Altair and his group followed Shizuka for a few hours until they decided to take a break, after all, they were all human and needed some rest, especially after a long walk.

Soon, they found an abandoned convenience store and decided to spend the night there, but first they had to clean out the zombies that surrounded the convenience store.

It was then that Altair realized that this was a great opportunity for his group, so he said, ''Since there aren't many zombies in the store, you can go there to get used to killing them.''

He then pointed to Rei, Shizuka and Saya, who were the three people in the group who had killed the fewest zombies and didn't have much experience in battle.

The three girls nodded in agreement with Altair's statement, they know that in a post-apocalyptic world being a woman can actually be a disadvantage, since many men can covet them so they intend to strengthen themselves so that they can at least protect themselves in this world.

"You don't need to be afraid, I will accompany one of each of you to kill the zombies. Altair said in a relaxed manner.

He knew that while he was there, no zombie could be a threat to the girls, besides, he feared that Shizuka would be injured by a zombie which would compromise the health of his group in the future.

He decided to start with Rei. Then, using the iron rod that Takashi was using, he and Rei went towards a zombie that was isolated from the rest.

Looking at Rei who had a look of fear on his face, he knew he had to say something.

''Don't worry, as long as I am on your side, those zombies will never hurt you, besides, if you don't want to drag our group down, you need to get stronger.'' Altair said, causing Rei to lower her head falling into thought.

But a few moments later, you could see a resolute look in her eyes, and in a swing with both hands, she managed to hit the zombie right in the head with the iron staff.

Altair had to say, this girl had a trace of ferocity inside her.

''E- I did it!'' She exclaimed as she jumped around like a happy child, she even hugged Altair in the heat of the moment. And when she realized what she had done, she quickly pulled away with a red on her face.

Altair gave a smile as he used his left hand to lightly pat Rei on the head.

He has to say, patting women on the head was pretty good.

After that he had Rei kill three more zombies before going back to get Saya, and he has to say this girl is very stubborn, but she didn't give him much trouble when it came to killing the zombies.

Finally he helped Shizuka, this beautiful onee-san with huge breasts, of course, he can't help it either but take a little advantage of her, but who could blame him? After eating the forbidden fruit for the first time, he is increasingly craving to taste more.

Seeing that Shizuka managed to kill the rest of the zombies, he waved his hand to the rest of the group, signaling that they could enter the convenience store.

''It's a shame that this store has already been looted.'' Saeko commented after walking around inside the store and realizing that it had already been looted.

Altair shook his head and said: ''This is to be expected, it's likely to become increasingly difficult to find stores or markets with food inside. Because of this, we need to collect some seeds so that we won't have problems with food in the future.

Altair knew that seed food would become extremely expensive in the future, since it concerned people's food, and now that everything was at a standstill, they would have to grow it themselves.

But the process of planting seeds was not so easy, since they would have to find fertile land, and that was easier said than done, since because of the virus, much land was contaminated and could no longer be used for cultivation.

Since he didn't know how long it would take to complete the Dungeon, he intended at least not to have so much suffocation in this world.

Soon night came, and Altair was on the roof of the convenience store, he intended to sleep here tonight, first because he found it more comfortable to be able to look at the brightness of the stars, and second it was summer, and since there was no power in the convenience store the air conditioning didn't work.

While looking up at the starry sky, Altair didn't notice someone approaching his back, but the truth is that even if he had, he wouldn't have done anything, since if the person can climb up here he is probably a human.

And in fact, the person who climbed up on the roof, was precisely, Saeko, who was watching Altair from afar, but seeing that he was lost in thought she decided to approach him, to talk a little.

''Hey, can I ask you a question?'' Saeko asked as she pulled Altair out of his reveries.

''Oh! Sure, no problem.'' Altair replied with a smile on his face as he saw Saeko sitting next to him.

Saeko looked at Altair's smile and said, ''Actually, I'm a little curious about you, so answer me, aren't you afraid of this situation? You are always acting so calm, as if this situation doesn't shake you, besides it doesn't seem like you are just acting.''

She asked directly, because she was very curious, since all the people in the group except her and Altair, were afraid of the current situation, and even if they didn't show it, inside they were afraid.

But when she looked at Altair, she couldn't feel this fear from him, in fact, it was as if he didn't even care about this virus. Besides, he gave the feeling that everything would be fine as long as he was here.

Altair who heard this question, looked at the stars again, and after a while of watching them he sighed and said, ''I guess I'm a little strange is that...''

''Besides, I trust in my own strength, and I am ready to take down those who oppose me, be it zombies or humans, contact who comes in front of me with intent to harm me I will not be cut off.''

Altair said the last words in a cold manner as he continued to watch the star filled sky.

''And why would I be afraid of these zombies? Always when I cut them in half I feel happy and better...''

Altair was not lying in this last sentence, since every time he killed a zombie, he got a slight increase in power. As well as feeling a greater connection with True Longinus.

But for Saeko, these words from Altair scared her a little, this is because she never thought about the reason why she can kill zombies easily, at first she thought it was because of the tension and also because of her instinct telling her to survive.

But seeing that Altair felt the same way as her from the beginning, then she was thinking that they are not that different because she also gets great pleasure from killing zombies.

''What's the matter?'' Altair turned his face to look at Saeko who was trembling slightly beside him.

''I actually feel happy, excited, aroused, every time I kill a zombie, and that's stronger than me...'' She said, as she looked at Altair, but before he could speak she went on to say.

''You know, I have done this before... When I was a child, I was walking back to the house at night, when a man tried to attack me... At first I showed not to resist her, and then when he let his guard down, I beat him with my wooden sword, to the point where he was dead... And after I killed him, I felt something I had never felt before... I felt pleasure in killing someone... But I knew I could never show it to others, so I pretended to be scared when the police arrived...''

Saeko finished her speech, with a slightly dark face, because she knew that this was not something an ordinary person could understand, in fact, she doesn't even know why she had told Altair this.

Seeing Saeko's state, Altair knew he had to do something, so he decided to do something more radical, that could bring this girl back into the conversation.

So Altair grabbed Saeko by the arms causing her to tremble even more afraid that he would try to hit her, but the truth was that she was completely wrong, because after he took her by the arm he pressed her to the ground and kissed her lips.

Saeko who felt her lips being taken, began to blush deeply, but she couldn't resist Altair's kiss, in fact her hands were even on Altair's back, while her legs held him in her slender body.

She knew that from today on she would belong to this man, who accepted her. And how did she know that? The kiss he gave her showed her enough.

What if she was crazy? What if she had a disorder? Altair didn't really care about that. In fact he was even excited about kissing Saeko, so much so that his little brother downstairs was already extremely excited.

''What the hell is this?!''

A voice sounded on the roof, making both Saeko and Altair freeze in their positions, even Altair's little brother who was excited, suddenly became sad and returned to his starting position.

"Damn! Now that things were getting good...'' Altair thought.
