UA's Saiyan Heroes
"Man, it feels so good to be off that plane, and back on solid ground." Kaen groaned, cracking his back.
"I like being home to." Mina smiled. "I mean, our time on I-Island was great, but it could have gone better without the Cooler Force's showing up."
"Right… If the information Salza told Wukong is correct, then Empress Frostita should be arriving, some time around when the Provisional License Exams are to take place." Kaen said.
"You won't have to attend, since you've already got your provisional license." Mina said.
"Papa's already a hero." Eri cheered.
"Actually I will. It expires the day before the exams. Normally, I'd go to the Safety Commissions office, and renew my license every year, but not this time. This time I'll have to take the exams with you." Kaen explained.
"Meaning you can't do any hero work, for at least 24 hours after your provisional license expires." Mina acknowledged.
"Exactly." Kaen stated.
"Enough bringing the mood down you two, we're home, and you're surprise is waiting for you." Gine said.
"Yeah, I'm still curious as to what this surprise is." Kaen said.
"That's why it's a surprise." Fasha smiled. "Come on, let's get going."
~At the Surprise~
"Alright, do all three of you still have your eyes closed?" Gine asked.
"Kinda hard to look, when you and Aunt Fasha are covering ours and I'm covering Eri's." Kaen said, Eri in his arms with his hand covering her eyes.
"Alright, here we are. Surprise." Gine smiled uncovering his eyes with Fasha doing the same with Mina.
Standing in front of them, was a brand new, well built house with three stories, and a deluxe garden and lawn in the front.
"A house?" Kaen asked.
"Hold on Kaen, look at the number on the fence." Mina said.
Kaen looked at the number and his eyes widened when he recognized it.
"Hold on, this is where our old house stood." Kaen said. "But this is bigger then the old house, by both level and square foot size."
"Your father and I had been planning this for a while, since before the old house had been destroyed." Gine said, putting a key in his hand. "You, Mina, and Eri, are gonna have your own house, with Fasha and Athena as well of course. While we live in the vacation house."
"I'm just around to make sure you two don't do anything, you're not supposed to do while alone." Fasha smiled.
"Mina, your things have already been moved in, and set up in your own room." Gine explained.
"My own room?" Mina asked, looking to Kaen. "It's gonna feel weird just being alone in my bed again."
"Excuse me?" Fasha asked. "Have you two been…"
"Eri, why don't you go inside and check out your new home?" Gine suggested, taking Eri from Kaen's arms, while interrupting Fasha from finishing the question.
"Okay." Eri said, running into the house.
Once she was gone, Gine turned to look at both Kaen and Mina, and they shrank under her gaze.
"Speak, now."
"What she means is… while I've been living at her place, Mina didn't want me sleeping on the couch and hurting my back, so she convinced her mom to… let me sleep in her bed, so long as we didn't do anything." Kaen said, hesitantly with a blush.
"Well the master bedroom is yours Kaen, so you both could sleep in it. But you'll have to buy a bed big enough for the two of you, with your own money. An' you will not do anything, that could make me a grandmother, again."
"We promise, on our Saiyan Pride, we won't do anything like that until we're ready." Mina and Kaen said in unison.
"Good. An' I'm assuming you already told Mina what that act means in Saiyan Culture?" Fasha asked.
"I did. She's alright with it though." Kaen said.
"I am." Mina said.
"Well if you two end up, doing it, just be sure to use protection. We're not on Planet Vegeta anymore, so we don't need the traditional pregnancy after marriage." Gine sighed. "I was fine with Eri becoming my granddaughter, because it meant you hadn't done the deed, and knocked Mina up for real, but an actual baby just adds to the responsibilities."
"I promise." Kaen said.
"Same, I promise to." Mina added.
"Good, now let us show you around your new home." Fasha smiled.
~The Following Day~
"You sure about this Kaen?" Mina asked.
"Come on Mina, I have to. It's not fair that I'm the only one getting some time to be free." Kaen said. "Plus, it'll give me an opportunity to train with Asura and get a handle on my new abilities with Wukong's power."
"Alright. An' you're sure he won't try to kill any of us?"
"The pact we made prohibits him from doing any harm to innocent people, or my loved ones. Since he'll still have my face, Pinach can use my provisional license, so long as he pretends to be me, and doesn't kill anyone." Kaen explained.
"Fine, I'll grab Eri while you bring him out." Mina sighed, heading for the stairs.
Once Mina was gone, Kaen sat on the couch, taking a deep breath as he cupped the sides of his head.
"Alright Pinach, you get to have your fun now." Kaen said, before pushing his hair back, making it point downwards, before an aura enveloped him for a moment, and he smiled.
"Bloody hell, it feels good to have the controls for once again." Pinach said, stretching his arms out.
"So… Papa's not in control of his body anymore?" Eri's voice asked from the hall.
"No, he's letting your Uncle Pinach have a go at the controls for the day." Mina said.
"How will I know the difference?" Eri asked as they came out from around the corner.
"Oh you'll know its me loves." Pinach said, making them jump a bit at the sudden accent, before they noticed the change in his hair, and mannerisms, as well as the British accent.
"So, you're my Uncle?" Eri asked.
"That's right little kitten." Pinach smiled, picking her up, and raising her into the air. "I've seen you through your Papa's eyes, but it's a treat being able to spend some time with my niece in person."
"Last I heard of you, Kaen mentioned you were a bit sour with Gine and Toshinori." Mina said.
"I am still, just a bit, but Kaen and Oozaru helped me to see that they're not as terrible as I thought they were." Pinach smiled, tossing Eri up in the air, making her laugh and smile.
"Higher, higher." Eri smiled.
"Any higher and I'll throw you through the roof." Pinach laughed. "I'd rather not."
"I'd rather you not either. We just got this house, and I don't want Eri to get injured being thrown through the ceiling, or at all." Mina said. "An' Kaen wouldn't like that either."
"So can you do the same stuff Papa can do?" Eri asked.
"Mostly. I have the same Ki control abilities, and I can use his Quirk, since I use the same body. However, I can't use the Wukong power; Asura made sure to make that power only accessible to Kaen when he's in control."
"I wonder if Athena might be able to help with something like that." Mina said. "Maybe something that could get you your own body."
"We'll talk to her about that later. But right now I wanna have some fun, and I wanna enjoy my freedom." Pinach smiled.
"Well, what do you wanna do?" Mina inquired.
"Well, I've always wanted to go to an amusement park." Pinach said.
"We'll be at Disney in a few days, so why don't we go for lunch and a movie instead?" Mina suggested. "I'm sure Kaen will let you take control for a couple of the days we're there."
"Sound alright with me Love." Pinach smiled.
~Mindscape~
"Seems like Pinach is enjoying being in the drivers seat." Oozaru smiled.
"I thought he might." Kaen smiled.
"Master." Asura said.
"What's up big guy?" Kaen inquired.
"I do not wish to sound greedy, so forgive my rudeness, but I would ask that if possible, I may also have a body of my own again?" Asura said. "I feel I would better serve you as your vassal with an actual body?"
"Hmm… I guess, but then Wukong's power wouldn't be accessible to me." Kaen pondered. "Though you could always just leave it here with my soul when you get your body."
"Actually, I don't think that's possible. The power of Wukong has integrated with Asura completely. It would most likely kill him if you tried separating the two." Oozaru stated.
"I don't want that. The big guy's like family." Kaen said. "Sorry big guy, but it looks like you're stuck here with us."
"It is fine. I only thought that if I had my own body again, I may be of more use to you." Asura said.
"You're of plenty use to me here."
"Kid's right man." Banjo said. "An' with your power being so similar to All-for-One's, you make the kid a force to be reckoned with, and he just might be able to…"
"No Banjo." Kaen said. "The One-for-All I possess is a cheap knockoff, compared to the original."
"What'd you say kid?" Banjo asked. "You mean to tell me, you don't even care if that bastard All-for-One, still lives and will cause chaos? Did you forget what your own brother did to you and your sister, working under All-for-One's directive?"
"That's not what I'm saying." Kaen said, a hard and determined expression, etched onto his face. "The defeat of the original One-for-All's creator, isn't my destiny, that honor goes to Izumi. But just like her, I'll have my own responsibilities to take care of, when I have to fight Celeron. We all have our own path's in life, Izumi's is to take down the enemy who nearly killed All Might six years ago, while mine is to stop Celeron, no matter the cost."
~Reality A Couple Days Later~
"Mind telling us what we're doing in your Workshop?" Kaen questioned his sister as he, Mina, and Eri walked through the attic workshop of their house.
"Yeah, Kaen promised me we'd take our flight to America for our Disney World vacation today." Mina said, dressed in nothing but a bikini top, and a mini-shorts, completed with a vest.
"Mama, Papa, when are we going?" Eri asked, dressed in a pair of red overalls and a blue t-shirt. "I wanna see Disney World, and I wanna meet the big talking Mouse." She had a hat on her head with two big round ears.
"We'll be leaving soon. Aunt Athena just has a few things she wants our help with. An' you'll be able to meet Mickey Mouse when we get there." Mina said.
"She's already wearing a Mickey Mouse Hat." Kaen chuckled.
"I was hoping you'd give my new invention a whirl before you left." Athena said, pulling their attention to her, before holding up something that looked like a watch. "It's supposed to replicate the Instant Teleportation Quirk I have in my arsenal, with more efficiency and pin point accuracy to one's location, but in order for it to work, one of you needs to wear it."
"How exactly does it work?" Kaen questioned.
"Well when you put it on, you press the red button, and a hard-light holographic screen will be projected, and ask for coordinates." Athena explained. "It's still experimental, so start with a small distance, before going for a bigger one."
"Are you sure this is safe?" Mina inquired.
"I'm 50/50 on this." Athena said. "It could go either way."
"Alright, here goes." Kaen said.
"Careful Papa." Eri said.
Pressing the red button, Kaen brought up the hard-light screen, and put in five feet for the distance to teleport.
"Put a little more distance than that. Try putting in an address or a corner store that's nearby." Athena said.
"Are all Saiyans this nutty with tech?" Mina asked, holding Eri's hand. "'Cause I don't wanna end up like that."
"I think it's just an Athena thing." Kaen said, putting in the closest convenience store location. "I think she's been hanging around Rose, and Hatsume for too long."
"Hey!" Athena mock gasped. "They are not that bad. An' neither of them have caused anything to explode since I became a surrogate. So don't go mocking me or my friends, just because you don't understand how technology works."
"She's gonna rant again." Eri said.
"Fine, fine. Be back in a minute." Kaen sighed, before he disappeared. A short while waiting later, Kaen reappeared in the attic workshop, holding three Fruit Punch Rockstars.
"Who's thirsty?" Kaen smiled.
"I am." Eri smiled.
"Nice one." Mina smiled. "Hey Athena, can Kaen, Eri, and I take this to Disney World to avoid plane expenses?"
"I don't see why not." Athena said. "Just grab onto him before he leaves, and you should disappear with him."
"Alright, this should be good." Mina smiled.
"Got any Quirks for us before we go?" Kaen asked.
"I do for Mina actually, and I've been working on my deliverance, so you shouldn't feel any pain when I give them to you." Athena smiled. "I was wanting to wait until I had complete control over the deliverance of the Quirks to make them painless, so now's a perfect time." Athena smiled, Mina's face. Her hand lit up as she transferred copies of the chosen Quirk, before removing her hand. "There. How do you feel?"
"I've got a slight headache, but other than that I'm fine." Mina said. "What Quirks did you give me?"
"Well, I gave you a merged combination of two different Quirks I melded into one. But before I tell you what they are…" Athena smiled, looking over to her twin brother. "Kaen, why don't you go down stairs and grab your groups travel bags?"
"Oh right, be right back." Kaen said, running down the stairs of the attic.
"Okay spill, what did you give me?" Mina asked with a smile.
"Stick this… between your breasts." Athena smiled, holding up one of the two remaining cans of Rockstars, Eri already drinking one of them.
Mina took the can, and the instant it touched her bare skin, she shivered, feeling how cold it was from the convenience store fridge.
"Oooh, that's cold." Mina said, looking down after she shoved it all the way in. "Huh, where'd it go? I can't feel it anymore."
"Reach in, and pull it out." Athena said.
Mina did so, and was shocked her chest felt like an endless void, before she felt the can, grabbed it and pulled it out.
"Whoa." She smiled.
"Now reach in again." Athena smiled.
Mina did so, and to her surprise she felt another can, and pulled it out.
"What the? I could have sworn I only stuck the one can in there." Mina said. "What Quirks did you merge together, exactly Athena?"
"The two Quirks I merged together were Pocket Void, and Duplication." Athena smiled, enjoying the look of shock on Mina's face. "I call this Quirk, Duplication Void. Anything that's been in there once, you can create an infinite number of, and they're an exact duplicate, down to the last atom. I have it myself, and tested its limits. You can use it for storage, without duplicating the item if you want it that way. But it can also be used for safety reasons. Like hiding someone and protecting them from danger, without any risk to any long term stays."
"Cool." Mina smiled. "Good to know the safety beforehand, don't wanna do anything that might harm Eri." Mina smiled.
"Now Mama's chest is more then just a distraction for Papa when he gets mad at her for something stupid she did." Eri pointed out.
"What was that?" Athena questioned.
"Any other Quirks you give me?" Mina asked, wanting to change the subject as her face flushed violet.
"I couldn't really think of any others you might want. Any abilities on your mind, in particular you might desire?" Athena inquired.
"Hmm… I guess you do have a point. I can't really think of anything." Mina said, before an idea came to her. "Oh wait, I just thought of one. Can you give me a Quirk that allows me to permanently change my appearance? Like skin tone, or changing colors for camouflage?"
"What for?"
"I'd like to see what I'd look like with different colors of skin, like neon blue, or maybe emerald green, oh, how about purple, or maybe orange, what about Simpson Yellow?" Mina smiled excitedly.
"I guess that could work." Athena chuckled, putting her hand on Mina's face. "An' I have just the Quirk to give." After her fingers and hand glowed a bit, Athena removed her hand, and smiled at Mina. "Try thinking about what color you want your skin."
Mina smiled and closed her eye before it began to change, and her skin became a deep royal blue. "Wow, that's so cool." Mina smiled, before switching her skin back to pink.
"I gave you a simple camouflage Quirk, but since I upgraded it with Xerox, it can do more than just make you blend in with backgrounds." Athena explained.
"Anything for me Aunt Athena?" Eri asked.
"I have just the thing." Athena smiled, grabbing something from her Duplication Void, and putting it around Eri's shoulder. "This is a fanny pack made with Duplication Void, and a special sweet treat for you inside."
"Thank you Aunt Athena." Eri smiled, before she went running for the exit. "There's something I forgot to grab."
"I'm back you two." Kaen said, coming up with his, Eri, and Mina's luggage, while Eri ran past him. "Where's Eri going?"
"Apparently she forgot to grab something." Mina said. "I can take the luggage." She smiled, taking the bags, and shoving them into her Duplication Void.
"Whoa." Kaen said with a blush. "That is a pretty handy Quirk."
"I know right?" Mina smiled, enjoying the flustered look on his face, as she tossed him the duplicated energy drink.
"One more thing." Athena said, tossing them a small sack, sounding like they were filled with something. "Celeron said, he went to the other earth during these last six years we haven't seen him right?"
"Yeah, he spied on Kakarot and learned that Kamehameha attack from watching him perform it several times." Kaen said. "He also brought back something that instantly healed his injuries. He called them Senzu Beans. We've actually been using the ones we stole from him. We're almost out though."
"Well you'll be happy to know, with the Senzu Bean you gave me, I managed to make my own garden of them." Athena said, tossing Kaen the bag. "That is filled with about twenty five Senzu Beans."
"I got this." Mina said, taking the beans and putting them where she'd put the luggage.
"Alright, you're all set to go." Athena said. "Now, you're just waiting on Eri."
"I'm back." Eri called out, running back up to them. "Sorry to keep you waiting."
"Now that everyone going on this trip is here, Disney World here we come." Mina said.
"Uh, I think we shouldn't use this." Kaen said. "We could get in a lot of trouble with immigration and boarder control."
"Good call I didn't even think of that." Mina said.
"Kaen, Mina, Eri, come on you have to get going, or you're gonna miss your flight." Toshinori called out.
"Dad's taking us?" Kaen asked.
"I think it's about time you patched things up with him." Athena said. "This little silent treatment from you has gone on long enough. I reconciled with him."
"Fine." Kaen sighed.
"We're coming." Mina called back to Toshinori. "See you in about a week Athena."
"See you when you get back." Athena called to them, the moment they were gone her eyes went wide a bit, as she felt a strong kick from her tenants, both from within her belly and against her hand. "Seems like someone's a fighter." She snickered.
~Airport~
"Shame I wasn't there on I-Island." Toshinori said. "You two got all your things?"
"We've got them all." Mina smiled. "Athena gave me a storage Quirk to keep all our things in to avoid some of the airports travel expenses."
"I got the tickets, our flight leaves in an hour." Kaen said.
The two just stood there in awkward silence, before Mina elbowed Kaen in the ribs, encouraging him to talk. They'd drove in the same awkward silence on the way to the airport, so Mina was not wanting to put up with this anymore.
"Dad, I…" Kaen began, but was interrupted by Toshinori.
"Kaen listen." Toshinori said. "I never meant to cause Midoriya trouble or harm with what I said. I honestly thought what I told her would help her to move on. But I saw that I was wrong, I know you're mad at me for what I said, and I no matter how hard I wish it, I can't take back what I've said and done. But I hope that you can at least try to forgive me."
Kaen just looked at Toshinori before he sighed.
"Dad, I wanted to say I'm sorry for giving you the cold shoulder for so long." Kaen said. "I know that you meant well, but you had crushed Izumi's dreams with what you said before she unlocked her Quirk, so it was hard for me to put behind my back. But, I think I've given you the cold shoulder long enough, and I should move past this."
"I'm glad we could reconcile." Toshinori smiled, as they gave each other a hug.
"Me to dad."
"Alright, now get going, before you're late for your flight." Toshinori said, ending the hug.
"We'll see you when we return." Mina smiled. "Tell my mom I'll see her later."
"Will do Young Ashido." Toshinori smiled, before they disappeared into the airport.
After seeing them disappear into the airport, Toshinori pulled out his phone, bringing up one of his contacts in America, someone he knew would be excited for Kaen's visit, and surprised when they saw Mina and Eri.
*AM: Heads up, Kaen's gonna be in the states in sixteen hours for a trip to Disney World.
*CB: He's coming here? I'm currently stationed in Florida, I'll ask my SO for some time off.
*AM: He's gonna be there for about a week, so there won't be any rush. Just thought I'd let you know since you two are close.
*CB: Thanks a lot Sir. I'll be sure to give him a proper greeting. Take care.
*AM: You too.
"Excuse me, Mr. Yagi?"
Said man turned around to see Arcane there, but having never met her before, he had no clue who this woman was.
"I'd like to invite you and your wife to Kami's Lookout. There is something important my master wishes to discuss with you." Arcane smiled.
