.
Wyatt: It's the vampire with the nail gun! (they run for their lives. It's then revealed to be Reaper & Widowmaker, who chuckle at this)
Widowmaker: That was pleasing.
Reaper: Indeed. Do you have a location on the exit?
Widowmaker: That way. (points to the left) Down that corridor.
Reaper: Let's go. (they head towards the exit)
We cut towards the exit where we see more teams have found its location. They begin exiting the catacombs, mounting their cheese wheels, and sailing down river. However, Archie is hesitant to climb aboard.
[Solo Confessional: Archie]
Archie: I have a fear of water. Put me in front of a cyclops, I can handle that. Battling a god, no problem. Make me swim, now that's something I'd rather not do.
[End Confessional]
Atlanta; Don't worry, Archie, I got you. (Archie, though fearful, doesn't want to let Atlanta down. He jumps and Atlanta catches him. Soon, they begin rowing down river, along with the Safety Patrollers, Married Parents, Weirdos, and Monster Fighters)
We then cut towards Herry & Odie, who're leading the pack. Odie then turns around and sees the T.U.F.F. Agents are catching up, thanks to Dudley being a strong swimmer.
Herry: Talk about relentless.
We then see the Best Friends, Time Travelers, Ninjas, and Mother & Daughter also rowing down river.
Don: Most of the teams have reached the water, but for those still in the catacombs, the big challenge is to not come in last. Though, I don't think that'll be a problem, as two teams are still at the Botch or Watch. (we then see Pyro submit his portrait of Demoman to the judge, who gives him a thumbs up, allowing for them to proceed) Make that one team. (Zim has become frustrated at the fact that he & GIR are in dead last)
Zim: I will have my revenge! You will all tremble before the mighty Zim! (a little girl and her father walk past GIR & Zim)
Little Girl: Papa, papa, I wanna see the clown.
Girl's Father: Sally, he's no clown, he's a nutjob.
Zim: (to Sally's father) And you shall be the first to go!
We then cut to Bart & Homer who've finally found the exit.
Bart: There's the tip. And plenty of cheese wheels. We're still in the game. (Homer then grabs one of the cheese wheels while Bart reads the tip) Okay, I'll grab the ores while you grab the wheel and… (he then screams as he sees Homer bite of huge chunk of the cheese wheel)
Homer: What? Cheese is good for you.
Bart: I don't blame you so much as I blame myself for not seeing this coming.
Scene switches to Dudley & Kitty's location as they're approaching the Louvre.
Kitty: I see it. We're almost there. (they arrive at a dock) Yes! Dudley, grab that wheel and let's get moving.
Dudley: I'm trying, but this thing is heavy. (Kitty rolls her eyes and begins helping Dudley try and move the cheese wheel, but soon discovers he wasn't kidding when he said it was heavy. She then notices Herry & Odie walking by them, with Herry carrying the cheese wheel over his shoulder, as if it were as light as a feather)
Odie: See you at the finish line. (they proceed towards the Chill Zone)
Kitty: How is that possible? That wheel has to weigh at least 100 pounds.
Herry: (off screen) Actually it weighs 120 pounds.
Eventually, Kitty & Dudley manage to get the cheese wheel on its side and begin rolling it. We then see Herry & Odie arriving at the Chill Zone and checking in.
Don: Complete Opposites, you're in 1st place.
Odie: Alright!
Herry: Back-to-back wins for the Titans. (Dudley & Kitty arrive soon afterwards)
Don: Dudley & Kitty, you've come in 2nd.
Kitty: Slowly climbing up the placement chain.
We then cut to Bart & Homer, who're on what's left of their cheese raft, which Homer continues to eat.
Bart: Quit it, dad. You're eating our raft.
Homer: Sorry, I'll stop. (takes another piece) Last one. (eats it. Takes one more) Okay, last one for real.
We see almost all the teams have managed to find the exit and have begun. We see Wyatt on one of the wheels as Caitlin throws her bags to him, which he manages to hang onto.
Caitlin: Make sure those don't get wet.
Wyatt: Don't worry, everything's balance. But I think you're gonna have to swim.
Caitlin: (determined) I'll do it. For the clothing. (Wyatt gasps)
[Solo Confessional: Wyatt]
Wyatt: That is a huge sacrifice. She only lets her beautician wash her hair.
[End Confessional]
We see Caitlin dive into the water. When she surfaces, we see a frog is on top of her head, causing her to scream. We then cut to Bart rowing Homer, due to the fact that he ate all the cheese.
Homer: Come on, Bart. You're doing great. Keep going.
We cut to the Chill Zone where we see teams beginning to check in. Scene shows the order in which they arrived.
3rd! [Agent K & Dick Daring]
4th! [Fillmore & Ingrid]
5th! [Archie & Atlanta]
6th! [Reaper & Widowmaker]
7th! [Star & Marco]
8th! [Jonny 2x4 & Rolf]
9th! [Jen & Nikki]
10th! [Hanzo & Genji]
Mother & Daughter 11th!
Time Travelers 12th!
Don: And if it isn't Homer and his Odyssey. 20 minute penalty.
A 20:00 appears onscreen.
Homer: What? Why?
Don: Because the challenge was to sail the cheese down the river.
Homer: But it's inside me. I am cheese.
Don: That may be true, but it doesn't count. Now step aside and hope you aren't in last place.
[Confessional: Bart & Homer]
Homer: How was I to know that my love of food would cost us during a challenge.
Bart: Maybe if you didn't eat so much we wouldn't be in this problem, ya tube of lard.
Homer: Why you little… (begins strangling Bart)
[End Confessional]
Don: With one team waiting for their penalty to expire, the remaining teams are paddling towards the carpet of completion.
We see several teams paddling towards the Chill Zone, all of them determined not to come in last. Scene shows the order in which they arrived.
13th! [Penn & Sashi]
14th! [Jay & Theresa]
15th! [Caitlin & Wyatt]
16th! [Jonesy & Jude]
17th! [Stan & Ford]
18th! [Dipper & Mabel]
19th! [Bobby & Ronnie Anne]
20th! [Haiku & Lucy]
We then see the timer's down to 10 minutes. Homer's sweating profusely while Bart is pacing back and forth.
Don: Looks like someone has the cheese sweats. (Bart slips on Homer's sweat) With time and placements dwindling down, our bottom three teams appear fearful.
We cut to the cheese wheels where we see Demoman & Pyro arrive and begin rowing to the Chill Zone as quickly as they could.
[Confessional: Demoman & Pyro]
Demoman: The thought of being eliminated made us realized we needed to step up our game. We were charged up.
[End Confessional]
We see the timer is down to 1 minute with the Insane Destructors closing in.
Demoman: I see it. Time to bring out my secret weapon. (pulls out a grenade, taps it to the bottom of the cheese wheel, and sets it off, sending him and Pyro flying. Don sees them coming and steps out of the way before they can fall on top of him)
Don: Demoman & Pyro, you're 21st!
Demoman: Yes! We made it. (a buzzer sound is heard)
Don: Bart & Homer. Come onto the mat. (they do so) You're 22nd, a.k.a. second-to-last place, a.k.a. still in the race.
Homer: Woo-hoo! And to think we almost went home.
Bart: Who'd we beat?
Don: GIR & Zim.
Demoman: Oh yeah, those two. (looks around) Where are they?
Don: They're still at the Botch or Watch.
Bart: Seriously. Wow, and I thought we sucked.
Scene switches to the Botch or Watch where we see the Irken Soldiers haven't made any progress whatsoever. Don then approaches them.
Don: Irken Soldiers, since you weren't able to complete a single challenge this whole leg, you've come in last. Ergo, you've been eliminated.
Zim: Curse you, Don! I, Zim, will not stand for this! I will have my revenge! And you will get yours! Everyone will!
Don: Security, please escort this little boy and his dog off the premise, thank you. (a hulking security guard grabs the two and proceeds to drag them away)
Zim: Put me down abnormally large human! I will kill you all!
Don: (once GIR & Zim are gone, he breathes a sign of relief) Man those two were annoying. Thank goodness they're gone. Anyway, hope you all enjoyed this episode. Stick around to continue watching, The Ridonculous Race: Cartoon Crossover.
Well that was a fun chapter. Filled with numerous callbacks and scenes from the episode of the same name. Hope you all enjoyed it. Now, the reason I eliminated GIR & Zim was because they basically had no plot. They were essentially cannon fodder. Though, it was still pleasant to have them around. After all, they were pretty funny. Now as always, please like and review and I'll see you all next time. Au revoir.
