Chapter Flinch: Finch

Blaze was backed into a corner, bleeding heavily. Shaggy was no slouch when it came to warrior-like tendencies. He was even cooler than most chickens.

Dartmouth… thought Blaze. I never once thought that I, Blaze, the princess of all koalas, could be singlehandedly struck down by a mere castoff hippie!

"Like, any last words?" Shaggy smirked, his eyes twinkling a deadly red as he raised high his zoink-saber.

"Yes…" Blaze groaned, coughing up more blood. "I am no chicky-babe. I am the antithesis!" She then hit her Burst and blew Shaggy away.

Shaggy hit a very aesthetically-pleasing pile of rubble. He looked up and saw Blaze on fire and ready to do the ultimate retaliation.

"I am your end, Rogers!" Blaze snarled, readying an inferno to snuff her foe out for good.

Shaggy made a very unhappy face and bolted into the air, calling upon his zoink-saber and darting towards the flaming cat lady. The two clashed and did righteous dueling with so many combos that it was like Donkey Konga 4, hot off the presses!

"Holy Dunkin' Donuts!" squealed Vector. "I've never seen Blaze's Tension Meter pulse that fast!"

"She's about to enter IK Mode…" said Tanaka buffly.

"How do you know?" asked Mighty, angry that the butler knew the secrets of Blaze.

Tanaka eyed the armadillo with serious attitude. "It is because Blaze and I are siblings."

Mighty was shocked, as was everyone else aside from Chris, Captain Falcon, and the SLJ Bros (they already knew, remember?)

"BUREIZUUUUUU!" shrieked Shaggy, darting forwards at lightning speed.

"SHAGGIIIIIIII!" Blaze shrieked back. She intercepted Shaggy's zoink-saber with her bare hand and began melting through the aether with her sheer determination.

The effects of the clash were so utterly bodacious, that all the atoms in the air around them started to split, causing mini nuclear explosions that pierced the stars above like angry birthday candles.

The explosions continued without end for what seemed like an eternity, but it was only a fraction of a second. When all was said and done, a cascading white light erupted from the centre and engulfed the two mighty warriors.
