Hello readers, it's time for chapter 102! Just after it seemed everything had calmed down, the Ebony Sisterhood are on their way to Gerudo Town! Can everyone fight them off? Read and find out!
"Anything yet?"
"It's no good, he's still in a coma."
In the medical facility of Gerudo Palace, two of Sarami's nurses looked down at their king Link, who was laying back on a bed in a deep slumber. It was morning now, and they were treating the injuries Link had suffered from all the fighting he did the previous night.
"I hope he recovers soon, how about Sister Esolu?"
"Still unconscious as well I'm afraid." sighed the nurse, taking a look over to Esolu who was laying on her own bed, "Dr. Sarami says her condition is stable, but she's worried we may have to perform emergency surgery to remove the baby if it gets too dangerous for her to carry it any longer."
"Oh dear, the poor thing..." spoke the other nurse, she took a glance down at Link, who seemed to be grimacing in his sleep, "Huh? What's wrong with the king?"
"He's probably just dreaming." her companion replied, putting a hand to his forehead, "Doesn't look like a very happy dream though, I wonder what it is...?"
"And that's what I came to learn." Nabooru spoke before Link's fiances and their allies at the Gerudo palace dining room. She set down on the table the jagged dagger she obtained from the culprit Marceau the Mirror, "The Order of Reyahm was behind all of this."
"Those creeps we fought back at the Rito's village!" Saria spoke in surprise, "I didn't think we'd hear from them again..."
Impa stared down at the dagger, taking a small glance at Sir Lackey, who looked back with similar uncertainty, while Knave just yawned out from exhaustion.
"This must have all been a plot of revenge for foiling their plans with the storm dragon." Korume said scowling, "How loathsome of them, if only I had been able to finish off that leader of theirs."
"I think it's more than that." Nabooru said, "If what Tatl told us before is true, than it's likely they were trying to tap into the power of that 'Fierce Deity' within Link, in the same way they tried to make Geelorokhi into the god of storms like you mentioned before."
"You gotta be kidding me!" Tatl gasped out, "Do they even have the slightest idea how powerful that mask made Link?"
"After they were working with a nasty monster like Geelorokhi, I'm not surprised that they tried to do something like this." Saria said.
"Jees, what a group of psychopaths." Kesuta said sticking out her tongue, "Well at least Link and Esolu are alive and well."
Reirousa took a sip of her water, but flinched a little. She looked down at a slash wound on her arm that had been bandaged up by Sarami. It was from one of Link's attacks earlier. She recalled something Nabooru told them just before they ambushed Link and sat there, lost in thought.
"So I guess it's going to be a while before Link wakes up. We should all go rest for now, and postpone the meeting for another day or two." Nabooru said, "I hope you all don't mind spending another day here?"
"Think nothing of it Lady Nabooru, we'll get along just fine." Ruto said smiling, "I've been wanting to let Oton and Zopem try out the pool anyway!"
"Sounds good, I could use a big Goron nap myself!" Darunia yawned out, "At least nothing else should happen n-"
"Lady Nabooru!" shouted a guard running into the dining room, Nabooru rolled her eyes as she spoke out, "We have-"
"Wait don't tell me; you got another urgent matter I should know about." Nabooru sighed at the guard, "What is it this time, is the freaking apocalypse happening?" she sarcastically quipped.
"It's the Ebony Sisterhood, they're approaching Gerudo Town!" the guard said.
"Oh great, them again." Nemisa groaned.
"Heh, just the rebels? Sounds fine by me." Nabooru said grinning, standing up and unsheathing her sword, "After all we've been through last night, beating up a bunch of those idiots sounds like a nice way to unwind. How many are there, fifteen? Twenty?"
The guard gulped nervously, "Much, much more."
"...what?" Nabooru asked.
"From what the guards have seen, a vast army is approaching. They have an army of monsters alongside them as well." the guard said nervously.
Everyone quickly ran out to the balcony overlooking the town. Nabooru looked off into the distance to sure enough see a large crowd of Gerudo people and monsters going down the road of the canyon approaching the gate.
"By the goddess Aifet..." Nabooru gasped.
"You can't be serious!" Kesuta said, "Why now?!"
"Meokuro did escape, she probably reported what had happened with Link to the rebels, and Mother Eclipsis must have decided this was the time to strike. Lovely." Nabooru sighed out.
"What do we do then? Link's still out of it!" Togau asked.
"..." Nabooru paused for a moment in thought, before she turned to Ruto, Darunia, Vekai and the other ambassadors, "Listen, I hate to ask you this after what you've already done for us, but please take Link and get him out of here! The rebels will be targeting him above anyone else."
"What? But what about you all?" Impa asked.
"Yeah, we wanna help you fight!" Darunia shouted.
"Not a good idea." Oton spoke up, "You remember the law? If a Gerudo injuries a royal member like you, then it would be declared an act of war with Hyrule, no matter what the circumstances!"
"Grrr... right. That damn law." Darunia huffed, "That stinks, I don't mind taking a few blows if it means helping out my allies!"
"Speak for yourself." Vekai said, adjusting her root glasses, "We need to leave to a safe place."
"But are you sure you'll be able to handle this Sister Nabooru?" Ruto asked.
"It's fine, we Gerudo will defend our home." Nabooru said brandishing her scimitar, "Just take Link through the warp point to the Lost Woods and keep him safe until we're all done!"
"Make sure you bring Link's ocarina too, I'll contact you all when it's safe!" Saria said.
"You heard her, let's go." Vekai said, starting to push a protesting Ruto and Darunia off towards the medical ward of the palace along with Skuld, Tatl, Tael, Zopem, Oton and Link-Goron following after.
"I'll go warn Nemisa and Aviel about everything!" Saria said running off to Aviel's bedroom.
"I better go back to the medical clinic and prepare for any emergency treatments!" Sarami said running off, "Good luck everyone!"
"Okay girls, prepare yourselves for battle. We won't back down from these rebels!" Nabooru shouted.
"Alright, I'm all fired up!" Kesuta shouted with a big grin, igniting her hands with flames.
"Let's show em what happens when you mess with our town!" Togau said, transforming herself into her Lynel form and letting out a roar.
"I'll make them all suffer in cold, solid ice..." Korume spoke, conjuring frost from her fingers.
"Alright, time to crush some skulls!" Reirousa said, pulling out her Bombos Warhammer and stretching out.
Nabooru unsheathed both her scimitars and pointed one towards the front gate,
"Gerudo, move out!"
The rebels stood before the gate that led into Gerudo Town, all prepared to battle. The army consisted of many Gerudo wearing black silk attire. They were all of varying physique, from light and agile to large and muscular. They brandished various weapons from swords and scimitars to axes to spears and bows.
Alongside the Gerudo rebels were numerous monsters of Hyrule as well, such as Moblins, Leevers and Wolfos, all of which were wearing strange helmets that occasionally gave off small sparks. The monsters all had spaced out looks on their faces, as if they were all in a trance. There was also a significant number of Meokuro's Beamos Walker automatons.
Standing over them on top a cliff was their leader Mother Eclipsis, and standing beside her was a Gerudo woman in a black dress with white frills.
"Mother, what is your command?" the woman asked.
"...break down the gate, and take control of the town." Mother Eclipsis said, "Avoid killing our sisters through, we will need their support when the time comes to take back King Ganondorf from the accursed Hyrulians..."
She paused for a second,
"...however, I shall reward handsomely anyone that brings me the heads of the false king and his fiances." the rebel leader spoke out.
"Very well. Ebony Sisterhood, commence the attack." the Gerudo in the dress stated, holding out her hand.
The rebels all stepped aside as a group of Moblins all holding a battering ram stepped up and charged forward with it, bashing it against the gate. They kept at it, but the gate held firmly, and the Moblins were starting to tire out, one of which gasped out and fell to the ground, evaporating into purple mist.
"Mother, it appears the gate is holding firm." the woman in the dress spoke.
"Hmph, whatever Lady Nabooru is using to fortify her town's defenses, they're holding up better than I thought... Sister Meokuro, take care of it." spoke Eclipsis.
"Wiihhihihi! Sure thing Mother!" the rebel engineer Meokuro said stepping up. She took a dial on her helmet and adjusted it, releasing some sparks of energy.
The helmets the Moblins were wearing started to spark up at the same time, and the pig creatures started to shake and convulse. They breathed out some yellow mist from their mouths as their eyes glew a bright red. They all snarled out and charged forward with the battering ram, smashing it fiercely into the gate. After a few impacts, they made a dent, until they finally bashed through the gate. A few of the Moblins groaned out in pain, expelling out a great amount of yellow mist before they collapsed and dissolved as well. The other Moblins didn't even seem to notice their fallen comrades.
"NOW ATTACK!" Mother Eclipsis shouted, as the rebel soldiers all charged into town.
"Here they come..." spoke one Gerudo Town guard.
"Everyone, defend Gerudo Town, in the name of King Link and Lady Nabooru!" another guard shouted, as she and her sisters charged in to fight the rebels.
"Aaahhh! Let go!" screamed a Gerudo woman, her hair was being yanked by a rebel.
"Kyahaaha, surrender then and we'll go easy on you!" laughed the rebel who was accompanied by some of her allies, as she kicked the woman down to her knees.
"Hey, aren't we going a little too rough on them?" asked one rebel, only to get decked across the face by the head rebel.
"These girls bow to the false king! They need to be reminded of who their true leaders are!" she retorted, "Now let's see if this lady will sing for her freedom!"
But before things could escalate any further, the rebel was suddenly frozen in ice, surprising the others. Then balls of fire came down surrounding her. The fire quickly melted the ice, but quickly burned the woman as well.
"Gaaaah!" the rebel shouted out. She shook off the attack and looked around angerly, "Just who did that?"
"Keeheeheehee, think you can just bully our sisters with such a cruel and fiendish way?" Kesuta shouted out as she flew down, smacking away one rebel with her fire whips.
"Kukukuku... keep trying and we'll both make you equally suffer and pay." Korume rhymed, firing waves of ice that impacted into the rebels and froze their bodies stuck against the wall of a building.
"Wha- wait a minute!" the head rebel panicked, falling backwards and holding up her hand defensively, "Have mercy please!"
"Oh we'll show you mercy... about as much as you showed this poor girl as she sobbed and crawled." Korume spoke coldly.
"I wonder how you'd look if I burned your hair til you were bald?" Kesuta rhymed with a sadistic grin.
"Nooooo! Not my precious hair!" sobbed the rebel.
But then Korume noticed something out of the corner of her eye, and saw a beam shoot right at them. She quickly took her sister and yanked her away in time as the beam instead impacted into the rebel, sending her flying backwards and getting embedded into a wall.
"Ugh..." groaned the head rebel with her eyes spiraling.
"W-What was that?" Kesuta asked clinging to her sister.
"Wiiiiihihihihi!" cackled a voice, they turned to see it was Meokuro, lowering a gauntlet she wore with a Beamos eye on it, "So you're the new mages of this town huh? I would had figured your dexterity stat would be a lot lower!"
"You're that rebel our precious husband told us about... the one who invented those Beamos monsters." Korume spoke, "Complete with the strange 'wihiihihhi' and all that."
"Yes, and that husband of yours will finally met his big 'game over' today!" Meokuro laughed out.
"Our husband spared you twice already, is that not enough?!" Kesuta shouted at her.
"..." Meokuro paused on that note, recalling when Link saved her from the factory, and left her behind after he defeated her walkers back at the canyon, "It... it doesn't matter what he did in the past, h-he's a fool for trying to pick the pacifist route..."
She pushed a button on her belt, causing six metal tendrils to shoot out from it. Then tendrils pushed her upwards into the air like long octopus legs, one of the legs stamping down on the ground and rupturing the stone bricks that made up the street,
"...and his mercy will be your undoing! Wiiiihihihihihiii!"
"Sister, I think we need to teach her a lesson." Korume spoke.
"Gotcha," nodded Kesuta, as the two joined hands and in a flash of light, they transformed into their fused form Dualsera.
"S-She can use the fusion technique of the great late Twinrova?!" gasped out a rebel.
"Looks like it. Now let's see how the ancient mystic arts do against modern technology!" Meokuro said, pulling down her green goggles and grinning.
"Bring it on bronze head." Dualsera said, as the two charged right at each other.
Dualsera conjured an ice spear and swung it at Meokuro which blocked it with a tendril. She tried to punch Dualsera with it, but she evaded each attack, before kicking Meokuro backwards with her fiery leg. The mystic came forward with her flame whip and lashed it out, but Meokuro shot a laser from her gauntlet arm that pierced through the flames and blasted Dualsera backwards.
Dualsera shook off the attack and flew at Meokuro with her ice spear, the engineer countered with her metal tendrils, and the two went back and forth, smacking into each other's attacks. Dualsera quickly evaded a swipe of a tendril before conjuring her flame whip and lashing out at it. The whip coiled around the tendril, allowing Dualsera to swing her whip over her head, taking Meokuro with it, and slammed her into the ground.
"Did we do it?" Kesuta asked from within Dualsera.
But then a metal tendril shot up from Meokuro and impacted right into Dualsera's body, smashing her right into a wall.
"Wiiihihiihiih! What's the matter, run out of MP? Maybe you failed a speech check with the false king?" Meokuro grinned getting herself back up onto her six tendrils.
"That's it..." Dualsera spoke, she forced herself out from the indent in the wall and conjured balls of flames and ice in her hands at the same time, and launched them forward right at Meokuro.
"Wiiihihihihi, now I got you with my new tech!" Meokuro said, as one of her tendrils opened up at the end, revealing some kind of metal plate Dualsera had never seen before.
"What's with that strange fac-?" Dualsera muttered, seconds before she saw her own magic come right back at her, causing an explosion,
"Kyaaaaahhh!"
"It's one of the king's fiances! Kill her!" shouted a rebel brandishing a spear.
"If you wish to dance, then I'll take the lead." Nemisa said snapping her fingers over her head, before running at the rebel and leaping into the air, knocking her down with a powerful jump kick. Two more rebels came at her from the sides, but she blocked one with her wrist band and kicked her away, then turning around and punching the other before they could swing their sword. With the three rebels down, Nemisa took a second to examine her wrist band and saw it was more dented than before.
"Damnit... I'm in no position to be using these much longer. Link banged them up pretty badly when I fought him." Nemisa muttered. She ran forward, taking time to support the guards by kicking and punching down any rebels they were fighting.
Some wolfos came at Nemisa with their claws ready to strike, but she used some quick dancing maneuvers to evade each swipe, before kicking them all away. She spotted another wolfos lunging at some stray Gerudo children, so she quickly ran at the beast, jumped onto it's shoulders, and used her legs to twist and snap it's neck, sending it falling to the ground lifelessly.
"I hope this wasn't one of Lady Sheeva's pack..." Nemisa said, then looking to the kids, "Are you children okay? You better go track down your mothers and hide. Allow us handle this."
The kids nodded and ran off, as Nemisa turned to confront some more rebels.
"Alright, which one of you wants to have a go?" Nemisa asked bringing up her fist, leaving the rebels looking uncertain at each other, as they had seen her incredible strength.
"GEHAHAHAHA! Mi pabeuno eca tinouvvv!" shouted a voice with an odd accent to it, seconds before Nemisa was suddenly hit away by a powerful charging slam from behind. Nemisa quickly recovered and flipped onto her feet, turning to see who it was that struck her.
It was a large and muscular but still somewhat portly Gerudo woman. She wore green spandex over her body, and had on a matching green mask with red lines stitched across it that went over her head, but allowed her wild red hair to stick out in back. She wore a golden belt with an emblem on the front, and she also had a strange gray tunic worn around her arms.
"Hmph, I don't know what you said just now, but I'll put a stop you." Nemisa said, charging at the woman. She jumped gracefully into the air and delivered a flying kick, but the woman grabbed Nemisa by the leg and swung her through the air, sending her falling to the ground. Nemisa recovered and ran at the woman, managing to punch her in the stomach. But the woman recovered and grabbed Nemisa again, swinging her away into a wall.
"Un chaka uvi no teeeesooo!" the woman said shaking her finger, before charging right at Nemisa to crush her into the wall. Nemisa quickly pulled herself out and leaped out of the way as the woman bashed into the wall, reducing it to pebbles.
"W-What the hell is this woman?" Nemisa asked.
"Ha, that's one of the Elite Rebels of our sisterhood, whose strength is second only to Mother Eclipsis!" laughed one of the rebels, "Her name is Lae Sahvasu, and is a master of wrestling arts!"
"So why does she speak like that?" Nemisa asked as she watched Lae Sahvasu get up and turn to her with debris falling off her body, grinning widely as she cracked her neck left and right.
"She comes from a faraway region, and she still hasn't quite gotten down Hylian tongue." the rebel explained, "She said that your techniques will do no good against her power!"
"Zu tiasa carnave va meso!" Lae Sahvasu shouted, running at Nemisa with her arms out. Nemisa quickly ducked down under her arms, got behind her and did a rolling kick right into the back of her head. However, Lae Sahvasu didn't seem very phased, as she grabbed Nemisa and slammed her into the ground.
"Ugh, what did she say just then...?" groaned Nemisa as she got up.
"I think she was just discussing what she had for lunch today." the rebel said.
"Don't bring up your meals during a battle!" Nemisa shouted in annoyance at Lae Sahvasu.
As Nemisa ran at the wrestler woman, she quickly dodged her powerful arm swings, and delivered a hard punch to her side, making the wrestler flinch a bit. Lae Sahvasu tried to grab Nemisa again, but she backflipped before rushing forward and punching her in the face, causing the wrestler to stagger. Nemisa took that chance to leap into the air and come down at her back with a flying kick.
But Lae Sahvasu grinned as she fiddled with the gray vest she wore, just as Nemisa brought her foot down with a powerful impact.
Nemisa thought she had been able to cripple her back, but paused for a second, before screaming out in pain as she fell to the ground clutching at her foot.
"Argh!" Nemisa shouted out in pain, "I don't get it, my kicks are strong enough to shatter bricks, how the hell is her body so...!"
Nemisa looked up to see Lae Sahvasu now seemed to have completely gray skin. Before the dancer could even contemplate what the wrestler had done to herself, Lae Sahvasu swung her fist right at her. Nemisa desperately blocked the punch with her wrist bands, but the punch managed to break right through them, shattering the bands she's used for defense since becoming a martial artist to pieces.
"No!" Nemisa shouted just before she was suddenly grabbed by Lae Sahvasu, pressing the dancer against her chest in a tight bear hug.
"Vos samam go bai bai! Gehahahaha!" laughed out Lae Sahvasu as she bent backwards and performed a suplex maneuver, smashing Nemisa headfirst right into the ground.
"Gaaaaahh!" Nemisa shouted, her eyes turning a blank white as she collapsed to the ground in defeat.
"Ove! Totisa no mutalo!" Lae Sahvasu shouted out flexing her buff body, now back to it's original tan color.
'I... have to get away...' Nemisa thought to herself, seeing the rebels approaching her, as she started to fade in and out of consciousness...
At the produce gardens of Gerudo Town, Saria was rushing to go help the Gerudo that maintained the land. She had been concerned when she saw what appeared to be a large strange cloud looming over the area. When she got there, she found the gardeners were all sprawled out on the ground in a daze.
"Oh no, are you girls okay?" Saria pleaded.
"Saria... watch out..." groaned a gardener.
Saria looked up to see what she could only describe as a giant mushroom with teeth sticking out from the cap jump out at her with clawed arms, but she instinctively smashed the creature away with her staff. A flying creature made from thin fin-like fungus algae came down at her, so she blasted then with some Deku Nuts before bashing them away.
"What the heck are those things?" Saria exclaimed.
"Oh dear... my poor children..." spoke a soft but mature voice. Saria turned to see a Gerudo woman slowly walk out from the cloudy mist and look down at the remains of the mushroom monsters, "Just who is responsible for hurting them...?"
The Gerudo was very tall and very slim with albino skin, a rarity for the desert race. She had a long neck and long straight hair. Her body was wrapped in a form-fitting beige dress, and she was wearing a large flat hat that was a light blue color with white spots covering it, as well as a white fishnet hanging off the rims of the hat.
"It was me, and I take it you're responsible for this cloud?" Saria asked narrowing her eyes.
"Yes, you may call me Ms. Kiraila of the Elite Rebels. I'm a mycologist, a specialist in the science of fungi. I'm also quite proficient in phytology as well, but fungi is my specialty." she said with a bow, "This cloud as you put are the spores my little babies exert."
"And you're making monsters from your research?" Saria exclaimed, "So you're the reason for that mushroom jungle at Meokuro's laboratory!"
"Hee hee hee... I created that jungle to protect Meokuro's research, it was my finest work, despite how ungrateful that woman was." Kiraila spoke.
Saria was listening carefully as she dragged her friends out from the spores, making sure to cover her mouth with a handkerchief to prevent herself from breathing in the spores too deeply. A mushroom monster came up by Kiraila's side and she fed it an insect,
"Fungi have a certain beauty to them, but they're forever bound to the ground by their very way of existence. But through my genetics research I'm giving them legs and wings, for a chance to be free from the dirt, just like we Gerudo desire to be."
The mushroom expert then narrowed her eyes coldly from under her hat, "But your horrible false king destroyed them all, burning them to cinders... and I intend to make him suffer just as he did to my babies."
Saria paused on that note and knelt down at one of the plants she and the other gardeners had spent the past few weeks growing, and saw it was dying from being covered in small fungi.
"We worked so hard to grow these vegetables for our people..." Saria whispered, "As a fellow botanist, I can't believe you'd do this..." she gripped her Deku Staff and glared at Kiraila, "I won't forgive you for what you did to the gardeners either! I'll stop you and protect Link!"
"Hee hee hee... such a naive child, and so cute." Kiraila spoke, "Just wait until you belong to me..."
"Huh?" Saria asked as more mushroom monsters came at her, she used her Deku Nut Boa attack to knock them away, before turning and lashing out some vines straight at Kiraila to restrain and capture her. But instead the woman unsheathed a long katana blade and with a quick swipe reduced the vines to pieces.
"Uh oh." Saria said.
"Hee hee hee... how fascinating, a staff capable of conjuring plants, I'll have to study that tool once I've taken it..." giggled Kiraila, "Now my babies, do be dears and help me restrain this little one..."
Saria gulped as she found herself surrounded by more mushroom monsters, as Kiraila lunged right at the Kokiri with her katana blade...
"Help! A Lynel is attacking us!" shouted a rebel, fleeing from the livestock ranch along with some of her fellow rebels as Togau charged right at them with her horns out.
"And stay out ya dirty traitors!" Togau shouted, coming to a halt when she was convinced the rebels weren't going to try to turn back and fight. She snorted out some steam from her nostrils and turned back to the ranch, scrapping away some dust behind her.
"Togau, thanks so much for the help!" one of her ranch-hands said, running up to her.
"Na ha ha, don't sweat it!" Togau said grinning with pointy teeth, "Now let's get to helpin' the others stop these rebels!"
She and rebels went running down the grassy road towards the town, but then the ground shifted below the feet of one of Togau's ranch-hands, and suddenly she went falling into a deep pit.
"What the heck?!" Togau exclaimed coming to a halt, she ran over to the pit and peered inside, "Hey Nameka, you okay there?"
"I'm alright, just a bit sore... ow..." groaned Nameka rubbing her butt, "I'll figure a way out, just go help the others in town!"
"Still wonder where a hole like this came from...?" Togau muttered as she resumed running off to the town along with the others. Her eyes then picked up something strange about the ground, and she quickly brought up her arms to block off the others, "Wait a minute, there's another pit trap there!"
"Huh? How are you seeing it?" a ranch-hand looked, but couldn't see anything herself.
"My Lynel senses are picking up on it, and a lot more," Togau said, her cat-like eyes focusing on the area around them, seeing faint traces of pits all around them, "Somethin's not right though, where are all these holes comin' from? There's no way the rebels coulda dug this many deep holes like this in such little time..."
Togau's ears then twitched a bit, and she quickly turned around, shouting out, "Back off girls!"
Suddenly out from a pitfall was came a mysterious figure leaping high into the air and coming down right at Togau. The rancher sidestepped out of the way in time as the figure made a powerful impact to the ground. The figure turned and Togau got a good look at them.
It was a somewhat short Gerudo woman, she was slouched over with her legs out as wide as possible. She wore a black-striped tiger animal skin over her head and on her back with the tail sticking out at the end. The Gerudo's eyes gleamed from under the mouth of the tiger skin. She also wore strange large brown gloves with claws on them.
"Sahahaha... savage beast has fallen into trap..." the gerudo hissed out, "The hunt has begun."
"So I take it yer a rebel?" Togau asked gripping her hand ax.
"Yes... name is Zuzoc, great and mighty hunter of all wild beasts! Was lost in jungle years ago, raised by tigers, Zuzoc grow strong and kill leader black tiger, make it Zuzoc's robe of authority." the woman said standing upwards, "Zuzoc get caught in mandrill ambush, badly beaten to near-death. Was found by Mother Eclipsis, joined Sisterhood out of gratitude. Now Zuzoc an Elite Rebel, sent to hunt and kill false king, as well his mates!"
"Well, then ya better leave my girls alone and come after me, cause I'm one of Link's mates!" Togau growled, pointing at herself.
"You sure about this Togau?" asked one of Togau's ranch-hands.
"Course reckon, go get Nameka out of the pit and help out everyone in town." Togau nodded, "I'll handle this nature girl."
"Hey, Zuzoc not 'nature girl'!" Zuzoc protested, "Zuzoc working hard to learn ways of Gerudo and fit in with them!"
"Why're ya nude then?" Togau pointing out at her being naked save for the tiger skin.
Zuzoc glanced down at her body, "...oh, Zuzoc forgot underwear again." she said, causing Togau and the ranch-hands to all fault over in reaction.
"Alright, time to shut up and put up!" Togau said brandishing her hand ax as the other girls ran off to assist their sisters.
"Agreed. Zuzoc kill false king's lynel mate, then make her hide into new underwear for Zuzoc!" the rebel said, bringing up the claws of her gloves.
"I ain't being nobody's underwear!" Togau exclaimed at Zuzoc, running at the wild woman with her ax. The rebel stood motionless, her body swaying left and right as Togau charged at her. The rancher swung out her ax, but Zuzoc seemed to suddenly disappear.
"Huh? Where'd ya go off to?" Togau shouted whipping her head left and right. Her ear twitched, as she tried to listen for Zuzoc. She heard some grass rustling, and she quickly whipped around, only to see nothing.
"Sahahaha... Zuzoc slew wild beasts from all over wild. Pampered false queen stand no chance." she could hear Zuzoc speak, though she couldn't figure out from where.
Suddenly Togau felt the ground shake from under her, and she leaped away from the ground collapsing below her, showing yet another pit.
"That's impossible, how is she...?" Togau spoke, before she was quickly struck across the back by a sharp sensation, making her flinch. She turned and swung her ax, but saw nothing yet again. Then she felt another powerful slash across her side. Togau growled and swung again to her side, but there was nothing.
"What the heck did she..." before Togau could even figure out what was going on, the ground broke out from under her. Togau couldn't do anything to escape that time, and fell into the deep pit, "Aaaahh!"
She impacted to the ground, so woozy she changed back to her Gerudo self again, as she heard the voice of the wild woman Zuzoc speak out,
"Prey captured."
At the local training grounds of Gerudo Town, a group of rebels ran at the archery master and Aviel's mentor Folura, as well as the members of the archery club. The club members all pulled out their bows and aimed at the rebels.
"Remember girls, aim straight and true, but by King Link's orders, try to avoid any fatal injuries. Fire!" Folura stated. The girls all shot off their arrows, which managed to impact into the rebel's sword arms and their legs, crippling their ability to run or fight.
"Aaaargh!" screamed out a rebel clutching her arm, "Damn them!"
"Don't underestimate me or my students; I trained Aviel the Hawkeye, the future queen of the Gerudo myself, and I shall not allow you to harm her or any of our sisters!" Folura spoke.
"Master Folura, look out!" shouted an archer, causing Folura to turn just as something impacted into her side, making her shout out in pain and fall to her knee.
"What?!" exclaimed an archer looking around, only her to be hit by something as well.
"Heh heh... looks like I got you tenderfoots." snickered a shady voice, coming out from the shadows of an alley.
It was a Gerudo woman of average height, she wore a black high-crowned, wide-brimmed hat on her head, a short vest top made of black and white tanned cow hide, shorts that showed off her long legs, and a pair of leather boots with metal spurs at the end. She slipped two objects into holsters on her belt and slowly walked over to the archers, who were trying heir best to help Folura and their friend. The metal spurs of her boots jingled as she walked.
"Wait, I swear I've seen you before..." Folura, trying to endure the pain of of the burning sensation that had hit her, "I know, you're 'Crackshot' Hetoma!"
"Darn tootin'!" grinned Hetoma tipping her hat, "Been a long time since I worked under you, maam."
"You were my star pupil once before..." Folura spoke, "How could you turn your back on us to work with these rebels?!"
"Heh, Mother Eclipsis wants us Gerudo to be like how we were born to be; strong and merciless, not a bunch of namby-pamby yellow-bellies like you all are!"
"You traitor..." Folura scowled, trying to get up onto her feet but flinched from the pain of her injury, "Just what is it you shot me with anyway...?" she asked as she started to reach for her bow.
"Just a little something I got on the black market." grinned Hetoma, reaching into her holster and pulling out two strange cylinder-like objects the other girls had never seen before, but before she could shoot Folura again, an arrow shot through the air right at Hetoma. The rebel was quick to dodge the arrow as it whizzed past her and into the ground nearby.
"Back off of them!" shouted Aviel, perched from a nearby building and holding out her crossbow.
"Aviel!" exclaimed one of the archers.
"Well well, looks like we got a certain little varmint here, Mother Eclipsis has a big bounty on yer head!" Hetoma grinned, spinning the cylinder object in her hand so fast Aviel couldn't see just what it was."And I'm aiming ta take it!"
"I'll show you!" Aviel said, spreading out her wings that her Grandpa Roc had given her and shot into the air. She equipped her crossbow with her bird legs and fired off arrows at Hetoma, but the rebel quickly sidestepped out of the way of them. As Aviel was loading up another arrow, something flew out and nicked at Aviel's wing which burned it, making her yelp out in pain.
"What was that just now?" Aviel exclaimed looking around, just as two more shots zipped past her at lightning speed.
"Be careful Aviel!" shouted Folura, "Hetoma has some weapon we've never seen befor- ack!" she flinched as she gripped her arm, Hetoma had shot her again with something that left a large bruise.
"Yer lucky Eclipsis wants you and yer little club alive." Hetoma said narrowing her eyes. She shouted out as she was swiped across the arm by an arrow, and she quickly dodged two more shots by Aviel, "You on the other hand I'm sendin' ta Boot Hill!"
"But I don't wear boots." Aviel pointed out.
"Just die ya buzzard!" Hetoma shouted, firing off more shots from her weapons.
Aviel quickly evaded each shot that came at her, but a flaming shot scraped her leg and she flinched from the burning sensation. She tried firing her crossbow but the pain in her leg made it hard to use. She then saw another shot come right at her which knocked her crossbow out from her hand.
"Heh, I made my jack." grinned Hetoma, firing another shot that went right into Aviel's shoulder, making her scream out in pain and fall downwards to the ground, out of sight of Hetoma and the archery club, and they could hear a loud impact.
"Aviel!" shouted Folura, she tried to attack Hetoma but she and the club were detained by more rebels.
"Throw em all in the hoosegow!" Hetoma ordered to the rebels, "Now to finish that little buzzard off." she grinned, spinning the cylinder objects in her hands as she walked off to the alleyway where she saw Aviel fall, only to see nobody there.
"What the heck?" Hetoma looked around curiously, "Now where'd she get off to? Coulda sworn I saw her fall here..."
As Hetoma walked past a small crate and down another alley, Aviel slowly opened the crate up and peeked out of it. Seeing Hetoma was gone, she crawled out, flinching as she did due to her injuries, and looked out to see Folura and rest of the archery club being led away by rebels. Aviel saddened at the sight, knowing she couldn't do anything for them now.
"I gotta get out of here..." Aviel groaned limping away, mindful to avoid being seen by rebels.
"Grrrraaahhh!"
With a mighty swing of her Bombos Warhammer, Reirousa bashed a number of rebels away. She quickly turned and brought her hammer down, making a huge impact that repelled away more of them. Some Beamos Walkers came up and charged their lasers at Reirousa, but she brought up her hammer to block them off, before loading a bomb into the hammer and swinging it into the walkers, blowing them all to pieces.
One rebel tried to sneak up on Reirousa and hit her over he back with an ax, but the weapon broke against her body. The rebel stared down at the broken ax and looked up innocently at Reirousa, who simply smacked her away into a wall.
"Airght, who else wants some?!" shouted Reirousa.
"This is the woman Mother Eclipsis wanted us to capture?" exclaimed a rebel.
"That lady is crazy! Let's beat it!" another rebel shouted, running away.
"Hey boss, you doin' alright?" shouted out Sovan, whizzing by on her Spinner device, swinging out her metal chain and bashing a rebel with it.
"Fine... I'm fine!" Reirousa shouted out, "Just watch yer own back!"
"Alright alright." Sovan said rolling her eyes, zipping off on her Spinner with the other Sandstorm Viper gang to fight more rebels.
The muscular woman stared down at her body, the nicks and cut she was getting from the rebels were very minor, but she noted some of the more significant scars she had gotten from fighting Link the other night. She was happy the guards she had been working with were fine, having been healed up by Sarami, but she found herself thinking about something Nabooru had said before about Link's behavior.
'I wonder... does he hate me...?'
Reirousa took a deep breath and shook off her woes, and instead focused on fighting off more rebels and monsters. She bashed a large Moblin in the gut with the hammer before smacking it across the face to the ground, leaving a cloud of dust.
"Who's next? I'll kick all yer asses!" Reirousa shouted at some rebels. They all stood blankly, before turning and running away, "Tsk, what a bunch of wimps... hm?"
When the dust cleared, Reirousa saw a small Gerudo child with her back turned to her, she was crouching down, seeming to be crying softly, while hugging a stuffed animal closely to her body.
"Ooh... it's so scary..." the little girl sniffled.
Reirousa gulped nervously, she was always awkward around children, as her face would unintentionally frighten them. Of course she had that affect on adults and animals as well, but it hurt just a little more when it came to young children.
"H-Hey, it's alright kid." Reirousa forced a smile, "I scared off the rebels, so yer safe now. Do you know where yer mom is?"
"Oh... I know where Mother is... she told me to watch out for bad people... But it's not the rebels who are scary..." whispered the girl, before turning to Reirousa and sporting a wide sinister grin, "It's you and your big stupid face!"
"Huh?" Reirousa spoke in confusion.
The Gerudo child had small pigtails and wearing a reddish-pink children's Gerudo outfit. She was also holding a patched-up stuffed bear in her arm.
"Kyyyyhahahaha! You big stupid uglyhead! I'm the great Elite Rebel, Princess Niani! I'm here for the same reason as my sisters, to take the life of the false king!" the child laughed out.
"You gotta be kiddin' me, how the hell's a child an Elite Rebel?" Reirousa exclaimed.
"Grrrr!" Niani scowled, huffing so much her hair flew up exposing her large forehead, as she stamped her feet, "I ain't a child! I'm a whole eight years old, going on nine!"
"Uh-huh..." Reirousa reached out and grabbed Niani by her top, holding her up into the air as she squirmed around, "You look like a kid to me."
"Oh yeah? Take this!" Niani shouted as she grabbed at Reirousa's permed hair.
"Hey, get offa me you brat!" Reirousa shouted pulling the girl off of her, in the process a small clump of her hair was torn off in the process, "Yeow! What's yer problem?!"
"Momma Eclipsis says when we kill the false king and save King Ganondorf, then I'M gonna get to be a princess, and that I'll get to have all the pretty dresses and yummy sweets that I want!" Niani boasted.
'What a brat.' Reirousa thought sweatdropping.
"Now I'll capture you for Momma, just like she asked me too!" Niani said grinning.
'They still want me to work with them?' Reirousa thought to herself, 'I remember those ones that used to try and recruit me back in Gerudo Wastes before I moved here with Link... Just what the hell do the rebels want with me anyway?'
"So give up and surrender already!" Niani said, holding up her stuffed bear.
"You can't be serious. I ain't gonna fight a kid." Reirousa said with her arms folded.
"Issat sooo?" Niala asked with a grin. She placed the piece of hair she snipped off of Reirousa's perm onto the stuffed bear's head.
"That's right, I ain't gonna-" but Reirousa was cut off by a powerful punch to the face, "Ow! What the hell just-" then she felt a bow to her stomach, then another punch across the face, "Alright, how the hell'd ya do... that?"
Reirousa looked to see her own fist inches from her face, just before it came forward and punched her again. She tried to hold back her arms, but they seemed to keep punching her.
"Kyhahaha! Whassa matter you big stupid lug? Why ya hittin' yourself?" Niala laughed out.
"Reirousa, are you doing alright- huh?" Sovan called out.
She and the Sandstorm Vipers had all came by to check on Reirousa after they heard her yelling again, but rather then seeing her getting attacked by rebels like they assumed, they instead saw their boss was pummeling and punching herself in front of a small child.
"Boss?" a Viper asked.
"Ugh... I can take all seven of you little twerps..." Reirousa staggered around the area woozy, she threw a punch in midair but didn't hit anything.
"What... the hell is the boss doing?" asked another of the Vipers sweatdropping.
"Alright, now get those punk girls over there!" Niala shouted to Reirousa.
"Huh? Why the hell would I- what?!" despite her defiance to the child, Reirousa realized she was running right at Sovan and the other Vipers.
"Woah, boss, watch out!" shouted Sovan, dodging a punch from her, "What are you trying to do?"
"I don't know! I can't control my bod!" shouted Reirousa, swinging a punch at another Viper.
"Anyone who disobeys me can just die!" Niala laughed out, "That stupid Meokuro lady was suppsoed to get me a nice new fluffy pet, but your false king took it away! So now my new pet is going to kill him and you all for me!"
"Reirousa, stop i-" spoke one Viper before being punched away.
"I'm sorry, I don't get what's wrong with me!" shouted Reirousa in panic as she charged at the Sandstorm Vipers once again...
In another area of town, some rebels were attacking Gerudo Town citizens as they tried to defend their home. A rebel knocked one woman to the ground and gazed down at her, noting her pale skin and pointy ears and saw her to be a half-Hylian.
"Ugh, you monsters... how can you do this to us?" the woman spoke, she tried to get up but was knocked back down again.
"Hehehe, tell me something lady, you were exiled from Hyrule thanks to that banishment law, weren't you?" asked the rebel with a smirk, to which the woman nervously nodded, "How's it feel like to be torn from everything you knew and loved and stuck living in this barren wasteland? How's it feel knowing the false king and Lady Nabooru claim to be your rulers yet can't be bothered to lift a finger for your troubles?"
"I..." the half-Hylian woman spoke softly, "It's true I hated being exiled here... I was torn from my husband while I was still pregnant with our child... But Lady Nabooru has done everything in her power to make me and my daughter comfortable here, and King Link is a great man who wants to help us unite with Hyrule... I was scared before, but now I'm proud to be a part of this town!"
"That's the way to talk!" shouted a voice, making the rebels all turn to see Nabooru standing on top of a building, she leaped down to the ground wielding her twin scimitars and sporting a wide grin, "It's that determination that keeps us together and strong!"
"It's Lady Nabooru! Kill her!" shouted the rebels all running at her.
"Heh, you girls are in over your heads." Nabooru smirked, sprinting at the rebels and slashing at them with her scimitars. Nabooru knocked away one rebel with a swing of her blades, then blocked off another rebel who came at her with a hammer. She swung her leg and kicked away the hammer-user, then ducked an attempted back attack by a third rebel and bashed the opponent away as well.
"Surround her, there's no way she can take us all on at once!" shouted a rebel as a large group came at Nabooru from all sides, but she swung out her blades and it wasn't long before the rebel's weapons were broken to pieces and they all fell to the ground in defeat.
"Ugh... how is she so strong...?" groaned a rebel before fainting.
"Send in one of the monsters!" shouted another one.
After she knocked out another rebel, Nabooru stood and watched as some rebels brought in a giant cage with a vicious monster encased inside of it. It was a large frog-like monster with numerous small eggs on it's back. It's mouth was closed up by a metal plate, but when the rebels undid the locks, the giant frog hopped out from the cage and bellowed out, looking down hungrily at Nabooru.
"Huh, a Deku Frog? That's the best you got for me?" Nabooru said with a smirk, "I could probably take on a hundred of these things."'
The frog leaped into the air to try and crush Nabooru under it, but she leaped to the side to avoid it. The creature lashed out it's tongue to snatch her, but she sidestepped and avoided that as well. Nabooru sprinted forward at the frog and slashed at it with each opening she could find. Soon the beast fired off the eggs on it's back and they quickly hatched to reveal small frog creatures known as Toadpolis, who all came at Nabooru, but she destroyed them easily with some slashes and kicks.
"You got to be kidding me, even after everything that happened with the false king she can still fight so easily?" a rebel spoke, "Mother said they were all supposed to be worn out!"
The Deku Frog staggered back from a blow Nabooru gave it; the creature was famished from being isolated and starved by the rebels. It took a look over at the half-Hylian woman that the rebels had attacked before. The frog saw her to be an enticing meal to help strengthen it, so the monster lashed out it's tongue to capture and gulp up the woman.
Before the Deku Frog's tongue could even touch the woman though, Nabooru slashed her sword right through it and cut the tongue in half, causing the beast to scream out in pain. Nabooru then did a flipping jump onto the beast's back. She cut through the eggs that were about to hatch, before she drove her scimitars deep into the soft spots on it's back where the eggs had been growing from, causing the monster to scream out and trash around. Despite the Deku Frog's wild movements, Nabooru held the blades firmly inside the monster.
"Think it's time to end this." Nabooru said, as she sprint forward towards the monster's head, dragging her scimitars through it's back as she did. She then yanked out the blades and plunged them down into the Deku Frog's head, causing it to bellow out in pain one last time before falling to the ground dead.
"No, not Hoppy!" shouted a rebel in tears as the frog evaporated into purple mist.
"It's name was Hoppy?" the half-Hylian asked sweatdropping.
"Well that was fun, got anything else for me to kill?" Nabooru grinned to the rebels.
The rebels all stood hesitantly, not sure what to do or say in response. But then one individual stepped up between them and spoke out,
"If you wish to face a real challenge, then perhaps I can provide you with it Lady Nabooru."
Nabooru's eyes widened at the sight of the woman before her. She was an exceptionally tall Gerudo with a reddish skin, she stood probably even taller than Reirousa. She had short light red hair that was pulled up and sort of resembled a small flame. She wore a pair of shoulder pads with a large metal circle sticking up behind her. She had a long silk sash that went over her shoulders and down towards the ground. She had a chiseled chest and abs that had a strange black leather and steel brace wrapped around it. She also had five weapons in hilts strapped on her belt, as well as a shield with spikes on it.
"You..." spoke Nabooru, shocked at the woman standing before her, "You're Brigadier Asaeku..."
"It's been a long time, hasn't it..." Asaeku smirked, "...Grand Colonel Nabooru?"
"... ...I haven't been called that in a long time, and it's for a good reason." Nabooru said narrowing her eyes.
"Yes, you turned your back on me, and your people that day." Asaeku spoke, "And now this day, as a member of the Ebony Sisterhood's Elite Rebels, it's finally time I make you answer for it."
"Huh? What's this all about?" a rebel asked.
"Haven't you heard? Before she defected from King Ganondorf, Nabooru was second-in-command of the Gerudo army!" spoke another, "She was ranked only under the late great War Commander Lady Imono!"
"What, the one who died during the war?!" exclaimed the other rebel, "But why did Lady Nabooru defect from our great king?!"
"...that is all in the past." spoke Nabooru with a grimaced look in her eyes, before glaring at Asaeku, "All that's important now is rebuilding the Gerudo, and stopping you bastards from freeing Ganondorf so that never happens again!"
"It seems you haven't changed a bit Lady Nabooru." Asaeku spoke, "I worked under you for so long, and I admired your power and determination. To see you wasting all of that as you are now, it sickens me. I had hoped the Hylian Parliament's recent actions would had discouraged and led you to understand that invading and crushing them is the only way for our people to proper, but I see you're far too gone in your ways now."
Asaeku pulled out a broadsword and scimitar from her belt, "So now I'll defeat you by my own hands."
"Put em up then." Nabooru went into a fighting stance, "I can handle anything you dish out!"
"Heh... is that so...?" Asaeku smirked as Nabooru came at her into battle.
But Nabooru then came to a halt and her eyes widened, as she saw Asaeku hold up her broadsword and scimitar, she also saw the Elite Rebel unsheathe an ax and a mace holding it up with two more arms... and then another two hands held up the spiked shield and a spear...
"Wh-what?" Nabooru spoke, taking a step back in surprise, "How did you get a hold of-?"
Before Nabooru could even speak another word, Asaeku lunged forward and started her attack...
In the canyon, Ruto, Zopem, Oton, Darunia, Link-Goron, Vekai, Skuld, Tatl, Tael, Impa, Knave and Lackey were all rushing down the path towards the warp point temple that led to the Lost Woods. Darunia was carrying Link on his back.
"There he is, the false king! Strike him down!" shouted a rebel as they leaped at the group.
The goron chief scowled as he turned around and threw out his fist, punching some rebels away. Zopem blocked one rebel's attempted sneak attack on Link with his staff before knocking them to the ground, while Ruto fired off some water bullets to knock away the others.
"You keep your filthy hands off my husband!" Ruto demanded, as Zopem hurried her along down the road.
"Ugh... how the hell are we supposed to kill the false king when we're under orders not to hurt these royals?" a rebel complained to her sisters.
"Ga ha ha ha, looks like Lady's Nabooru's plan was on point! These rebels are a lot less anxious to target King Link since we're the ones carrying him!" Oton said shuffling along.
"Right, they don't wish to start war with the Hylians just yet, so we're protecting Link quite well as we are." Vekai said.
"I just wish we could have taken Esolu with us as well.." Ruto sighed.
"It wouldn't have been good to take her this far in her condition." Impa spoke, "Ironically she's better off where she is now."
"You bad ladies won't hurt Link!" Skuld shouted, as Tatl and Tael distracted one of the Gerudo rebels while he kicked a stone right into her face.
"Hey, we made it!" Link-Goron pointed out. They had made it to the temple that contained the warp point to the Lost Woods, it was being carefully guarded by Nabooru's troops. The guards escorted the group into the long hallway that led to the gate.
"So where are we taking Brother Link to?" Darunia asked, "I don't have much of a medical staff at my hot springs!"
"We'll just bring him to Kokiri Village, I'll have our best healers take care of him." Vekai said.
"Hey, wait up!" shouted a voice, as they turned to see a number of recognizable Gerudo were coming up as well.
It was Nemisa, Aviel, Saria, Halei, Togau, Dr. Sarami, Reirousa plus the Sandstorm Vipers, Kesuta and Korume, along with a small number of other soldiers and the guards. Link's fiances save for Sarami were all pretty badly injured, but despite this Nemisa was carrying Aviel on her back, Reirousa was carrying Saria and Sarami protectively, while the soldiers and guards were helping the others along.
"Good to see you everyone, we all just barely escaped from the Elite Rebels!" Sarami said.
"Glad to see you're all okay," Impa said, "Let's get moving!"
"But what about everyone else in the town?" Sir Knave asked.
"We don't have much time. We have to get Link and his fiances out of here!" Sovan said, "The rebels were targeting them to kill specifically!"
"She's right, if they're only trying to kill Link and us, they'll most likely keep the other residents alive." Nemisa said, "All we can do for now is escape through the warp point."
"Wait, where's Lady Nabooru...?" Saria asked looking around weakly, "I don't see her..."
"From what I were told, it seems she was captured by one of the Elite Rebels..." a guard said sadly.
"What? Then we gotta go back for her!" said Aviel trying to fly off, but was stopped by Nemisa.
"Halt, hand over the false king and the false queens immediately!" shouted a voice as they turned to see more rebels rushing down the hallway towards them.
"Sorry Aviel, but we can't go back at this point..." Nemisa said with lingering regret, "All we can do at this point is pray to the desert goddess Aifet for her safety. Let's go!"
With that they all ran through the warp point doorway. Once they were all in the passage to the Lost Woods, Korume turned and held up her hands at the door. Everyone watched as she concentrated and started casting out ice magic.
"What are you doing?" Tatl asked.
"We can't allow the rebels to get through this warp point into Hyrule. We'll need to block off the path..." Korume spoke, flinching from the pain she was feeling.
"Sister, please don't push yourself so hard!" Kesuta pleaded, "Those attacks you took from that Meokuro woman were m-"
"I know, don't blame yourself for that..." Korume spoke as she continued to exert herself. When she was done, the others saw that the ice mystic had completely covered the warp path gate in solid red ice.
"Oh my, how impressive!" Ruto said, "I thought only the water beast Morpha could do that!"
"Red ice can only be melted with blue fire..." Korume gasped out. She almost collapsed, but Kesuta and Lackey came over to help her up, "And since there's no blue fire in Gerudo Valley, they won't be able to pass through this warp."
"Just like what the Great Deku Tree did before with his vines!" Saria realized.
"Quick thinking." Lackey said with a nod, "Now rest for now Ms. Korume, and we'll get you to safety."
"..." Korume said nothing, looking at Lackey for a brief moment, before she nodded and laid against Kesuta.
"Now hurry up everyone, to Kokiri Village!" Tatl said.
Back in Gerudo Town, the rebels were quickly detaining and restraining any and all of the villagers they found. The guards and soldiers had been defeated, but by their leader's command the rebels didn't kill any of them.
"Looks like that's the last of them!" grinned a rebel.
"Yes, just as I predicted." spoke a voice, it was the leader of the rebels Mother Eclipsis, walking alongside the freestyle singer Big G Jousak, "That incident with the false king left this town so disoriented and distracted that taking this place was simple."
"Aww yeeeaaaah! No vaseline for these thots! We pimpin' out this hood!" Jousak laughed out.
One gerudo villager was on her knees bound up, as Mother Eclipsis stared down at her, the villager was intimidated by the featureless mask the woman was wearing, but snarled out in defiance of her.
"How could you do this to us?" shouted the villager, "You're traitors to our people, and to Hyrule!"
"The only traitors here are those who defy the Gerudo's true place in this world." Mother Eclipsis spoke, "Isn't that right, Lady Nabooru?"
Being escorted up to Eclipsis, Nabooru couldn't so much as speak, as she was currently bound and gagged, and her body was covered in injuries from her battle with the Elite Rebel Asaeku. Despite her grave situation, Nabooru glared coldly at Mother Eclipsis.
"You allowed your people to become lazy and weak, so it's no wonder that you would all fall in battle." Eclipsis said to Nabooru, "Of course you of all people should know what happens when a kingdom allows itself to feel too safe for it's own good."
Nabooru's eyes widened, she looked at Eclipsis with absolute rage, as she forced the rebels off of her and ran at Eclipsis, yelling out as loudly as she could despite gagged. Before she could even get close to attacking the rebel leader though, she was quickly grabbed and restrained by Lae Sahvasu.
"Ah-ah-ah, tomiso no quiero!" Lae Sahvasu said holding Nabooru captive.
"You are a fool Lady Nabooru." spoke Eclipsis, "And you'll soon learn how pointless your defiance was."
"Mother Eclipsis, the Elite Rebels and myself have captured the palace." spoke up one voice, it was the Gerudo woman wearing the black dress with white frills, and had antennae attached over her ears with '01' written on them, "The guards have all been defeated and captured as per your command."
"Thank you, Sister MAGIS," Mother Eclipsis spoke to the woman in the dress.
"Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that the false king and his queens have escaped." the woman now known as 'MAGIS' said, "We're trying to track down their whereabouts as I speak."
Nabooru let out a small sigh of relief at hearing that, knowing Link and the others were safe at the very least. She then stared at the strange woman Eclipsis was talking to, feeling like she had seen her somewhere before...
"No matter, I predicated they'd try to use their foreign allies to protect him. It won't be long before they all meet their fate either way." Mother Eclipsis said, she turned to Nabooru, "As for you Lady Nabooru, I don't think I'll kill you just yet. I have something much better planned for you." she then told the rebels, "Take her away!"
As Lae Sahvasu and some rebels escorted Nabooru out of the town, the young Gerudo leader took one last sad look at the town she, Link and their friends had worked so hard to build, before she was forcefully pushed out...
With Nabooru gone, Mother Eclipsis spoke out to the rebels, "You all have done fine work today. Lady Nabooru and her people have been soundly defeated at the hands of the Ebony Sisterhood, and it shall not be long before Hyrule Castle falls by our hands, and we take back our true king!"
"Hail Mother Eclipsis and King Ganondorf!" shouted out a rebel, as they all cheered out wildly.
"..." MAGIS just stood wordlessly, making no effort to cheer with the others.
Just then, a soldier came up and saluted to Mother Eclipsis, "Mother, we've discovered something in the palace that you should see!"
"Hm...?"
"Chillin' in the palace, clearin' out the malice,
The false king's rule was really just a facile!
Now we took over this place, the false king's gone without a trace,
Just wanna step up and say to Lady Nabooru IN YO FACE!"
"Sister Jousak, please shut up." Mother Eclipsis said to Big G Jousak.
"...r-right Momma." Jousak said, quickly changing her tone and standing at attention.
Mother Eclipsis, MAGIS and Jousak had been led to a special wing of Gerudo Palace; it was a lascivious room full of beautiful Gerudo women in skimpy silk clothing, most of them pregnant. The majority of them were cowering in fear of the rebel soldiers standing before them, and especially at the sight of Mother Eclipsis herself.
There was a number of rebels laying on the ground, either dead or badly injured. Standing weakly in between the rebels and the cowering pregnant women was Link's child-bearer Ragome. She was clutching a spear and glaring at the active rebels coldly. She was hunched over and had numerous cuts and bruises on her, but despite that she was still forcing herself to stand ready to fight.
"I swear, you lay one hand on these girls and I'll run you through like these ones!" Ragome shouted angerly, "I may have gotten out of shape, but I still used to be in-training to be a warrior, and I'll kill any of you that tries!"
"..." Eclipsis said nothing, but slowly walked up towards the pregnant women. Ragome tried to fight her off, but MAGIS stepped out in-between them and knocked Ragome away to the ground.
"Please do not attempt to assault Mother Eclipsis." spoke MAGIS.
"Ragome!" shouted Leivuri, who was protectively holding three pieces of cloth that appeared to be wrapping something up in them.
"..." Mother Eclipsis stared down at Leivuri, she reached out and undid the cloth she was holding, revealing three mewling babies in her arms.
"These are... his children, are they not?" Mother Eclipsis asked.
"..." Leivuri said nothing, but held the three close to her.
"We believe so Mother." a rebel nodded, "This the room of the false king's royal child-bearers."
"..." Mother Eclipsis paused, staring down at the children for what seemed like forever.
"Mother, what shall we do with them?" MAGIS asked.
Mother Eclipsis stood motionless for a moment, before turning herself away from the child-bearers and starting to walk off out the door, speaking her command to the rebels,
"...see to it that they are all properly disposed of."
The rebels and child-bearers all gasped out in unison. One of the rebels stepped up to Eclipsis and protested to her,
"B-But they're just babies!" the rebel pleaded, "They didn't do anything wrong!"
"Yeah, under your leadership we could raise them into great strong Gerudo warriors!" said another.
"...nonsense." Mother Eclipsis spoke, "They're the demon spawn of the false king. By their very birth they are sins against the Gerudo and King Ganondorf. They and those who carry them must be destroyed."
MAGIS stared at Mother Eclipsis as she spoke those words, taking a slight glance over at the cowering and crying women, and in particular the children Leivuri held.
"Sister MAGIS, I'll leave them for you and Jousak to deal with." Mother Eclipsis said, "Now it's time for me and the Elite Rebels to return to Gerudo Fortress and plan our attack on Hyrule Castle!"
"No problem Momma! We'll handle things here in town!" laughed out Big G Jousak, "My posse will watch over everything and get shit ready for the big throwdown against those Hylian punks!"
"See that you do Jousak." spoke Mother Eclipsis, "After your failures in the past you have much to make up for."
"Aheheheh... thanks for giving me this chance Momma..." Big G Jousak said nervously.
"Sister MAGIS, you're in charge of Gerudo Town until I'm gone." Mother Eclipsis said, "And you know what must be done here."
"Affirmative Mother Eclipsis." MAGIS said with a bow, as the rebel leader went off on her way.
"So Sister MAGIS, what should we do with these fat bitches?" Jousak asked, "Bet the monsters would love em as a snack!"
"...you go off on your way Sister Jousak to do your hop-hipping. I'll see to things here." MAGIS said.
"Alright, no prob! Let's crank it up!" Jousak said walking off as she started singing her freestyle rap again along with the somewhat reluctant rebels following after her.
MAGIS turned to see Ragome was being helped up by another child-bearer, as they all looked up at the rebel focusing on them. The mysterious Gerudo in the black dress just stared down wordlessly at all the child-bearers, as the antennae on her head started to shift a bit.
Ragome and Leivuri both huddled together in fear as they protectively held the babies born from them and their King Link.
"I apologize for this, but I must do what is necessary." the gerudo known as MAGIS spoke.
That ends the chapter, but things have just taken a massive turn for the worst! With Gerudo Town now under the control of the Ebony Sisterhood and Nabooru captured, what will become of everyone? Tune in next week to find out!
