It goes over their shoulder to show Lightning standing next to the mount as she speaks. It returns back to the opponent who finishes their entrance. The camera returns to Lightning, who slaps the bird's legs. She speaks again as the bird runs off.
Alpha & Omega: Lightning walks forward before reaching up, pulling her sword off her back. The camera goes to the opponent as they enter the arena. The camera goes over their shoulder to show Lightning holding her blade parallel to her body as she speaks. It goes back to the opponent, who finishes their entrance. It returns to Lightning, who swings her sword and raises her shield as she retorts.
Birthday Present: Lightning reaches around behind her and pulls out a small switchblade knife. The opponent enters the arena and the camera goes over their shoulder. Lightning holds the knife carefully as she speaks, treating it with care. It returns to the opponent who speaks back. Lightning closes the knife and puts it on her hip as she speaks again.
Crystallization: A crystal structure starts to crack before it pulls out, showing a clear, gem-like Lightning. The structure explodes before Lightning rolls her shoulder. The opponent enters the arena before the camera goes over their shoulder. It shows Lightning looking up as she speaks. It goes back to the opponent who finishes their entrance. The camera returns Lightning, who brushes off some crystal chunks from her shoulder as she speaks.

Another Battle: Lightning whistles her fingers and the Odin Chocobo walks up behind her. She climbs on and the bird reigns up, trying to look tough.
Good Looks: Lightning sheathes her blade and reaches behind her. Pulling out a pair of sunglasses, she flips them open and puts them on her face.
Savior: Lightning sheaths her blade as she walks forward. A glowing orb appears before her and she reaches out to it.
Chrysalis: Lightning holds her hand to her chest. Pulling it away, a red rose crystal is shown floating in her palm.
Fatalities
Army of One (Kitana)
Lightning shouts before she charges forward, delivering two upward diagonal attacks followed by a roundhouse kick. In a daze, Kitana stumbles around before Lightning charges again. In two strokes, a right side-slash, followed by a left side-slash. Flesh chipping off, the rosette does a backflip kick that transitions into a roundhouse kick, followed by a wide side-slash. Blood pouring out of her stomach wound, Kitana can do nothing to stop the spinning slash that connects three times, separating her head, torso, and legs before slicing her head in half.
Only Destroy (Mileena)
Lightning holds out her hand and slashes a red rose crystal. A white and green horse rode down from the sky before Lightning grabs a pair of twin swords and jumps onto the back. Pulling the blades back, they start arching in electricity before she swings them. Bolts of lightning rained down and zapped the hybrid into the sky. The horse raced forward before Lightning jumps off. Rose petals started trailing her she starts spinning. The blades slice through the charred body of Mileena, slicing her to pieces.
Fatal Blow
Flash of Light (Jade)
Lightning pulls her hand back and blasts the staffwoman with ice. The woman freezes before Lightning rolls and stabs into the body, shattering the ice and spraying blood. Jade flinches before Lightning bashes her shield against the Edenians face and then kicks her back. Holding her hand up, she calls down a lightning bolt that blasts Jade forward. Lightning thrusts her sword forward and stabs into her neck, spraying even more blood. Shifting her shield, she slammed it into Jades temple, making her cough blood. Raising her boot, Lightning kicks her opponent off, ending the combo.
Friendship
A Moogle plushie is suddenly thrown into Lightning's arms. Serah rushes forward and the two smile before they engage in a game of Moogle Throw.
Ending
'Shows Lightning standing over a beaten and bloody Kronika, looking at the Hourglass.' "What's the difference between a Titan and God? Not much, I've beaten both." 'The Hourglass glowed and showed a picture of the Fal'Cie being created.' "The same Gods that cursed my friends, my sister, into being pawns in their scheme. Well, no more."
'The camera changed to show Lightning, now in gold and white armor, battling the Fal'Cie.' "Humanity will decide its own path, no one else. But this many opponents is too much, even for me." 'The camera pulled back to show Noel, Snow and Fang rushing behind her.' "But this time, I have a team with me."
Final Fantasy 13 was the first of the Final Fantasy series I ever played. So it only seemed fitting that I aid the main girl into this collection. I loved all of Lightning's journey and I will defend my stance in that to ANYONE at ANYTIME. Her friendship was a little tricky to figure out, but I thank my beta read for helping.
