Hello again!
I hope everyone is enjoying the story!
"Isn't she a sight?"
My master grinned as the shock was starting to wear off of Hansel and Gretel, I arched my back and crouched low.
"Is she a werewolf?"
Gretel asked with caution, my master was ready to answer her when I launched at him only for him to throw me to the side.
"There's the little bitch I trained."
Growling I swiped at him, my claws catching his forearm as he moved away from me. A ball of fire appeared in his hands as he tossed it at me in boredom. Dodging to the side I growled as he turned his focus on Hansel and Gretel as they cocked their weapons at him. Swiftly I placed myself between the siblings and my master before running at him again, kicking into the air I swung my body to land on his back, claws sinking deeply into his shoulders and back as my jaws clamped down around his neck as he screamed in pain before reaching back and ripping me off of him and throwing a well aimed fire ball that burned into my side. Panting I looked at Hansel as he aimed his gun at my master.
'It's my fight Hansel, he will kill you both.'
Hansel shook his head at the sudden invasion in his mind, looking at me in shock he lowered his weapon.
"Fine, but we'll step in if we have to."
I nodded my head as Gretel looked at Hansel like he was insane. Squaring my shoulders at my master again I ran at him again, swiftly dodging the fireballs he threw at me before jumping on my master again, my claws dragging down his chest as he pulled out a knife and stabbed me causing me to jump back and sway lightly, my wolf clawing at my mind to let her finally take over.
"Face it girl, you're so afraid of your wolf that you'll never kill me."
Growling again I ran at him, yelping when he kicked me to the side. Struggling to my feet I felt my wolf take over, a howl of victory ripping from my throat as my master looked on in unease.
'All right my friend, don't let us die.'
She whined in agreement as I fully blacked out.
(Hansel's POV)
Watching Alice attack the warlock again, her white fur was stained red from the knife wound. As the warlock kicked Alice in the head I took aim at him again and hit him in the shoulder causing him to scream in pain before he looked at Gretel and I and smiled as he walked towards us, just as he was about to reach us Alice jumped on him again sinking her teeth into his neck, he screamed and swung his knife stabbing Alice causing her to whine but sink her teeth deeper into his neck until he dropped to the ground. Alice gave his neck a sickening twist until you could hear bones cracking. Releasing her grip she snorted and walked around him before she dropped to the ground and slowly changed back into her normal, human, self.
"We have to stop the bleeding."
Gretel said as she rushed over and started looking over Alice's wounds, rushing over I helped my sister after the shock of watching her transform back and the fact that she was naked wore off. After we dressed all of her wounds, Gretel dressed Alice and helped to position her on my back so I could carry her to town.
(Alice's POV)
I winced as pain shot through my body, weakly I opened my eyes to see I wasn't in the forest anymore but in a room, glancing down I realized I was on a bed with white sheets.
"Oh good, you're awake."
Startled, I looked over at a young girl that smiled at me.
"Where am I?"
"Bavaria. The witch hunters brought you here, you were in bad shape, but we fixed you up."
I nodded softly.
"Where are they?"
She smiled again at me before walking out of the door and Gretel walked in with a fairly frazzled Hansel.
"Why didn't you tell us!"
I flinched at Hansel's sudden outburst, his eyes blazing with anger.
"Would you two have believed me?"
Gretel sighed as she looked between us as Hansel took a step forward looking guilty.
"How long have you been like this?"
I smiled lightly.
"I was born this way."
Gretel sat next to me on the bed and examined a cut near my eye as Hansel sighed again.
"So, a werewolf, something we haven't fought before."
I laughed at that before hissing and realizing that wasn't a smart idea.
"Well, you did, I just wasn't prepared for a fight."
He smirked and took a seat in a chair next to the bed.
"So how often do you change?"
"Every full moon, but she likes you, so she won't hurt you."
He raised an eyebrow.
"She?"
I nodded, flinching as Gretel checked my side.
"My wolf, she takes over when I change."
The pair nodded for a moment as Hansel thought of something else to ask.
"What were you doing when you were a wolf?"
I smiled.
"Talking to you? I can't talk while I'm a wolf, so if I have a strong connection with someone nearby I can talk to them telepathically. All wolves can do it until their wolves take over."
He nodded, watching me with curiosity for a few moments before Gretel decided to leave.
"You should be fine to walk now, Hansel, show her the way to the inn."
I smiled at the sudden respect she showed towards me, glancing at Hansel he smiled.
"Come on, let's get you up."
I nodded as I took his hand, heavily relying on him as my body screamed in protest.
"Take it easy."
"Had no idea."
I mumbled, causing him to laugh.
"How long do you think it'll take to heal?"
"I should be fine by tomorrow."
That's it for this one!
See you in the next one!
