When Lena returned, she sported a shirt with a sphynx on it and a pair of jeans.

"That didn't take long." Marc noted.

"Nope." She reached into her pocked and handed Marc the leftover money.

"Keep it. I gave it to you."

"What? No, that's not how that works. I'll pay you $72 dollars when I get back home." She told him.

"You don't have to."

"I know." She said, placing the money in his hand. "Hey, do you like my shirt? I got it because we're headed to Egypt."

Steven looked at her through the mirror "The sphynx isn't accurate."

"Who said we're going to Egypt?" Marc asked.

"I assumed. You know, Anubis. Egyptian God."

Marc grabbed his duffle bag "He lives in Detroit. Khonshu told me."

"I was just in North America!" She looked at Marc, a little embarrassed "I'll pay you back for the flight. I promise."

"You don't have to."

"I want to! I have a job, you know. It might not be as lavish as a killer-for-hire but it allows me to pay for school. Speaking of, I don't want to miss a month of classes so lets get going." Before grabbing the door knob she turned around to face Marc.
"We didn't really meet, right? You're Marc Spector?"

"Yeah."

"I'm Paulena. But most people call me—"

"Polly."

"Actually Lena. Nobody calls me Polly. But you can, it adds to your Sylvester Stallone vibe going on." She exited the apartment leaving Marc to look at Steven.

"Stallone vibe?"

Marc looked at his arms and chest then bobbed his head "I see it."
