Hello folks! Chapter 126 is here! Foluma is starting to reclaim her memories, but what secrets could she be holding deep inside her, and are these memories even something she holds to remember...?

"Link... can you hear me...?"

"Huh?"

Link looked around to see he was once again in a strange but familiar void. This was that same dream he had been experiencing for a long time now. Before his reoccurring dreams were of him meeting with the Fierce Deity's spirit.

But ever since what happened with Link's rage against the Hylian knights over what he thought they did to Esolu, the deity was now being attacked by a strange skeleton warrior in gold armor who was keeping him too busy to bother the young king.

Now Link's dreams were sending him straight into the void he kept falling into at the end of each dream from before, and he was hearing a feminine voice speaking out to him.

"...time... approaching... you must go to..."

"Wait, who are you, and where do I need to go?" Link called out.

"...before.. he takes... … to save..."

Link suddenly woke up back in his bedroom again. He sighed out in annoyance at how he could never get a straight answer from that new dream. He was really interested in what it was telling him...

It had been two months since Esolu gave birth to their child, and she made a speedy recovery, becoming a blissful mother to Noleire. Ragome and Leivuri were naturally very supportive of her throughout that time as well.

Foluma was still working as a maid at the palace. While she hadn't been able to remember anything significant about herself during that time, she was fitting in better than before. She remained diligent in her work as a servant, cleaning the palace top to bottom, giving Link and the girls vigorous massages to soothe them, but also going on outings with Link, Aviel and Nemisa into town just for the fun of it. She and Aviel had really hit it off as friends in particular.

"Mm... what do you want to call each of them, my mate...?"

Link looked down to see Lady Sheeva beside him in a deep sleep, he ran a hand through her silky white hair. The two had been having lots of wild, hot sex over the months; as Sheeva's pregnancy was causing her to have an insatiable appetite for it, which Link was more than happy to oblige. Having seven children coming at all once, her round stomach was even more massive than before, which made it a little tricky at times to even make love to the half-woman half-wolf, but they found ways around it.

Sheeva was stroking her wolf paws against her stomach with a blissful smile on her human face. It seemed she was dreaming about the family they were going to have together in another two months. He smiled warmly and gave Sheeva a gentle kiss on the forehead. She too was fitting in better with the people of Gerudo Town, and Link hoped that she would choose to remain with them as one of his queens. The young king then felt himself growing sleepy again, and started to nod off.

Whatever that dream was trying to tell him, he hoped he would find out soon...

"Ready everyone? One... two... three... Happy Birthday!"

A burst of confetti and streamers shot out in the Gerudo Palace dining room. Sarami was sitting in the center of the table with a blank expression on her face, and before her was a large cake with forty candles lit on it. Sitting around her at the table was Link, Nabooru, her friend Fareafu and some of the nurse staff she worked with, as well as Aviel, Nemisa, Saria, Foluma, Halei, Togau, Reirousa, Kesuta, Korume, and even her pet ChuChu known as Chupil, were all gathered for this special day.

"Um, t-thank you... everyone..." Sarami spoke, trying her hardest to maintain a smile as sweat ran down her head at the sight of all the candles, each serving as a remainder of how old she had gotten.

"Congratulations old lady." Nabooru smirked mischievously, leaning against the table, "This is a pretty big occasion for you."

"Oh hush, you're getting pretty close to thirty yourself!" coughed Sarami, adjusting her glasses.

"I admit whenever you get older it makes me feel better about my own age." chuckled Fareafu.

"Don't forget you're at least two years older than me!" Sarami interjected.

"Wowie, I can't believe you're a whole forty years old today!" Aviel chirped excitedly, "That's gotta be like... ...more than double my age!"

"Ah ha... no need to point that out Aviel-dear..." Sarami said with a slightly annoyed eye twitch.

But then Sarami was kissed right on the lips by her fiance Link, who pulled out a bouquet of beautiful flowers from behind his back for her.

"Happy birthday Sarami." Link smiled warmly, "You may be another year older, but I think you grow more beautiful each time."

"L-Link-honey..." gasped Sarami with a heavy blush, taking the bouquet into her arms. Fareafu turned away from the couple with a blush of her own.

"Hey, you better blow out those candles before the palace burns down." Nabooru teased.

"Quiet you!" Sarami snapped, taking a breath and quickly blowing out all the candles, followed by an applause from everyone.

"Alright, time for the cake!" Kesuta said holding up a plate with drool spilling down her chin.

"Chio chio!" Chupil squealed out, bouncing on the table beside her with a plate on it's head.

"You guys're going to love it. I had the former rebel twins Helani and Navomi bake it." Link said.

"Oh my, how interesting..." Korume said with a small smile, "Me and Kesuta have gotten on good terms with them as of late. I look forward to that bakery they want to open here."

"I'll go ahead and cut it for you guys real quick." Foluma spoke, converting her arm into a giant butcher knife and slicing the cake right down the middle with one powerful swing.

"Don't do it like that, you moron!" Nemisa exclaimed.

"Oh, my bad." Foluma shrugged, withdrawing the knife, then seconds later replacing it with a large automatic buzz-saw she used for building maintenance, "This'll be more efficient."

"Just let us do it, please." Link said sweatdropping, taking a normal knife to cut the cake.

"Here's your tea, Mistress Nabooru." Foluma said setting down a cup.

"Thank you, now that Sarami's been reminded of her age once again and we all have cake, I'd like to get down to some important business." Nabooru stated.

"Hmph!" Sarami turned away with an annoyed pout.

"And for you Ms. Togau, some warmed milk." Foluma said, setting down the cup to the rancher.

"Na ha ha, thanks a bunch! Ya know, I wasn't too sure bout havin' a rebel around Link like this, but if he trusts ya, then I'm fine with it!" Togau spoke with a big toothy grin, she stuck out her hand at Foluma, "Put er there!"

"..." Foluma said staring down at her hand, before converting her hand into a soapy sponge and using it to clean the rancher's hand completely off, "Will there be anything else Ms. Togau?"

"Uh, never mind." Togau said sweatdropping.

"So to start things off, I'd like to proudly say that we'll be leaving for Hyrule Castle in only one month from now to meet with the royal family about our peace treaty!" Nabooru said.

Aviel cheered out, "Alright! I can't wait to go! I wanna check out Hyrule Market Town, and see the castle, and meet the princess and... and..." her eyes were starting to spiral around, "Whooo, dizzy...!"

"Calm down Aviel; like she said, we still have a whole month until then," sighed Nemisa.

"Ah, right." Aviel muttered, slumping against the table. After a brief moment she asked, "Has it been a month yet?"

"No!" Nemisa shouted.

"That sounds nice Lady Nabooru. We're looking forward to going, but my concern is if the wretched scum of the Hylian Parliament will even listen to anything we have to say..." Korume muttered.

"Yeah, especially after Link went nuts from the whole Fierce Deity thing, Lady Impa said she was afraid they're gong to use that against us." Kesuta said.

"No doubt they will try." Nabooru nodded, silently cursing the Order of Reyahm for causing all that mess, she then sported a mischievous smirk, "However, for everything they have against us, I can assure you that we have plenty of ammunition to use against them if they decide to play dirty."

"Kukuku... I'd enjoy witnessing that..." Korume giggled darkly, "Seeing them all writhe and squirm like loathsome little maggots... just before we squish them all into a pulp..."

"Eww, we're trying to eat yummy cake here, sis." Kesuta said in disgust.

Nabooru continued, "Besides that, we also have our allies participating with the meeting; like our beloved zora sister Queen Ruto, the Goron Chieftain Darunia, and even Mido's assistant Vekai will be coming to represent the Kokiri. I think with their support, as well as that of Lady Impa and Princess Zelda's, we'll stand a solid chance."

"Sounds great. No matter what happens we'll give it our all." Link nodded, "You know, I accepted my place as the Gerudo King so that I could fix the damage I made with the war, and I feel like all the hard work we've put in over these past three years is finally going to pay off."

"Ms. Keeheehee and Ms. Kukuku raise a good point though." muttered Foluma, who was looking aside, "Trying to negotiate with the royal family isn't gonna work. Mother Imono said that there's zero chance that you'll convince them of making peace. They'll only respond to some good ol' fashioned brutal Gerudo force, with many swords and spears of stabby death."

"She has changed in some ways, but she still remains loyal to the Sisterhood it seems." Fareafu muttered, still a bit weary about having her around when she was speaking so highly of the rebel leader. They even told her about Eclipsis' true identity as Imono Dragmire, but she didn't seem to mind.

"What about the war Imono plans to launch on the castle? Surely that would be enough to make them listen." Saria suggested.

"That's something I'd like to properly inform them of..." Nabooru sighed, "But we still have to figure out the rebel's primary battle strategy, namely the date they're planning to attack Hyrule Castle. The rebels we've interrogated so far either won't talk, or they haven't been given a proper briefing of the date. Foluma said she knows details, but due to her... 'programming' as it were, she can't tell us anything without the right password."

"Yeah, even if I wanted to say something, I can't without that code." Foluma shrugged, "It was locked away in my mind by Mother Imono and the elite Engineer of Awesomeness Meokuro just before we attacked Gerudo Town."

"So it's another part of your lost memories." Link frowned.

"We've been trying to come up with possible words or phrases to unlock it over the past two months, but she can only take three guesses before we get locked out for an entire week." Halei said.

"Keeheehee, how about some hypnosis to make her tell us then?" Kesuta proposed, she called over Foluma and held up a pendulum, rocking it slowly in front of her, "Okay Foluma, watch carefully."

"...?" Foluma raised an eyebrow at the pendulum as it started to sway back and forth.

"You're getting veeeery sleepy..." Kesuta said in a low voice, "Sleeepy... tiiiiired..."

"ZZZzzzZzzzZZzzz..."

Everyone turned to see Link was laying back snoring with a bubble rising up from his nose.

"Wake up!" Nemisa shouted, bonking the Link upside the head.

Reirousa spoke up, "Uh, I was just wonderin' something... What are we gonna do about the town security when we leave? The rebels might try to launch another attack on it while we're all out in Hyrule."

"It'll be okay Reirousa," Nabooru nodded, "I'm in the process of taking care of it."

"Didn't you say you were gonna use the Sand Rod to fix up our walls more?" Kesuta asked, "What happened to that?"

"Well, you see the thing of it is..." Nabooru sighed, "When the troops went out to the shrine to claim the sand goddess Sofuira's gift to us recently, they found out the Sand Rod had been destroyed."

"What?!" Link exclaimed, "How did that happen?"

"We're not sure, all that was there was the remains of the rod." Nabooru turned to look out at the valley with a scowl, "Though I have a feeling a certain rebel leader is behind it..."

"Soooo, what are we gonna do about our defenses then?" Reirousa asked.

As Aviel reached out to get another slice of birthday cake, the plate suddenly slid to the side. The archer looked down in confusion as she reached out for it, only for the plate to slide to the side again.

"Lady Nabooru, the cake is being mean!" Aviel protested.

"Not to worry Reirousa, like I said I'm taking care of it. I'm calling in some extra protection for the town!" Nabooru said with a smirk, "For one, I'd like to reintroduce you to someone!"

Just then, rising up from the cake was a shocking sight, it was a ghostly transparent being that resembled a Gerudo woman wearing a white cloak. She had some wisps floating around her as she hovered over the dining table.

"Sav'aaq to you little one!" the spirit said to Aviel in an echoed voice, "Good to see you again!"

"K-K-KYYYAAA! A GHOST!" screamed out Aviel, falling backwards from her cushion.

"Kukuku..." giggled Korume darkly, "Works on our precious little birdbrain every time..."

"Isn't that the same ghost from the haunted tent we visited before?" Link asked with wide eyes.

"W-What is it doing here?" Aviel asked, burying her face in Foluma's dress. The maid glanced away with a light blush at Aviel holding her like that.

"Let me introduce you all to the first of our newest residents of Gerudo Town; her name is Osena." Nabooru said, "She hails back from an ancient time in our people's history!"

The sprirt saw how terrified Aviel was of her, "Whoopies, sorry about that, vure-vai!"

"Please refrain from scaring the bajeezus out of Mistress Aviel like that, Ms. Spooky." Foluma said aiming her wielding torch finger right at Osena as she held the archer protectively, "My combat systems are disabled, but I'll still burn you."

"Sa'oten! No need to do that!" Osena said defensively.

"T-Thanks Foluma..." Aviel sobbed.

"So just who are you anyway?" Nemisa asked the ghost.

"Aw come on, you don't remember me?" asked Osena with a pout, she let out an audible echoed sigh, "Guess I can't blame you, I've been pretty forgetful myself."

"Wait a minute, you're... that ghost we met in my first year here." Link realized after a moment of thought, "The one haunting the palace that one night Kesuta and Korume pulled their prank on us!"

Flashback – Three years ago

"Oh there you are!" said the ghost as she appeared before Link, Nabooru, Aviel, Nemisa, Togau, Kesuta and Korume in the Gerudo Palace dining room after Nabooru had exposed the mystic twins as the pranksters that had 'haunted' the palace that night with their fire and ice wisps.

"I was trying to find you, miss. I was going to ask you if I could see that locket you have there. But you ran away before I could ask you."

Aviel stood frozen, and without a word, nervously nodded and handed the ghost the locket she had bought earlier that day but couldn't open.

"Thank you." the ghost said, she waved her hand over the locket and opened it up, "I lost this in the ruins long ago, it contained a picture of my boyfriend. Now that I finally remember his face, I can go greet him in the next world. Thank you so much." she said bowing, before her body faded away.

The group stood there blankly, without a word, before Aviel's eyes rolled in the back of her head and she fell backwards into Link's arms.

End Flashback

"Ara, you do remember me? What a sweet Hylian voe you are!" Osena said smiling.

"You're that ghost I gave my locket too?" Aviel asked, peeking out from Foluma's embrace.

"That's right. I had forgotten what my last boyfriend looked like after I died. That picture in the locket helped me in tracking him down in the world of spirits." Osena said, "I came back to the mortal world just a little after you all took back the town from those rebel-vai. Ms. Kesuta and Korume sensed my presence and made contact with me to help them with their tent!"

"N-No way, you've been to the spirit world..?" Reirousa asked with wide eyes.

"I've spoken to her myself during these past couple months, and she's agreed to stay here and lend her spiritual abilities to us, helping to protect the town from the rebellion." Nabooru explained.

"No offense Ms. Osena, but what can a ghost do?" Saria asked in confusion.

"Well as a spirit, I know a form of telekinesis which allows me to levitate inanimate objects into the air." Osena said, holding out her hand and making a spoon float upwards, "A little ghost trick if you will!"

"Are you going to be a phantom detective for us or something?" Nemisa asked sweatdropping.

"So yer from the ancient times huh? Issat why yer usin' those weird words like voe and sav'aaq?" Togau asked.

"Correct, she's using ancient Gerudo language." Nabooru said, "Osena doesn't quite remember what era she was alive in, but she retains some spinets of information. I'm hoping if she can remember enough we can learn more about our people's history."

"That's right, for example a vai is a woman and voe is a man!" Osena said, "Sav'aaq means 'good day' while sarqso means 'thank you'!"

"Savvou... sasquatch... Ugh, think I'll just stick to basic Hylian language, thanks." Aviel groaned rubbing her head, "I can barely remember names as it is."

"Fascinating, the ancient history of the Gerudo...!" Fareafu said, anxiously scribbling down notes, "Please, you have to tell me more!"

"You better not be planning to drown the students in new history lessons Ms. Fareafu..." Saria said sweatdropping.

"But if you went to the spirit world, what are you doing back here Ms. Osena?" Sarami asked, trying to comfort Chupil as it was cowering on her shoulder in fear of the ghost, "Were you unable to find your boyfriend after all?"

"No, I did manage to find the voe I picked as my husband..." Osena sighed, hanging down her head, "But when I got there..."

"...?" everyone stared at the ghost curiously as she seemed hesitant to continue.

Osena started trembling, as some objects in the room started to levitate up into the air like the spoon had been. The ghost woman rose her head up with tears spilling down her face, her eyes were glowing an eerie yellow and her hair strands were wiggling around upwards in the air.

"...he had already gotten back together with an old girlfriend of his from before he met me!"

Osena cried out in despair with a much more echoed, waling voice than before, as the objects that had been floating started flying wildly around the room,

"I even offered to share him with her but they both refused! How could they be so selfish?!"

"Hey, calm down already!" Nemsia shouted, dodging a plate that whizzed past her.

"Someone save the cake!" Kesuta exclaimed, flying around on her broom to try and grab Sarami's birthday cake that was now flying through the air. She grabbed at it, only for a slice to fall off and splatter on Korume's head.

"What the hell's goin' on here?" Reirosua asked looking left and right. A large clay pot smashed right into the back of her head, but she didn't even notice.

"Allow me to handle this." Foluma said, jumping high into the air and using her extendable arms to reach out and grab everything flying through the air, quickly moving them right back to where they were, then landing back down to the ground, "That should be everything."

"Nice work!" Aviel said.

But then a large metal pan come down and bonked Foluma upside the head a second later.

"Error, missed one." muttered Foluma with a round bump on her slanted head.

"Now what the heck was that all about?" Link asked Osena as he wiped some food off his head.

"Ms. Osena, do we need to send you back to the spirit world...?" Korume muttered with cake dripping off her head.

"Sa'sohi! Sa'sohi!" Osena said bowing her head down frantically in apologies, "When I get too overly distressed, my powers tend to go out of whack! I swear it won't happen again! Just don't please send me back! I don't wanna be anywhere near the one who broke my heart!"

Foluma had been trying to get her head straightened out with Aviel's assistance, but the maid overheard what Osena was crying about, and looked to her curiously. She was so distracted she didn't notice one of the antenna on her ear pads was cracked a bit from the pan.

"It's alright, we won't do that!" Link assured the ghost, "If you really want to stay here with us and help protect the town, than I'm fine with it! Just try to keep your power under control... and you know, stop spooking Aviel."

"R-Really?" Osena asked trembling. "You're just as great a Gerudo King as Lady Nabooru said..." the ghost then flew downward and wrapped her arms around Link's neck, planting a big cold kiss on his lips, surprising him and everyone else, "Sarqso, King Link!"

"Woah..." Link said blushing as he breathed out a cold breath.

"Hey! What do you think you're doing?" Nemisa shouted to Osena.

"Oh, right!" Osena realized, still holding Link in her ghostly arms and making him shiver from her touch, "Sa'sohi, I recalled back in my time we Gerudo were much more bold with voe than your current generations. Is the king yours alone to keep?"

"Well not really..." Nemisa admitted, "He's actually engaged to almost everyone here, but-"

"Oh, so no problem then!" Osena said cheerfully as she kissed Link again, his whole body was turning pale and his hair getting frosted in ice from being so close to her.

"You're causing him problems!" Nemisa shouted again.

"Ugghh..." Link groaned with spiraling eyes.

Meanwhile Foluma had her back turned to everyone, taking in what she had heard about Osena. She looked down at her artificial arm and moved a small slot open, gazing at something inside of it, before closing it back up and going off to work on cleaning up.

"..."

After everyone settled down, Nabooru continued with the meeting. Osena had been sent off by the mystics to go focus on controlling her spiritual powers, while Foluma was concentrating on cleaning the room of the trash from the party.

"Well it's great we have Osena helping us out here, but is there anyone else?" Link asked.

A servant came up right then and whispered in Nabooru's ear, she nodded and said, "Of course, in fact they arrived here just now." she gestured to two guards at the main door into the dining room, "Bring them in girls."

The two guards opened the doors, and in came two older Gerudo women. The one on the left was tall and muscular; with short graying hair and her body covered in scars. She had a two-handed claymore sword strapped to her back, and she was sporting a wide confident smirk on her face. The one on the right was a shorter, smaller woman, clad in a purple cloak and veil, her cold staring eyes being one of the few things visible about her.

"Hey there Lady Nabooru, we finally made it." the muscular Gerudo said with a wave, she turned to one of the group at the table in particular, "And might I add, long time no see, Sarami!"

The loud thunk of Sarami's fork hit the table, as she turned to see the two Gerudo women. Everyone was surprised to see the doctor suddenly breaking out into swelling tears at the sight of them.

"Surprise Sarami." Nabooru smiled pleasantly, "And a very happy birthday."

"I-It's you...!" Sarami whispered, she quickly stood up and ran towards the cloaked woman, hugging her tightly, then hugging the muscular woman, "By the Goddess Aifet, it's both of you!"

"Sarami, my daughter! We missed you!" laughed out the muscular woman.

"Wait, mother? This is your mother?" Link exclaimed.

"Yes, allow me introduce them both; this is Saveore and Ratoka, they're my parents!" Sarami said.

"Hahaha, nice to meet you all!" Saveore waved. The other woman stared out at them before whispering into Saveore's ear, "Ratoka says hello, and she's pleased to see things are going so well around here!"

"Parents?! But aren't the two of you both women?" Saria asked in confusion.

"...?" Foluma looked curiously over at Saveore and Ratoka while in the middle of polishing a table.

"Yep, we're been together for many years now! Right honeybunch?" grinned Saveore, wrapping her arm around her wife and holding her close. Ratoka merely glanced away blushing, before whispering into Saveore's ear, "Sorry, my wife's a bit on the quiet side, but she says thank you all for looking after our daughter, especially you Lady Nabooru!"

"Of course, she's a dear friend of mine, and I had to make sure you got here in time for her birthday." Nabooru nodded, she explained over to the others, "Saveore was old friends with my mother, and I met Sarami through them when I was a young girl."

"Ah yes, I remember you two." Fareafu said, "You were well accomplished warriors of our time."

"My mother Ratoka is a skilled thief, and I took after her back in my younger years." Sarami giggled, "Back then Nabs used to look up to me as a big sister... though she could be really clingy and annoying as I recall, fufufu..."

Nabooru coughed and cleared her throat, "Okay, no need to go into detail about that!"

"Speaking of big though..." Saveore muttered as she suddenly gripped at Sarami's breasts, giving them a squeeze and making the doctor gasp out, "I swear these things have gone up at least a few more cup sizes since we last saw each other... You certainly didn't get this from your mother, that's for sure..."

"Ah! D-Don't do that!" Sarami exclaimed with a heavy blush.

"Wait a minute, don't you still need a man to have a child? Who is Sarami's genetic father?" Saria asked, still massively confused about two women falling in love with each other.

"Oh him? We just found some random guy out in the desert back when we were young, and we both had our way with him to try and have a kid. Ratoka is the one who ended up conceiving and birthing our not-so-little Sarami, so I guess that makes her the mom and me the dad!" Saveore said proudly.

Link was rather surprised at this news about Sarami's parents, but he decided to try and put on a good first impression, he stood up and cleared his throat, "Hello Mrs. Saveore and Ratoka. I'm Link, the new King of the Gerudo. It's an honor to finally get to meet Sarami's parents." he said with a bow, "I've fallen in love with your daughter and intend on making her my wife and queen in the future."

Saveore stared at Link for a moment, before she waked right up to the young king and lifted him up in her arms, giving him a big tight hug that almost broke his back, "Hey there, good to meet you Son-In-Law! I never would have thought Sarami would end up being the new king's bride!"

"Grk!" Link exclaimed with wide eyes as he was being constricted.

"Let go of him!" Nemisa snapped in anger, prompting Saveore to drop Link to the ground.

"Well, Link's broken again." Togau said sweatdropping as her fiance laid on the floor twitching.

"No sweat, I'll fix em up." Foluma came right over and lifted up Link to his feet, then started pulling at his arms, legs and back to get his bones aligned back into their proper place.

"I'm so sorry Link-honey! She could always be a little too over-eager for her own good!" Sarami said concerned, "I guess even after all these years she hasn't changed."

"D-Don't worry about it." Link groaned as Foluma was now dusting him off, "I'm surprised, you mentioned your parents to me before, but I never knew they were both women."

"Sorry I didn't tell you about this Link-honey," Sarami said sadly, "But they had a difficult situation in the past due to their relationship."

"Huh? What do you mean?" Aviel spoke.

"Well, it was shortly after I was selected to be Ganondorf's child-bearer." Sarami said, "At the time, we were having population trouble due to his reign as king. Finding men to have children with could be difficult, as many people feared Ganondorf and stayed out of Gerudo Valley."

Saveore nodded, "Our women in that time were lonely and in need of companionship, so more and more of them were starting to have intimate relationships together like what me and Ratoka had."

"Oh wow..." Saria said with a heavy blush. She recalled two or three Kokiri girls who gave her more attention when she started her training and defending Kokiri Village from monsters, but she had just assumed they admired her strength and heroism... 'It's going to be a bit awkward next time I visit her in the forest...' she thought sweatdropping.

Nabooru sighed, "Unfortunately, Ganondorf eventually got fed up with this, so he put a strict ban on our people from having relationships with one another, and those that broke the law were punished with banishment... …or even enslavement."

"You gotta be kidding me," Kesuta scowled, "Why the hell'd you put up with that bastard king?!"

Saveore sighed sadly, "I admit back then, we weren't truly aware of Ganondorf's cruelty, even after he was officially coordinated as king he didn't seem like that bad a man at first. Me and the wife here even encouraged Sarami to take the offer to be his royal child-bearer. We thought it would be a better life for her than that of a thief. By the time Ganondorf instigated the law, Sarami was already well into her child-bearer training, but we didn't want her to quit and risk getting in trouble."

She continued, "Many of the Gerudo broke up from their relationships due to that law, but me and Ratoka were still in love, so we kept our relationship as secret as possible. But then came the time that Sarami was to give birth to her daughter. We were so happy to see her finally become a mother.." she grimaced, "...but then that happened..."

"That's right, Sarami's child didn't make it..." Saria spoke softly.

Link noticed Sarami bore a saddened expression over those painful memories, and he put his hand over the doctor's to comfort her. Fareafu grimaced at this herself, feeling bad that she couldn't do anything for Sarami back then as well.

Saveore continued, "Our poor daughter was completely devastated by what happened, so me and the wife were trying to do our best to console her. But it was during that time Ganondorf figured out we were still in a relationship together. As punishment for our defiance, he had me and Ratoka taken away to a slave compound."

Nabooru nodded, "They among many others who violated the laws of Ganondorf were subjected to forced labor, like helping to build and modify fortresses and compounds, including establishing the Pyramid of Power for him."

"How awful..." Nemisa spoke sadly, recalling her own past as a slave.

"He separated Sarami from her parents just like that...?" Aviel spoke with teary eyes, hugging the doctor with her bird wings, "He's even more of a monster than that evil storm dragon was! You didn't have to be a slave too, did you Sarami?"

"No. Because I couldn't give him a healthy daughter, Ganondorf deemed me too weak to even be a slave, so he exiled me to Hyrule Field to keep me separated from my parents," Sarami patted Aviel's head to comfort her and gave her a gentle smile, "Though it turned out for the best, as because of that I ended up at Kakariko Village and became a doctor under Granny."

"Yes, we've heard of your medical work from Lady Nabooru." Saveore said with a nod, "We couldn't be prouder of you, my daughter!"

"So you mentioned something before about building a pyramid?" Link spoke up, "When I was traveling to the Desert Colossus to find the Spirit Temple, I think I saw something like a pyramid off to the east during a rain storm, is that the same place?"

Nabooru nodded, "That's right, Ganondorf was using the Pyramid of Power as a place to train his dark magic with Twinrova, as well as crafting dangerous weapons and harnessing ancient Gerudo relics to use for his ends... " she grimaced a little, "According to some of the older rebels I've spoken to, such weapons included the Trident of Darkness that Princess Ghilmarelm uses, as well as Ganondorf infusing his own dark power into the Soulbinder sword."

"I see..." Link said, recalling when he fought against those very weapons in the Gerudo Fortress arena.

Saveore spoke, "After our work on the pyramid was over we were all exiled, so we formed our own place far off to the east at some old ruins that we called 'Forsworn Village'. It wasn't much, and there was numerous monsters and sandstorms to deal with, but it was home for us. We 'forsworn' Gerudo all remained there in isolation for years."

"I discovered their location a long time ago. It took some time, but we were able to make peace with our forsworn sisters and brought the majority of them here." Nabooru said with a light smile, "And I had to make sure these two in particular made it in time for their daughter's birthday."

"Oh bless you so much for this Nabs!" Sarami said embracing her dear friend.

"Heh, anything for you Sarami." Nabooru chuckled.

"So does this mean they'll get to stay here in town with Sarami?" Aviel asked excitedly, hopping up and down in her seat.

"Indeed. In fact, they're among the ones that are going to be helping to beef up security and watch over the town in our absence." Nabooru smirked, "They have plenty of experience as warriors and protecting their old village!"

"In exchange for granting us this freedom, and to atone from our past mistakes..." Saveore pounded her fist against her chest, "You can count on me and honeybunch for our support!"

"That sounds great. After all you've been through we can't let you go back to that life of isolation. So as the Gerudo King, I'd like to formally welcome you to Gerudo Town... um..." Link paused, and leaned back rubbing the back of his head with a goofy grin, "...should I call you both 'Mom', or what?"

"Well I don't know about myself..." Saveore trailed off. Ratoka whispered into her ear, then she added with a big grin, "But Ratoka says she would be delighted if you called her that!"

Link looked over to Ratoka, who for someone that came off as so reserved and stoic, looked oddly giddy all of a sudden at Savrore's comment, 'Guess she really is a mother through and through.' he thought, figuring that's where Sarami got her own nurturing side from.

"Say. has anyone here seen where Foluma went off to? I have a small present I was going to give her..." Korume asked, she was holding a small box that was moving around in her hands.

"Isn't that the large beetle you caught on our way here?" Kesuta asked with a wicked grin.

"Kukuku, maybe..." Korume giggled.

"Don't even think about it you two." Link sighed, thumping them both on the foreheads, "I'll go out and look for Foluma. Think I have a feeling I know where she is."

Saveore stared out at Link as he left out the door, "I have to say I'm not into males, but he's a rather fine man Sarami, very kind and handsome. I'm glad you finally found the one who makes you happy." she added suggestively, "I bet he's amazing in the sack too!"

"Fu-fu-fufufu... He certainly is, and I have Nabs to thank for making him so skilled." Sarami giggled.

"Hahaha, is that so?" Saveore laughed out, "It's great\ to see you've become such a fine leader to our people Lady Nabooru, I'm sure you've made your mom proud too!"

"Y-Yeah..." Nabooru spoke, looking out at the sky from the balcony, seeming to be lost in thought about something, "Maybe..."

"So has it been a month yet?" Aviel asked in a bored tone, laying her head on Sarami's lap.

"No!" Nemisa shouted again.

Foluma meanwhile was sitting on the roof of Gerudo Palace looking out at the vast desert before her, reflecting on the conversations everyone had been having with the ghost Osena and Sarami's parents. Some things were bothering her greatly about what she heard, and she needed a place to be alone and think.

Back when she was a maid for Mother 'Eclipsis' she never made the time to do things like this, as it was considered impractical by the rebel leader's views. But time living in Gerudo Palace was causing Foluma to think more and more about herself, and her temporary masters Link and Nabooru were keen to allow her this break time to herself.

The maid reached to her artificial arm and opened up the narrow slot on it, revealing a small key hidden inside it. She pulled the key out and held it upwards, just staring at it in thought...

"Hey, what do you got there?" someone suddenly spoke up from behind Foluma. This startled the maid and made her lose the grip on her key.

"W-W-Woah!" Foluma exclaimed, scrambling around to catch the key before it fell, but the person quickly caught it in their hand to give to her, "Hey, watch it y-!" she paused, "M-Master Link..."

"Ah heh heh, sorry about that." Link grinned sheepishly, "We noticed you left during the meeting and I came to check up on you."

"How'd you know where I was?" Foluma asked, clutching at the key tightly.

"Over the past two months me and Aviel have been seeing you go up here once in a while." Link said sitting down, "Do you mind if I join you today?"

"...well, you're already sitting down beside me, so I doubt I could change your mind." she said with a cheeky grin.

Link chuckled at how snarky she could be for such a loyal servant. It assured him that she was showing more of her humanity than before. The two both sat there for a while, staring out at the vast desert plains of Gerudo Valley silently.

"You know, you were right before about the beauty of this desert. Ever since you showed me that view from your balcony, I've been coming up here to get a good look at the land for myself." Foluma said, "That and clean the bird stuff that falls down around here."

"Bird stuff?" Link asked, "What do you mea-"

Splat!

"Kwaaa! Kwaaaa!" a bird squawked out flying overhead.

"Oh, bird stuff." Link grimaced as white goo started to drip off his head.

"Meheheh, guess the rebels're right about you being a shit-head!" Foluma snickered, taking a rag and wiping down his hair until he was completely clean, "There you go Master Link."

"Thanks." Link nodded, then spoke up, "So I was gonna ask you, what's the deal with that key?"

"Not sure." Foluma said looking at it, "My arm has a compartment fit specifically to hold this key. I asked the prodigious goddess of engineering Meokuro once why she installed it on me, and she said I asked her to before I went into surgery to have my automation parts assembled."

"So even she doesn't know what it unlocks...?" Link asked.

"Nope. I've put it out of my mind for years and focused on being a servant, but just recently after I came here I've found myself thinking more about it, and why I asked her to do such a thing..." Foluma spoke staring down at her key, "...or what it could possibly unlock."

"Doesn't look big enough to be for a door.." Link said thinking deeply, "I wonder... maybe it's for a trinket, like a locket or a jewelry box or something?"

"How would you know that?" Foluma asked.

"Well you see..." Link said, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a small emerald-jeweled key in the shape of a leaf, "I got one myself."

"That's pretty. What is it for?" Foluma asked, she sported a smug smile, "Your discarded chastity belt?"

"Har har, no." Link rolled his eyes. He held up the key into the sky, sunlight gleaming off the jewel.

"It's for a locket I gave someone as a gift back I was a kid." he explained with a growing smile, "The merchant who sold it to me said it would bring two people great happiness, and give them a bond that couldn't be broken. I used it as a promise that I would see them again someday."

"A promise..." Foluma whispered, staring back at her own key, "Do you think... if I find out what this opens, that it will bring me happiness as well?"

"I can't say that for certain." Link shook his head, then in a darling move put his hand over Foluma's, "But I hope it helps bring back more memories deep inside you."

"Even if they're bad ones...?" Foluma asked, looking away.

Link squeezed her hand and nodded, "I do, cause I love learning more about you Foluma. The more I do, the more fascinated I get, cause each new memory is a part of your true self."

"I... see..." Foluma spoke softly.

"Hey, there you two are!" spoke a voice suddenly which startled the two of them, they saw it was Aviel using her Roc's Wings to remain in midair before them, "I was thinking of going out on a snack run, wanna come with?"

"Aviel, don't spook us like that!" Link said.

"Eep, sorry!" Aviel said, she then noticed Link's hand was over Foluma's, "...aaaam I interrupting something here?"

The maid looked between Aviel and Link, finding herself growing strangely aggravated with that comment.

"N-Not a thing!" the maid said yanking her hand away with such force Link almost went falling over the side of the roof, but Aviel was able to catch him with her talons, "W-Whoops, my bad Master Link!"

"Let's... just go get some snacks..." Link groaned.

Later that night, Link, Aviel and Foluma were out in town, having just made a stop at the store to grab some crackers and fruit bars.

It was somewhat cold that night, so Link went in a red jacket and tight black pants. Aviel was wearing a loose sweater that exposed her shoulders along with shorts and tall socks.

As for Foluma herself, by Aviel's suggestion she removed her maid dress and was now wearing a open brown coat and black scarf, along with matching boots. She also had out the visor attachment she normally used for laser blasts over her eyes, but since her combat systems were disabled they instead functioned as a neat pair of shades that covered her eyes.

"Whoo! We got a good haul tonight!" Aviel cheered, holding up two bags, "When we get home we should go play some card games while eating them!"

"You got quite a lot there Mistress Aviel." Foluma pointed out with her arms behind her back.

"What's wrong, is it not efficient enough?" Link asked with a teasing grin.

"That's right..." Foluma stared at Link for a second, before pulling out a bag of her own and grinning, "It's way more efficient if you eat it with the right sauce."

"Heeeey! Good call, I forgot about that!" Aviel said, "You even got the flavor I like!"

Link grinned, he was happy to see Aviel and Foluma getting along so well over the past months.

"Oh King Link, is that you?" spoke up a voice.

He turned to see it was Ragome, Leivuri and Esolu, his first three child-bearers coming down the street. As opposed to the silky revealing outfits they wore in his concubine, they were all wearing more modest Gerudo attire out in town, though their womanly curves were still easy to see. Ragome's chest was tightly bound in her top, Leivuri was wearing a wrap-around dress that hugged her frame, and Esolu's outfit failed to hide that she still had some baby weight on her stomach.

"Hey there King Liiiink!" Ragome waved. She eyed the bag Link was carrying, zipped over and started immediately rooting through it, "What'd you get me?"

"Hands off our snacks!" Aviel shouted.

"Hi girls, where are you off to tonight?" Link asked.

"Well Esolu hasn't been out of the palace since she became pregnant with Noleire, so we decided to leave the children with the nurses and take her out into town for the night!" Leivuri said.

"Yeah, we're thinking of hitting up one of the bars for dinner and drinks! I'm psyched, we haven't had any alcohol in a year!" Ragome cheered out, she turned to see Foluma, "Oh hey, you're that weirdo maid from before! Wassap?"

Esolu glanced over at the maid curiously, tilting her head slightly. She wanted to ask Link something but she didn't have her sketch pad with her to communicate.

Foluma sported a grin, "Oh hey there, nice seein' you again, Mistress Mommy-Milkers."

"Who the hell you callin' Mommy-Milkers?!" Ragome shouted, she pointed over to Leivuri, "If anyone's got the big ones it's her!"

"Kyaaaa! Don't go saying that in public! It's embarrassing!" Leivuri exclaimed, covering her face.

"Drinks at the bar you say? Sounds great!" Link nodded, "You two wanna go?"

"Do I!" Aviel said excitedly, she looked to the maid, "Come on, I've been craving a drink, and we outta get some alcohol in you too! Forget the card game, we'll have a party tonight!"

"Party huh? You can count me in." grinned Foluma.

Aviel smiled and wrapped her arm around the maid's, "Alright, let's go Foluma!"

At that moment, Esolu stopped in her tracks, and paused for a second. She glanced over at the maid, tilting her head.

"Hey Esolu, move it already!" Ragome said pushing her along.

"Here you go girls, drink up!"

A waitress Gerudo filled up Aviel's mug with alcohol, which she started drinking down.

"Aaaaaah, thanks!" Aviel said blissfully.

When Gerudo Town was first founded and crafted by Nabooru and the Sand Rod, the people had lived a somewhat primitive lifestyle, only the most essential things like living homes and supply rooms existed for them. But as time went on, along with Nabooru's great leadership skills, the town was able to flourish, and such luxuries like clothing boutiques, hobbyist stores, and even bars and clubs started opening. Not only did it help to boaster the spirits and morale of the people, but it helped grow tourism for the women that visited the town.

One such place was the Tumbleweeds Tavern, a modest bar established shortly after Link became the new Gerudo King. Established by a young Gerudo named Tanefa, she was a former rebel of the Ebony Sisterhood. She had been captured by Link and his friends at the Hall of Knowledge, and after her rehabilitation started up the bar. It had a wooden interior with small portraits and posters decorating the walls, as well as a few pool tables.

Link, Aviel, Foluma, Ragome, Leivuri and Esolu were all gathered around at a booth to enjoy drinks, as well as a large platter of marinated cucco wings. Tanefa was more than happy to indulge the king's appetite, and the patrons were excited to see their king mingling with them, some hoping he'd get so drunk he'd take two or three of them into an inn that night.

"This was a great idea girls!" Link said biting off the sauce-coated meat off one cucco wing, "I haven't even been to this place yet, but they already won themselves a new customer!"

"Hold still, you're getting more marinated in sauce than the wings Master Link." Foluma said wiping his face off, only for Link mess it up again when he took another bite of his wing.

"Heeeeey! Another round over'ere for me'n the missuseses!" Ragome called out drunkenly, waving her mug around as she hung off of Esolu, who was trying to focus on doodling a sketch on a napkin.

"..." Esolu kept taking glances up at Foluma as she was trying to keep Link clean.

"Oh come on Esolu, we made you leave your sketch pad at the palace so you would spend time with us instead!" Leivuri protested, but the mute girl ignored her. Leivuri sighed and took another sip of her drink, and let out a small little hiccup, "Oop, 'cuse me!"

"Here, try a wing Foluma!" Aviel said, looking clearly drunk. She held up one sauce-covered cucco wing to the maid, "They're reeeally good stuff!"

"No thanks, I'm not that hungry tonig-" Foluma started, but then Aviel suddenly threw her Roc's Wings around her and held the maid tightly.

"Okay try my wings then!" Aviel giggled, she nuzzled her head against the maid as she embraced her.

"J-Jees... let go of me..." muttered Foluma with a light blush on her face.

"Aww, but I love having you arooound!" Aviel said, then turned to Link, "Hey hubby, wanna go marry Foluma right now so we can all stay together?"

"H-Hey now, I'm not going to do something like marry her tonight!" Link coughed out, feeling a little tipsy himself, "If I wanna marry her I'll do it tomorrow or somethin'!"

Aviel grabbed a mug of alcohol and pushed it into Foluma's face, "Here, have a little sippy!"

"I dunno if I should..." Foluma started, but saw Aviel was looking on the verge of tears over something as silly as refusing a drink, "A-Alright then..." the maid said, taking a sip of the alcohol.

"Heeeeey! Whatcha drawin' there anyway Esolu?" Ragome asked, leaning against the mute woman.

"Hic! Yeah, I wanna seeee!" Leivuri squealed out leaning against Esolu as well. Both the girl's large breasts were pressing against Esolu's head.

"..." Esolu had a clearly annoyed stare on her face as she was trying to hide what she was drawing on the napkin, and pushed both girls away.

"Wooo! I'm going down!" Leivuri said as she fell into Link's lap. After a second she muttered, "Ooooh, but something else right here is going up!" she started fondling at the young king's body, "Howbout we have another baby right now?"

"H-Hey calm down, we're in public Leivuri!" Link groaned out, trying to push her away but accidentally groping her breast. Instead of making her upset though, Leivuri's expression grew even more lewd.

"Ooooh... you're such a naughty boy..." Leivuri said, surprisingly bold for someone who was usually so modest and shy, she yanked off her dress and allowed her giant breasts to bounce in Link's face, "Now get those tight pants off you big hunk!"

"Hey, put your clothes back on! There's other people here!" Tanefa protested.

She turned to see the other patrons, only to instead see most of them rooting for Leivuri to remove Link's clothes, there was even one Gerudo who already set up a betting table, with the other girls placing bets on who Link would sleep with first.

Suddenly with a loud slam of a mug, everyone turned to see Foluma had just finished a mug of alcohol, and that she had managed to drink four more mugs in the brief time she started. She gave them all a cold glare from behind her visor.

"S-Shut up, all of you!" Foluma said in a grumpy voice, "Yer really startin' to piss me off!"

"Huh, Foluma?" Ragome asked, before Foluma grabbed both her and Leivuri by the shoulders and forced them to sit up on their knees on the floor.

"Huh...?" Leivuri groaned out in a daze.

"You damn cows and yer gigantic udders..." Foluma scowled, grabbing at Leivuri's left breast, "I outta put you both in a stockade and milk those damn things dry!"

"EEEHHH? Wait, time out!" Ragome exclaimed making a T gesture with her arms, she turned to Leivuri frantically, "What's wrong with the maid?"

"Ah hee hee... sounds like fuuun... hic!" Leivuri said with a drunken smile.

"Hey, no doing lewd stuff like that here!" Tanefa protested, she looked over at the other patrons who were all eagerly watching and taking pictures using pictoboxes, "And no lewd photography!"

"Huh...? What's Foluma doing...?" Link groaned, looking up from his mug and seeing Ragome and Leivuri being fondled by her, "Hey, cut it out-!" but as he quickly got up to try and put a stop to it, he tripped over and fell on his face.

"Hee hee, you fell down!" Aviel giggled drunkenly at Link on the floor.

"Ah, h-hey!" Ragome exclaimed with a heavy blush as Foluma went around from behind and fondled at their chests, "I said leggo of those!"

"Shut up, damn bitches like you need to know your place!" Foluma said groping harder at them.

"Ahhh... ooooh!" Leivuri blushed heavily by Foluma's hand movements.

"So whas all the yelling about anyways?" Aviel asked looking around, she stared at Foluma groping and squeezing at the two child-bearers. She stared for a second, before pouting in annoyance.

"No fair, I wanna play too!"

Aviel jumped off the table and landed right on Foluma's shoulders, making her stagger backwards and stumble around the bar. The bid girl had managed to lock her legs around the maid's neck and she as having trouble removing her.

"Get offa me you damn bird!" Foluma protested.

Meanwhile Link managed to recover and get Ragome and Leivuri up onto their feet. The two of them both hugged Link tightly in gratitude.

"Thank you Liiiink!" Ragome said burying her face in Link's chest.

"Is it your turn to fondle us now Linky...?" Leivuri asked nuzzling against him.

"Jees, I didn't think Foluma would get this foul-tempered when drunk." Link spoke, "Wonder if she was like that before she became an automation...?"

Foluma was trying to grab Aviel off her shoulders, but the bird girl clung tightly to her, laughing like crazy from the free ride she was getting. The maid was getting rather flustered from her head being in a leg-lock, and she staggered backwards towards Esolu, who had been drawing on napkins and trying desperately to ignore everything going on.

Hearing a chair fall over, Esolu looked up to see Foluma staggering towards her. Her eyes widened as she held up a napkin with "Gasp!" written on it.

"Hey, watch out!" Link shouted, running at Foluma to catch her, only to trip and cause all four of them to crash into a pile under the table.

The occupants of the bar paused in silence for a moment, before they all erupted into drunken laughter at the lot of them.

"I'm surrounded by idiots." Tanefa muttered sweatdropping.

"Whoooo... That was fun! Can we do it again?" Aviel said, getting up with spiraling eyes.

"If my combat systems weren't disabled I'd throttle you..." Foluma scowled, getting up and waking off.

"Ugh, sorry about that Esolu..." Link said, helping her up back onto their booth seat. He looked down to see the sketches she had been doing that night, but the mute girl quickly gathered them all up and stuffed them into her pockets before he could see them, "You okay there?"

"..." Esolu looked somewhat sadly, but turned and gave Link a gentle kiss on the lips, which he didn't mind, as she was a great kisser.

"Just what was that maid's problem?!" Ragome asked, sitting herself back down and rubbing her head, "She was acting pretty brutal to us."

"Ooooh I don't know..." Leivuri purred, nuzzling against Link, "But the way she rubbed my breasts was reeeal hot, it really put me in the mood for some lovin' from you, my king!"

"Hey, that doesn't sound too bad!" grinned Ragome, "Maybe we outta go get an inn room together! Wanna join us Esolu?"

Esolu nodded to Ragome. The mute girl was about to get up, but she noticed something was off, and started feeling around at her clothes.

"Well... okay. But you're all taking a Black Chu jelly capsule right after. You already said you want to wait until after I get back from Hyrule Castle to have your next kids." Link pointed out.

"O-Okay King Link..." Leivuri burped in Link's face, "Hee hee, 'xcuse me..."

"...and you're having a peppermint before we do any kissing." Link said fanning the air in front of him.

"Uh, heeey... did anyone here see where Foluma went off to?" Aviel spoke, she looked over at the others who all looked completely out of it, "Fiiine, Imma go look for her myself."

Aviel got herself up and staggered off, leaving Link with Ragome and Leivuri both in his arms. He glanced over at Esolu who seemed to be frantically looking around the booth.

"What happened, did you lose something?" Link asked.

Aviel was busy looking around the bar for Foluma; after having failed to find her in the restroom, the kitchen or the janitor's closet, she stumbled outside the back of the tavern. She was still tipsy from her drinking, so she leaned against a trash can for support.

"Aw come on, I suck at hide n' seek!" Aviel complained. She then noticed something odd and sniffed at the air, "Huh, what's that nice scent? Kinda smells like..."

"I can't believe this..."

Hearing a voice, Aviel looked behind her to see Foluma was standing with her back to her. She seemed to be looking down at something and was trembling.

"Foluma, whatcha shaking for? Cold or somethin?" Aviel asked, staggering up to her.

"... ...Aviel, I'm sorry but..." the maid spoke. She turned her head to Aviel, showing she wasn't wearing the visor anymore, and that there were tears running down her face, "I know now..."

"Huh? Whatdya know? And why are your eyes drooling?" Aviel asked tilting fer head.

"I... remember everything now..." Foluma spoke, turning to face the bird girl, "Everything that happened that day... everything I never wanted to remember again..."

"Huh...?" Aviel paused, before she smiled and took Foluma's hand, "I still don't get it, but you can tell us later! Let's go back to the bar and-"

"No, I have to go... I can't be here any more... if I do then... then I'll..." Foluma stammered.

"Foluma?" Aviel asked.

That was when the maid lunged forward and pushed Aviel against the back wall of the tavern, leaning forward and pressing her lips against her friend's.

Aviel started to snap out of her drunken state and her eyes widened. Foluma soon broke the kiss, and the bird girl could feel her heated breath as she gasped. The maid broke away from Aviel and stared at her with teary eyes.

"I'm sorry Mistress Aviel... goodbye."

With that, Foluma leaped into the air, propelled by her automation legs, onto the roof of a nearby building. She immediately started running off, jumping across the buildings to escape the town and get out into the valley.

Aviel laid back against the bar wall in a stunned, drunken state. She put her hand to her lips trying to figure out just what happened.

"Foluma... where you goin'...?" Aviel whispered.

"Aviel? There you are!" Link said poking his head out of the back exit door, "What happened, needed some fresh air?"

Aviel didn't answer right away, but stared upwards into the night sky sadly,

Link rubbed the back of his head, "Uh, I think Esolu lost something, can you help us look around the bar for-"

"L-Link... it's Foluma... she's..." Aviel spoke.

"Huh?"

And that ends this chapter, next time the revelations of Foluma's past finally come to light, and she's about to make a difficult choice... can Link and Aviel save her, or is there a new threat looming? Find out next time!

I have to admit this chapter was a real struggle to write. I feel like I may have made it a bit too messy in structure, but before I move onto Link and Nabooru going to Hyrule Castle I needed to get a lot of things concluded. I did enjoy writing the bar scene though, and it worked as an ideal way to conclude the chapter as I wanted.

I was jumping back and forth on whether I wanted to bring back Osena into the story or not, but she was kinda fun to write for, and while she won't be a major character, I have some ideas of how she can contribute to the plot later on.

I admit that the idea of Forsworn Village was an 11th hour idea I did to start tying things together, and in hindsight, I think this arc might have turned out better if I had made it about Link and the group going there... but it was far too late and I'm not going to do any more rewrites. Plus I wanted to spend a little more time with Gerudo Town in relative peace before we leave for Hyrule.

I apologize again for how long this arc is taking to conclude, and I hope to make up for things when the plot finally starts moving.
