A New Team
A/N- Here is chapter three to this story. Enjoy it. This story is going to be updated after the first three blocks of stories are done. Sorry about that.
Chapter Three: Chunin Exams Part One
Sakura was training day in and day out with her new team and herself. She had more new skills from training with Shikamaru, Asuma, Choji and Ino. She had also almost fully mastered her own technique. She was going to become a Chunin this time.
The Chunin exams were tomorrow. She was ready. Sakura had looked over the old questions from her first exam she took and placed them into the garage. She went into her bed at home, she only stayed with the Hyuuga's for a five days and went back home on that Saturday. Sakura fell asleep.
Night came and went as the sun rose up and sunlight had hit Sakura face. She opened one eye and then the other eye. She got up and walked into the bathroom. Sakura took a shower and then soon got out; she made sure her hair was cut short again.
Sakura got to the area she was waiting for and looked to see Choji and Ino waiting for her. She smiled and then gave them a nod of her head. She then walked towards the building as they needed to get to the three floor level.
Once there, Sakura took the lead, as Asuma and Shikamaru had suggested the team to do. She looked around to see two males proposing as small children again. Sakura walked up to them to see new genins from other villages trying to get into the room.
"If you ninja's can't even see through a simple Genjutsu, then why are you here? Kotetsu! Izumo!" Sakura yelled out as she crossed her arms over her chest.
The two looked at her and disappeared from sight, while all the others glared at her. "What, what I said is true, deal with it." With that said Sakura and her team went up while the rest followed and grumbled under their breath.
Sakura opened the doors and walked into the room with Ino and Choji at her sides. They looked at the rest to see Kiba with Akamaru, Shino and Hinata waiting at the side. She glanced at the side to see Tenten, Lee and a new person that she had no clue of.
Soon Sakura walked over and sat down while Choji and Ino went to sit somewhere else. Slowly the room and filled with white smoke and ten Chunin's and Ibiki Morino stepping out. Sakura looked bored at him as she knew this from before. So she tuned him out as she heard the chalk snapping against the chalk board.
"Begin!" Sakura flipped over her papers and took her pencil, within twenty minutes; she was half way done the papers.
Within the next ten minutes, Sakura was done and she flipped her paper over again as she waited for the last question that would come at the end. During this time, she counted three times over her Chunin's, and even the ninja's taking the exam. Then she also did her questions once again.
Hour passed as more than twenty ninja's were eliminated from the exam. Sakura looked to see Ino and Choji still with her as she saw Ibiki talking. Blah blah blah sense as she tuned him out again.
She stayed seated as she saw Anko dropping by, as she crashed in the window and introduces herself, Sakura found herself rolling her eyes at her and then she smirked. Anko actually wanted them to start the second part today, as she looked outside to see it was just only noon.
Sakura got up as Choji and Ino followed her. "Choji, pack extra weapons, and food. Ino medical supplies and weapons, food. I will do the same thing. Next is eat something fast and not for two hours. Choji." Sakura had said the last sentence that was directed at Choji.
"We'll meet at the forest of death gates in one hour from now." She told them as she disappeared from sight. She reappeared in her room as she packed extra sets of kunai's, shuriken's, senbon and with medical supplies. Sakura was done as she quickly made herself a sandwich and an apple.
Then she disappeared again, and looked around to see no Ino or Choji yet. She stood against a tree and waited, she seen many other teams talking with their mates.
"Sakura." She looked up to see Ino and Choji walking over to her as she nodded her head. Ten minutes had passed as Sakura told them about her plan and asked if they had anything to add to her plan to make it more affected.
Soon Anko appeared and gave the rules to them as Sakura and her team came up and took their heaven scroll. Sakura, Ino and Choji walked towards a gate as Sakura made two more scrolls by Genjutsu means. She gave one to Choji as he held onto the two others as she looked around to see no one watching them. They were all either reading, signing or getting their own scroll. She gave the second copy to Ino as she placed the real one in her bag.
Sakura, Ino and Choji looked around at their gate as they soon seen more teams at their, Sakura looked under her half closed eye lid at the team next to them as she seen it was a team from Cloud.
Forty-five minutes later, the shinobi at the gates unlocked them as Sakura and her team raced into the forest. Within seconds, they looked at each other and hide behind a tree as they watched as three teams passed them quickly and started to attack each other.
Sakura made a signs with her hand as they went around them until they came to a clearing when the cloud team stopped them.
"Give us, your scroll." The leader told them. Sakura assumed he was the leader as he was in the middle.
"Ino, Choji get ready." Sakura stated as she got her gloves on.
Ino went to the right side as Choji went on the left side. They went a bit away from each other, as Choji started the first assault against the one he was up against.
Sakura watched hers as well as her teammates, she jumped autumnally back when she heard the male in front of her yelling," Suiton: Rekkū Suigeki [1]!"
Sakura landed as she called out," Doton Kage Bunshin [2]! Three other Sakura's came out as she took the hits of the water attacked slowly they reformed as they attacked the enemy with the real fighting with them.
Slowly Sakura heard Ino scream and then nothing, she glanced over to see Ino on the ground bleeding outwards. She ducked from the second attacked from her second opponent, she cursed at first then she smirked as she dodges or fought back.
Until she called out." Doton: Dosekiryū [3]" Sakura punched the ground as earth and dirt rise up. It flows quickly towards the two enemies. Soon she heard Choji gasping in pain as she looked over and seen him also bleeding. She kicked up and landed near Ino first then grabbed her as her flow of earth stopped.
She looked up to see the three cloud ninja's grinning at her. She smirked and jumped towards Choji. She landed and placed Ino down first as she did her hand signs for her technique.
Sakura called out," Cherry Blossom Heaven Rotation! [4]" She started to spin fast and quickly as her chakra spin outwards making a blue chakra barrier. She stopped spinning around but her barrier continued to spin.
She smirked as she looked at the enemy to see they were at awed at this technique. She practice and practice her technique without anyone helping her. Sakura snapped out of it as she turned and started to heal Ino's wound that was long and deep. Her wound was at her stomach on the right side, once Sakura was done with that wound, she healed Ino's other wounds.
Then turned to Choji as she had to heal him before she could fight the others, once she found his wound, she healed it. Sakura got up and looked at the three cloud ninja's as they had all tried to bring down her barrier.
She shook her head as she went into her bag and took out her kunai's and her shuriken's. She flew them at the enemies as they all went through her barrier; it stopped spinning for two seconds and started up again with spinning. Sakura watched as they moved away from the kunai's and shuriken's. She smirked as she did her hand seals and called out," Raijū Hashiri no Jutsu! [5]"
The only female on that team counted hers with," Fūton: Hanachiri Mai [6]" Sakura easily moved her jutsu to the side and attacked one of them, thus one was down now. Two more to go. She needed to get them done and fast, as she directed her jutsu towards the second one.
Once he was out, her jutsu was done; Sakura fell to her knee and was breathing heavy. Sweat drip off her face while she could hear the last member yelled out," Katon: Endan.[7]" A large fire bullet raced towards the barrier as it hit it, but since the barrier was twisting in a circle, the fire spread out and hit the ground making the around an inferno.
Sakura did more hand seals as she only thought about stopping that fire and knocking out that enemy and while she yelled out," Doton: Dosekiryū. [8]" Sakura called out a dragon made from earth and stone as it went towards the flames and stopped them from moving and were slowly going out as the smoke and the dust made it well for her to once again some hand seals and whispered out," Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu.[9]" Sakura blow that towards the enemy fast as she took out some shuriken's and waited. She knew he would dodge it and when he did she would be ready.
Seconds later, she released her shuriken's as she had wires around them, she held onto them as she whipped them around her last enemy. Once she was done, she stopped her jutsu and fell to the ground once again breathing heavy as sweat poured onto the ground.
She had defeat her first three man team, by herself and without any help. She got up and walked over to them and tied the other two up as she search their pockets for their scroll, once she had got it, she looked up to see their eyes glaring at her.
Sakura smirked and waved as she went back to her teammates. She grabbed Ino and then Choji and took off but not forgetting to leave a kunai close but not that close to them. Jumping from tree to tree, Sakura vision was going blurry as she heard a voice," Sakura, mind placing me down."
She stopped and placed Choji down as she wavered a bit. Choji looked at Sakura and seen that she was tired and exhausted.
"What happened?" Choji questioned.
"We got the other scroll." Sakura replied as she closed her eyes and leaned against Choji strong built. He grabbed Ino and then Sakura as he jumped down and slowly found a resting placed for the two of them.
