Chapter 2

Welcome to Rainbow Hills

As Emily made it to school, she ran into her friends. These were Kelsey, Lily, April and Chloe. Kelsey had orange hair and was one of the best players on the girl's volleyball team. Lily had blonde hair and was one of the best drawers in school. April had green hair and was basically the mother hen of the group, but that came with having five siblings. Finally there was the blue haired one, Chloe. She was little ms. Prefect. And that's not a joke. Everything she seemed to do was perfect.

"So, Emily", said Kelsey. "You got any plans after school?". Emily payed no attention. She just kept looking at the mark on her arm.

"Hellooooooo", called Kelsey. "Earth to Emily. Hello. You there?". Emily still said nothing and continued to look at the mark on her arm. Kelsey then grabbed Emily by her shoulders and shook her.

"Hey! Emily! Wake up!" Shouted Kelsey shaking Emily. Emily then snapped out of it.

"Uh, wha, huh", she said still confused. "Oh, sorry. Just, uh, phased out".

"I'll say", said April. "Kelsey tried talking to you for the past two minutes. And you haven't said anything".

"Sorry", said Emily. "I was, just looking at my mark".

"This again?", asked April. "You've been looking at that mark ever since it glowed when Yusei duelled Jack".

"Yeah, I know", said Emily. "But, there has to be something more to this".

"I honestly doubt it" said Chloe. Emily just looked at her.

"Ever since I came here", said Emily. "The five of us became friends, I have a living plush lamb in my house, we turned into anime magical girls and we thought a wolf, a troll and a witch who are being lead by a jester with a thing for cards. So, I think there just might be something more to this then what we can see".

"Can't we discuss this later?", asked Lily. "We're gonna be late for class".

"Yeah, you're right", said April. "Let's get going". As they walked to class, Emily continued to look at her arm.

'There has to be more to this mark then meets the eye' thought Emily.

At the airport.

Yusei and the others just got out of baggage collection and were entering the main lobby.

"Rex said there would be someone waiting for us" said Yusei.

"Over there" said Jack pointing to a guy in a suit holding a sign that said 'Fudo', which was Yusei's last name.

"Welcome to Rainbow Hills", said the man in the suit. "Follow me and I will take you your hotel". After driving in a limo for about 20 minutes, they arrived at their hotel.

"Now this is classy" said Akiza impressed.

"Guess traveling with the current AND former champions help you with this" said Leo. After checking in, they headed up to their hotel rooms. Yusei then heard the phone in his room, so he picked it up and answered it.

"Hello?" Asked Yusei, talking into the phone.

"Hello Yusei. I trust you arrived safely?" Asked Rex through the other line.

"We did", answered Yusei. "So, what do we do now?".

"You remember the address I gave you, right?" Asked Rex.

"Yes, I still have it" said Yusei.

"Well, I need you to go there when the schools finish for the day" said Rex.

"Okay, I take it that Emily's still in school?" Asked Yusei.

"That she is", said Rex. "I already notified her parents about this. So, you don't need to worry. Goodbye for now". Rex then hung up and Yusei put the phone down.

At Rainbow Hills Junior high.

School had just finished and Emily was walking home when her friends caught up.

"Where are you going?" Asked Kelsey.

"My parents told me to come straight home", replied Emily. "They said that there's someone waiting for me".

"Really?", asked April curiously. "Who do you think wants to meet you?". They were then outside of Emily's house.

"Hopefully not the police" replied Kelsey.

"Relax", Said Emily opening her front door. "I doubt that there would be any-". Emily stopped when she saw who was sitting at her dining table.

"Hello Emily" said Yusei. Emily dropped her school bag and then fainted on the floor.

"Well, that went well" said Jack.
