Picking up the second book from his inventory, Altair's smile grew wider, and at this moment he looked nothing like the demon that traumatized some people some time ago.
With the book in his hand, he did the same process as with the first book.
[Congratulations host, you have gained a new ability]
[Kai Kai (World to World): This is a technique that allows the user to teleport instantly to another planet, place or person. Unlike Instant Transmission , the user doesn't actually have to focus on a specific energy signature to use as a target. This means that the user can teleport anywhere within and even outside the universe]
If Altair was impressed before, after seeing this technique, he was now shocked.
This is an ability from a world he knows very well, the world of Dragon Ball. And this same technique is used by the gods of creation in the world of Dragon Ball.
This is one of the strongest skills in the world of Dragon Ball, as it allows the user to teleport anywhere without any kind of difficulty.
''With this ability, I could easily visit Europe.'' Altair was already thinking about the possibilities that opened up before him because of this new ability he had acquired.
And as he thought about the future, saliva began to flow from his mouth, and the reason was simple, he planned to visit all the countries of the world in search of sweets... Yes sweets.
But don't judge Altair, after all he was a complete candy addict, and now that he had an ability of this level, he could taste all the candy in the world without any difficulty.
''Damn, I started thinking about random things.'' Realizing that his thoughts started to wander, Altair shook his head trying to keep his focus on the most important things at the moment.
''If I remember correctly, there are some interesting people in Europe, including someone who would be very useful to me.'' He remembers that there was a very interesting person in Europe, but he didn't know the exact position this person was in, so he decided to postpone his trip until he was sure of his location.
''Anyway, let's get down to business.'' Altair muttered excitedly, as he saw the two summoning letters in his inventory.
He had decided that he would use both cards at the same time, since he thought it might bring him more luck. After all, Altair did not want to get a weak servant, besides he still held some doubts about these summoning cards, since he had no knowledge of them.
''These two cards seem to be from Fate...'' Altair noticed that these two cards contained a black background with the symbol '?' in white and the edges red.
''If it's from Fate, then I hope I'm in luck... Besides what would happen if I happened to summon Gilgamesh? Would we have two Gates of Babylon?'' Many questions were on Altair's mind, but he was sure of something, he did not want to meet Gilgamesh at the moment. He had a feeling that nothing good would come if he met him now.
''The chances of me summoning him are probably minimal, so maybe I don't need to worry.'' Altair muttered as he tried to stay positive.
''So system, how do I make use of these cards?'' Altair asked as he forgot the topic of summoning Gilgamesh.
[The host needs to infuse his Mana into the cards and the rest will happen naturally]
Altair hearing the system nodded and quickly began to put his Mana into the cards and the cards began to glow and then float in the air.
The cards soon arrived in the middle of the living room in Altair's house and hovered in the air surrounded by a whirlwind of magical energy that soon emitted an intense purple light, and then the whirlwind began to condense little by little. When this was all over, all the energy that had been condensed was released at once, causing a huge explosion.
If Altair had known this beforehand, he would never have done this in his house, especially after he saw the damage that had been done to his furniture and walls.
''Looks like I have a lot of cleaning up to do...'' he muttered sadly as he looked at the situation in the living room of his house.
But soon he turned his attention away from the mess the room was in, because he saw two silhouettes in all the dust, and as the dust lowered, the appearance of these two people began to become even more apparent.
And once again Altair was shocked, his mouth was wide open as he looked at the two people in front of him. His mouth was so open that an egg could easily fit inside it.
The first person is of medium height, pale skin, blond hair, and yellow eyes. He is wearing black armor with some red details underneath, as well as wearing a purple dress with white details.
This same person is carrying a black sword with red details.
Altair knew this sword very well.
And even though it looked different, it would be impossible not to recognize it.
The second person turned out to be a beautiful young woman with short, straight, blonde hair in faded tones, to the point of being practically discolored. She has smooth, youthful, pale skin and yellowish eyes that show an implacable coldness. Although she is short in stature, she has a good physiognomy, even eye-catching because of her curves and voluminous breasts.
Her costume consists of shiny black armor, with pointed shapes at the ends of her elbows and shoulders. Underneath the metal parts, she wears black clothing, such as long stockings, a long skirt, and a blouse of the same color. In addition, she wears a metal helmet, which is attached to the armor, covering only the outline of her face. She still has a long black cape with hair on the collar, contributing to enhance her dark characterization.
She carries a huge flag, whose handle has a sharp spear. She also has a black sword with detailed red ornaments.
Both women were absolutely beautiful, but their beauty did not impress Altair that much, what impressed him more was the reason he knew both of them very well.
They were Artoria Pendragon and Jeanne d'Arc from the Fate series.
''Are you my master?'' The two girls asked respectively, rousing Altair from his thoughts.
However, the girls realized that they were not alone with their master, and quickly looked away and began to face each other.
''Who are you?'' Artoria asked coldly as she stared at the blonde in front of her.
''It is I who must ask, who are you?'' Jeanne did not answer Artoria's question, and just returned the question, while also staring at her coldly.
''Looks like we have a long night ahead of us.'' Sighed Altair tiredly as he saw the two blondes staring at each other intensely, and he was even more depressed as he looked at the state his room was in.
For the first time since coming into this world, Altair had felt like crying.
...
...
Artoria and Jeanne still stared at each other coldly, both mentally wondering what was going on.
Why were there two servants instead of one? This was an unusual situation for both girls.
What are you doing here? Artoria decided to break the silence, after all she couldn't stand having all these doubts in her head anymore.
That's simple, I was called here by my master. Jeanne answered as if this was something normal.
"Impossible, because I was called here by my master! Artoria replied denying Jeanne's statement as her gaze narrowed even more.
With Artoria's response, Jeanne also narrowed her eyes coldly, she was even thinking about fighting Artoria to the death.
Altair seeing that the situation could get out of hand, sighed as he shook his head, he knew that he would have to mediate this situation or things could get out of his control.
"You two calm down. He then stepped into the middle of the two as he raised his hand, as a sign of peace, since he knew that the two girls' argument would get nowhere.
''I'll make things clear here, I am the master of both of you.'' He said calmly, causing the two girls to widen their eyes in disbelief.
They knew that a normal human couldn't even summon a single servant, imagine two.
''And how could you prove that?'' The two questioned at the same time, but both still stared at each other coldly.
''If you want I can use the command seals on both of them to prove that I am the master of both of them.'' Altair said with a cold stare, showing that he would not hesitate to do so.
Both girls had messed up his entire room, and the saddest part of it was that he had tidied up the room not too long ago, and thanks to the explosion that had been caused he would have to tidy it up again.
"No... That won't be necessary. Artoria said in a serene manner causing Jeanne to arch one of her eyebrows.
''So she knows how to be polite.'' Jeanne thought.
''I won't deny it, as rare as it is for a human to summon two servants at once, it's still not impossible.'' Artoria said in a way that showed she was already resigned to the current situation.
''So? I think we should introduce ourselves, right master?'' Jeanne inquired.
Altair seeing the change in behavior of both girls shuddered a little, as this change was very quick, but he decided to discuss this in the future, as it was more important that they both got to know each other better.
''My name is Altair Lockheart.'' He said these words more quietly and with an innocent smile on his face.
''I am Jeanne D'Arc, but you can call me Jalter and my class is Avenger.'' Jalter introduced himself, causing Artoria to look at her in confusion.
''Avenger? I've never heard of this class.'' Artoria thought confused.
While with Altair, he just gave a look that he had understood Jalter's words his new servant.
''But why Jalter?'' Altair asked a little confused, since even if he didn't know why she wanted to be called by that name.
''It's because I'm an alternate version of Jeanne D'Arc and I hate being compared to her.'' She said rudely as she crossed her arms below her breasts not even realizing that Artoria was looking at her with a slight interest in her eyes.
Artoria realized it was her turn, and quickly adopted a somewhat rigid stance.
''Well, my name is Artoria Pendragon and my class is Alter.'' Artoria said in a formal manner, sounding a little strange given the current situation.
''Altair? So you-'' But before Jalter could complete her sentence, she was interrupted by Artoria who continued speaking.
''Now that we've introduced ourselves, let's get down to business, since you summoned us that means the Holy Grail war is starting, right?'' Artoria asked in a curious manner.
Jalter just cast an annoyed look at Artoria who seemed to be ignoring his presence.
''For some reason, I don't like her.'' Jalter thought with a bit of anger in his cute eyes.
Altair who heard Artoria's question almost let a smile escape his face.
''No... There won't be any war or anything like that.'' He knew that this news might shock both girls, so he tried to look as casual as possible.
''Looks like I wasn't wrong.'' He thought as he saw the expression of both girls shocked and disbelieving.
''What do you mean you're not going to have the Holy Grail War?! Then how did you manage to summon us?'' Artoria asked incredulously, not believing the words Altair had said.
For a human to be able to summon a servant, the Holy Grail War would have to be about to begin, since the chalice would help them to be summoned to fight a war where the winner would get the chalice that was capable of fulfilling any wish.
If the Grail was not here, then how could a human like him summon it?
That didn't make any sense to her.
''To be honest, summoning you two is only because of one of my abilities.'' Altair lied without even blinking, of course this was a half lie, since it was true that with the system he could summon servants, but even he didn't know if it would be possible to summon more in the future.
''Every day things get more interesting.'' He thought as he looked at the two girls who were now staring at him with an expression of shock and also distrust.
