Groaning from the severe headache she had, Rosweisse stirred from sleep feeling extremely thirsty. Her throat was so dry that she didn't even try to voice her discomfort, focusing on the only positive thing that she could think of. The warmth she was encapsulated by was more comfortable than she ever felt and the soft blanket made it only harder to wake up. After a few more minutes of internal debate she came to a conclusion that even with how comfortable she was, the need for an Aspirin and a glass of water was too great to ignore.

Cracking open her eyes she saw an unfamiliar ceiling, something that took her another few moments to register. Looking around the room she quickly found out that it was unfamiliar as well, causing her to panic a little on the inside.

She was resting on a couch in a rather big room with a fireplace to one side and a large TV mounted on the wall opposite to her. It was rather bare, as if it was barely lived in. A few photos were displayed on the fireplace but she couldn't really see anything on them from her spot. On the coffee table before her stood a glass pitcher full of water and an upside down glass, reminding her about the desert that was her mouth. Ignoring the glass she picked up the whole pitcher and drank greedily from it, some of the water flowing alongside her chin and neck but she ignored it all because of the relief she felt.

Closing her eyes once more she remembered a bit of what happened, a young man with green curly hair talking to her at the beach. Her cheeks flushed red when she remembered how soft his hair was or from the fact that she hugged him like a body pillow. Then a few flashes of them stumbling along a path to a large house and a few other of him taking off her shoes while she was giggling like a schoolgirl.

The only thing that stopped her from screaming at that point was the fact that her head felt as if Thor struck it with the Miolnir itself. Looking down, her thoughts ground to a halt when she saw an unfamiliar hoodie on herself. It was rather colorful, depicting a strange dragon with blonde hair and a metallic looking protector over one of its eyes. Her muddled mind barely recognized it as one of the pro heroines in this country, Ryukyu if she was right.

'Nonononononono… I didn't do anything with a stranger, I definitely didn't do anything with a stranger after drinking a bottle of vodka by myself… Oh by the Odin's beard please tell me I didn't do anything with a stranger while drunk…' With thoughts like that she slowly lifted the blanket that was still covering her, only to release a relieved sigh when her grey dress pants greeted her.

Looking once more around the room she found a clock on one of the walls that told her that it was barely past 10 in the morning. The silver haired woman once more sighed, remembering that she was now jobless and homeless. To fall so low after being the personal assistant to Odin himself… Maybe it was better that way? She was a glorified servant in the end anyway, even her pay wasn't that good.

Getting up, she looked around the room once more. It was a bit old and rural but in a good sense, it felt really homey even if a bit barren.

A sudden clatter of pans and pots caused her to jump a little with how unexpected it was. A stream of curses followed just after in a soft male voice that felt a bit familiar. Rising one of her hands a small magic circle appeared over it, a basic paralysis spell that worked like a taser just in case. She slowly walked up to the doors from which the sound came from, stealthily peeking inside.

A large open kitchen connected to a dining room greeted her, but Rosweisse's eyes immediately focused on the mop of green hair that was moving near the ground. The same man that guided her to this home was trying to pick up the discarded utensils in a rather bizarre position, a few strained curses coming once more from his lips. He looked to be human, with no noticeable magical power coming from him.

Willing the prepared spell to disappear she decided to make herself known, rapping her knuckles on the doorframe to get the man's attention. "Umm… Good morning?" She called out in a soft voice that despite her best intention caused him to flinch back and hit his head on the counter he was beneath until now.

"Oh my Gods, are you alright?! I'm so sorry for startling you!" She said, walking into the kitchen in a slight panic.

"Ah! Ro-san! I'm sorry, I thought you were still asleep. Did I wake you up with this mess?" The green haired man asked, rubbing the spot that he hit with one of his hands.

Walking closer she was about to reply but paused when she saw his full form. He was thin and small, the silver haired woman would even risque calling him a bit cute and nerdy. He had large round glasses that didn't really help with the earlier mentioned nerdy aesthetic and from the angle she stood at there was a rather visible jagged scar running alongside his head hidden by his hairline. The most surprising thing for her was the fact that he was sitting in a wheelchair right now, unlike in her drunken memories of him.

"I'm really sorry, but could you help me with those?" He broke the silence, sheepishly pointing to the few pots and pans still on the ground. "I was planning on making us a late breakfast but my legs gave out when I tried to take them out from the cupboard…"

"Oh, of course!" She said, walking up to him and quickly cleaning up the small mess while chastising herself inside for staring so long.

"How are you feeling? You were really drunk yesterday." He asked, rolling to the fridge and taking out an already prepared meal that would only require them to reheat it.

"Ahahaha… I'm fine, just a slight headache. I'll live." She replied, putting the gathered pots back into the cupboard that the green haired teen pointed out before.

"We have Aspirin if you need it, or I could give you something stronger if you really need it." He stated with a surprising amount of worry in his voice.

"I'll take the strongest one you have… my head is killing me to be completely honest…" She admitted, receiving the container with spaghetti from him.

"Give me a second, I need to go to my room." He replied with an understanding look in his eyes. To her growing confusion he rolled up to a staircase and stood up a bit unsteady from his wheelchair. It took her a bit too long to register that he wanted to climb upstairs for the medications, causing her to quickly follow him.

"I'll help you!" She called to him, swiftly running up the few steps he already climbed and supporting him with her arm.

"Thank you." He replied with a soft smile that caused her to blush a bit.

"Heh… yesterday the roles were completely opposite…" He mumbled to himself after they neared the top of the stairs but was heard by the young woman that was helping him anyway.

"I'm … Really sorry about it... Normally I don't do things like that…" She felt the need to voice that.

"Don't worry, I understand. I know how it feels when you are in a dark place without any light to guide you…" The greenette replied, moving with her help to one of the rooms on the floor.

Opening the doors a big bedroom greeted them, nearly as bare as the rest of the house. A few pictures were placed here and there and a large amount of books and notebooks filled the shelves but there still was quite a bit of empty space.

"Sorry for the mess, I didn't expect to receive any guests." Izuku said with a sheepish smile. He walked to his desk and opened a drawer, taking out a small plastic container with Hydrocodone written on it in large red letters. "Sometimes my spine and hip are acting up and they prescribed me this for it. It's quite stronger than Aspirin and should be safe for you to take if you want." He said, showing her the painkillers.

"I'll take one, thank you." She replied, receiving one of the pills from him and immediately swallowing it. That turned out to not be a good idea as the dry pill didn't want to go down her throat without a fight and caused her to nearly choke. Seeing what was happening the green haired teen hobbled quickly alongside his desk and took out a plastic bottle from one of the drawers. Returning to her side he opened the bottle and helped her drink, receiving a rather relieved grunt in return as the silver haired woman started to greedily drink the whole bottle at once.

"Heh… and here I thought that no one was more unlucky than me." Izuku commented after a short silence.

"I'm sorry … I always was a bit clumsy…" Rosweisse said with a heavy blush, only causing the greenette to chuckle a bit more.

After that little adventure both of them returned to the kitchen, once more starting to prepare some food. A somewhat comfortable silence rose between them, only the occasional sounds of cooking breaking it. The silver haired woman proposed that she would finish heating up the meal, with Izuku agreeing after seeing that he didn't really have any good arguments against it.

After fifteen minutes both of them sat at the dining table, opposite from each other. This somewhat homey atmosphere was relaxing for the young woman, something that she really needed right now. Looking back at her host from the surprisingly delicious meal, Rosweisse observed him for a few moments.

"Thank you for allowing me to stay here for the night… If not for you I would probably fall asleep on that beach…" She started, getting a small gentle smile back.

"You don't need to thank me for that… any decent person would do the same as I did." He replied, looking down onto his plate.

"Can I… can I ask for your name? I'm really sorry! I remember you introducing yourself but it is so foggy and fuzzy that I can barely recall the fact itself…" The silver haired woman asked with a blush, nervously tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear.

"I'm Midoriya Izuku, it's nice to meet you properly at long last." He smiled once more.

"I'm Rosweisse, thank you for your help." She replied courtly and hid her blush of embarrassment by nearly touching the table in between them with her nose.

"T-there is no need t-to thank me so much… Really, please stop." To her surprise the young man opposite her stuttered out with a flustered expression. "I'm really glad that you are fine right now and I feel really out of place saying that to someone older than me but what you did was extremely reckless, Rosweisse-san. I was the only person for as far as I could see and this area isn't patrolled by heroes at all. What if some unsavory characters would want to do unspeakable things to a young beautiful woman like yourself ?" He continued with a bit of a trembling voice at the end.

"I'm sorry…" To her own surprise she felt remorseful like when her grandmother scolded her, apologizing before she could even react otherwise. "I was in a rather… bad place at that moment. I didn't think about what would come next and very responsibly decided that drinking away my sorrows was a good idea… Somewhat I stumbled upon that beach and I guess you know the rest…" She explained, omitting all the details at the same time.

"I understand quite well…" The green haired teen replied looking down to his wheelchair. "But life doesn't stop, it continues without a pause and if you stop yourself then you are left behind…" He added with a bit of a somber tone.

"Can I ask you a question?" Rosweisse started, a bit unsure. Seeing that her host nodded sure continued. "I'm sorry if it is insensitive but… I remember that you helped me walk here yesterday but today…" She trailed off, gesturing to the wheelchair.

Letting out a sigh, Izuku looked back down to the device that helped him move around for nearly two years at this point. "Long story short, I was injured in a villain attack around two years ago. I was nearly paralyzed from my waist down, only recently I was able to stand on my two legs. Yesterday's events proved to be a bit too much as you can see, with me needing to use this once more."

With her eyes widening the silver haired woman covered her mouth with one of her hands. "Oh no… I'm so sorry! I'm really, really sorry to cause this! I'll repay you in any way I can for your generosity and the help you provided me with!" She started to panic quite a bit, bowing once more to the slightly startled Izuku.

"Please stop apologizing, Ro-san! You couldn't know this would happen, especially in your state! Besides, that wasn't the first thing that happened to me yesterday and the way I tried to move didn't help either… This isn't permanent thankfully, a bit of rest should let me walk again in a couple of days." The green haired teen said with a bit of exasperation, seeing that his guest nearly hit the table with her head while apologizing.

"Even if it wasn't my fault, you risked your health to help me when I made such a stupid decision… My honor as a woman doesn't allow me to leave such a debt unpaid." Rosweisse stated with conviction.

"I-i-i don't t-think t-that's needed!" Blushing profusely, he started to decline with as much fervor as she had while apologizing just a minute ago.

"I insist! You brought me under your roof even when I'm a total stranger to you! You gave me a bed to recover on! Food, water and medication to help me get back on my feet! The least I can do is repay your kindness and help you in your own time of need! Of course if you allow me to…"

Looking at the young woman before him, Izuku wanted to decline her offer, he didn't do all that he did to get something in return after all. In his mind helping another human being was natural, something that should be done without any expectation of something in return.

The look in her eyes gave him a bit of a pause though, her aqua blue orbs shined with a feeling of hope that he knew all too well. He saw it every day in the mirror for more than ten years after all. "I… I could use some help…" He replied after a minute or two of silence. "There is no way I can pay you for that help without my mother knowing about it though and she will return home in about two weeks…"

"I'll do it!" She replied with enthusiasm, looking way too cute in his opinion.

"Okay then…" He said a bit unsure. "What would you say about a walk? Some fresh air would certainly help you with a hangover."

Walking slowly down the alley Rosweisse felt strangely at peace. The neatly planted and cared for trees along the way provided a wonderful shade and a slight breeze from the sea nearby felt refreshing on her skin. The occasional crunch of a dry leaf or something similar under the tires of the wheelchair she was slowly pushing was the sole thing that broke the silence but somewhat it only added to the experience for her. It was as if she returned home, taking a walk after a long session of studying to unwind and relax.

"It's really quiet here…" Izuku broke the silence that was in between them from the time they left the house.

"You dislike it?" She asked, still in a nostalgic mood.

"No… it's just different from what I was surrounded by all my life. I lived with my mother in a bustling city that even at night was full of activity meanwhile here? The last car that I saw driving by was 37 minutes and 19 seconds ago." He replied, causing the young woman's brow to rise a little from the strangely specific timestamp.

"Heroes and villains battled all around Musutafu on a daily basis, I often watched them from the sidelines too." He continued with a chuckle.

"That sounds rather dangerous and irresponsible." She commented with a small smile.

"It surely was. I still have a few scars on my back from when I tried to shield a bystander from the debris, Death Arms can be a bit reckless when agitated…" He trailed off, reminiscing a bit about the life left behind.

"It sounds to me like you wanted to become a hero too." She replied after a short while, once more raising an eyebrow at how Izuku slightly winced at her words.

"I could never become a hero…" He said in a low tone, remembering his meeting with All Might.

"Why?" She asked after seeing his reaction.

"... You are really good at pushing the wrong buttons, Ro-san." He said, a sad smile on his face.

"Oh… I'm really, really sorry Izuku-san… I didn't mean to make you remember something bad..." She immediately apologized after hearing the slight tremble in his voice, simultaneously chastising herself harshly for causing this situation.

"No, don't worry… My therapist repeated quite a few times that I shouldn't try to avoid the issue all the time…" He continued, only worrying her more about what she would hear.

"Did you ever want something so much that nothing else mattered, Ro-san? Something that you treasured above everything else and wanted to be able to achieve it?" He asked suddenly after a few more minutes of contemplation.

The thoughts of her family immediately appeared in her mind, the fact that she was incapable of inheriting any of the magical crests, the disappointment in her parents eyes and how she was practically pushed to the side when her siblings inherited the same crests she wasn't able to. She stayed silent though, not wanting to make Izuku more sad by something she would probably say without a thought.

"I wanted to become a hero for my whole life, and I mean it literally. My mom always laughed that the first word I ever spoke was 'hero', and it may have been the truth to be completely honest…" He continued with a slight chuckle, causing her to smile at the thought too.

"I had a friend at that time, my mom's friend has a daughter that I played often with and we decided that we would be the best heroes in the world together! We would always support each other and climb to the top while helping people with a smile!" He said, raising one hand over his head as if reaching for something. He looked at it for a few seconds and returned it to his lap where it was resting for the whole time until now.

"And then we turned four, her quirk came in and mine didn't… Then we turned five and Mom decided to take me to a doctor because everyone else got their quirks and I didn't… I still remember the 'diagnosis' he presented me with. 'I'm sorry kid, you will never be a hero. You are quirkless.'" He continued while looking at the slowly passing scenery.

"That's horrible! What kind of person would say something like that to a five year old child!" Rosweisse commented in disbelief, feeling her heart squeeze at the thought.

"I didn't give up though, pushing for my dream of becoming a hero. Everyone started to ridicule me for that, laughing at me and bullying me when teachers didn't see it. They started to call me Deku, which means useless, and I have my former best friend to thank for that because she read my name in the wrong way and started calling me that because she liked it. That continued for years, me trying my damnedest to become a hero and the world pushing back saying that I can't. In the end it turned out that they all were right, I tried to help someone during a villain attack and got hit instead of them." He huffed in indignation, not at all matching the horrifying things he talked about. The young woman that was pushing him in his wheelchair looked at his fluffy green hair from the back, barely restraining herself from hugging him and trying to cheer him up.

"There had to be someone that supported you…" She said in a soft voice but he only shook his head.

"I know that it sounds pathetic but you are probably the closest thing to a friend that I have had in years, even if we just met… Most of the people just ignored me, the few that tried to talk to me were bullied too and quickly distanced themselves." Looking over his shoulder he sent her a small smile that didn't really reach his eyes. "Even my Mom didn't really believe that I could achieve my dream but I don't blame her for that. She was a single mother with a quirkless son that wanted to pursue one of the most dangerous jobs available where he would most probably die even before finishing highschool. That is, if they would even accept a quirkless kid into any heroic course." He continued, the two of them entering a small clearing with a few benches and picnic tables. The silver haired girl walked to one of them and took a seat, feeling a bit unsteady from the story her new friend was telling.

Izuku took out a pair of black fingerless leather gloves from a pouch on the side of his wheelchair, putting them on and pushing himself slightly to a spot opposite to Rosweisse. "I'm sorry, I didn't really plan on dumping my life story on you like that… for some reason it's really easy to talk to you for me, which is rather rare…" He said, blushing a bit.

"No, it was me who started that subject so it's alright… I'm just trying to process how cruel people can be to be completely honest." She replied, looking at the delicately swaying trees that were around them.

"We humans are beings that need others to live and thrive. Quite a lot of us live in fear of becoming an outcast, being pushed away and becoming alone… When someone higher on the pecking order decides that you are an outcast then the rest will just follow to not be targeted by everyone else." Izuku said, getting her attention back.

"I'm quirkless too, you know? In my homeland it isn't really that important or rare but my family prides itself with abilities that are unique to our blood." His head swiveled to her so fast that the whole wheelchair shook around, his green eyes shining in the light as they focused on her for the first time since yesterday. A slight shiver went down her neck, a strange sensation that wasn't really unpleasant, just barely noticeable. She decided to ignore it for now, continuing her own story. "When I wasn't able to use those abilities my parents were really disappointed, not in me per se, but in the fact that with the family traditions in place I couldn't become the next head of the clan. I tried my hardest to become worthy of the position, I studied and studied, skipping grades and finishing highschool by the age of fourteen. Then I studied more, gaining a few scientific degrees and diplomas but it still wasn't enough. My younger siblings could use those powers from the get go, automatically becoming the main focus of the family. I was raised by my grandmother after that because my parents didn't have time for me…"

"You are amazing Ro-san… You are older than me by only a few years and you achieved all that…" Izuku tried to compliment her, getting a gentle smile back.

"I'm proud of that myself, but there were things I needed to sacrifice too… Now I'm really wondering if it was worth it in the end."

"Yesterday, when you were drunk, you spoke about some old geezer that treated you as a servant… was he your employer? You were really upset and you cried a lot… Did… Did he do something inappropriate to you?" The greenette asked, locking eyes with her for the first time. He saw surprise in those aqua blue eyes at first, then confusion and then anger and annoyance. He was about to apologize for insinuating anything like that but the silver haired woman closed her eyes and took a deep breath, letting it out through her nose to calm herself down.

"No, he didn't do anything. Not for the lack of trying mind you, that sleezebag tried way to many times to peek under my uniform or to make me wear scandalous clothing with an excuse that it was necessary because of the cultural difference of the country we traveled to." She exclaimed with a huff of frustration. To her words Izuku felt a bit of anger on her behalf, the emotion being mostly foreign to him but not really forgotten.

"The straw that broke the camel's back was the way he really treated me like a servant! I even had to wash his underwear for Freyr's sake! I sacrificed my whole social life! I slaved over books for years! I have three PhD's and know 17 languages! And he delegates me to the work a maid should have taken care of! Everyone laughed at me too, calling me his servant instead of my proper title!" She exclaimed in a heated voice, standing up and flailing her hands helplessly.

"I just left him a note that I'm quitting and that he can take his minimum wage and stick it where the sun doesn't shine!" She continued with a bit of pride oozing from her too. "The problem is that I left in anger, leaving all my baggage with them and they just took it! Those numbskulls took all my things with them, so I just took the few yen I had and bought that cursed alcohol and ended up on that beach… I don't want to see them ever again! I'm just going to inform my grandmother about it and try to live away from those leeches, let's see how long they can go without me taking care of all their paperwork, Ha!" She exclaimed with a slight smirk on her face, looking proudly to the sky.

"Hehehe…" She paused, hearing the green haired boy laughing. He was hiding his face with one of his gloved hands, clearly finding the last tidbit funny.

"Sorry, I just imagined some old, fat dude in an office panicking because he doesn't even know what is happening with paperwork just piling higher and higher…" He explained, causing her to start chuckling too. For someone to call Odin himself an old and fat guy so casually was unheard of in the circles of people she had to be a part of but now? It was rather funny to her now, especially when she knew for a fact that she was doing the paperwork for a lot more people than Odin himself.

Sitting back down she smiled at the slowly moving clouds, feeling much better after getting her frustrations off her chest. A comfortable silence descended on both of them, a gentle breeze tussling their hair.

"Do you want to go on a shopping trip?" Izuku suddenly asked out of nowhere.

"I already told you that I don't have any money for the time being…" She replied, smiling a bit anyway.

"Well… you are going to stay at my place and you can't really do that in only a suit and my hoodie." He replied with a smile on his own that brought a slight blush onto her face.

"I really like that hoodie though… it's fluffy and warm…" Rosweisse mumbled to herself, playing with the hem of it. After asking what happened to her clothes it turned out that after getting into bed the night before she had a small 'accident', after drinking so much alcohol her stomach protested quite violently and all of her upper clothes needed to be washed. The only thing that stopped her from combusting into flames of shame was the fact that the green haired teen didn't change her himself, managing to coax her to do it before she fell asleep.

"I have quite a bit of money saved up and nothing to spend it on, we could at least cover the necessities and a few outfits. Consider it a thank you gift for brightening my day and listening to my boring story." He continued with a blinding smile.

"You are too generous… are you trying to court me by any chance?" She asked with a small mischievous smile on her face, but after that question left her lips Izuku's face turned white like sheet of paper just to get so red that she started to wonder how didn't he pass out from all that blood rushing to his face.

"I-i-i w-would never! I-i-i mean y-you are really beautiful and i-i-i-intelligent and I really l-l-like your blue eyes a-a-and…" To her surprise the rather stoic to this point young man started to panic and stutter while trying at the same time to tell her that he wouldn't do such a thing and shooting one compliment after another at her. The silver haired woman paused for a moment, blushing a bit more from the sixth comment about how beautiful and expressive her aqua blue eyes were and started to giggle.

With some divine intervention Izuku heard her melodic voice, stopping his mumbling and apologizing with a slight pout. "T-that's not funny Ro-san… You nearly gave me a h-heart attack…"

"I'm sorry, I'm not laughing at you. It's just that… this whole situation is so alien to me that I don't even know what to do. You are my first friend in a really long time, if not ever, so I might have panicked a bit." She apologized while still laughing.

"... We are really bad at this, aren't we?" He asked with a sigh and a chuckle.

"Well… at least we can be bad at this together." She said with a radiant smile that he returned despite the burning blush on his cheeks.

XxX

Disembarking from the bus with the help of the driver, both of them laughed a bit from a joke that the silver haired girl told. It was so refreshing to have someone to talk to, especially after years of the near isolation she willingly put herself in to study. Quite a few shopping bags were dangling from the wheelchair's handlebars, with a small box on Izuku's lap.

"Thank you, Izuku-kun. This outing was one of the best moments of my life." Rosweisse said with a content smile on her face.

"Well, you certainly looked like a little girl on Christmas when we went to the 100yen shop area." He replied back, getting a deep blush in return.

"There is nothing wrong with being frugal! It's hard to earn money so you need to be careful and those kinds of places are full of opportunities to find something interesting!" She defended herself, causing Izuku to chuckle.

"I don't really remember when I had so much fun too…" The green haired teen said, smiling contently. The sun was already beyond the horizon, a soft yellow light from the street lamps guiding the two home.

"Oh… you were expecting guests?" The silver haired girl broke the silence, causing the greenette to look in the direction of his new house. There on the driveway stood their family car, the lights in the house itself turned on indicating that someone was inside too.

"That's my Mom's car… That's strange, she shouldn't be back for the next two weeks…" Izuku mused but after a few more seconds his eyes widened a bit. "Oh no! I forgot to call her and explain that I need to stay at home today!" He exclaimed, surprising the girl that was pushing his wheelchair. She quickened their pace a bit, hearing the urgency in the greenette's voice.

Hearing three female voices from the inside of the house through an open window, Izuku paused for a second before opening the doors. He could recognize his mother's voice, and one more that sounded a bit like his cheery classmate that helped him yesterday. The third one was new but it sounded young and Target melodic.

"Mom? I'm home." He called out, Rosweisse taking off her shoes in the meantime.

"Izu-chan! Where have you been?! I was so worried when you wouldn't pick up your… phone…" The green haired woman immediately ran to the door and started asking questions but when she saw the two of them her words trailed off in immense surprise.

"I'm sorry Mom, we went for a short walk with Ro-san and I didn't take my phone with me…" He tried to explain but Inko's by firmly on the young silver haired woman that stood behind her son, in one of his hoodies no less.

"Ro-san…?" His mother asked.

"I'm Rosweisse, it's nice to meet you Midoriya-sama." The girl in question introduced herself with a slight bow, making the nervous green haired woman do the same by instinct.

"Midoriya Inko." She said, turning her questioning eyes at her son who was finding the floorboards extremely interesting at the moment. "Izuku, who is this exactly? And where were you? Your school called me at noon and told me that you didn't show up today, you didn't pick up your cellphone or the landline! Do you have the slightest idea how worried I was?! It tried calling a local hero agency but they were too busy and police wouldn't begin any search before 24 hours passed! I drove over 500 km and found an empty house!" She ranted, making the teenager in the wheelchair curl up on himself a bit.

"I'm really sorry… quite a bit of stuff happened and I totally forgot to call you…" He replied in a remorseful tone of voice.

"Please don't be so hard on Izuku. It was my fault that he couldn't attend his school so please forgive him." Rosweisse tried to deescalate the situation but even her warrior training didn't stop the slight shiver when the angry mother turned her eyes back to the silver haired girl.

"Explain." Inko ordered, once more looking at the now nervous girl.

"Mom… Ro-san is like me." Izuku said, getting back the attention of the beast before them. "She is like me." He repeated, looking his mother straight into eyes. "I found her crying yesterday after our call ended. She was in a really bad state and didn't have anywhere to go so I offered her a place to stay for the night. I had to help her walk because she was too weak and that's why I'm using my wheelchair again. We talked a lot and the time just flew by, without us two noticing. I'm really sorry for worrying you Mom but Ro-san isn't to blame here." He stated with confidence that surprised his mother who didn't see this side of him for years.

"Izu-chan… I'm sorry for yelling, I was just so worried…" Inko said, taking her son into a gentle and a bit awkward hug. "I was about to go and search for you but your friends from school showed up and we started talking a bit. Rias-chan is such a beautiful young lady, why didn't you tell me that you had friends like that?" She asked, causing her son to look at her once again in confusion.

His eyes widened a bit after a moment, his quirk registering that something was wrong with the data about his mother. A part of the information that he didn't understand definitely changed, something that didn't happen for as long as he could see it

"Friends?" He asked a bit unsure.

"Izuku-kun! Here you are! I brought you your notes from today! Are you okay?" His blonde classmate showed up next to them, making the two greenette's jump a bit.

"K-K-Kiba-san?!" Izuku stuttered out, hugging his mother in fright.

"Yup! Our homeroom teacher asked if anyone could deliver you the notes and assignments you missed so I volunteered! You never told me you live in such a cool place!" The blonde replied with a radiant smile.

"Yumi-chan, calm down a bit." A melodic voice caught the attention of everyone, directing their sight to the doorway that led to the living room. A tall teenage girl with a perfect hourglass figure stood there, her blood red hair reaching to her lower back. She was wearing the Kuoh Academy female uniform that didn't really leave too much to the imagination.

Izuku's eyes didn't really register all that, as he tried to not freak out. The red headed girl was the most out of the norm from all the people that he ever saw, her data that was displayed by his quirk being nothing like he ever saw.

"It's nice to meet you Izuku-kun. I'm Gremory Rias, Yumi-chan's clubmate." She introduced herself with a smile, for some reason looking oddly at Rosweisse that still was holding onto the handlebars of Izuku's wheelchair.

"I-i-i… i-it's nice to meet y-you too." He stuttered out, dropping his gaze to the ground.

"Let's go back to the living room, we can talk there." Inko proposed after a few moments of silence.

"We would love to Inko-san but I'm afraid it's a bit late." Rias said, walking up to stand beside Yumi. "Our dorm is back on campus so it would be best to get going. I'm sorry that we can't stay for longer but we'll be sure to visit again." She explained, winking to the green haired boy who shyly looked away. It was as if he was some small and shy animal, trying desperately to not be noticed.

"Oh, I can take you two there in a few minutes. As much as I detest the idea, I need to return to Musutafu for now. We will talk about all of this on the phone, so please remember to have it near you." Inko smiled sadly, hugging her son once more.

"Don't worry Midoriya-sama, I'll be sure to help Izuku in any way I can." Rosweisse said, observing the other two girls with clear distrust in her eyes.

"Call me Inko dearie, and thank you." The green haired mother replied, standing back up and smiling at her son. "I want full details of what happened, and I mean full details." Getting a nod from Izuku she sighed. "I'm really sorry for leaving you like this Izu-chan. I'm trying my hardest to finish all the work there so I can be transferred to Kuoh."

They talked for a few more minutes, but with Inko needing to travel quite far they couldn't drag it on forever. Saying their goodbyes Izuku and Rosweisse watched how the green haired mother drove off with the two girls that visited him.

The green haired teen's eyes remained on the red haired girl until he couldn't see the car any more. For some reason he had a really bad feeling about that girl, as if she carried only trouble with her and he would in one way or another be dragged into it.

Author's note: Hello! I'm alive! As mentioned before the COVID club sucks, especially when you need to wear an oxygen mask because you can't breathe. It's a bit funny how our government tries to isolate the sick people in their houses but I still needed to drive 45 km into a major city to a hospital by myself with a fever of 39,8 degrees Celsius because they didn't have any COVID ambulances and my family is quarantined like myself so they can't leave the house… Driving through traffic when your vision is swimming and you struggle to breath is fun if anyone asks, better than a morning coffee.
