In the middle of Hamel Town, there was a cheap apartment for rent. It will get cheaper if you don't mind living with a random stranger. Knowing how dangerous the outside world was, this would be a really bad idea. But for Aisha, who literally had nothing but a bit of money and her golden badge, it was good for her economic problems. Besides, she could defend herself.

She got a key to her room, which was originally someone else's room. She was told there was already a person living there at the moment. The door number was "420". Blaze it.

Knock, knock!

"I'm coming in!" Aisha shouted as she unlocked the door. It was a small bedroom with a big mattress–that was supposed to be a living room–next to a kitchen and a small bathroom. Most importantly, almost every part of the wall was written and drawn with crayons and markers. She glanced at a white haired boy, who was drawing on the wall with a blue crayon.

The boy's eyes widened when he looked at his new roommate. He put aside all his drawing tools and approached Aisha. "Welcome, nice to meet you! My name is Deez," the boy smiled and asked for a handshake.

Aisha felt a friendly attitude from him. She smiled back and shook his hands. "Hi, I'm Aisha. Nice to meet you too, Deez–"

"Deez nutz on your face! Gottem!"

Aisha turned to silence after she heard that. She… She was expecting an actual normal friendly roommate for once. She heard these jokes a lot, so she probably knew what else he's gonna say. There should be one kind of response she could say to immediately become friends with her roommate and she was going to say it as she closed the door. "Your mom sent me here."

As she expected, the boy's eyes sparkled like he found random jewelry on the street. "My name is Noah," the boy finally introduced himself.

"Wha–You what?! We can't have 2 Noahs in the story!" Aisha yelled at the author.

Noah was about to cry when he heard that statement and looked at the author with tears in his eyes. "But… But that's my name…!"

Hm… It's not like we're gonna meet that Noah magician again, right? Yeah, you can have the name.

"Yay! I'm Noah!" Noah smiled and raised his hands in victory. His eyes caught the bandages on Aisha's body. His smile disappeared, changed into a concerned look. Aisha said there was nothing to worry about, but he didn't listen. He raised his hand, casting a light aura on the room. It was blinding for a second until they could see again.

He took off the bandages on Aisha's left arm, revealing a smooth skin with no injuries. Aisha was amazed with this, but Noah didn't react like it was a normal thing. "Are you busy, Aisha? Do you want to play with me?"

"I'm not, actually. What do you want to play?" Aisha asked and put her suitcase on the side of the mattress. She could tidy it up later.

Noah guided her to the wall near the mattress. It was full of scribbles and doodles, even random sentences and equations. "Draw something! The theme is garden," he smiled and offered all the crayons to use.

Aisha couldn't imagine a single garden picture on the wall. There was nothing like it, everything was a mess. What did Noah actually imagine and what was she supposed to draw? She couldn't draw and Noah's drawing was amazing; except everything was on top of each other to the point she couldn't see the figure anymore. So she just grabbed the yellow crayon and started doodling. The moment she drew a line, she noticed two words that were barely readable.

"Instant noodle?" Aisha said the two words and faced Noah, who stopped drawing the moment he heard the words.

The boy stood up and walked towards the kitchen cabinet. It appeared that he ran out of emergency food; instant noodles. Aisha looked closely at the trash can in the corner. It was filled with empty food boxes. "Should we buy groceries and cook dinner, Noah?"

"Yes! I can't cook, though," Noah smiled slightly as his cheeks turned bright red from embarrassment.

They went to the nearest supermarket. The first thing on the trolley was instant noodles. They filled it with snacks and drinks. Before they got carried away with the little money they have, they finally grabbed food ingredients.

"Toxic alumnus!"

"Toxic?!" Aisha yelped and faced a person that was reaching to her; a tall blonde woman with blue eyes.

She bowed down to them, but instead of introducing herself, she asked a question. "Did you see Prince when you were in that school? Is he doing well?"

"Huh? Who?" Aisha asked back with a confused look. Prince sounds like a bad name anyway. Who was even this guy? Maybe El would know if he was here.

"Prince. Prince Seiker. Maybe he goes by his nickname… Chung? He's a lazy boy, but somehow he's smart, trust me. I think he still has his long hair, kinda looks like a girl. He has this puppy paws in his eyes like mine–"

"Lacher," Aisha cut the woman's words with a forced smile. "He goes by the name Lacher. Is… that one of his nicknames?"

The woman shook her head. "I never heard of that name, but that sounds like him."

"He's busy doing your mom," Noah giggled at his own joke. Aisha tried to make it not awkward, but…

"He's my brother. We have the same mom!"

Noah gasped and covered his mouth with a surprised look. "Is that how you were born?"

"Uh, no. I'm adopted, actually," the woman laughed, making them even more surprised. "Father was looking for a successor. He never got any for a long time and decided to adopt me. Then one day he finally got Prince. You know how it is."

"I don't," Aisha replied with a confused look and folded her arms. Who was this stranger anyway? She didn't seem to be lying, though. "So, like, did he adopt Prince?"

"Nope! Just keep f-cking the b-tches until one of them was successful–"

"Wowowow! Hold it right there!" Aisha yelled and covered both Noah's ears from the back with her hands. "There's a kid here!"

"It's okay!" Noah smiled and moved Aisha's hands away from his ears. "I know about that stuff. When I draw it, the internet gives me a lot of money! My last resort when I'm poor."

Both Aisha and the woman turned to silence. How did this kid get tainted by shameful indecent acts on the internet and why was he so proud about it? But they knew one thing for sure: he was one of those NSFW artists on the internet. Aisha narrowed her eyes at him, since she remembered very well she didn't see any laptop or any other devices to draw. "Where do you usually draw those, Noah?"

"I'm borrowing my supervisor's strange PC. He got the account for me!"

"Well anyway," the woman clapped her hands to change the topic. There was too much irrelevant information that she didn't need. "My name is Rose. Nice to meet you guys and please say hi to Prince if you ever meet him again! He won't meet us. Our little brother probably forgot about him already."

Aisha suddenly remembered the beautiful relationship between El and Els. "Are you guys fighting?"

"No, he doesn't want to talk outside to meet me. Too much effort, he said," Rose smiled and waved her hands. "Bye for now! Can't miss the discounted eggs!"

"EGGS! I'M GETTING THEM FIRST!" Noah shouted and ran to the egg place immediately, leaving Aisha and their trolley. Egg was another alternative for instant noodles, after all.

Alright, it's you guys now. Find me some plot.

"...You got a whole story for Aisha and not for us?" Eve asked in disbelief and sighed. What did she expect anyway? She looked at the chapter's script so far and analyzed it. "I guess we can't go to any apartment or anywhere near Hamel. We need to do something else."

"How bad do you want the plot to be?" Els asked the author. As bad as it could get, please. "Then just summon a bunch of siblings. Maybe my hidden secret sister or something," he suggested to the author with a shrug. Hey, that's not a bad idea.

The couple went to the castle of Velder Village to get random missions. It would be a good source of money for now. "Welcome, welcome! Do you want to pick a mission or just random?" The female knight asked with a smile.

Eve stared at the knight; a red haired girl with red eyes, almost the same color as Els. She compared both of them with her drones. As she expected, especially from a few paragraphs above, it was someone that they had to know. "You two have more or less the same DNAs. Do you have the same father?"

"Oh, what? He did leave my mom to find another woman," the girl said as she stared at Els. If she ever had a brother, maybe it would look like him. "What's your father's name? Elkashu?"

Els just nodded his head as an answer. The girl stood up from her chair and leaned her face closer to Els. She pouted and slammed the table with her hand. "What the hell?! He actually left my mom to get a kid with physical ability!"

Eve sighed and shook her head. Why was she actually dragged into a complicated family problem? "Well, Els?"

"'Els'?! My name is Elsa! He's actually not creative in naming kids either!" the girl yelled and sat back to her chair.

"My twin's name is El and our little sister is Elesis," Els informed the knight, who got even more frustrated than before. The name was getting even more similar, unlike Rose and Lacher.

"Shame on that guy, to be honest. Well, uhm… Nice to meet you guys," Elsa smiled and bowed down to them. She looked at Eve for a while before her eyes sparkled. "You're a magical ability user too?!"

"I'm Eve, pleased to meet you. Since when did this kingdom accept magical ability users as their knights?" Eve asked and looked around the room. It was just them and no one else. Was that why Elsa got so carefree with her being magical ability users?

"Since I lied to them, of course. Anyway, what do you guys need?" Elsa asked as she grabbed several papers from the folders on the shelf behind her. "Hey Els, where's your twin and little sister? We can have a… family time, I guess?"

"I have a huge problem with my twin, so I doubt we could get together. It's either him or me, you can't get both of us at the same meeting," Els said with a forced smile.

"Geez, why is that? Did you hurt him in a way or it's the other way around?" Elsa asked with a confused look. Els told her about their past to see where the plot was going. She shrugged and spread the papers on the table. "You did the right thing. I don't see any problems."

"You what? How so?" Eve asked in curiosity. She never heard anyone siding with Els before. Even herself was somewhat blaming her boyfriend for it.

"If Els protected El, dad would kill El. Trust me, he's that kind of guy. I was going to be killed, but mom protected me and he left us," Elsa said casually and sat back on her chair. "Leaving him was probably the best option. Dad is dead now, actually deserved it."

"Do you think so? I still think I could do something," Els muttered and looked at the papers on the table. Killing demons would be the easiest mission, since it's all the couple could do best.

"You could, at the cost of a lifetime regret of getting your twin killed? How strong were you when you were a kid anyway? El's power seemed more natural from your story. Isn't that how he burned down the whole house?" Elesis asked with a smile. "He could burn you down, even if you were way stronger than him. He tried to kill Elesis, but not you. Think about it for once, Els. Maybe he actually cared for you."

"Yeah, I wish," Els replied sarcastically. "We'll get going now. See you later… sis?"

"Oh, thank goodness! Finally there's no nee-chan or nii-chan for the first time!" Eve shouted and praised the sun in the sky. Sometimes she had enough with the informal way of Japanese language to call older brother/sister in an English language story. If you're curious, go ahead and check the prequel of this story.

Elsa laughed and nodded her head. "Yeah, I'll see you guys later!"

"Aaaah!"

Aisha and Noah were jumpscared by the horror movie they were watching on the TV. Instead of doing something useful, they decided to do a movie night… by changing the channel multiple times until they got something they wanted to watch.

It was already late, which means time to sleep. They brushed their teeth together before turning off the light and lying down on the mattress.

But Aisha couldn't do it. Sleeping with the opposite gender wasn't a thing she could do, even if Noah was a kid. She turned her face to face her roommate, only to find him sleeping peacefully like nothing happened.

She sighed and looked at the ceilings. She did want to be forced into an indecent act, fortunately it didn't happen. "Don't say my thoughts out loud, please," Aisha said to the author with an annoyed tone.

What was Ara doing today? How about El and Add? Aside from the new fun she was having, she missed them already. She didn't get the same laughter as she did with her fellow Quadruplets.

She couldn't stop thinking about her friends. She felt wrong to be in the same bed with a boy too. Maybe she could just lie down on the floor and sleep there. The idea was bad, but at least she could sleep. She tried closing her eyes and relaxed, but it didn't work.

"Harque… Clamor… Don't leave me…"

Aisha turned her face to her roommate. He was having a nightmare and kept calling for his big brother. She poked his cheek and arms. "Noah? Noah, wake up!"

Noah finally woke up with tears in his eyes. "Are you okay? Do you want me to turn on the lights after that nightmare?" Aisha asked and prepared herself to get up.

"I-I'm okay. It's… hic… It's fine," Noah sobbed and turned his body around to face the wall.

"...If you said so. Good night then," Aisha pulled up their blanket and faced the opposite way. Now she felt bad for him, but what could she do anyway?
