Altair was making his way home, but it was then that he decided to see if things would happen normally as in the original storyline, since he was a little afraid that just his presence had changed the beginning of the story.
But it seems that his worries were in vain, as he spotted from afar a woman in a Devil cosplay, and this woman was precisely Rias' relative, who at this moment was handing Issei a pamphlet.
And from what Altair knows, this pamphlet is actually the magic symbol of the Gremory clan, which can be used to summon Rias, or some slave of herpeerage.
''I need to stop being so paranoid...'' Altair was relieved that his small presence did not affect the course of the plot, so he decided to just focus on himself for the moment, and when he was strong enough he would make his appearance in this world.
...
...
After a few minutes of walking, Altair finally arrived at his home, and to be honest, he was a little tired, since in only a short time he had obtained a lot of information, as well as devised many plans to secure his future.
But I must say, this apartment is really big.
The apartment that Altair was currently living in is really spacious, it could probably hold ten people without seeming overcrowded, moreover the three rooms in this cramped apartment already have clothes and all the materials necessary for an ordinary person to live.
Entering his room, Altair quickly dropped his backpack from his arms to the floor and threw himself on his extremely comfortable bed.
Even if it seems that Altair at the moment is just resting or being lazy the truth is very different, he is currently thinking about how he should distribute his points, and is also wondering if he could buy something useful in the system's store.
How does he know that the system has a store? He has a feeling, and normally he is not wrong.
''The basic attributes of the system can really fool a person, so I shouldn't focus only on it, otherwise I could easily underestimate a powerful opponent by thinking he is weak because of his basic attributes.''
Altair knew that there were still many things he would need to learn about the system, but all he could do at the moment, is focus on distributing the points he currently has.
''Show my status, system.''

''My title had a change!''
''But I must say, this title 'The Newbie' is really generic, maybe the system doesn't have much creativity... Anyway, it's time to distribute the points I have.''

Altair decided to follow the path of balance, as he felt that was the best thing he could do at the moment, and even if it would make him weak in the short term, in the long term he would have a really amazing foundation to become even stronger, as well as lessen his existing weaknesses.
Altair had decided to use his points at home, because he was afraid of being discovered by some devil, since the changes were really big, especially his Mana, which increased considerably.
''If we look only at attributes, I'm currently stronger than Rias, but the reality may not be so, since that damn Power of Destruction, can eliminate me completely in a matter of seconds.'' Altair remembers that Rias had a hidden power that could easily destroy this world, and that was very scary.
''Besides, she is not the only one with this power of destruction, her brother can also use it and with even more precision and strength.''
Altair knew that at the moment he can only sigh, because even though he has amazing abilities too, they are all weak and would not be a threat at the moment to the big bosses of this world, but in the future... That would be another story.
While thinking about this, Altair found himself looking up at the starry sky.
So it's getting dark already. A melancholy look flashed across his eyes as he whispered these words sadly.
Some memories of his past life flashed quickly through his eyes, causing a small tear to run from his eye, only to be wiped away quickly as if they had never left his eyes.
As he was pulling away from the window he was leaning on now, Altair caught a slight glimpse of his reflection, and he had to admit.
He was very handsome.
Even though he was only seventeen, his appearance made him look a little older, plus his body was now much more defined, probably because of his high STR attribute.
Even though I've increased my STR score, that's still no reason why my body has become so defined. Altair then did some poses that bodybuilders do to show off their muscles.
If one day I need money, I will become a bodybuilder. Altair already imagined himself doing some of JoJo's poses on stage.
Altair's red hair was down to his shoulders, and it was long enough to block his eyes from view because of his medium-length bangs.
His face and hair seemed the perfect match for his pair of golden eyes that seemed to have a lot of history behind them, plus a slight warmth that could bewitch people.
I could probably get any girl with that face and body. Altair knew that his future with girls would not be bleak like Issei's, besides if he was going to tell the truth he might also be interested in a harem, but that definitely could not be his priority as long as he was weak.
Besides he was afraid of being caught in some kind of vicious cycle where he would get a girl, and she would be kidnapped by some random villain, and then he would be forced to defeat the random villain only to find out that this random villain actually had a sponsor, and then after defeating the sponsor, his girl would again be kidnapped, keeping this cycle going forever.
''Anyway, system, show my skills.''
- Gate of Babylon - lv. 01
- Player Body - LV. Max
- Player's Mind - LV. Max
- Sensor - LV. 05
- Killer Intent - LV. 01
''It seems that my skill 'Sensor' has gone up many levels, this is probably because it counts as a passive skill, which is constantly activated.'' Altair was happy with this skill, since it could help him in many situations, and the best part of 'Sensor' was that it didn't consume Mana.
''But... I still need to increase the level of Gate of Babylon, after all that's going to be my main skill, and there's also Killer Intent, although that last one is just for pure whim.''
Altair knew that GOB, was an extremely powerful ability when it was at its maximum level, plus he couldn't wait to be able to use those two weapons that could easily destroy this world.
It was then that he remembered that he had forgotten to ask something of extreme importance to his system.
System, is there a dungeon where I can become stronger? Altair had completely forgotten that this system must also have a dungeon for him to level up and become stronger.
[Yes! But the host will need to spend 5000 points to unlock his first Dungeon!]
''WHAT?! THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! Altair was angry to hear the price he would have to pay just to use the first Dungeon in the system, after all since he came to this world he only got 200 points and nothing more than that.
So don't even think that he could get 5000 points like that easily.
''I have some doubts if I will be able to get into Dungeoneering someday.''
[The host can perform Quest that are generated automatically, plus from now on, many Quest related daily things will appear, so the host won't be worried].
Hearing the new system message, Altair was a little more relieved, but this still didn't please him much, after all it was 5000 points we were talking about, and that is an amount that for the current him, is impossible to obtain.
Well... not much to do, so I'll just wait for those random quests the system said... At least I have a new goal, to acquire enough points to buy my first Dungeon. Saying this to himself, Altair began to do some exercises.
And while Altair was in his house doing some exercises, a meeting was happening at this very moment in Kuoh's school but specifically in the Occult Club, and in the club room were Rias and Sona both with their respective peerage.
''Really what you said is true, but I still can't believe that a simple human possesses so much magical power.'' Rias said in surprise as she looked at the report she received from Koneko.
Rias is a beautiful young woman, at her full eighteen years of age, she was considered the most beautiful girl in her high school. She has long red hair, her eyes have a light blue tint, she has large busts, and she is also a relatively tall woman, being 1.72 cm tall.
She wears the female uniform which consists of a white shirt with small black stripes and a bow on top. She also has a pink skirt and a sort of black cloak over her shirt.
Rias at first didn't believe much in Sona, and she even came to think that Sona was getting a little paranoid.
But upon seeing the report she received from her own servant, she was now very surprised , and her biggest surprise was to learn that he can possess magical power being human, and as far as she knew, only a few gifted humans had magical power.
A human.
Who has power comparable to a low class devil.
Rias was even imagining how strong this human would become if reincarnated as a devil, and it made her have some chills. After all, devils are at least 3x stronger than an ordinary human, and this is only the beginning since the real difference is between their life spans.
An ordinary human could live to a hundred years at most, but devils were different they could live thousands of years easily, of course the lineage of the devil could be a disadvantage since a devil who has little or almost no noble blood would probably forever be a low class devil, but that limitation didn't work for those who reincarnated under a piece of evil.
''I definitely need to get him into my peerage.'' Rias was now thinking of some plans to make Altair part of her peerage.
''You didn't really believe me, right?'' Sona asked as she narrowed her eyes at her friend, who now seemed to be thinking about random things.
''What? No! I believed you.'' Rias said with a dull smile as she took a cup of tea in a not-so-good attempt to disguise her nervousness.
Rias knew she couldn't talk about this topic of not believing her friend anymore, so she decided to change the subject a bit, and try to ask some questions about her current target.
''So... what's his name?'' She was a little curious about this boy who seemed a little mysterious, plus she remembers that his hair color was similar to hers, which made her a little happy, since she was the only one with red hair in this school.
Before Sona could answer, Akeno stepped forward and began to tell her what she knew about him.
''His name is Altair Lockheart, 17 years old, that's all the information we have.'' Akeno said in a professional manner while holding a folder that contained some documents.
Akeno is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous figure around the same age as Rias with very long black hair and violet eyes. Her hair is usually tied up in a long ponytail, reaching all the way down her legs with two strands coming out of the top and angled back, with an orange ribbon holding it in place. Like most of the girls at Kuoh Academy, she wears the Kuoh school uniform, along with black knee socks.
''So... Let me ask you something, you're not thinking of making him join your peerage, right Rias?'' Sona asked in a questioning tone.
''I-''
