I do not Own Percy Jackson or Arrowverse

A/N: So they are off on their quest. I probably could have done more description in this chapter but it is what it is

Summary: Clarisse La Rue left her home in Ohio when she was ten, escorted by satyr Gleeson hedge, leaving behind her older brother, in Central City, who she loved above all else. The one who raised her. Years pass, both the Titan and Giant war have passed, and Clarisse hasn't spoken or heard from her brother since she came to Camp, having been a full-time camper on her brother's request so she could be safe from her stepfather, his father, Lewis. Clarisse, or Lisa, decides to hunt down her older brother but before she can leave Rachel issues a prophecy to her. A prophecy about her Older brother. She, Percy Jackson, and Annabeth chase a quest to Central to find her brother, but things are not the same as before, when she finds him she finds he's not the same person she remembers.

Chapter two: Hitting the road

Clarisse shot up in bed, nearly hitting heads with Annabeth. "Whoa there, easy" Annabeth said

"What are you doing in here?" Clarisse asked

"Chiron sent me, it's time to go," Annabeth says

"I had a Dream. I think Lewis just let two men Rape my brother." Clarisse says

"He's with this Lewis guy then. That's good we know who to look for to find him" Annabeth says

"Lewis is his father," Clarisse says

"and he just let that happen?" Annabeth asked appalled

"Yeah. I think it's been going on for a while" Clarisse says her voice breaking she took a deep breath to try and calm herself. They would find and save him soon and then she could get him whatever help he needed. She would get him the help he needed even if that meant leaving Camp and going back to Central with him after they got him to Camp.

"And if we don't save him his death will probably be worse than that" Annabeth says

"I'm not so sure, I think he'd starve or die from dehydration. He looked so skinny and weak" Clarisse says as they made their way to the Athena Pathos, that thought didn't cheer her but, a million different scenarios of her brother dying were now running through her head. She tried to shake off the dark thoughts.

"We won't let that happen. He will not die" Annabeth says

"Dream of him?" Percy asks as they reach him

"She saw Leonards Father allowing some men to Rape Leonard," Annabeth said, Percy and Chiron who was there to see them off froze where they stood

"Say what?" Apollo said, he and Hestia were a couple of paces behind, Apollo was due to leave with the sun car after they left. Hestia must have been there to see them off.

"Yeah, it's probably been going on for a while," Clarisse said, she didn't tell anyone that Lewis wanted her. They would probably be walking into a trap but she didn't care all she cared about was saving her brother. Once he had her Lewis would Let Percy and Annabeth go, he always let people like them, who happened to get caught up in the middle, go. Clarisse figured once they were gone he would either let her brother go, or at least spare his life. She would beg for him to at least let Leonard live if she had to and Children of Ares don't beg.

"We should go, the sooner we leave the sooner we can reach him," Annabeth said

"I agree," Clarisse said. She had her spear strapped to her back, Annabeth's knife was on her waist and she assumed Percy had his pen in his pocket. Each of them grabbed a Bag from Hestia and made their way to the Camp van. The ride to the bus station was quiet. When they got to the bus station Argus purchased three Tickets to Columbus Ohio and gave them to the three of them before getting back in the white van and driving off. This was it she was really on a quest that would take her into the layer of a monster. A monster that would be worse than any she had ever faced before, A monster that made her want to run and hide by just thinking of him. She took a deep breath to clear her mind as they found a bench to sit on while they waited on the bus. She needed to be tough, she needed to be brave, she needed to be strong, like her brother.

"Last time we used a bus on a quest it was our very first one and that bus blew up. I wouldn't look for this to take us very far before a monster attacks" Percy said "With me being the son of Posideon and all something is bound to happen"

"Maybe the fates will be on our side," Clarisse says she wasn't sure where the optimism came from, with her luck they would probably blow up the bus and get arrested within an hour.

"If they are we should be in Columbus in eight hours," Annabeth says, That would be a miracle if that happened

"Then we can spend the night there, Grab a train to star City, Lenny had a friend there who may be able to get us to Central tomorrow night or the next morning," Clarisse says as the bus arrived. The three of them grabbed some seats in the back. If they could make it to Star City then they could go hunt down Oliver Queen, who would help them, she hoped

"If all goes well we'll be in Columbus by three at the latest," Annabeth says.

"Good, when we get to Columbus I'm going to find a payphone," Clarisse says

"That's not wise, using a phone outside of Camp," Annabeth says, Clarisse had forgotten about that. If she were to use a phone it would be sending up a flare to all monsters nearby, like a message saying 'Here I am, come eat me' Clarisse had to figure out how to get a message to Felicity, who could tell Oliver they were coming. She wanted him to be ready so they could head to central when they got there, she didn't want to have to wait on him to put fuel in the private Jet. she glanced over at Percy, she felt like she was forgetting something vital but for the life of her she could not remember what it was

"I have to tell Felicity that we are coming so Oliver's Jet might be free. And maybe even Oliver himself, this is a mortal issue so to beat Lewis we will need Mortal weapons. We will need Oliver or at least some Arrows" She said

"Umm I don't think any of us know how to shoot a Bow," Percy says,

"He doesn't have just arrows. I'm sure he has other weapons as well" Clarisse says rolling her eyes but the moment she said that she wasn't so sure. Did Oliver keep any weapons that weren't Arrows. Laurel and John worked with him but Laurell used a bo-Staff which wasn't very deadly and John used guns which took practice. She wasn't sure they would have anything that the three of them could use at the Arrow cave.

"You called him Arrow," Annabeth says, leave it to Annabeth to call her out on that.

"As in the Green Arrow. Star City vigilante" Clarisse says "look I'm going to go ahead and tell you this now so you don't freak out. Lenny and all his friends don't call me by my real name, they don't call me Clarisse"

"Then what do they call you? Drakon Slayer" Percy asks. Clarisse gave him a dumbfounded look, he knew she was a year-round camper so why would her brother's friends call her Drakon Slayer

"No, they call me Lisa," Clarisse says trying to keep from sounding annoyed, she was sure that she failed

"Lisa huh" Percy says

"You don't get to call me that," Clarisse says

"Yeah that's fine I'd rather stick to Clarisse," Percy says "Lisa just sounds too innocent to be you"

"Gee thanks," Clarisse says, but when she thought about it she found he was right. Lisa was the name of a little girl who was scared of everything and relied on her big brother to be the hero and protect her. Maybe that was why he didn't call her Lisa in his letters, she wasn't a scared little girl anymore, she was a tough Daughter of Ares now, she was a fighter.

"I meant it in a good way, your tough" Percy says

"Not as tough as Lenny though," Clarisse says "He is so strong"

"Having put up with what he has, I can imagine. How will we convince him to come to Camp with us" Annabeth asks

"Wouldn't he come willingly?" Percy says

"Hell no," Clarisse says "He'll shrug it off when we save him, say he's fine, and try to go back to wherever he is staying and act as if nothing ever happened. It may take us a few days to get him to come with us. But one this is for certain. I'm killing Lewis" or letting Lenny do it if he wanted to

"We won't stop you," Annabeth said. Clarisse stared out the window as the buildings passed by. It was a cloudy day in New York, almost as if the sky was reflecting her mood.

"What was he like," Percy asks

"He's Amazing, strong, brave, tough, and so fierce. He never backs down from a fight and he's super smart. Probably smarter than all of The Athena cabin combined. And I am not extraditing that, he had an IQ of 390. When I was younger he always had a book in his hand. Though you gotta watch your pockets when he's around. He is worse than some of the Hermes kids. He was diagnosed with Kleptomania when he was twelve. Lenny is super sassy and snarky. A lot of people will describe him as an Ice cold bastard though he's honestly sweet and caring. He can be wild sometimes, there are times when I was younger that I recall him being more hyper than Leo" Clarisse says

"That's possible?" Percy says

"yes very. So Lenny is super protective of me, he's always been protecting me. When Gleeson came for me he had Mick Personally Drive the four of us across the country and right to Camp Half-blood so he could ensure I got there safely. Chiron was amazed. He's a theif but not by choice, his path was chosen for him by Lewis, he's never walked his own path. If he weren't a criminal I think he would run a bar, he's really into mixed drinks."

"He sounds nice" Annabeth says

"he was more of a Father to me than Lewis and definitely more active in my life than Dad is," Clarisse says

"is there anything else," Percy asks, Clarisse thought about asking why he was so interested in her Big Brother

"Well I'm not certain, but I think he can see through the Mist," Clarisse says the more she thought about it the more she was sure that he could. She remembered a time when she was younger that she thought she had seen a one-eyed man, she knew now that she had seen a baby Cyclops. She and Lenny were taking the short way home from somewhere, she couldn't exactly remember where they were cutting through an Alleyway that Mick liked to call Hobo Alley. There were many homeless people who made that Alley their home. He had told her to stick close to him. Some of those people were known to try things. she happily agreed taking his hands as they walked through the Alley it was in the middle of the alley that something happened this big beefy man tried to grab her. Her brother was quick though, he had put himself in between her and the man. The man had laughed and called him a fool. she had never understood what happened, her brother had told her to get on his back and to close her eyes. so of course she did as he asked. He shouted at the man to leave them alone, the man spoke a language she didn't know at the time but now knew, the man had told her brother that the two of them would make a great mean. She had then heard a swishing sound and a loud bellow of pain. her brother told her to hold on tight and then he ran. She was sure he ran five blocks or more before he stopped and hailed a Taxi. He managed to get the driver to take them home without having to pay him by telling the driver that they a man was trying to kidnap them. Later that night when he was putting her to bed she had told her brother the man only had one eye. A look of horror had briefly flashed across his face before he smiled down at her and told her that the man had two eyes. She insisted he only had one saying he was a cyclops, her brother's expression became grim as he sat there and explained to her that Cyclopes only existed in fairy tales and that man was just so dirty that it looked like his eyes had merged into one. he didn't relax until she told him that she understood. They never took a short way home again. Only now did she realize that the one-eyed man, as she had called him, was a cyclops. There was a mother memory she recalled. She could remember going into her brother's room one night to see him laying on the floor with a huge textbook in front of him, he had been muttering the names of monsters and had drawings of some of them scattered around him, she had asked him what he was doing. He told her he was studying for mid-terms. at four she hadn't realized he wasn't actually going to school anymore seeing as he had dropped out so she believed him. She asked what it was on and he grinned at her and told her Greek Mythology, he put a very big emphasis on the 'myth' part. she left him alone after that. He wasn't studying or a mid-term he had been researching Monsters so he could keep her safe.

"That's it" Annabeth exclaims pulling Clarisse out of the memory

"What?" Percy says

"The last line makes sense. When Apollo took Delphi back from Python the spirit split in two. One half went to Rachel but the other, well to keep it from vanishing, Lord Apollo bound it to himself but it cant stay like that forever, it needs a mortal who can see through the Mist to attach to, and since Apollo is a guy it would prefer a male host" Annabeth says

"Okay so how does that link to the line," Percy asks

"The line is: And with a God the Son of Ice shall make a deal" Annabeth says "Clarrise just told us her brother is often referred to as an Ice cold bastard, and if he can see through the mist he could be a candidate for the other half of Delphi. If he took it, that would be making a deal with Apollo"

"Oh Gods…He could be free from everything," Clarisse says. The idea of her brother becoming the secondary Oracle put a smile on her face, they would never have to be a part again.

"And forever single like Rachel," Percy says

"After what has happened to him, he might do that anyway," Clarisse says

"So if we're talking Phrophecy what does the second line, You will fight through Monsters and Trickery mean wise girl," Percy says

"Could mean that Axel is against us, but that doesn't feel right, Lenny saved Axel and the rouges" Clarisse says

"There may be some tricks, some lies that we need to see through" Annabeth says

"That sounds more like it," Clarisse says

"Next line: Wisdom, Sea and War must work together" Annabeth says

"That's pretty self explainatory. Your Wisdom, He's sea and I'm war and we have to work together" Clarisse says

"Which brings me to the question of why are you being so nice to us, I mean this nice, your never this nice to anyone but Silen….a" Percy says

"Because I can Jackson" Clarisse snapped

"Sorry. I shouldn't have mentioned her" Percy says

"It's been a year, I should be able to talk about her yet every time I think of her it hurts," Clarisse says, she hadn't even told her brother about Silena's death, she just couldn't talk about it.

"I know," Annabeth says "The wars were hard on all of us"

"Hades, Nico isn't allowed away from Will except at night and he most definitely isn't allowed to Shadow Travel," Percy says

"but he can make skelotons run around the Palivon when he doesn't get his way," Clarisse said with a grin

"Yeah those are 'accidental' skeletons," Percy says using air quotes

"Accidental my ass," Clarisse says

"Chiron would have a fit if he heard your language," Percy says

"Good thing he's not here then," Clarisse says

"So the next line in the prophecy is definitely talking about Leonard," Annabeth said getting them back on track

"Honetly the rest is pretty self-explanatory Wise Girl," Percy says

"Even so Prophecies don't always mean what you think they do. Any way this line is bothering me 'On your way a secrect shall be revealed' What secrect, and who's is it"

"I've been away from Lenny for eight years, he probably has a few" Clarisse says "I wouldn't worry about it, it's probably one of those filler lines some prophecies have"

"Have those lines could be filler lines" Annabeth says "But that one, that's important"

"Don't sweat it Wise Girl, we'll figure it out when it happens" Percy says

"Let's hope it isn't something bad" Annabeth says. Clarisse turned to look out the window. Percy and Annabeth went quiet, she began to hum the song Lenny would sing to her when she was a child

"What are you humming," Percy asks "I feel like I recognize the song"

"It's called Jar of Hearts. Lenny used to sing it to me at night" Clarisse says

"This is starting off to be a long eight hours," Percy said a while later. The sun was well in the sky now, Clarrise looked over to see Annabeth had pulled a book, a massive book from her bag, and was reading. How that hit in their she had no idea. "If Oliver doesn't help us how will we find weapons," Percy says

"That's an issue we will solve if we come to it," Annabeth says

"I hope there is food in Columbus, I'm starting to get hungry" Percy says

"Yeah, I could eat as well. Does anyone know what time it is" Annabeth asks

"Judging from the position of the sun it's roughly noon" Clarisse says

"That an Ares thing? Telling time from the Sun" Percy asked

"My brother taught me. He taught me a lot about surviving out in nature. I think he knew I was a Demi-god before I was, maybe my mom told him about my dad, or he thought I'd need it if we ever ran away from home. We almost did that when he was sixteen" Clarisse says "Lenny was always teaching me strange things that I never understood back then but they have helped me to survive"

"Like what? Kinda curious and bored here" Percy says

"Instead of bug spray, we would always use Tabasco sauce to get rid of mosquitos, Central gets real hot in the summer and Lenny is super pale, he would always get eat up by those little bitters. I don't know how he come up with or learned about the Tabasco sauce trick but it really works." Clarisse says "You just sprinkle some on your wrists and rub it in, works like a charm"

"That's different" Annabeth says

"He always had me wearing light-colored clothing when I was younger. He claimed it was to avoid sunburn yet his goth ass wore all black all the time" Clarisse says "We used to Iron with a pot and water after boiling the water. We had an Iron but we got a Kick out of it, it was especially funny when Lewis walked in on us doing it"

"I thought he was awful," Percy says

"Most the time, yes he was, but sometimes we weren't. That was one of them, he'd give us that what in the world are you doing look and then walk out. Once he actually asked and Lenny told him we were Ironing clothes, he just turned around and left the way he came in" Clarisse says

"Most demi-gods have a hard childhood, but it sounds like yours was good" Annabeth says

"I wouldn't call it good, but Lenny tried to make up for Lewis, Lenny gave up having a real life, a social life to give me a real childhood. He dropped out of school at 16 to take care of me" Clarisse says

"He must have really love you" Percy says "he's starting to sound a lot like my mom. She gave up everything to keep me safe, even staying with Smelly Gabe to hide my scent from monsters, worked at a candy shop instead of writing books like she wanted to. Though everything has worked out for her. I'm sure it'll work out for Leonard"

"I've never asked before, what's the deal with Blue food," Clarisse asks

"Gabe once told my mom there was no such thing as blue food, after that she went out of her way to make blue food and I guess it just makes me happy. Your brother ever do anything like that" Percy asks

"Nothing to that extreme, but Lewis did tell him once that he couldn't have Hot Chocolate for every meal and ever since Lenny has gone out of his way to get Hot chocolate at every meal when Lewis was there. He loves hot chocolate, and Tequila but that's something else entirely" Clarisse says

"That reminds me of that song….. How did it go….. Oh, When I tase Tequila…. That's all I know" Percy says

"Baby I still see you, Cutting un the floor in a sorority t-shirt, the same one you wore when we were, sky-high in Colorado, you lips pressed against the bottle. Swearing on a bible baby I'd never leave ya. I remember how bad I need ya, When I Taste Tequila" Clarisse sang laughing, "Oh man, the hell Lenny and I would of raised if that song had come out sooner"

"I think we lost Annabeth," Percy says

"No I'm listening. Listening to the two of you make fools out of yourselves" Annabeth says

"We used to go around town yelling out song Lyrics and making fools out of ourselves, Lenny and I. Mickey would follow behind shaking his head in disbelief like 'I cant believe I'm friends with these idiots' kind of disbelief. And it was always my big brother who would start it. He can be super impulsive" Clarisse said. It felt good to be able to tell people about her childhood, most demi-gods don't like to talk about theirs, but she wasn't liked that she liked talking about her brother. All she knew about Annabeth's was that she ran away at seven, and for Percy, she knew that he had a mean stepfather and was expelled six times. Clarisse was lucky she never got expelled. Lewis probably would have killed her if she. When she started school her brother put her in a school that was meant for troubled kids as if he had known Demi-gods had problems with school, like he knew 9 out of ten Demi-gods go expelled from at least one school.

"I would ask if you wanted to sing but we probably don't know the same songs," Percy says

"Oh I'm gonna do it anyway. Gotta pass time some way. Hey, I got an Idea, lets play guess that song. I can sing a chorus and you two can try to guess it" Clarisse says

"Sure I guess," Annabeth says closing her book. By the time they had gotten to Columbus is was two-thirty and Annabeth had wiped the floor with Percy. Clarisse had laughed so hard her sides hurt, which was something she really needed but now it was time to focus.
