"My apologies, Miss Granger, I had assumed you would be older." Amelia said as they sat in the Granger's living room.

"We're Sisters, call me Hermione." Hermione said.

"Then call me Amelia, Sister." Amelia replied.

"Actually, she's your Queen." A voice they both recognised from the doorway.

"My Lady." They both said, both sliding off their chairs and down on one knee.

"Oh, stand up, both of you." Artemis said. "I can't have the Queen and the General of my Amazons always kneeling to me. Sit down."

"Queen and General?" Amelia asked as all three of them sat down.

"Of course." Artemis said. "As my first Amazon, Hermione will be the Queen and, from what I know of her, she will want to be front and centre of the fight. You, dear Amelia, will be the General of the Amazons, Myrmidons and allied forces. You have the experience in both battle and command. Your AI is more designed for command than Hermione's."

"AI?" Amelia asked confused.

"Artificial Intelligence." Hermione replied. "It is a computer that can talk to you through your interface and connect with the AIs for other Amazons and Myrmidons."

The three of them sat there for the next few hours discussing who would make good Amazons, Amazonian Tactics, how to integrate with Harry and his Myrmidons, the possibility of organising and training either civilian Magicals or even Hogwarts Students into ancillary forces and a variety of other subjects. Amelia had raised the issue of where they could get weapons for the ancillary forces, as the Amazons and Myrmidons were getting their weapons from their Patrons. Artemis had said one of her brothers had an idea about that.

The three of them paused when they heard the front door open. Hermione's father, Doctor Philip Granger walked in and looked at the three.

"Hey sweety." He said greeting his daughter, before turning to the Goddess. "Hey Arty."

"Hey Phil." Artemis replied with a wave. "This is Amelia."

"Amazon?" Philip asked, getting a nod. "Cool. We still on for Sunday?"

"Of course." Artemis replied. "Though I still say the rifle is a cheat."

"Not everyone has centuries of experience with a bow." Philip shot back before walking out.

Amelia looked between Artemis and the now vacant doorway in shock.

"He's a good hunter." Artemis said with a shrug. "He pulls his own weight in the Hunt."

"Only my dad would be Hunting buddies with the Goddess of the Hunt." Hermione said with an eye roll.

Amelia glanced at the clock on the mantelpiece and sighed.

"I must get going. Susan will be back from her friend's house soon." Amelia said standing.

Hermione escorted Amelia to the door while Artemis simply disappeared from the room.

"Have you set up your shrine yet?" Hermione asked.

"Not yet. I was thinking of setting it up either in my bedroom or Office." Amelia admitted.

"I have mine in my reading room." Hermione said. "Just offer up the occasional stick of Incense. The prayers are more telling Our Lady about our lives and thoughts. Kind of like a journal really."

"It seems like we are getting the better end of the deal." Amelia said, causing Hermione to shrug.

Amelia left and Hermione turned before heading towards her father's den.

"Daddy?" she asked overly sweetly. "When were you going to tell me that you go hunting with MY PATRON GODDESS?!"

The large figure walked down the long lane, his gait interrupted by his permanent limp. Most people, Magical or not, would either be diverted by the Wards or had the residents alerted to their presence, but Wards meant very little to the large man.

Were anyone to notice him, the man would look quite odd. Almost seven feet tall, with curly hair and a beard, he was more muscled than most bodybuilders, and dressed in cotton plants and a leather vest, with a tool belt at his waist. The only detriment to his physical perfection was the prominent limp.

Reaching the end of the lane, he saw a large manor house, but he did not move in that direction, instead moving around towards the back of the house. The third greenhouse was his destination and he had no trouble getting past the lock on the door. A few feet down the walkway, tending some seedlings, was the person he was here to see. Deliberately making a noise, the other person turned.

"Hello Neville." He said. "My name is Hephaestus. How would you like to help your friends?"

Harry was sitting in their usual compartment on the way to Hogwarts. Hermione was sitting across from him. Both were dressed in their school uniforms, with their Armour underneath, except Harry's Helmet. Under her robe, Hermione had her combat harness, which had the pistol and magazines stored in them but the bow case and quiver were not attached. Harry had his thigh rig on, with sword and combat sub-machinegun, also with his robe over the rig.

"Ok, explain this to me again?" Ron said from his place next to Harry.

"We have been empowered by two Goddesses, specifically Artemis and Athena, with enhanced physical abilities and equipment." Harry explained. "In return we offer up prayers and are required to have good grades."

While good grades were not exactly a requirement for being a Myrmidon or an Amazon but Harry had a number of discussions with Lady Athena who strongly encouraged him to do well in school, she was a Goddess of Wisdom after all. As for the Amazons, well Hermione was their Queen, so… yeah. The supposed requirement for good grades had been enough to discourage Ron from wanting to be a Myrmidon.

A knock at the door made Harry and Hermione's head snap around.

"I feel something. It's not a Sister." Hermione said quietly.

Harry agreed silently. He could feel something similar to what he felt from Hermione, but it was different. It certainly was not a Brother Myrmidon.

"Enter." Harry called.

Harry's hand hovered near the but of his Sub-machinegun and Hermione's hand was in her lap but was ready to reach for her pistol.

The door opened and Neville Longbottom entered. Harry could instantly tell that Neville had been touched by a God or Goddess but was not moving with grace and ease of movement of a Warrior.

"Demeter?" Hermione asked, confusing Ron.

The Goddess of Agriculture did seem to be a good fit for Neville.

"No, though I am told she did decide to give me a minor blessing." Neville replied. "My Patron is Hephaestus. I am to be your official Armourer and Blacksmith."

"Less for us specifically." Hermione mused. "There will be others who need your services more."
