Three Dark Signers down, four to go. Now, it's time for the rematch between Emily and Roman. And after this, a surprise is gonna be revealed. Because Carly Carmine is relate to one of the Glitter Force. But who? I won't tell. Also, let me know in the comments which creatures from Bakugan would make great synchro monsters for Emily to use.

"Well, that's three Dark Signers down and four to go", said April.
"So, that leaves Misty, Roman, that hummingbird Signer and whoever has the Condor mark" said Luna.
"Uh, Yusei", said Emily. "Thanks. F-for believing in me". Yusei then placed his hand on Emily's head.
"You are A LOT stronger than you realise", said Yusei. "You just need to believe in yourself and remember what I told you 'any card can be useful, so long as the person who holds it is resourceful'". Emily couldn't help but smile and giggle.
"As touching as this moment is", said Trudge. "Shouldn't we be looking for the next Dark Signer?".
"Start looking for the Dark Signer?", asked Crow. "Usually, they come looking for us".
"Like how?" Asked Trudge. Suddenly, a large burst of purple fire then came out of the ground.
"Holy moly" said Leo. The fire then began to change shape until it resembled someone familiar.
"Roman" said Yusei.
"Hello there Yusei", said Roman. "Long time no see".
"Not long enough" said Emily.
"If you really want want to beat me", said Roman. "Then, Emily, you need to come to the site of the old reactor". The flame then went out.
"The old reactor?" Asked Emily.
"It was where the first Zero Reverse happened" said Trudge.
"Can't imagine what it was like when that happened" said Luna.
"Think of every disaster movie you've ever seen, roll it all into one and multiply it times ten" said Chloe.
"Wow, that Kelsey girl was right", said Trudge. "You are a walking text book".
"Uh, how about we focus on the task at hand?", asked April. "Where's the old reactor?"
"Just look for the giant whole in the ground" said Crow.
"You mean THAT?" Asked April pointing to what looked like a crater.
"That's the place" said Crow. They drove there as it only took a few minutes to get there by vehicle.
"So, this is where it all happened" said Emily.
"Yep, this is the place" said Yusei. They then saw a flight of stairs that lead down into the crater.
"Well, it would be rude to keep our host waiting" said Emily. They then walked down the stairs and through a hallway until they got to an old wooden bridge.
"HEY ROMAN!", shouted Emily. "WE'RE HERE! SHOW YOURSELF!".
"Gee, thanks Emily", said Crow. "I may never have hiccups again".
"That's the least of your problems" said a voice. Out the darkness, Roman then walked forward until he was at the centre of the bridge.
"Roman" growled Emily.
"Now now young lady", said Roman. "Must we have such a bad attitude?".
"You're one to talk you maniac", Emily practically screamed. "You take advantage of people who were down and depressed and promised them things that you would NEVER give".
"Really?", ask Roman rhetorically. "When have I ever done that?".
"Kalin is your best example!", shouted Emily. "True, he did some messed up stuff. But like Robin Hood, he just wanted to make the world a better place for people like him and he admitted that what happen to him after that was his fault!".
"Did he now?", asked Roman. "Well, if you look at it from the point of Sector Security, he should've been locked up for the rest of his life. Or, to put it in your terms, he didn't deserve a happy ending".
"Everyone deserves some form of happy ending!", shouted Emily. "Akiza wanted one and she got it, so what's to stop someone else? Can't you see that?".
"Yeah!" Cheered Trudge.
"You tell 'em Emily!" Shouted Leo and Luna.
"Testify, kid! Testify!" Shouted Crow.
"Hmph. Happy endings", said Roman. "What a joke. The only thing that really matters is destiny. Think about it. Do you really think that everything that has happened in your life has happened by coincidence? No. It was destiny that you were born with mark of the dragon's head. It was destiny that you ran into Candi on that fateful day. It was destiny that you met Lily, April, Kelsey and Chloe. It was destiny that you became the Glitter Force. It was destiny that you and your friends went to the Fortune Cup. It was destiny that Yusei befriended Kalin. It was destiny that Kalin would go too far. It was destiny that Yusei and Kalin were meant to destroy each other. IT! WAS! DESTINY! THAT YOU! AND YUSEI! WERE TO MEET!".
"Destiny has nothing do with this" said Yusei.
"He's right", said Emily. "The only thing that is certain is that the Dark Signers are going to lose". Roman just laughed as he reached to his left arm. Emily then noticed something.
"Is that a robot arm?" Asked Emily. But Roman didn't answer. He just pulled what looked like a cord and an explosion could be heard. Then, a blinding, rainbow tinted light began to be visible from the bottom.
"Hey, w-what's going on?" Asked Emily.
"Isn't it beautiful?", asked Roman. "This light is the very same light that took Yusei's father from this world. 20 years ago, Dr. Fudo and I discovered a gateway to something that none of us could comprehend. And once the gates of the Netherworld are full opened, lord Nogo will finally complete the plan that you and your gal pals stopped all those years ago".
"Do you actually care about all that has happened because of this?", asked Emily. "All those people who lost their souls so your Earthbound Immortals can gain power?".
"Up until now, you've done anything that you wanted", said Yusei. "But no more. Today's the day that you pay for what you've done".
"Sorry Yusei. But you're gonna have to get in line", said Roman. "Despite my appearance, I am a gentleman. And as they say, ladies first".
"Fine", said Emily. "After I beat you, then that will leave only THREE Dark Signers left". Emily and Roman's marks began to glow as they activated their duel disks and Roman's flaming spider geoglyph appeared.
"LET'S DUEL!".
Roman: 4000
Emily: 4000
"The first move is mine", said Roman drawing the top card of his deck. "I place one card facedown and end my turn".
"Huh, that's it?" Asked Yusei confused.
"No monsters? No spells either?" Wondered Trudge.
"My move", said Emily drawing the top card of her deck. "I summon Dream Fairy in attack mode". Emily's new monster was a female fairy with black hair done in a bun and wore red and carried a pillow in one arm.

"Of all the monsters she could summon, she summoned a fairy the looks like it's about to go to bed" said Crow in disbelief.
"I saw that monster in her deck while we were looking through it", said Yusei. "It may appear weak, but it has one handy special ability".
"I activate her special ability", said Emily. "I guess the type of card on the top of my deck, if I guess right, it's added to my hand. If I guess wrong, it goes to the bottom of my deck and my next draw phase is skipped".
"What! She's risking her next draw phase on whatever card she draws next!" Blurted Crow in disbelief.
"I hope she gets it right" prayed Leo.
"You and me both kid" said Trudge.
"I think the top card of my deck is a spell" said Emily. She then drew the top card of her deck.
"YES! I WAS RIGHT!" Shouted Emily in excitement.
"You must've been hoping for something if you were willing to risk your next draw phase for it" said Roman.
"It certainly is", said Emily. "And I'll play it right now. Magic Summoning Wand. Thanks to this, I can special summon one fairy monster from my deck. So long as it level 4 or below. And the monster I'm choosing, is Garden Fairy". Emily's new monster was a female fairy with long, silver hair, dressed up like a gardener.

"Now for Garden Fairy's special ability", said Emily. "Now, since she was special summoned by a card effect, I can take one fairy monster from my deck and special summon it. So, come on out, Ice Fairy". Emily's new monster was a female fairy with blue hair and blue eyes that wore winter clothes".

"Next, I tune my level 1 Ice Fairy with my level 2 Garden Fairy and level 2 Dream Fairy", said Emily performing the summon. "I synchro summon! Heraldemon of Dark Tomorrow!" Emily's synchro monster then appeared on her field.
"Sweet, she a synchro on the field" said April.
"Now! Attack!", shouted Emily. "Shadow blast!". Heraldemon then lifted her wand and fired a beam of black energy out of it and it struck Roman.
Roman: 4000 - 2300 = 1700
"Sweet!", shouted Leo. "She took out more than half his life points".
"That's just what I was hoping" said Roman.
"What?" Asked Emily.
"I activate the trap card, wolf in sheep's clothing", said Roman. "When I take a direct attack, I can special summon two of these". Two Dark Spiders then appeared on his field.
"Oh no" said Emily.
Meanwhile.
Candi was busy running through the satellite
"Oh man", said Candi. "I can't believed Emily left me behind. I gotta get to her".
Meanwhile.
"I'll place these cards facedown and end my turn" said Emily.
"Then it's my turn", said Roman drawing the top card of his deck. "I activate the Spider Web field spell". The whole area then began to get covered in spider webs.
"Oh no", said Emily. "Here it comes".
"By offering up my two spiders", said Roman. "I summon! EARTHBOUND IMMORTAL URU!". The two spiders disappeared and a stone heart appeared in the sky and started to beat an absorb souls. After that was finished, Uru then appeared on his field.
"This time, I'm gonna squash that overgrown halloween prop" said Emily.
"I'd like to see you try", said Roman. "EARTHBOUND IMMORTAL URU! ATTACK HER WITH SHADOW THREAD!". Uru then unleashed a stream of thread at Emily.
"EMILY!" Shouted Crow.
"I play the facedown, Shield from beyond!", shouted Emily. "Thanks to this card, all I have to do is banish two monsters from my graveyard, and I can reduce any battle damage I take to 0. So, I banish Dream Fairy and Garden Fairy from my grave, to negate the damage I would've take from Uru's attack". Ghostly figures of her two monsters then protected her from the thread.
"Sweet!", shouted Leo. "She survived".
'That girl's got a lot of spunk', thought Yusei. 'She might make a great champion someday. That is, after Jack and I retire".
"That's quite, entertaining", said Roman. "But, I set two cards facedown and activate the Destiny Activator spell card". A large, green demon hand holding a detonator shaped like a bone appeared on his field.
"Now, all I have to do is send the top card from my deck to my graveyard", said Roman. "And from now on, if the card you draw during your draw phase is the same as the card I sent, your life points are cut in half".
"I'm afraid not", said Emily. "I activate the trap card, Synchro Shutdown Force. Now, when you activate a card effect when I control a synchro monster, that card's effects are negated and destroyed. So, your activator has been deactivated". Heraldemon then raised her wand and shot a bolt of green energy out of it. The hand was then destroyed.
"How dare you!" Shouted Roman.
"Why do bad guys always say that?" Asked Emily.
Meanwhile.
Candi had just arrived at the Zero Reverse site.
"I'm coming Emily" squeaked Candi.
Meanwhile.
"I draw", said Emily drawing the top card of her deck. "I summon Sonic Fairy in attack mode". Emily's new monster was a fairy dressed up a cyber suit coloured Red, white and green.
Sonic Fairy

"Now, when she attacks directly", said Emily. "It's attack points double until the end of the turn".
Sonic Fairy
ATK: 900 + 900 = 1800
"Now! Attack!", shouted Emily. "Soaring Sonic!". Sonic Fairy then charged forward.
"I activate my trap card, Roar of the Earthbound!", shouted Roman. "When I have an Earthbound Immortal on the field and you attack, I can activate this trap. Not only is the attacking monster destroyed, but you take damage equal to half of that monster's attack points". Uru then roared and destroyed Sonic Fairy.
Emily: 4000 - 900 = 3100
"From my hand, I activate the spell card, Mystical Space Typhoon", said Emily. "Thanks to this card, I can destroy one spell or trap on the field. So it looks like your Earthbound Immortal is staying silent". The trap card was then destroyed.
"I place three cards facedown and end my turn" said Emily.
"You are quite the duelist. Too bad you chose the wrong side", said Roman as he drew the top card of his deck. "EARTHBOUND IMMORTAL URU! ATTACK!". Uru then fired it's thread.
"I think not! I activate Synchro Absolute Spirit!", shouted Emily. "Thanks to this card, if I'm about to take damage from an attack by a monster that is the same attribute as a synchro monster I control, I can reduce the damage by half".
"Not so fast, I activate Earthbound Wave", said Roman. "With the power of my Earthbound Wave, if I control an Earthbound Immortal, I can negate the activation and destroy one spell or trap card on the field".
"Then it's a good thing I have Trap Jammer", said Emily. "When you activate a trap, the card not only negates it, but destroys it outright". Roman's trap was then destroyed. The threads then shrank and hit Emily.
Emily: 3100 - 1500 = 1600
"Hmmm. I set one card facedown and end my turn" said Roman.
"My move", said Emily as she drew the top card of her deck. "I summon Fairy Magician in attack mode". Emily's new monster was a male fairy dressed up as a magician.

"Now, since I have two dark monsters on my field", said Emily. "I can summon this card directly from my hand. Shadow Fairy". Emily's new monster was a shadowy silhouette of a fairy.

"Now, here comes the big pay off. I tune my level 1 Shadow Fairy with my level 3 Fairy Magician and level 5 Heraldemon of Dark Tomorrow", said Emily. "May the web of shadows encase this world in despair and bring a bad ending to all those who stand in her path! I synchro summon! Arachnea the Spider Queen!". Emily's new monster was an adult woman with lavender skin. She had pointed ears, moon shaped earrings, yellow eyes with red pupils, wore a mask over her face that had two horns and four extra eyes on her forehead, a leotard that had a chest window, arm long fingerless gloves, thigh high boots, around her waist was red cloth, on her chest was a tiny amber jewel and sprouting from it were spider legs that also spread over the shoulders.
Arachnea the Spider Queen

"Interesting", said Roman. "That's quite an impressive monster you have there. But even though she's stronger than my Uru, she still can't attack it".
"Who said I would be attacking", said Emily. "I set two cards facedown and end my turn".
"Then it's my move", said Roman drawing the top card of his deck. "I play the spell card, Earthbound Whirlwind. Since I have Uru on my field, this spell destroys every spell and trap you control".
"Not so fast, I activate Magic Jammer", said Emily. "Now, all I have to do is discard one card from my hand and I can negate and destroy one spell card you control. It's time for your whirlwind to die down". Earthbound Whirlwind was then destroyed.
"Impressive", said Roman. "You know Emily. You're wasting your talents here with these pitiful Signers. Imagine what you could do if you joined up with me".
"Don't listen to him Emily", said Yusei. "He's just trying to get to your head".
"Yeah, block it out", said Crow. "You can't let him get to you".
"You know I'm right", said Roman. "Deep down you see it too. There is no hope for humanity and-".
"Don't listen to him!". Everyone looked to see Candi just arriving.
"Candi, what are you doing here?" Asked Yusei.
"Did that stuffed lamb just talk?" Asked Crow.
"I'm a Pixy", said Candi. "Emily, you gotta stay focused. You can't let Roman win. If he does, then everything will be cloaked in darkness".
"Be silence you vermin!" Shouted Roman. Uru then shot thread from it's mouth and wrapped them all up.
"OH NO!" Shouted Emily.
"Let's see how well you fight without your cheer squad" said Roman before laughing.
"Don't mess with my friends", said Emily drawing the top card of her deck. "I play the spell card, Heavy Fairy Storm! If I remove three fairy monsters from my graveyard from play, I can destroy every spell and trap on the field. So, I remove my Shadow Fairy, Garden Fairy and Sonic Fairy. Now, it's time to clear out these cobwebs" said Emily. A large wind storm of sparkles then destroyed the spider wed.
"Alright!" Cheered Leo.
"Without that field spell", said Crow. "Uru won't have his special abilities".
"Next, I play my other facedown, Burst Impact", said Emily. "When my monster destroys a monster you control by battle, you take damage equal to that monster's attack points".
"This, this can't be" said Roman.
"Oh it be!", said Emily, her voice dripping with confidence. "Arachnea! End this duel! Sinister Spider Slash!". Arachnea jumped into the air and the nails on her fingers and spider legs grew to the length of dagger and slashed at Uru. Souls then started to pour out of Uru as Roman's life points dropped to 0.
"You did it!" Shouted Luna.
"Thatta girl" cheered Trudge.
"Knew ya had it in ya" said Crow. They then heard Roman begin to laugh.
"You think you've won?", Roman asked as he turned to dust. "Well, you haven't. Unless you turn off all four of the control towers by sunset. The king of the netherworld, will resurrect". Roman then turned to dust.
"We did it", said Emily. "Oh my gosh, I actually did it! Haha!".
"That's four Dark Signers down" said April.
"So, that leaves three left" said Chloe.
"Let's hope that Jack and Akiza are ready for this" said Trudge.
"Don't worry", said Yusei. "I know they are". When Emily got back to them, they then saw that her deck was glowing.
"Hey", said Crow. "Why's your deck glowing?". Emily then looked and saw that Crow was right. She pulled out the part that was glowing. It was her Glitter Force Lucky Dragon.
"Huh", said Emily. "Why's it glowing?". The glow then got brighter and brighter until it encased everyone. When Emily opened her eyes, she was back in a place that she thought she'd never be again. Jubaland.
"Huh", said Emily as she looked around. "Wha. I'm back in Jubaland". She then saw a familiar building.
"That's the Queen Euphoria's castle" she said.
"Emily!". Emily looked behind herself to see Yusei.
"Yusei", said Emily. "How did you get here?".
"To be honest", said Yusei. "I have no idea".
"Yusei. Emily" said a motherly voice.
"It came from the castle" said Yusei.
"I think I know who's calling us" said Emily. The two then walked into the castle until they came upon a large golden statue of a queen with a halo on her head.
"Who's that?" Asked Yusei.
"That's Queen Euphoria", said Emily. "The ruler of all happy endings".
"But why are we here?" Asked Yusei.
"I can answer that question Yusei" said the statue without moving her lips.
"Whoa, this is freaky" said Yusei.
"There is no need to fear Yusei", said Euphoria. "I have come with a message from your father. He says that he is proud to call you his son". Yusei couldn't help but feel warm and fuzzy inside himself.
"Thanks" said Yusei.
"And Emily", said Euphoria. "I have great news, all of the souls that were trapped in Ccapac Apu, Chacu Challhua and Uru have been set free".
"So Candi was right" said Emily.
"Indeed she was", said Euphoria. "But, there are still three more Dark Signers left".
"We know", said Emily. "Ccarahyua, Aslla Piscu and Wiraqocha Rasca".
"Be careful of Wiraqocha Rasca", warned Euphoria. "He is the most powerful of all the Immortals. The very embodiment of Nogo himself. But even after his defeat, there will be many trials for you and your friends".
"What are they?" Asked Yusei. Queen Euphoria just chuckled.
"That would spoil the story", said Euphoria. "Now, return to your friends. You have a world to save". Both Emily and Yusei were encased in light before they returned to the real world.
"Whoa, that was different" said Yusei.
"But she's right", said Emily. "We got three more Dark Signers to fight. Let's hope the story has a happy ending".
