"Are you sure you don't need me to escort you, Izuku-san?" A silver-haired young woman asked once more, standing at the doors to the living room. She wore a comfy looking, colorful sweater and yoga pants that accentuated her long legs. On top of all that she had an apron on and held a small bento box wrapped in a handkerchief in one of her hands.

"Yes Ro-san, I'm sure. Thank you for asking though, and for making me breakfast. It was really delicious." A green haired boy replied, standing before a large mirror and trying to properly tie a black ribbon under his collar to look presentable.

After a few more minutes Rossweisse couldn't help but giggle at his unsuccessful attempts, stepping closer and doing it the proper way. She also couldn't help but blush with a small smile, wondering if that was how it felt to send a husband to work. Blushing more deeply, she gently patted his chest and stepped back with a smile getting one in return.

"Thanks! Let's hope I won't need to undo it before coming home." Izuku joked, taking his lunch from his new friend.

"Heh, I'm sure you could ask one of your classmates to help you." She replied with another giggle, clearly in a good mood from the morning.

It was quite surprising how fast the two of them fell into the rhythm of living under one roof. The past few days were filled with laughter and fun, a lot of talks and some studying too. Turns out that when you put two bookworms in one building they can get along extremely fast.

"Maybe… I should return around four in the afternoon. See you later, Ro-san!" Waving to his new friend, the green haired boy happily started to walk to the bus stop with a pep in his step. The soft click clacking of his wooden cane accompanied him as he walked down the alley with a smile.

He didn't know why, but he felt full of energy and his injuries were barely hurting. Well… he knew why but it was a bit… crazy? Yes, crazy was a good word to sum it up.

#17 minutes and 33 seconds until bus arrival.#

A small transparent window was in the lower part of his field of vision, like a real life pop-up ad that only he could see.

He had ample time to converse with his quirk (damn that sounded weird) and test what it could do.

To his understanding the 'system' as it called itself was a computing and information gathering ability with the added bonus of being able to analyze anything it could. The headaches from before were the result of it not having enough 'energy' to properly function but supposedly it did find a power source a few nights ago. It also was able to use that energy to help his body and energize it to the point that he was full of energy all the time. This… this he could understand, it was still somewhat okay.

What was unbelievable was the fact that this power source was described to him as a 'large, red reptilian life form' that was supposedly attached to his own 'soul' and introduced itself as the Red Dragon Emperor. He vaguely remembered an enormous, skyscraper size red dragon in his dream but that didn't help that much. If anything it gave him more questions than answers.

It was nice to not have a constant headache though.

It didn't take long before he arrived near the school, once again garnering quite a bit of stares from the overwhelming female student population. The green haired teen sincerely hoped that he wasn't the only male student in the whole school, it would be a horrifying experience otherwise.

"Midoriya Izuku?" A stern voice stopped him in his tracks as he was passing the gate.

Glancing to the side he quickly spotted the owner of said voice, getting a bit nervous from the intense look in the girl's eyes.

Standing near the entrance was a rather tall girl, at least for the green haired boy that was starting to feel a bit miffed that everyone was taller than him. She wore her black hair in a neat bob cut and her violet eyes felt as if they would pierce him through if not for the glasses that she had. The female uniform of the Kuoh academy accentuated her body in ways that the green haired teen was sure a school uniform shouldn't. Now that he thought about it all of the female students around him wore something like this, making the sole boy even more nervous.

"Y-yes? How can I h-help you?" Trying to get his nerves under control Izuku smiled at the girl but she didn't reciprocate the gesture. His quirk immediately scanned her, making him a bit weary from how similar this girl was to Gremory-san.

"I'm Shitori Sona, president of the student council." The serious looking girl introduced herself, bowing her head slightly in a greeting. "On behalf of the student council I would like to apologize to you, Midoriya-san. I'm afraid we weren't properly informed about the fact that you were going to start attending the classes, normally we would take upon ourselves to guide you around the school and help you find the way." She continued, this time bowing a bit deeper to express her apologies.

"Ah! It's a-alright! I already familiarized myself with the layout of the campus even before I arrived. You don't need to apologize, Shitori-san!" The greenette nervously replied, feeling awkward because of the sudden situation.

"Even so, the fault lies on our side. Please let me guide you around the school and its premises, we should have more than enough time before the first bell." She proposed in a no nonsense tone of voice, her face neutral.

"W-well… thank you, Shitori-san." Agreeing after a few seconds of hesitation, Izuku followed the serious girl with the soft clicking of his cane on the ground.

"First are the club buildings. We have a wide array of classic activities like kendo, archery or martial arts clubs." The bespectacled girl suddenly started when they reached an area with multiple separate buildings. She was about to speak some more but glanced back at the small teen behind her, nervously pushing her glasses up. "The less physically active clubs have their respective club rooms in the main building, ranging from literature to science and all that's between. More information about that topic is posted near the main entrance on a notice board together with any ongoing recruitment." She continued, starting to go into the main building.

"T-that's good to know, thank you. I'll be sure to check them out." The green haired teen nervously replied, looking around the surprisingly large campus.

Their trip took them from one place to another, a library, the cafeteria, the teachers lounge. To Izuku's chagrin, it seemed that when he walked around with the student council president he was garnering even more attention to himself than normally. The background chatter was quite intense, reminding him of the dark days back in Aldera.

"And this here is the student council room. If you have any problems or issues you can always seek help here." Looking back at one of the few male students of this school, the black haired girl paused after seeing how nervous he was. It looked a bit as if he was frightened by the other students, that now thinking about it were not that discreet about gossiping about him.

"We still have quite a bit of time. Would you like to step inside for a tea? I believe that there were some issues with contacting you last week when you needed to take a few days off, maybe we could solve that issue?" She asked, smiling slightly at him.

"I…" He hesitated for a few seconds, glancing between the doors to the room and the crowds around them. "Thank you for your hospitality…" He said with a slight bow of his head, following after her inside.

The first thing that caught his eye was the office-like environment, with file cabinets and desks. The room itself was spacious, divided into two parts. One was clearly for work while the other was more focused on relaxation with two large sofas and a coffee table in between.

"Good morning President, all paperwork is already prepared and sorted to start the day." A sudden voice from the side made the already nervous teen jump a bit, causing the girl that was speaking to stop and look at him inquisitively.

Just to the side of the doors stood a tall girl with black hair so long that it reached to the back of her knees. A pair of heterochromic eyes looked at him from beyond rectangular glasses, one violet and the other light brown. Just like the president of the student council she wore the female uniform, that made her extremely well endowed figure only more appealing.

"Thank you, Tsubaki. This is Midoriya Izuku, the student we failed to accommodate in the past week. Midoriya-san, this is Shinra Tsubaki, the vice-president of the student council." The president introduced.

"My deepest apologies, Midoriya-san. Our newest member was unable to keep up with his workload as of yet so the notice of your arrival was significantly delayed." The vice-president apologized, bowing a bit.

"I-it's a-alright! Really! I didn't even know that such a thing was planned. There is nothing to apologize about." Izuku immediately replied, averting his eyes from the still bowing vice-president.

"Let's take a seat, shall we?" Sona asked, gesturing to the two couches. "Could you prepare us some tea, Tsubaki?" She asked, getting a nod from the taller girl.

Walking over to the black leather couch, Izuku carefully sat down while placing his bag near his legs. He looked down to the cane in his hands, nervously playing with it to take his mind off the fact that he was in one room with two beautiful girls.

"So… Midoriya-san." The president started, sitting opposite of him with an ornate set of chess in her hands. "Would you like to play a game with me?" She asked him, placing the set on the table.

"I don't mind really but… playing against me wouldn't be fun…" The greenette replied, thanking the other girl for the tea and taking a small sip of the still hot beverage.

"Don't worry about that, I'll give you the first move if you aren't too confident." The student council president said, placing the board between them and setting up the pieces.

"Well… if you insist…" He mumbled out, reaching to one of the pawns and moving it forward seemingly at random.

A few minutes of silence followed, interrupted only by the noise of the chess pieces being moved and drinking of tea.

"If it isn't too personal Midoriya-san, can I ask you why you decided to attend this specific school?" Tsubaki asked, gracefully sipping her own tea and observing the match. She couldn't decide what to think about it, as the green haired teen was moving without any time to think or hesitation while Sona was taking longer and longer to take a move with each turn.

"I-it wasn't my own choice a-actually." Izuku stuttered out, nervously drinking his own tea. "M-my mom chose this academy for me when I was still recovering at the hospital. I didn't know it had such an overwhelming f-female population until last week too, it was quite a shock. Ah… checkmate."

Hearing those words that normally would fall from her King's lips, the dignified and stoic Tsubaki spat out her drink and started to cough uncontrollably. With the green haired teen being before her he wasn't able to avoid being showered by the tea, raising his hands to shield his face was all he could do.

"S-Shinra-san! Are you alright? What happened?" Izuku asked in a slight panic. In all of this the fact that the chess board they were using glowed a dim blue light went unnoticed by all but the still shocked Sona.

"Y-you…. You won?!" The tall girl shouted in disbelief, stealing a glance at her frozen friend. The short haired girl was stiff like a statue, still staring at the chess pieces before her.

"I-I'm sorry… " The reaction of their guest caused the two to look at him. The green haired young man was curling up on himself as if the two of them were going to beat him up because of this.

"No, I should be the one to apologize. Are you alright? I'm terribly sorry for… this." Tsubaki immediately tried to fix the situation. She stood up from her place and took a roll of paper towels from a nearby cupboard. Walking closer to their guest she tried to wipe his clothes for him but he leaned away from her touch and took the towel by himself.

"I-it's a-alright. I think I should go… I'm not too fast and I still need to get to my class before the bell. Thank you for the hospitality Shinra-san, Shitori-san." Izuku stood up visibly nervous and started to walk out of the room.

"Midoriya-kun! Please wait!" Sona called him, causing the greenette to look back from the door. "Can I ask you for a rematch after school?" She asked, getting a strange look from her friend.

"I'm s-sorry but I need to head straight home a-after classes. Maybe some o-other time." He replied, walking out of the room in a hurry.

After the doors clicked shut, the whole room fell silent. The two girls still sat in their respective places, as if they still were trying to process what happened.

"Tsubaki. I want every possible information about him before the lunch break." The student council president ordered, looking back down to the chess board.

"... Of course, President." The long haired girl replied, starting to clean up the mess she did just a few moments ago.

XxX

"Achoo!" Rossweisse suddenly sneezed, hard enough to nearly stumble with the cleaning supplies she was carrying.

Stopping for a few seconds to steady herself, the silver haired woman blinked a few times from how violent that sneeze was.

"Maybe someone is thinking about me?" She mumbled to herself, walking into Izuku's room and starting to clean it. She was certain that her new friend would say that she didn't need to do that but she was no freeloader.

Making sure that the blinds were closed, Rosseweise casted a spell that made her float in the air. Raising up to the rafters she started to wipe them with a wet towel, once more sneezing from the dust she continued her work while humming a tune that she heard on the radio.

She could do all of this with a spell or two, but she decided that some manual work would be good to pass the time. Moving from top of the room to the bottom, she cleaned the tall wardrobe first and started to move onto the rest of the room after that.

With the tallest furniture being done, she moved to a bookshelf that was standing near the large desk with a laptop standing open on top of it. Moving the few books to the said desk to properly clean the shelf, the young woman paused after she spotted what looked to be a series of green notebooks, with the last one being badly damaged by water and fire.

For a few moments she wanted to just continue her work, but her eyes were inevitably drawn back to the small stack of the handwritten journals.

Finishing with her work on the bookshelf, she started to put all the books back in the exact places they were but paused her movements when she touched the first notebook.

"Hero analysis for the future. Vol. 1" She read the written title, internally squealing at the shaky letters written in crayons. Picking up a few others she could see how the writing was getting better and better with each one, showing how Izuku progressed from one notebook to the other.

Taking a seat she paged through the first one, smiling at the childish drawings of what she assumed were heroes fighting villains. The most recognizable was All Might taking nearly half of the notebook, being drawn in different positions or fighting different looking villains.

After that was a drawing of a man with black hair, his head tilted back while a large gout of flame was coming up from his mouth. "Dad?" The silver haired girl traced the barely readable kanji, looking back at the picture. Even if she knew Izuku only for a short time he never talked about his father, making her wonder what situation her friend's family was in.

On the next page was a drawing of a slim woman with long green hair, her arms outstretched to a few floating objects that had a pale green outline. It was clearly Izuku's mother, she could even tell that without reading what the small greenette wrote.

Going further, next was a drawing of a short blonde girl with red eyes. Something that looked like sparkles coming out of her palms, a large smile on her face. "Kachan. Quirk : explosion. My best friend, we will be the best heroes ever…" The silver haired woman mumbled, trying to decipher the writings of a young child.

If she understood it properly, this should be that friend from Izuku's story. The one that turned out to be a tormentor just because he didn't have any powers.

Letting out a sigh, Rossweisse turned the page once more. It would be useless to get angry now, even if it was justified.

The next page made her stop for a few seconds, as it looked damaged. It was clearly smeared with water, making it a bit hard to discern what was on the picture. What was visible was a small scene of a green haired boy playing with a black haired girl in a forest, both smiling happily. Large jet black wings were on the girl's back as she was floating over the ground while the greenette's arms were trying to reach up to her. Whatever was written on the side was unreadable, the water damage being too big.

Closing the notebook, she reached for another. This time she took the one that looked damaged by water and fire. Opening it up her eyes widened when she saw the first drawing. Staring back at her was a realistic picture of a huge, rotund man in a yellow hoodie with a large letter F on the front. He had big yellow eyes, with a friendly smirk on his face. This time, instead of just a few words was a tightly packed section detailing the hero. His quirk, base of operations, most prominent character traits, strong and weak points, even a few questions and ideas for the hero to improve.

Flipping a few more pages, all of the entries were created like that. A surprisingly realistic sketch of a hero, followed by even more astounding analysis of the said hero.

She read a few more pages, arriving at the last entry. It was a large signature, written in sharpie across two whole pages. After looking at it for a few seconds she paged forward but the notebook was empty after that. Only one sentence was on the next page, even with the damage it had it was clearly stained by tears.

"Not good enough?" Sitting at the desk, the silver haired girl felt her mood dropping. It had to be the moment that Izuku was talking about earlier. The large signature of All Might was the last entry, so it wasn't hard to piece together what happened after.

Closing the notebook, Rosseweise placed it back in its place. Letting out a sigh, she returned to her busywork with a little less pep than she had at the start. She knew it was useless, but she wished that she could have met Izuku earlier and helped him out. Even knowing him only for such a short time she could see that he still was a good person, after all of what happened to him. She could support him going forward though, and she intended to do that.

XxX

With half of his second day back in school behind him, Izuku couldn't help but feel a bit weird.

He wrote diligently in his notebook, practically on auto pilot at this point. With so much free time at home he learned whatever he could, especially with his quirk in the whole mix. Now it was clear to him that he might have done a bit too much extra work, the lessons talking about the things he already knew.

His classmates were stealing glances at him from time to time, probably waiting for the break to start so they could talk with him. Last time Kiba-san talked with him nearly non stop through the time he spent at school, not that different from an experience he had today.

The hyperactive blonde was happily taking notes with one hand while doodling on the side with the other. The green haired teen could only observe with fascination how the girl in question neatly wrote what their math teacher was writing on the board with one hand while with the other she was putting the finishing touches to a sketch of a cute bunny with one floppy ear.

"Midoriya-san." The teacher called his name, making him flinch. Thankfully the older woman's voice was full of patience, unlike the angry tone his previous teachers used. A few giggles came from his classmates, making him feel even more like in his old school.

"Y-yes?" He asked in a small voice, embarrassed from being in the center of attention.

"When you finish your assignments that Kiba-san delivered to you, could you bring them to my desk in the faculty office?" The brown haired woman asked with a smile that somewhat eased his worries.

"Umm… I have them right now a-actually." Izuku replied, reaching inside his bag and taking out the few mentioned worksheets.

"That's excellent! Ah, it's so wonderful to have someone so diligent in this class for once." The teacher said with mirth in what could be called that 'ara-ara' voice, getting a few grumbles from the rest of the class.

Izuku took the papers and walked up to the teachers podium, giving the papers to his teacher. As predicted the whole class observed him with curiosity, especially his wooden cane that looked out of place with someone his age.

Just when he got back to his seat, the bell signaling the lunch break rang.

"Midoriya-kun! Midoriya-kun! Where are you from?!" One of the closer girls suddenly asked, making him flinch from the volume.

"Midoriya-san! What happened to you?" Another one asked.

"Midoriya! You bastard! Did you come here to steal all the babes from us?!" An angry voice caught his attention, as a bald teen was trying to march up to him from the very first row of the seats. Trying was a good word, as the irate girls quickly blocked his way and started to shout about perverts and other things.

Despite the tone that his male classmate used, it did fill the greenette with relief. Especially when he saw another guy joining the shouting match but they were quickly pacified by two girls with wooden practice swords. Was that even allowed?

"Sorry gals but me and Izuku-kun have places to be!" A wild Kiba appeared out of nowhere, already dragging the green haired boy by his arm while picking up his bag with the other.

"Hold it Kiba-san! You can't just monopolize the new guy like that! We want to get to know him too!" One of the 'armed' girls called after them, the whole classroom agreeing. She had medium length brown hair styled into twintails, her light brown eyes displaying determination.

"Sorry, Murayama-san! Maybe next time!" Not even slowing down, the blonde girl grinned happily as she walked out of the classroom with the flustered greenette in tow.

"K-Kiba-san? Where are we going?" Izuku asked after a few minutes, his classmate humming a tune while slowly leading him out of the building.

"To my clubroom obviously! We can have a calm break and drink some tea! You'll love it!" Yumi replied, barely restraining herself from speeding up.

"Umm… okay." The greenette agreed, feeling that a bit of time to rest in a silent place would be what he needs right now.

#Analyzing power source in progress. 15 minutes remaining.#

A pop-up from his meta ability caused him to just follow his new acquaintance, the sudden timer starting to count down like a countdown before an explosion.

'What are you doing?' He mentally asked his quirk, equally curious and nervous.

#The power source, 'Red Dragon Emperor', contains a lot of stored data. System SG-00 is parsing the data in search of useful information for Master.#

"That didn't sound terrifying at all…" The greenette mumbled to himself, getting the attention of his guide.

"What's terrifying?" The blonde asked, making him nervous.

"Ah… it's nothing. My quirk is just… it's being weird…" He tried to change the subject, which thankfully worked as they arrived at a large building near a small forest that created a quite nice atmosphere. It had white walls and a black roof with vines climbing up to the second floor. It even had a clocktower that served as the final, third floor.

When they entered, it was clear that it was much more lavishly decorated than the normal school building should be. Still following the blonde girl, Izuku walked up a flight of stairs while looking around at the beautiful paintings and the carved doors that were heavily out of place in his opinion.

"And we're here!" Yumi announced, opening the largest doors on the floor they were on before the greenette could react. Steeling himself, he followed after the girl as she entered without any fanfare.

"Hello, Koneko-chan! I brought Izuku-kun with me today!" The hyperactive girl immediately exclaimed, with a loud crash from beyond one of the doors in the room following just after.

The green haired teen stopped after entering, looking over the large room. The walls were covered in wooden panels, paintings and a few bookshelves. A few victorian style couches stood to the side with a carved wooden table in between, a small white haired girl nibbling on sweets in one of them. At the far end by the window stood a heavy looking wooden desk that together with the rest of the decorations wasn't something one would expect to see in a school building. The only thing that broke the whole aesthetic was a large display case with figurines of anime characters and some pro heroes, a collection that reminded him of his own before he sold it off. For half a second his eyes lingered on the far corner of the room, a large and intricate circle was drawn on the floor with a crest that looked like a crimson rose at the center.

"H-hello?" Izuku greeted, unsure how to proceed with the petite girl that stared at him with an unflinching gaze. "Umm… I'm Midoriya Izuku, it's n-nice to meet you." He added after a short while, feeling more and more awkward.

"Toujou Koneko." The girl replied, returning her attention to the sweets that she was still eating.

"Don't worry Izuku-kun! Koneko-chan is just shy like that! Come, sit with us here!" Kiba laughed, sitting beside her white haired friend who reluctantly shared a few chocolates with her.

Not wanting to be rude, the greenette took up the offer and sat opposite to the two. Setting his bag on the side of the couch he leaned his cane just beside his leg, like a good look charm that he didn't want to part with.

Seeing that his classmate was taking out a bento from her bag he did the same, placing it on the table between them. With a pleasant silence the three of them started to eat, the white haired girl pulling out a box with food that was a few times larger than izuku's own.

#Analyzing power source complete. Parsing data.#

His meta ability announced after the timer ran out, with Izuku's head starting to hurt. It wasn't anything bad though, with him being more than used to sudden migraines and such.

Just when he finished his meal and was in the middle of packing up, one of the doors on the side of the room opened with a beautiful red headed girl entering. Her crimson hair was a bit damp but one stubborn strand stood proudly on top of her head creating a perfect ahoge. Her figure made the greenette question who in the holiest of fucks designed the female uniform and who was the madman that approved of it, questions that didn't seem to have an answer as of yet.

"Oh, hello Izuku-kun! Welcome to the Occult Research club!" The bombshell of a girl greeted with a smile, her deep blue eyes seemed to sparkle as she looked at him.

"T-thank you, Gremory-san. It's nice to meet you properly this time." The greenette replied, narrowing slightly his eyes at the tall girl. He still didn't have any evidence, but there was a very real possibility that she did something to his mother. That warranted a bit of cautiousness in his book.

"Indeed. I'm sorry for the last time, we were slightly in a hurry to return to the dorms." She continued, sitting on one of the armchairs and crossing her legs in a fashion that a young lady certainly shouldn't.

Turning his gaze away from the red headed girl that seemed to be adamant at flashing him with her black lingerie that he certainly didn't see, Izuku winced a bit from a sudden spike in pain from the headache that his quirk was causing.

"Are you okay?" Rias asked, her voice surprisingly worried.

"Yes, thank you. My quirk is acting up lately, it gives me a headache when it's trying to process too much information at once." He explained, mentally slapping himself for revealing too much.

"Oh, can I ask you what your quirk is? It's always fascinating to me how different they can be, especially ones that seemingly defy logic. Like, there is that one hero that is made out of concrete and is all rectangular. How is that physiologically possible?" The red headed girl started to ramble a bit, taking him off guard.

"You mean the hero Cementos? I was wondering about that myself, actually. But there are a few more illogical abilities like Edgeshot's Foldabody that allows him to fold his body into a needle that is thinner than a hair and still maintain his bodily functions and the ability to move. Or Kamui Wood's Arbor, how is the human body able to support so much spontaneous growth or the weight of his branches is a mystery. There also was…" To the surprise of everyone in the room, the shy green haired boy started to spew information about heroes one after another, asking questions and dropping trivia about them.

"Ufufu… Someone is quite talkative it seems." A new, melodic voice stopped Izuku from any further ranting, the poor boy turning as red as Rias's hair from embarrassment when he caught up to what he was doing.

"Oh, don't worry. Rias is doing the same all the time when she's alone, you don't have anything to be embarrassed about." The newcomer added after seeing his state, entering the room from the doors behind him.

"Akeno! You weren't supposed to speak about that!" Rias joined the greenette with a fierce blush, scolding the newcomer who pushed a serving cart into the room.

"Senpai! This is Izuku-kun! He's my new classmate!" Kiba immediately exclaimed, causing him to scratch his cheek in embarrassment.

"Well, it's nice to meet you… Izuku-kun. I'm Himejima Akeno." The last member of the club introduced herself, stopping with the cart near the table. The slight pause she did in her introduction caused her friends to raise a brow, the normally playful girl looked a bit nervous for some reason.

Hearing her name, Izuku's world seemed to screech to a standstill. He quickly raised his head from the embarrassed posture he was in and looked at the black haired girl that stood nearby. She was as tall as Rias, with long black hair that was in a neat ponytail. Her figure was as attractive as the red head's, but at the same time felt… different. Her gentle looking face was forced into a friendly smile, but her violet eyes were full of sorrow.

"Hime?" He asked with a trembling voice, standing up abruptly as if he saw a ghost.

"Y-you remember me?!" The black haired girl took a step back in surprise, her eyes widening to the maximum.

"Akeno?" Seeing the situation, Rias asked her best friend as this was the first time she saw her reacting like that.

"No, that's impossible! I saw you dying! I was at your funeral! What's going on here?!" Izuku started to panic, taking a few unsteady steps back from everyone at the table. The intense pain in his head not helping at all.

"Izuku-kun…" The raven haired girl tried to say something but he interrupted.

"No! Stop! Who the fuck are you?! What kind of a sick trick did you use?!" He shouted in anger, the subtle glow in his eyes intensifying. In each eye two white spots started to rotate on the edge of his irises, slowly speeding up from one moment to the next.

"Calm down Izuku-kun. We can explain everything." Rias decided to intervene, seeing that their guest was starting to get really agitated. Her eyes glowed with a crimson light as she used her ability to hypnotize humans, wanting to solve the situation as fast as possible.

The room fell silent for a second, the greenette glaring at the red headed girl with so much hatred that she barely stopped herself from flinching, a cold shiver ran down her spine as those enraged green orbs seemed to pierce her through.

"You!" He spat out with rage, glaring at Rias who couldn't help but flinch this time. "It's your doing! What, you couldn't help yourself but torment the worthless little guy huh?! Do you think you can just step all over me?! Just use your illusions or hypnose, whatever the fuck your quirk is?!" He continued, taking a step towards them this time.

"I didn't…!" She tried to protest, but he cut her off too.

"Spare me those lies! You even manipulated my mother, you think I'll believe anything coming from you?!" He walked to the couch he was sitting on before, picking up his cane and bag.

"Izuku-kun! It's just a misunderstanding!" Yumi tried to calm him down too, but when he directed those cold green eyes at her she couldn't help but shiver in her seat. The white haired girl beside her leaned backwards and hid behind the blonde while hissing at him like a cat.

"Don't talk to me. Don't come near me. Don't even dare to interact with my family or come to my house." He said in a cold voice, walking out without looking back.

A heavy silence fell over everyone, the sudden change in atmosphere being so fast that it nearly gave them a whiplash.

"Akeno? What just happened?" Rias asked, still looking at the large door to the room where the green haired teen left.

"He remembered me… How?" The raven haired girl asked, a few tears sliding down her cheeks.

"I think we have a bigger problem than that. What are we going to do now?" Yumi asked, uncharacteristically subdued. "He looked so angry… Why did he think we wanted to hurt him?"

"Just my luck… I found a cute guy and he hates my guts for some reason…" The red headed girl let out a sigh, slumping in her seat.

XxX

The afternoon lessons couldn't end any sooner. Still angry about what happened earlier, the green haired teen silently made notes while remembering one of the worst days in his life.

He could practically feel the scent of burning wood. The scent of the charred body of his only true friend. The beautifully shining black wings matted by ash, blood and dirt. How a part of one of her large wings was ripped off, laying a few meters from her barely recognizable body.

Her mother was nearby too, a large hole in the older woman's stomach still was seeping blood onto the ground. Her arm outstretched in a vain attempt at reaching her daughter.

The bell signaling the end of school took him out of his traumatic memories. With a deep sigh he started to pack up, still thinking about what happened earlier. It was impossible that Himejima Akeno was still alive, it had to be some kind of sick joke. Still, his quirk didn't detect any deception. Whatever that Gremory girl was trying to do didn't work on him, so that couldn't have been an illusion.

This time there were no questions or attempts at small talk, his intense gaze and furious aura from when he entered the class after the lunch break successfully kept his classmates away. It was good. He was used to being alone, it was better than being played by other people.

After exiting the main building, he grimaced a little after seeing his supposedly dead childhood friend standing near the gate with a sad look in her eyes. The students that passed her were clearly curious what was happening for one of the school idols to be waiting at the gate like that, their not so subtle gossip easily reaching him.

Letting out a deep sigh, he started to walk. There wasn't any point in delaying any further, especially after he had a few hours to cool down. He knew that he probably overreacted, but at the same time he had enough of being stepped on for the amusement of other people

"Izuku-kun…" Her soft voice managed to reach him even from a few meters away. "Can we… talk, maybe?" She asked in a pleading tone.

Tightening his grasp on the cane, he let out another tired sigh. He was starting to feel like an old man, and like an old man he just wanted to rest from this day already. The fact that his quirk was labeling the girl in front of him as a 'hybrid', listing fallen, human and devil as her 'race' only caused the slowly vanishing headache to resurface with double the force.

"Sure… We can talk." He replied.

Author's Note: Well, hello there! Before you pick up your well polished pitchforks and freshly made torches, I just want to say that I don't regret a thing :D I'm still planning out how to use Izuku's 'ability' to have at least a bit of sense, with meager results at best for now :D
