UA's Saiyan Heroes

The night air was dark, and filled with the stench of smoke. Kota sat there, alone at his secret hideout, with a glimmer of anger evident in his eyes. He didn't care what the students from U.A were doing, he couldn't care less, all the while, Mandalay's words from when he first moved here with her, were echoing in his head.

"Trust me Kota, it will happen, you'll meet someone, and you'll finally understand, why we do what we do, someone who'll risk their life, put others first, someone who'll be…"

"No one like that really exists." Kota said, before the final words from the memory could play in his head, before his eyes widened when he spotted the blue flames spreading across the forest, and jumped to his feet, panic and worry replacing his anger.

"Well-well what do we have here?"

Kota twisted around at the sound of the voice, and saw a large cloaked figure standing there, with a mask over his face. The figure was big, standing at around All Might's height, and from the looks of it, muscle mass as well. Kota began to back up slowly, as the figure came walking towards him.

"I came up here scouting for a nice vantage point, and here I find someone who's not on our list." The figure said. "By the way, nice hat kid, I like it. Why don't you trade me for this lame mask huh? They made me wear it 'cause I'm new. Said they couldn't get a shipment of the good ones in time."

As the figure began removing his mask, Kota's brain started working properly again, and he began running for his life.

"Aw well." The figure said.

The cloaked man crouched down, ready to pounce, his legs of his pants, and boots distorted and he leapt through the air, leaving cracks in the ground, jumping to the rock wall, and landing in front of Kota, leaving him no room for escape.

"NO." Kota screamed.

"I think you and me should have some fun up here kid." The man said as the hood of his cloak flew off his head, and his face was revealed, his the flesh of his left eye socket, and the scar tissue covering the upper left half of his face visible, and the artificial eye staring right at him. "Ready?"

"It's you." Kota gasped, as fear began to course through his entire body, and subconsciously, he only said two words. "Papa, Mama."

Just as Muscular brought his fist down to strike at Kota, a flash of green energy came speeding past the musclebound villain, and grabbed Kota, narrowly avoiding the strike.

Kaen, all suited up in his hero costume, twisted around and landed on his feet, sliding back and digging one of his hands into the ground as he held Kota in his other arm, a glare directed at Muscular, as he skid to a halt on the other side of the rocky trail, stopping right in front of the curved path, and put Kota down, as the boy stared up at him in shock.

"What are you doing?" Kota asked her.

"Hey Muscular. Remember me?" Kaen questioned, his pupils shrinking in anger, ignoring Kota's question.

"Do I know you kid?" Muscular asked straightening himself up.

"Two years ago, the battle that took the lives of the Water Hose Heroes." Kaen began, shocking Kota. "I was shadowing them for the weekend, learning how they handled their hero work. You took my tail, and cracked my head open."

"Oh yeah, and you enhanced their attack with your weird Quirk, and that attack is what took out my eye." Muscular said. "I still owe you for that one."

"Never pegged you to be one who plays with others. What did the League promise to get you to join?" Kaen inquired, glaring daggers at his foe.

"They promised I'd be able to fight the strongest one here. An' so far, I've been very disappointed." Muscular said.

"Then I hope I live up to your expectations. I sure hope you can settle for the Kaioh Emperor instead."

'I came up here to make sure Kota got back to the campsite safely, I didn't think I'd actually run into any villains, let alone him. Damn it, I left my Scouter in the cabin with the case my suit was in, and Izumi is still making her way here.' Kaen thought, his knuckles cracking as he clenched his fists.

"Hey, Kota." Kaen spoke softly to him, as the light of One-for-All sparked all around his body. "I promise you, everything will be okay. I will save you."

"You really think you can save this little brat?" Muscular asked with a laugh. "That does sound like something a wannabe hero would say. Your kind sure likes to mouth off about justice."

"Muscular, psychotic villain wanted for over thirty counts of murder, fifty attempted murders, and twenty five assaults. Those are just the major crimes you committed." Kaen exclaimed.

"The name's Yagi, right? You know, I'm supposed to take you in alive since your name is on the list, and your big brother is wanting a word with you. But seeing as you know so much about me, I can't exactly let you live." Muscular smiled lunging at them. "But first a little torment. Show me your blood."

Muscular leapt at Kaen, and before anything else, he pushed Kota back, and blocked the punch with his left arm, while supporting it with his right hand pressed against it. But even then, Muscular's punch sent him flying back into the rock wall of the mountain.

"Woopsie." Muscular said. "Oh yeah, maybe you could help me out a little bit. Do you know where a kid named Bakugo might be around here?"

'They're after Katsumi?'

"I still have a job to do after all." Muscular said, charging at the Saiyan teen again.

Kaen managed to evade the strike, and slid to a halt and glaring at Muscular as he gripped his pain filled arm.

"I'll take your silence to mean that you don't know, is that right?" Muscular asked, turning to face her. "Oh good then. PLAY TIME." Muscular shouted, lunging at Kaen and kicking him in the stomach, knocking her into a higher position on the rock wall. The result of this was Kaen's blood spilling out on a fresh gash on her head, with a sinister echoing laugh coming from Muscular. "Yes. Blood is exactly what I want coming from you. What'd you promise, that you'd protect him? How's that working out for you huh? Don't just lay there dumbass. I'm pretty sure you're still as weak as ever from our fight two years ago, when you failed to save those two wannabe heroes."

'That muscle Quirk of his is more powerful than I thought. I need to think this through. If I worry about Katsumi now, I'm screwed. I'm exhausted from my training today, so I can't use a lot of my power. An' I don't have a lot of Senzu Beans on hand, so I can't just go using them whenever. But I have an idea, and it's a gamble.' Kaen thought, coursing One-for-All through his entire body as he charged at Muscular. 'One-for-All, 100%. SMASH.'

Kaen slammed his fist into Muscular, and he was taken aback, as he was sent into the same rock wall he'd sent Kaen into, before rocks began to fall on top of him.

'Given my past experience with Muscular, that didn't finish him off. I'm not sure how long that'll hold him down. But it's better than nothing.' Kaen thought wincing at the pain in his right arm, he looked down to see it was covered in bruises and lacerations. 'Damn it, I thought this would happen.' He cursed, popping a Senzu Bean into his mouth.

"AHAHAHAHAHA. Impressive kid. You're strong, but I didn't even feel pain from that." Muscular said springing up from the rocks that had buried him. Within an instant, Muscular was in front of Kaen and slammed his fist into the Saiyans stomach, sending him flying back. "My Quirk increases my speed and strength so exponentially, that my muscle fibers can't even be contained by my skin. I know I'm bragging a bit, but I mean come on. I guess what I'm trying to say is, you're just an inferior version of me." Muscular went for another strike against Kaen, and missed as the Saiyan dodged the attack, though one large rock did slam into his face as the villain's strike did cause rocks to fall. "I can't help but laugh at you kid." Muscular said, jumping up into the air behind Kaen. "You really think you're a hero, don't you?" He slammed his fist into Kaen's back, sending him straight down into the stone path. "How are you gonna save the brat, huh? Don't make promises you can't keep, live up to your words or they don't mean anything."

'No, I can do this. I can still fight.' Kaen groaned as he forced himself to stand back on his feet.

"You're no hero, you're just a fraud, and you'll die that way." Muscular cried raising his arm.

A rock stopped him when it hit the back of his head. It wasn't anything more than an annoyance but Muscular still turned to see Kota was the one who threw it at him.

"Remember Water Hose?" He asked, glaring at Muscular, despite all the fear he felt coursing through him. "My mom, and my dad. Did you torment the two of them to, before you killed them?"

"Huh? Seriously? Those losers were your parents?" Muscular asked.

His words of insult, rang in Kaen's ears, and his heart began pounding with anger and hatred.

"Well then this must be fate. The Water Hose Heroes, they're the main reason why I have an artificial eye in my left socket right now." Muscular explained.

"This is all your fault. Nothing in the world is right anymore and it's because of crazy people like you." Kota shouted.

"Little kids are always quick to say it's someone else's fault." Muscular said, as if it wasn't entirely his fault that he killed Water Hose. "Don't get the wrong idea. It's not like I took them out because I was mad about the eye thing. I wanted to kill people it's as simple as that, and those two tried to stop me. What happened was the result of all of us doing our best." Muscular said. "The real travesty is promising to do something you aren't able to do. That's why your dear old mommy and daddy died. An' this punk right here…" Muscular paused, pointing to Kaen. "He was there that day. An' he fought alongside your parents, right before I killed them. I made him watch, as I tore their heads from their bodies. But don't worry kid, I'll do you a kindness and send you to meet them in the afterlife."

As Muscular went for a killing blow to Kota, Kaen felt a rush of power course through him, before he was suddenly in front of Kota and held his arms out, giving the boy a genuine smile as he took the blow straight to his back, deflected by the shield he kept there like a turtle shell.

"IZUMI." Kaen called out, as Muscular continued to barrage him with attacks.

From out of nowhere, Izumi came bolting through the cliffside, and used Muscular as a springboard, before landing on the ground, and grabbing Kota as she continued to run.

"What was the point of that? Didn't want the kid to see another of his heroes die and break their promise?" Muscular questioned.

"No." Kaen growled, popping a Primal Rage into his mouth and crunching it. "I didn't want him, to see me tear your head off."

Turning back around, Kaen dodged Muscular's finishing attack, before grabbing his arm, and with a knee to the joint, Muscular cried in pain as Kaen broke his elbow, and dislocated his shoulder. Letting go of the useless limb, Kaen jumped into the air, One-for-All, coursing through his body at the maximum limit that it could handle.

"Detroit… SMASH." Kaen called out, hitting Muscular square in the face.

Pushing past the villain, Kaen sent Muscular to the ground on his back, the power resonating as the shockwave caused the side of the mountain to crack, and split open like an egg shell, before a good portion of it collapsed from the mountain side. Picking himself up from the dust and rubble, Kaen was breathing heavily, as he looked down at Muscular as he lied there on the rubble bellow, his body unresponsive as he'd lost consciousness from the initial strike to the face.

"Water Hose." Kaen said, putting his hand, and broken hand together in a prayer form. "I pray, that you may now rest in peace."

"Aw, look at the little ant being sentimental to the anteater."

Kaen's eyes shot open, before he was caught in a lariat, and dragged across the ground, before he was thrown deeper into the forest above the trees. Kaen was barely able to regain his sense of balance, before he was hit from above and was sent straight down into the ground.

"Damn it all. Can't I catch one break tonight?" Kaen groaned, pulling himself out from the crater his impact with the ground had made.

"Sorry, not today Pinach."

Kaen looked up from where he'd gotten out of the crater, and his eyes widened in horror at what, or rather who he saw.

Standing in front of him, was a Nomu with a monkey tail, a large muscle bound body, with tar black skin, and red marking on his arms and torso. Two large, bone horns emerge from the top of his head and went along the length of his hair. Long white spikes protrude from his shoulders, elbows, back, and knees. (Basically a Nomu version of Omega Shenron.)

"Celeron?" Kaen questioned, getting to his feet.

"Surprise." Celeron smirked.

"What happened to you?"

"This? Oh nothing, I just got a, bit of an upgrade." Celeron stated.

Before Kaen could rebuttal, he was forced to bend over as Celeron was suddenly in his space, with his fist buried in his younger brothers gut.

"Now I'm stronger then you, faster then you, and capable of stealing back, that inferior version of One-for-All." Celeron growled, emphasizing each statement with a damaging blow, the final strike sending Kaen face first into the ground. "What do you say to that you pathetic worm?" He questioned, grabbing Kaen by the hair and lifting his brother to face him.

"I say… Get your damn hands off me." Kaen growled, his hands gripping Celeron's wrist.

Celeron looked at Kaen with anger, before noticing that the grip on his wrist was getting tighter, and his hand released Kaen's hair, before he slammed his forehead in Celeron's face, and sent the Nomu Saiyan flying back, before stopping at a tree.

"Oh, you just don't know when to quit, do you pest?" Celeron questioned.

"What can I say? I've got a reputation as the new Kaioh Emperor to uphold." Kaen said, taking his martial arts stance.

"That title, means nothing to a Super Saiyan." Celeron glared.

"You're still claiming that's what you are, when you're nothing but a science experiment gone wrong." Kaen stated.

"Don't you see Pinach? Our people had the legend all wrong." Celeron smirked. "A Super Saiyan isn't born, he's made."

"You're delusional."

"An' you're gonna die." Celeron growled.

~Izumi and Kota~

"Wait, we have to go back, he's fighting the man who killed Mama and Papa all by himself." Kota said, struggling to get out of Izumi's arms.

"You don't need to worry about him." Izumi stated. "Kaen gets stronger the longer a fight goes on. He'll be okay, he won't die, I promise."

"But why, why is he doing this? He doesn't know me at all, so why did he try to save me, when he just got beat up by that villain?"

"It's who he is." Izumi stated. "He doesn't care if he knows you or not. If innocent lives are at stake, he'll do what he has to, in order to save them no matter the cost to his own health. That includes your life to Kota. Every life, no matter how big or small, good or evil, is precious to him, and he will do everything he can to save them."

"But… I was so mean to him." Kota said.

"That doesn't matter. You could have spit in his face and he'd still do everything in his power to protect you." Izumi said.

Continuing to run through the forest, Izumi made sure Kota stayed safe in her grasp as she neared the main building of the camp, where Shinso, Kirishima, Mina, Sero, Sato, and Kaminari were, but more importantly, Aizawa was there, and she knew he'd be able to help while Vlad watched over the students.

Staying focused, Izumi nearly missed her intended target as she was closer to the building, but stopped when they managed to see each other.

"Mr. Aizawa."

"Midoriya. What's going on, what was that quake earlier?"

"If I had to take a guess, I'd say it was Kaen. He's fighting a villain that attacked Kota right now, but I'm not sure if he won and is now preoccupied with another enemy, or if he's still fighting him." Izumi explained.

"Give Kota to me. I'll take him back to the main building. You need to head back as well." Aizawa said.

"Mr. Aizawa wait. I can still help." Izumi said.

Aizawa just looked at Izumi, before sighing as there was one thing he knew she would be able to do at the moment.

"Alright, I have one job for you. But after you complete it, you're to return to the main building, is that understood?" Aizawa questioned.

"Yessir." Izumi said, giving Kota to him.

"Okay, now here's what I want you to do." Aizawa began.

~Kaen~

Kaen slammed his fist into Celeron's face, sending the Nomu Saiyan back, but not before his foot landed in Kaen's stomach, sending the younger Saiyan rolling back before hitting a tree as he stopped.

"Do you know… what Kaioh Emperor is a title for?" Kaen huffed, picking himself up. "It's the title for worlds strongest martial artist."

"So what? Why should I care?" Celeron questioned, resetting his jaw. "As I said, titles like that mean nothing to a Super Saiyan like me."

"You are an idiot, you know that Celeron?" Kaen questioned. "When in a battle, power is a factor to be taken into consideration in a fight, but it's not the defining factor. What really defines a battle, is the skill someone has to utilize their power to the fullest."

"That's where you're wrong little brother." Celeron smirked. "Strength, and power are the only defining factors in a fight. If you die, you die because you were weak. The strong live and lord their power over the weak who whither away and die."

"Have you spent some time with a woman named Raven Branwen? Because you sound exactly like her." Kaen growled.

"She was a smart lady, too bad she was able to steal anything from I-Island like we had sent her to do." Celeron stated, before he charged at Kaen, intent on killing. "Then again, her fate is a mercy, compared to the fate I have in store for you and the rest of the world."

Clenching his fist, Kaen glared at Celeron, feeling an overwhelming anger boiling within him, before he caught Celeron's arm by the wrist, and gripped it tight. Pulling his other arm back, and coursing his power through him at full charge, Kaen glared as he had enough of his brother's words.

"Let's take this somewhere, we can show you became the monster, mom and dad always feared you'd become." Kaen glowered, a red aura enveloping him before he slammed his fist into Celeron's stomach, and sent the Saiyan flying, through the forest and out of the trees.

~Training Camp Battle~

"You fake heroes only care about yourselves and your glory." The iguana, known as Spinner, said swinging around an amalgamation of blades. "We'll purge you from this world."

"Spinner even though you're a villain, you're still pretty cool, totally my type." Mandalay said, using her Telepath to distract him. "Are you really blushing? How cute." She teased, swiping at him, and dodging another swing from his cluster of weapons.

"That was a dirty trick to pull." Spinner exclaimed. "Don't toy with me cat."

Before Mandalay could respond, she was enveloped in the same aura that had enveloped Pixie-Bob, and was pulled back.

"Over here, my little kitten." Magna said, using his Quirk on her.

"I won't let you use the same trick twice." Tiger shouted, punching Magna in the face.

(Cue Music… Fight like the devil: Onlap)

"Tiger, Mandalay, heads up. Something big is approaching fast." Pixie-Bob called out. "Take cover now."

Just as she shouted that, the Nomu came falling from the sky and landed in the ground, skidding to a halt, while also creating a trench.

"Akuma?" Spinner asked before there was a second impact, that brought up a cloud of dust.

There was a tense moment of silence, before the cloud of dust eviscerated as the power Kaen released, provided a gale of wind that cleared their sights, revealing something none of them had seen from him before. Standing there was Kaen, looking extremely different; a circlet made of bone formed around his head, with a small skull in the center of the forehead ends, his hair was longer, and messier, as well as the addition of a scarlet red streak down the right side, and a waist cloak with the belt and edges made of spinal vertebra, with the metacarpal and proximal phalange bones from the pointer, middle, and ring fingers from hands, decorating the surface of the waist cloak like stripes; he had a ribbon of steam encircling him like a hagoromo of royal stature, and his suit looked like it was armor made of bones with red and black material energy, with his face taking on a skull like appearance, with his teeth visible on the outside of his lips, and his sclera having turned black with his irises glowing red. His muscles looked a little bigger and more defined as well. An' a diamond shaped ruby gem, embedded in the center of both his suit, and his chest, shining bright with power.

"That was surprising coming from you brat. I didn't expect you to have that kind of power within. Seems you're a hypocrite though, as that power had to have come from a Quirk, Athena had gotten her hands on, and given to you." Celeron said, picking himself up.

"I never claimed to be a Super Saiyan. True, this power I didn't earn myself, but I did obtain it to protect people. An' with the power of Son Wukong, I'm strong enough to fight Frieza's elite forces, the Ginyu Force." Kaen declared, his voice sounded like multiple people talking.

"Highly unlikely, you pathetic worm. My strength far surpasses your, any day of the week. C'mon, show me what you've got." Celeron stated, leaping from the ground.

As Celeron charged at Kaen, the teen Saiyan ducked under his swing and took two steps back before leaping forward, and performing a perfect Jack Knife kick hitting Celeron in the head.

Quickly recovering from the blow, Celeron grabbed Kaen by the ankle as he landed on the ground, and threw him in an arch through the air, and slammed him, back first into the ground, before repeating the process several times over.

"Kaen." Mandalay called out.

"Stay out of this fight. This is a battle between brothers." Kaen stated kicking Celeron in the face.

The kick forced Celeron to let go of his ankle, allowing him to move freely again. Flipping onto her hands, Kaen spun around and pushed off the ground before landing on the opposite side of the trench Celeron's landing had created.

"I WILL END YOU HERE AND NOW." Celeron shouted, charging at Kaen again.

Kaen went running to Celeron, and as the two collided, Kaen performed a gainer flash, forcing Celeron's head back from the impact on the underside of his jaw. The instant both his feet we back on the ground, Kaen lunged forward, slamming his head into Celeron's torso, knocking the wind out of him, and forcing him a few steps back.

"Magna, we have to give him a hand." Spinner said.

Spinner and Magna ran to aid Celeron in his fight, and they both attacked Kaen, simultaneously. Kaen saw the swing from Spinner's weapon, and the thrust of Magna's magnet based weapon, coming at him, and before either could make contact, Kaen jumped into the air, folding in his arms and turning as he slipped between the weapons, before landing on the ground, and kicking Spinner in the underside of his jaw, while also double punching Magna in the gut, as he stood on one foot, with perfect balance.

"I didn't earn the title, Kaioh Emperor for nothing." Kaen growled.

"Stay out of this. He's my target." Celeron shouted charging at his younger brother.

Turning quickly, Kaen performed a gainer flash on Magna before he executed a coin drop combined with a hand combo and a knee to Celeron's chin, completing it with a crescent kick.

Celeron roared in anger and charged at Kaen once more grabbing a fallen tree to use as a weapon.

Kaen ducked under the swing of the uprooted plant, and elbowed Celeron in the solar plexus, before he hit him with a back fist to the face, and did a double spinning back kick knocking him to the ground.

Kaen bent over forward evading another swing from Spinner's amalgamation of weapons, before he spun around and performed an incredible fast, Jab-Cross-Uppercut-Overhead combo knocking the iguana Quirk user to the ground, before twisting around and hitting the oncoming Magna with a Teep-Low Sweep-Ground Pound combo, then returned to fighting off Spinner as he got back up and attacked with a Spinning Elbow-Roundhouse Crescent Kick-Cross-Jab-Cross combo. Magna returned and threw a punch at Kaen, but it was blocked and evaded as Kaen performed a tornado kick on him knocking Magna to the ground.

Jumping high into the air, Kaen flipped back and upon his descent, slammed an axe kick right on Celeron's chest, knocking the wind out of him, as Spinner and Magna ran off, fearing they were next.

(End Song…)

"It's over." Kaen stated, getting back to his feet, as Celeron struggled to get back up. "This fight is over, and the victory goes to the heroes."

"This can't be happening. I am a Super Saiyan. I can't be defeated." Celeron growled.

"This fight is over Celeron." Kaen said, his Wukong state retreating back into the gem as it sunk back into his chest with steam rising from his body. "You've lost. Accept the fact and face judgement like a man."

"No… NO." Celeron shouted, slamming his fist on the ground before, getting back to his feet, before throwing a punch at Kaen.

The Saiyan teen held up his arms, blocking the strike while Celeron's fist, impacted with Athena's Teleportation Watch, that he still hadn't returned, even though it was kinda useless to him now.

"Kaen." Tiger called to him.

"Stay back." Kaen said.

"This Quirk, I wasn't willing to show you just yet. Didn't think I'd need to. But it seems I underestimated you once again little brother." Celeron growled, his fist glowing with power. "This Quirk, will erase you from the timeline, and you'll cease to exist, and will no longer be a thorn in my side."

"Fine then." Kaen glared, coursing One-for-All through his entire body as he collected Ki around his fist. "One last attack from each of us, to decide who wins this fight."

Charging their attacks to the absolute limit, the ground beneath them began to shake, startling all who were there, as some fell to the ground, none of them noticing how the device on Kaen's wrist, was shorting out.

"RAAAAHHHHHHH." The two Saiyans cried out, lunging at one another, their fists colliding, the energy released causing a shockwave around them that expanded, then shrank down, before it burst into an explosion of power, enveloping the two.

When the light died down, all the heroes opened their eyes, slowly taking in the change of brightness, before they all stared in shock and horror, as Celeron was the only one left standing, and Kaen was nowhere to be seen.

"No." Mandalay gasped.

"He was our responsibility." Tiger growled, clenching his fists, as Celeron took to the air, flying sluggishly. "We failed to protect him. He's gone."

~Kaen~

The young Saiyan gasped for air, as his eyes instantly shot wide open as he sat up. Looking around in confusion, Kaen couldn't understand where he was or what had happened, as he was now in a barren desert land.

"The last thing I remember is Celeron and I both charging up our final attacks. We unleashed them, and then… I wake up here." Kaen said, wincing in immense pain. "Damn it, my head and my arms hurt like hell."

Looking down, Kaen saw why his arms hurt. His left arm was missing entirely, from the elbow down, and his right hand was missing three of his fingers.

"Okay, calm down Kaen, this can easily be remedied." He said in a calming voice, before using what remained of his right hand, to grab a couple Senzu Beans, before eating them. Almost instantly after he ate them, Kaen's body felt better, both his arms were back to normal, and all appendages and digits were where they were supposed to be. Even his head was feeling better.

"Ten finger, and toes all accounted for." Kaen huffed, picking himself up, but it seemed he was having a hard time with getting to his feet. "That's weird, I feel heavier all of a sudden."

Taking to the air, Kaen was taken aback when he saw that there were now two suns in the sky. None of this was making any sense to him as he was positive Earth only had on sun. But that's when a disturbing thought came to his mind.

"Am I no longer on earth?" He questioned.

Looking around, Kaen saw some large structures in the distance, and figured he might be able to find help there, and began to fly in that direction.

It took him a bit longer then he'd have liked to get there, due to the increase in his weight, but when he did, Kaen stopped in midair, his eyes wide in disbelief, as he stared at the royal palace of the Royal Saiyan Bloodline. Looking down at the streets below, Kaen saw they were hustling and bustling, with people dressed in armor that reminded him of Celerons. That's when two possible answers to his predicament came to light. One of them, was the theory that he was dead, and was sent to hell with the other Saiyans, because of his lineage, which was discriminating if he was being honest, but seeing his left wrist, and realizing the device he still had on it back on earth, the second theory began to make more sense.

"I've gone back in time?"
