"Hi, Giorno." she greets.

"Hey..." Giorno trails off, he forgot her name. "Miltia Malachite." she continues "Just remember, I wear red and my sister Melanie is mostly wearing white."

"Ahh, I see. What can I do for you?" Giorno asks. "Junior sent me to check on your progress." she replied. "He could have just asked Joseph..." he snarked, rolling his eyes.

"We did, but you know how Joseph is. Can be pretty biased." she shrugged. "I am memorizing the moves just fine. We just gotta polish it with practice." Giorno confesses.

"Well, I would like to see for myself." Miltia turned away.

Giorno grimaced and looked around before glaring at her "What, you want me to dance here in public?"

"It was Junior's idea! He said we need to see how well you're doing! Melanie won't do it so the task fell on me, as usual..." Miltia mutters.

Giorno concludes that she is a pushover, based on that sentence alone. Maybe he can use that to his advantage and push her away?

No, he has already taken enough advantage of enough people. "Look, you should learn how to say no. If you're going to keep this up it'll only be a matter of time before they make you do something you don't want to."

"W-Well someone's gotta do it." she counters.

"No, you just wasted your time because you guys will see me dance sooner or later anyway." Giorno replied dismissively.

"But still, i can't return empty handed..." she whispers to herself. Giorno internally groaned and sighed "Give me your scroll details, I'll show you just how good I am this evening."

Miltia blinked at him, before nodding.

. . .

Neo pouted in jealousy, hiding behind a stall watching them exchange numbers. 'Is it that lady? She is quite short...' says the 4'10 Neo. 'Well, atleast compared to him anyway...' she frowned to herself after realizing 5'5 Miltia is still taller than her.

'Its the heels, I tell you!' Neo tries to justify it. She disguised herself as a random girl so she can eavesdrop.

Neo walked by while on her disguise, trying to act natural.

"Tonight, I'll dance for you." Giorno said with a hint of shyness, making Miltia blush.

Neo stopped walking and slowly turned towards the two.

Giorno flushed in embarrassment as a stranger overheard them. "I-Its not what you think, miss."

Miltia glanced at the stranger and also became embarrassed, she turned away and covered her face.

The stranger looked at them with disgust before brisk walking away.

"This really isn't the place to be talking about this, just get out of here." Giorno orders "G-Good idea..." Miltia replies before quickly running away.

Giorno sighed once more, watching the airship dock. Adjusting his tie, he sets foot to the vehicle.

Neo's chest felt tight, she knows what it is but its the first time she truly experienced it. 'To hell with the finished product... I have to be there tonight.' she felt very silly right now.

She stopped 'But... Where exactly?'

. . .

Giorno brisk walked towards the library without even giving anything a second glance.

Yang saw him walking by. "Hey! Gio-Oscar!" she calls.

Giorno stopped dead in his tracks and found the source of the voice. "Ahh, hello Yang."

"Hey there, tiger. I won't tell anyone that you're not a student." Yang said. Giorno's eyes widened before realizing that she will probably ask for a favor in return.

"I know what's up between you and Ruby." Yang whispered. "... I see." Giorno replied, unsure how to react.

"You have my blessing." Yang gave him a thumbs up. Giorno smiled "Thank you. I-"

"But can I have your blessing on something in exchange?" she pleads. 'Ah there it is...' Giorno stepped back momentarily "Sure... What is it?"

Yang shyly looked away "W-With... Joseph."

Giorno's smile returned "Of course! I'll be sure to get him to notice you."

"FUCK YES!" Yang leapt high in to the air in delight, surprising Giorno, who hasn't seen humans jump that high before.

"You won't regret this, bro. I'll make sure to marry him one day." she declares, excited.

'Oh wow, marriage already? I guess that's what love at first sight looks like.' Giorno gulped. Yang calmed down and started talking again "Anyways, I know you and Ruby are going for a walk tonight. She hasn't slept all night thinking about it."

"Oh dear." he replies. "Yeah! She's very nervous about it. Just make sure to let her feel comfortable and that she has nothing to worry about. Oh, and buy some cookies." Yang whispered the last part as if it was a secret.

"Okay, thank you for the tip." Giorno nods.

"I need to check on something at the library." he tries to end the conversation. "Hey uh, before you go. Any advice in return?" Yang looks at him with pleading eyes.

Giorno thought about Joseph proudly saying that his looks probably made Yang fell for him, and that he was such a great flirt and declared he breaks girls' hearts on a weekly basis (or so he says). And seeing as this could be an ammunition for him during their banters, he adviced "Joseph is a flirt, but that made him take women's feelings for granted." Giorno said, feeling a sour taste because he was being hypocritical.

"He's so used to chasing girls and once he gets them, he gets bored of them and forgets them. Or that's what he told me, which could have been just tall tales." Giorno shrugs.

Yang listened to him intently, waiting for his next words.

"So, I think he'll really fall for someone who REALLY likes him no matter what." Giorno said. Yang raised an eyebrow "Wait, isn't that... You know, counterintuitive?"

"It is, but think about it. Joseph is self centered and narcissistic, what could a guy like that ask for than someone who can shower him all the attention he can ask for?"

"YOU'RE A FREAKING GENIUS!" Yang immediately agrees "I wouldn't have it any other way anyway, that means I don't have to change anything about my approach!"

"Oh uhh, I think I was being too harsh describing him like that, Joseph is actually a nice guy. He's just an asshole at times..." Giorno muttered the last part.

"I wouldn't care anyway, love is about accepting flaws and helping them overcome it. Which is why you risk being here even though my baby sister is far from perfect." she said.

Giorno felt bad once more 'I think I made a mistake...'

"Thank you Giorno, have fun hiding in the library!" Yang said as she ran away. "Hey! Not so loud!" Giorno scolds before sighing.

On his way to the library, he saw Jaune being harrassed by a familiar group.

"I know you're a freaking fraud, Jauneboy. So we have the right to-"

"No, I don't think you do." Giorno interrupts.

Team CRDL froze up in their tracks and slowly turned to Giorno.

"I uhh, hi there. Err... Boss?" Cardin awkwardly greets.

"Leave Jaune alone, and go do something productive with your lives." Giorno replies. "With all due respect man, why? He is a loser! And you're-" Russell immediately shuts up as Giorno glared at him.

Jaune glanced at Giorno silently. "He's my friend." Giorno replies calmly, and stared at Jaune "And besides, blonds got to stick together."

"Then you won't hurt me right? I'm blond!" Dove says. Everyone stared at him in awkward silence.

"Dove, shut the fuck up. You have light brown hair." Russell points out.

"Its called dirty blond! And stop hiding behind me, Sky!"

Giorno and Jaune watched in amusement as they argued amongst themselves. Giorno turned to the leader "Cardin."

Cardin straightens out and politely answers "Yeah?!"

"Just leave us alone. Or anyone for that matter. You can have fun without tormenting others, you just have to find out how." Giorno adviced, remembering vaguely overhearing his mysterious guardian mafioso tell his neighborhood bullies.

"Sure thing, boss! Lets get out of here you morons!" Cardin calls his team, to which they hurriedly obeyed.

Once they left Jaune sighed in relief "Thanks Giorno- i mean Oscar."

Giorno smiled at him, appreciating that Jaune is willing to play along, however he remembered that the real Oscar will most likely be Jaune's classmate.

"Don't mention it. I just want to let you know though, that the real Oscar Pine is going to be attending your class." Giorno mumbled.

"Oh. Ohh!!!" Jaune snaps, realizing how much trouble it would be.

"Ruby told you did she?" Giorno asked.

"Yeah, that you're... Very in love with her."

"Not just that..! But also that I'm not a student here."

Giorno sighed "Oscar is the barista from the cafe the other day, the short, tanned kid. I copied his student ID to make a fake one. But it would be unfair if I got him in to trouble with Port because of the shenanigans yesterday."

"... Well we gotta think fast! We only got 23 minutes left til Grimm Studies!" Jaune says. Giorno tried to brainstorm, but surprisingly, he can't come up with an idea. "Jaune, do you know any detail about Professor Port that may be helpful?"

"Umm... He has poor eyesight, he is very forgetful, but very unlikely to forget people." Jaune enumerates. "Anything else?" Giorno asked.

Jaune went in to deep thought, before letting out a clap "That's it!"

Giorno raised an eyebrow in interest.

"He sometimes say stuff that never actually happened. If the entire class can convince him that your coughing fit yesterday never happened it might just work. Of course as long as you don't show yourself to him." Jaune said.

Giorno was impressed, he felt bad for underestimating Jaune "Way ahead of you. But how exactly are you going to do that?"

"Well, since only Team RWBY and JNPR has Grimm Studies, which is convinient, I can convince everyone to play along!" Jaune exclaims. Giorno smiled "Thanks Jaune."

"No problem, bud. I gotta go though so we can set it in motion." the boy grinned.

"Blonds got to stick together, right?" Jaune sheepishly asked. "Right. Thanks again." Giorno pats his shoulder as a gesture of gratefulness.

He went inside the library, which surprisingly already has students inside. Walking to the least exposed corner with a book and scroll in hand, he sat and proceeds to study.

Wondering if he can create Grimm with his Gold Experience, but since that they don't have souls, hence they are technically not alive, creating one was out of his reach.

He wondered where he can buy some cookies for Ruby. And speaking of which he received a text message from her.

"See you at 5:30 :)"

He smiled and replied

"Can't wait (insert heart emoji because this fucking site won't allow me to put it lmao.)"

Only to receive a reply that was unfamiliar to him.

" (o/ / /o) " -- means blushing/flusterred.

"What..?" he asked out loud. Giorno was aware of basic emoticons, considering it existed in 2001. He is, however, unaware of advanced ones as the one Ruby sent had him spending a good 15 minutes trying to decipher what the fuck it meant.

But he gave up on it, and decided to just ask her about it later. Giorno wondered however, that it would be unfair for Ruby if she actually did manage to fall for him and he didn't. She was his first friend here in Beacon, and here he is, using her as cover.

"I never claimed to be a good person anyway." Giorno bitterly told himself, maybe he'll find a way to cut ties once the time comes. Right now, he has to focus on his current objectives, to find out about Weiss Schnee or anything related to her company. Also to make amends with Blake Belladonna.

Giorno abruptly stood up. Ever since the conversation with Joseph during last night's dinner, he wondered why in the hell would Beacon Academy, a place where students reside, have a library that had that fucking book in it.

He laughed dryly as he saw Ninjas of Love volume 2 up to volume 19 under the "Fiction" bookshelf, he grabbed one and decided to use it to pass the time.

He had left Joseph a message that he will be running late to the practice because he will be doing more undercover exploration in Beacon, to which he replied that there will be no practice because Joseph would be performing tonight.

"Just practice by yourself and hump a pillow or something." -Joseph

Giorno shrugged and read the first chapter. He wondered who these characters are as the film he watched did not include them.

'What the... Smut already?' he stared in disbelief as barely 3 sentences in, there is immediately a sex scene.

The couple are doing it while the woman dances on a pole.

'Wait... Where exacty am I going to perform in front of Miltia..?' he wondered. He thought he can just perform under Joseph's supervision and backyard but since that fucker is out, does that mean he has to go to the club?

'No way, I'll just invite her to my damn hotel room.' he decided.

Hours has gone by and Giorno had ate and drank all his food and water, but he was too invested to leave at lunch time.

Chapter 28/53, Volume 2.

The book had a very compelling story, rather than just mindless smut. But he decided to stop for now. He has to figure out how to buy cookies for Ruby.

As he walked closer to the Fiction shelf, he heard a girl panicking.

"Where is it..? Where is it?"

Giorno paused and was amused to see Blake scouring the entire shelf, presumably looking for Volume 2.

"Looking for this?" he broke the ice. Blake turned and gasped to see him hold the book.

They stared at eachother in awkward silence. Giorno's mind raced 'How do I get on her good side..?' realizing the book on his hand might give him something to speak about, as their common interest, he spoke "Gabriel broke up with Alyssa." he starts.

Blake fumbled and glared at him "Wha- you jerk! I didn't ask you to spoil the thing!"

Giorno frowned, realizing he made things worse. Blake sighed, still glaring at him "I know why you're here. And I hope I'm wrong about you."

"... Wrong about what?" he asked.

"I hope you're not just courting Ruby just so you can get between her legs. But considering you like reading this... If you hurt her-" Blake warns but Giorno cuts her off "Stop accussing me of being a pervert when you yourself also read this kind of thing."

Her face went red "Why you-"

"Listen, Blake Belladonna." he firmly calls, catching her attention.

"I work for Junior." he declared "And I'm here to know whether you're giving us legitimate intel about Trifa, or if you're a mole sent by the White Fang." Giorno says, making her blood run cold.

"S-Shhh!" she shushed.

"Now tell me, why should we trust you?" Giorno asked 'And why do I have to dance for those idiots.'

Blake sighed.

They sat on Giorno's corner.

"My father used to be in charge of White Fang." Blake confesses, Giorno's eyes widened after hearing her drop the bomb so casually. "It's purpose is just to fight for equal rights. But now that my father stepped down, it became a hate group of faunus supremacists."

Giorno nods, listening intently. "I-I don't want that. I don't want more division between humans and faunuses... We just want to be treated equally. But the current White Fang... They're terrorists. They even hurt faunuses who befriend humans, calling them race traitors. It has to stop." Blake continues "So I'll work from the shadows, to make the White Fang reform or at the very least, bring them down."

Giorno felt warm, sensing the similar noble soul Blake had, and comparing it to his own. "Very well." he said.

Blake blinked, after seeing Giorno change in demeanor "Wait... Is that really the reason why you're here? To interrogate me and not for Ruby?"

"No. I..." Giorno trailed off, before forcing himself to lie again "I really care for her."

"Why? She told us that its not even a week since you guys met." Blake asked with suspicion.

'Think, Giorno.' Giorno brainstormed as his mind made calculations in overdrive, yet the best he can come up with is his conclusion to why Yang appeared to be madly infatuated with Joseph.

"Love at first sight." he says.

"Pfft..." Blake scoffed, she covered her mouth laughing to herself. Giorno's eye twitched, is it really that funny?

"Yeah sure. Cut the bullshit." Blake demands after calming down.

Giorno then tried to answer her as truthfully as he can about what he likes about Ruby "I just... Find her optimism very endearing. She reminds me of the person I wished to be. And for that, I found myself attracted to her soul, its beautiful."

Blake blushed at the confession "Geez, that sounds cheesey." she felt like she was watching one of her favorite love novels come to life.

Giorno decides to push it and put up a bravado "That's why, I'll see her even if you and the others disapprove. Try and stop me, you'll find out that its useless, useless, useless." he boldly declared, intimidating her 'Why did he say useless three times?'

The bell rang.

"Oh shoot, the next class..." Blake stood up. "Are you going to stay here?"

"I might get shot if I don't." Giorno shrugged. 'Wait, what about Oscar?' he worried.

"Blake, hold on a second." Giorno calls. "Yeah?" she asked.

"The real Oscar Pine, did Port-"

"No, Jaune told us to act like your coughing fit yesterday never happened and it somehow convinced that old fart that he hallucinated the entire thing. Its very funny." Blake laughed "The poor kid was confused though and no one dared answer his questions. You evil bastard, using an unsuspecting kid as cover." she said in amusement. Giorno winced as her last statement stung, he used two people as cover.

'Oh, so they left him in the dark. I got some explaining to do.' Giorno grimaced to himself.

"I really gotta go. Goodluck on your date." Blake waved off before leaving.

"Wait! One last thing!" Giorno calls out. "Shhhhh!!!" the librarian shushes. Blake stopped to hear him out.

"Don't tell Ruby about this White Fang situation. I can't afford to worry her." he requests. Blake smiled "She's tougher than you think, but alright. I'll keep it between us." and then she turned but before she does, she also made a request "Giorno was it? Hey, don't tell anyone that I'm..." Blake wriggled her cat ears under her bow to signal at him.

"A pervert? No worries-"

"Wha- NO!"

"SHHHH!!!" the librarian shushed once more.

Blake pouted at him "I mean, don't tell anyone that I'm a faunus." she paused "And yeah don't tell anyone I read this sort of stuff, okay bye."

And thus, she's gone.

Time is ticking closer towards 5:30, and Giorno hasn't even bought cookies yet. He sighed in defeat, maybe he'll just show empty handed, its just a walk after all, and not a date.

Closing the book and turning his bag in to an albatross, he walked to the main avenue, seeing that there are a decent amount of students hanging out, some glanced at him because of the large bird perched on his shoulder. His albatross flew, with the intent of going back to the hotel.

The sun on its way to touching the horizon. He heard a commotion from the tree behind him.

"Ow..! You didn't have to push me..!" Ruby angrily whispered after getting shoved by her sister "Don't keep him waiting." Yang replied.

"Oh." Giorno said out loud, seeing Team WBY and JNPR behind the tree, Ruby smiled nervously as the others stared at him like deer in front of headlights.

'Great, now I have to act convincingly.' Giorno cleared his throat and gave them a small smile. He walked towards the nervous Ruby, who was wearing her combat outfit. Giorno admired how form fitting it was, how it hugged her surprisingly meaty thighs and her large bust- Giorno internally slapped himself and blamed the indecent thoughts on reading Ninjas of Love the entire day.

"H-Hi, G-G-Giorno." she stuttered, his and her friends' stares making her nervous, she would kick them one by one after this.

'... I think I'll act over the top to remove any suspicion from now on.' Giorno notes, he can't have them suspect him.

Giorno's soft yet rough hand grabbed hers, causing her to yelp and some gasps from their audience. 'Here goes nothing.'

Giorno suddenly bends a knee, causing everyone to jump. He closed his eyes and kissed her knuckles.

Ruby's red face screamed but no voice came out as her friends had mixed reactions.

Weiss stared in disbelief, wondering how Ruby found a gentleman like him.

Blake covered her face, imagining them to be characters from her novels.

Yang looked up the sky and screamed "LETS GOOOOOOOO!!!

Jaune silently cheered "Nice!"

Pyrrha, who was standing behind Jaune subconciously hugged him as she stared at Ruby and Giorno lovingly. "Hey uhh..." Jaune squeaks but she didn't seem to hear him.

Nora wondered in suspense if Giorno baked Ruby some cookies.

While Ren simply nods in approval.

"Good evening, Ruby." Giorno greets as he stood up, towering over her. Her heart is beating so fast, realizing how tall he is compared to her.

"Lets take a walk, shall we?" Giorno says, not letting go of her hand. "Yes..." Ruby breathlessly replied, she never expected how nerve wracking this would be.

Giorno waved at the two teams as if to say "I'll take it from here."

. . .

He held her hand gently and as they walked, he decided to break the silence, since it looked like Ruby will die of suspense if he doesn't do something.

"So, how did your day went?" he casually asked. "FINE! I mean... It went okay." Ruby said, covering her face with her free hand. Giorno took it as a good sign that she still doesn't want to let go of his hand.

"It is beautiful around here, I wish one day I could have studied here for real." he muttered, taking in the sights. "Oh, yeah. It is." Ruby replied, calming down. "By the way, are you really from Atlas? And who is that Oscar guy?" Ruby asked.

"No, Ruby. I'm not from Atlas, and that Oscar guy is the barista from the cafe near the airship terminal. I copied his student number. I have some explaining to do." Giorno said. "You really... Went all that effort, just to see me?" she asked sheepishly.

"Of course. You have no idea how contagious your energy is." Giorno smiled. Ruby immediately turned away "Energy?"

"Positive energy. Its very charming." he says. "... Well you're- uh." Ruby went tongue tied.

"Oh please, you don't have to compliment me back. I'm sure I don't have anything worth noting." Giorno dismissed.

"No, you're wrong!" Ruby exclaimed.

'Am I..? I am currently using you as my cover under the guise of falling in love with you. I'm sorry, Ruby. But I'm not a good person.' he thought grimly. "T-There's something about you that... That made me feel drawn to you." Ruby gulped "I've been around people, I met all sorts of guys and gals back at Signal and even here at Beacon."

Giorno went silent, trying to listen.

"But you're the only one I crushed on this hard..!" Ruby lets go of his hand and covered her face.

Giorno smiled "Is it because of my looks?"

"No! Well, you're pretty handsome- but its your mannerism or something!" Ruby exclaims "You're not even my type, or atleast I thought so! And yet here I am... So... Lov- Likestruck!"

Giorno chuckled at the sudden switch.

Ruby fumed but tried to change the subject "W-What are you trying to be anyway? Since you're not going to be a Huntsman..?"

Giorno paused and thought about it. Before wanting to be a Gangstar, he went to school in pursuit of knowledge but he didn't have any profession in mind. If he never met Bruno and lived a normal life, where does he see himself?

"I... Guess a doctor would be nice." Giorno mumbled, he remembered seeing one of those Speedwagon Foundation doctors distribute polio vaccine in his neighborhood. Being helpless in his early years, Giorno has always strived to save others from the helplessness he endured. Its ultimately why he despised the drug trade, it does nothing but ruin lives and for what? Temporary euphoria?

"That's cool... I mean, its just- I find it rare to see someone my age who doesn't want to be a Huntsman." Ruby said. "Some people have to be doctors, if every single one of us became Huntsmen then society is screwed." Giorno chuckled. Ruby sheepishly lowered her head "R-Right. Why didn't I think of that."

"But still." Giorno says, before motioning at the bench, wanting her to sit first. Ruby awkwardly sat, cussing herself for being unladylike. "It'll be nice to have one of those weapons like yours."

"Crescent Rose?!" Ruby hurriedly dialed her flying locker.

"Ah shit!" Giorno cursed in surprise as a fucking rocket powered locker landed next to him.

Ruby giggled, amused that Giorno can cuss afterall.

The locker opened and Ruby used her semblance to grab her scythe. She spun it once and held a mighty posture on top of the locker.

It skyrocketed her confidence and joy to find out that Giorno is interested or shown interest towards her favorite thing in the world.

The young man looked at her with awe, amazed at how quick her timid behavior change to this almost boastful demeanor.

Ruby jumped down excitedly and transformed it in to a rifle. She grinned and handed it to Giorno.

"Its also a gun..."

"Its also a gun!" she proudly repeats. "Have you shoot a gun before?" she asked. "No..." he half lied, he used Mista's revolver before but he hasn't shot something with this caliber.

Ruby cocked the gun and adjusted the scope for him. Giorno noted how heavier it is than it looks yet Ruby just uses it like its made of plastic.

"Try shooting that post." she whispered, as the place around them slowly became devoid of students. "What? That would be vandalism." Giorno said.

Ruby laughed, it was childish yet adorable "Oh Giorno, you're tresspassing and you stole uniforms. You can't buy uniforms if you're not a student. Yet vandalism is where you draw the line?"

'Shit, she figured out I stole these...' Giorno glanced down at his uniform. "Come on!" she pinched his cheek and leaned towards him.

Giorno swallowed before aiming for the light post. He missed his shot.

"I missed. Wait what if it hits someone?" he asked in worry. "They have auras don't worry." Ruby shrugs before teaching him an important lesson. "You should try slowly exhaling when you shoot, it'll be more accurate because it gives you control of the gun."

Giorno blushed after seeing her cheeks so close to his, she doesn't seem to realize it. "Here, I'll guide you." Ruby wrapped her arms around him from the back in an attempt to make the gun steady.

'... She's so close.' Giorno thought 'Damn you, Ninjas of Love.'

"See, focus on that tiny little bulb in the distance." she whispered, making his hairs (and something else) stand on end, feeling her breath so close to his ear. "Take a deep breath, and pull the trigger..." she whispered one last time while Giorno subconciously obeyed her.

BANG!

"BULLSEYE!" Ruby suddenly shouts, defeaning his right ear. "You did it! You- AHHH!" she screamed after realizing how close she was to him. Ruby quickly backed away and apologized repeatedly.

But Giorno didn't mind. He felt satisfied hitting something that far. Giorno glanced at her and smirked "You're an excellent teacher." he says as he hands the gun to her.

"Ah- uh- Eh, Ahh! Do you want to cut things with it?" she turned Crescent Rose back to a scythe to change the subject.

"Ah really? Can I?" Giorno asked excitedly. "Yes! Try to cut this bench in half!" she hands it to him before backing away to cover her face. Giorno stumbled as it was heavier than he expected. "Wait, I think this is taking it too far."

"Naaah don't worry, Miss Goodwitch will take care of it." she said, still averting her gaze from him.

Giorno nods before rearing it back in attempt to chop the bench in half with a vertical slicing motion. 'Its heavy..! I have to touch her arms to see if she's hiding some muscles underneath those sleeves!'

"MUDA!" Giorno roars as he sliced the bench in half. 'Wow, I'm already winded after just swinging it once.'

Ruby looked in amazement "Yay! You did it!"

"Its heavier than I thought. You make it seem like its a toy." Giorno compliments, handing it back to her. "Well, I do work out." she giggled, taking it back to the locker.

"Ahh, sleep well, dear Crescent Rose." Ruby says, closing the locker. "So-" but as she turned around Giorno walked close to her and gently grasped her biceps.

Her arms are slim, and have the shape of a fit one, as he felt the outline of her shoulders, but they are incredibly soft, frail and fragile. His fingers ran towards her triceps.

Ruby blushed like hell, the sunset behind Giorno was majestic but not as beautiful as the curious man in front of him. Her thoughts raced as her heart rumbled 'Is he... IS HE GONNA KISS ME?!'

She pants, before realizing that this is it. 'My first..! I guess i-it can't be more romantic than in front of a sunset right?!' her lips quivered but she closed her eyes and braced herself. 'Gosh darn it! I guess its going to be y-you, Giorno...'

Giorno stared at her face in confusion, wondering what she's up about. He felt her hands on his arms. She blushed even harder after feeling how dense, masculine and muscular his arms were.

The young man was beyond confused but before he can say anything, she pulled the fabric on his sleeves and went up to her tippy toes.

She kissed him.

Or so she thought.

Her lips crashed under his, much to Giorno's shock 'Wait, she tried to... Kiss me?'

Ruby felt weird so she opened her eyes and realized that she missed her mark.

Their eyes both widened as she quickly withdrew. Ruby was embarrassed, her attempt at her first kiss ended in failure, she can never show her face to him ever again.

"Ruby?" he asked in an amused voice as the sky darkens.

"I'm sorry..." Ruby whimpered, not making eye contact. "I wasn't trying to kiss you if that's what you thought." he bluntly said, making her internally cringe even more.

"I was just trying to see if your arms are muscular as you claimed." he said. Ruby is beyond embarrassed, she wanted to disappear more than anything.

Giorno felt bad once he realized that she's beating herself up about it. She's not saying a word and desperately tries to hide her face from him, and it tore his heart a little.

He sighed and gently grabbed her chin and guided it to look at him. Giorno smiled sincerely before leaning in to kiss her cheek. Her eyes widened and her face was once again fuming.

"Thank you for today, Ruby. I know we didn't do much but you brought me so much happiness in this short amount of time." and he wasn't lying, he did enjoy trying to shoot a gun and using a giant scythe.

"I... Uhh.. I should go." Ruby said in a robotic voice, causing him to worry. "Let me escort you home." he offered.

"N-No! I'm fine!" it was reverse psychology, she actually didn't want him to agree to let her go home on her own.

"I'm not asking, I'm telling. Lets go." Giorno grabbed her hand and led her.

Ruby blinked before pouting "Hey slow down, you don't even know which way it is."

Giorno abruptly stopped, feeling silly "Oh right, my bad."

It made Ruby laugh and extinguished the feeling of embarrassment she previously had.

On the walk back to the dorm, they talked about random things. Like some of Giorno's banters with Joseph or Ruby's humble little home at Patch and Port's comical breakdown after he thought he hallucinated Giorno's existence after finding out that Oscar Pine is a adorable, short, tanned brunet rather than a large, muscular blond. While very careful in discussing his past, Giorno managed to tell her some things about himself without compromising too much information.

As they reached the dorm, Ruby stopped and told him "This is as far as you can go, Giorno. They have security roombas in the halls that have face recognition softwares."

"Wow..." Giorno deadpans.

"But uhh, maybe we should do this again some other time? We just strolled around but never has walking been so entertaining." Ruby proposed. "Next time, why don't you teach me how to make a weapon? In return I'll bake some cookies for you." Giorno offered.

Ruby grinned "I'd love that..."

"Well, I best be going. Ciao-" but as he turned he felt her grab his wrist. He turned back towards her and felt her kiss his cheek.

He stood dumbstruck as Ruby did not gave him the chance to process it by using her semblance to run inside.

The young man's face softened and smiled warmly 'Maybe this might actually turn genuine afterall...'
