A few weeks had passed by from where Gajeel and Lucy left off. Gajeel wasn't around as much since he was keeping himself busy and away from Lucy. Sure it was nice being around her and having wild sex but he just couldn't get the thought of her thinking of another man. Better yet having sex with this man who goes by the name Rogue.

He's also avoided Lucy because she's been acting strange lately. It felt like she was on her period, but it was much worse than when she was expecting Metalicana. She cried about the littlest things, got angry, occasionally was sleepy, and every time he brought home food she would always sniff it and not crave it like she used to.

The worst part was that she would sometimes vomit first thing in the morning. Then she'd either not want to have sex because it hurt her back, or she'd want to have sex because she was horny.

It could be the signs of her being pregnant again. They never used condoms even though she asked him to buy some. Gajeel somehow never wanted to wear protection when he was having sex with Lucy.

If she had gotten pregnant he wouldn't worry too much about it. He didn't mind having kids with Lucy. Even though from the beginning she hated his guts he had a feeling she had warmed up to him a little. Plus he was starting to trust she wouldn't go anywhere near the village.

The only thing that was bothering him at the moment was her seeing some else. Which he was going to take care of very soon.

Gajeel was in the village at the library. Right now he was upstairs in Levy's bedroom fucking the shit out of her until his shift started. "Faster Gajeel," Levy moaned as she tugged onto him.

Gajeel picked up the pace as he pounded into her. Almost every time he came here Levy would want to fuck before he started working or when her parents would leave.

At first, he used to fuck Levy because he was being spiteful towards Lucy. Then it was so he could get a job that was simple for him to manage. While he was working there Levy was depressed because Lucy was no longer there and she would just talk about her on most days.

That's why Gajeel had no trouble getting things for Lucy. Although he had suspected it from the time he would keep an eye on her. Lucy was right, Gajeel was watching her from behind the scenes, but Gajeel was too embarrassed to admit it.

The signs were clear to Lucy because he knew her name, what she liked to wear, her favorite food, and where she lived. Levy was just a great help with being specific about some of the stuff about Lucy. He was just surprised he didn't catch onto who she liked.

"Gajeel I'm about ta-" Levy tried to say but couldn't as she was enjoying Gajeel pounding her brains out. As expected she had cum all over his dick. Before Gajeel could release he made sure he pulled out. Sure he was wearing a condom for protection, but he wasn't finned to have there be a possibility that Levy could be pregnant.

He rolled off of Levy and listen to her try and catch her breath. "That was amazing!" she breathly said. "Yeah, I guess so," Gajeel carelessly mumbled under his breath. "So do you want to go another round?" Levy asked propping herself up.

"No, I have to get ready for the shift, and your dad's going to be here any minute with those books," Gajeel said getting up so he could change into his clothes. Levy looked at

That was another reason Gajeel would sometimes fuck Levy. Unlike Lucy from the beginning, Levy wanted to have sex with him. Then again along the way, Lucy was pregnant and he heard that something could happen to the baby while having sex so he stuck with having sex with Levy so he wouldn't hurt Lucy or Metalicana.

After she gave birth to Metalicana he stilled stuck with Levy since she had to heal. Along the way, he started having sex with her again and he enjoyed every minute of it until she started thinking of this Rogue guy.

Once he had on all of his clothing he could hear Levy's dad coming in from downstairs. He made sure to head down there to retrieve the boxes full of books so he could stack them up on the shelves. Then Levy would organize them by genre and alphabet.

Gajeel quickly came down the longs stairs to be met with Mr. McGarden. He was trying to push in the boxes that he had stacked. When he noticed Gajeel coming downstairs he smiled in relief. "Oh Gajeel thank goodness you're here early, could you give me a hand put the boxes up?" he politely asked him.

"Yeah sure, that's my job," Gajeel said taking the boxes away from Mr. McGarden who caught his breath. As you noticed Mr. McGarden isn't the strongest man for his age. He has to obviously let Gajeel handle the heavy weight lifting. Which wasn't a problem for Gajeel giving that he had muscles.

This was the easiest and non-threatening job for Gajeel. Plus the pay was decent since he was a great help. He didn't want to be some girly waitress, a cook, janitor, etc. He would have ripped somebody's head off if they dared to disrespect him.

Working in the research department wasn't in his field since he barely knew anything about unknown stuff and didn't care too much to figure it out. Even if he could heal himself, he wasn't going to make weapons for the huntsmen to try to kill him with. And he 100% wasn't going to be some huntsmen.

So he had to settle down with stacking books in the library. Even though he couldn't read too well it was still easier than the other options. All he had to do was be in a quiet place, unpackage books, leave them out for Levy to organize, and get paid. Nobody bothered him and that's the way he liked it.

He made it to the back where he started unloading the boxes. While Gajeel was taking the books out of the boxes he couldn't help but reflect on who Rogue was. He didn't know what the guy looked like. Heck, he didn't know why he cared why Lucy was seeing someone else behind his back.

He knows he didn't have room to talk, but still! Just the thought of Rogue pleasuring Lucy made his blood boil. Along with him most likely holding Metalicana, his son, that Lucy would carry around when she went out into the woods. Even though Gajeel never showed it, deep down he felt hurt and betrayed.

"Rogue!" he angrily mumbled under his breath. "Rogue who?" he heard Levy's voice by surprise. He flinched a little because he didn't hear Levy come in. He was probably too deep in thought that he didn't notice she walked in.

"It's nothing," he said trying not to start a conversation. "It didn't sound like nothing, it sounded like you were mad at Rogue," she said, slightly concerned. "Look, it's nothing," he said seriously, "so why don't we just forget about the topic and name and put up the books?"

"Okay, fine, we don't have to talk about Rogue, but if it helps your case, I don't like him either," she said as she gathered a few books to put on the shelf. When Levy said that, Gajeel perked up because it meant she knew something about the guy.

"Do you know who he is?" he asked, his gaze fixed on her. "Yeah, kinda, he was the guy my best friend Lucy had a crush on," she said, her voice a little hushed at the end. She was starting to feel sad all over again. He couldn't care less as long as he got the details he needed.

"And which guy was that?" he double-checked. "Have you been listening? That's the man who spends every day and night in the woods trying to kill a damn wolf, so, as everyone thinks, " she expressed her displeasure at the thought of Rogue.

"Well what do you think?" he asked unloading another box of books. "Well, I believe he is simply lying to everyone in the village to conceal his own dirty work. Come on, how has no one seen the signs? It's all set out in front of them for them to investigate. I even told the detective it may be him because he has all of the wolf's features, but he thinks I'm paranoid because of the trauma " she said, upset now.

"Oh, I remember you mentioning that to me a couple of months ago," Gajeel said now thinking about it. They had a conversation similar to this. "Yes, I know, but the worst part is my parents don't believe me, my friends don't believe me, and heck even my therapist doesn't believe me. He keeps just giving me pills saying it's all over and that I'm going to be okay," she exclaimed.

"Do you take your medication?" he checked after a brief pause. "Don't tell anyone, especially my parents, but I don't take it because I know I'm not nuts," she whispered, attempting to avoid being heard.

He wanted to know, "What makes you so sure?" Levy sighed and rolled her eyes. "Okay, so you think I'm crazy now," she said, a little frustrated. "I didn't say that; I simply asked as to what makes you so certain. Please enlighten me!" he said as she inhaled deeply.

"Rogue is the only huntsman who patrols the area around Lucy and her grandmother, which leads me to believe he is the wolf. When a person dies as a result of the wolf's attack, he never shows. He is the only one who has sufficient knowledge of the wolf. Finally, he was the last person Lucy saw on the day she died, " Levy clarified the situation.

"Plus, before he even decided to deliver her basket to her, he came to check on me, and when I looked at him, he was stained with blood," she concluded. It appeared to Gajeel as he listened to Levy explain her side of the story that Rogue could be the wolf. She might argue and try to convict him, but then people would think she's crazy.

She does sound a bit crazy. Or maybe she was just upset that her best friend had died and wished to see him punished. Although she could go through with it and have Rogue sentenced to death. That way it could be easier for him to get rid of him without getting the blood on his hands. Or, more precisely, his paws and teeth. Since they couldn't see it for themselves, no one believed Levy. This would all go according to plan if she had someone to back her up like him.

Sure, no one expected him to be the wolf, but he couldn't have Rogue around Lucy. The only benefit was that she would want to have sex, but not in the way he preferred because she would be thinking of Rogue instead of him.

"That does sound like he could have killed your best friend and her grandmother," Gajeel agreed. "Exactly, at least someone in this village has some sense," she exclaimed. "Yeah, but if you don't mind me asking, what does the guy look like, just so I can avoid him?" he asked.

"Rogue has black hair that is messy and hides one of his eyes, a scratch across his nose, crimson eyes that are red, pale skin, and he occasionally wears his own kind of armor. He's not hard to miss," Gajeel felt like he'd seen Rogue before when she described him. He just thinks he never paid close attention.

He was done pulling out the next set of books and sighed. "Well I'm all finished up for today, I'll be taking my leave and heading home," Gajeel said. "Okay, get home safely, see you in a few days," she said putting some books on the shelf.

Gajeel started heading towards the exit, so he could stop by the store, and head home. He looked to see Mr. McGarden checking out a book for someone and he seemed to have caught him right on time.

"Oh Gajeel, I have your money for helping out with the books," Mr. McGarden said pulling out a little bag full of coins. Coins around here where they lived were worth a lot. Gajeel held out his hand for Mr. McGarden to put in his hand in which he did. "Get home safely!" he said smiled. "Will do," Gajeel said leaving the library.

He decided before he went home he was going to stop by the store. He had to grab a few things for Lucy and Metalicana. He went inside the store that wasn't far from the library and started looking around. Lucy asked him to get raw meat, seasoning, vegetables, and a chew toy.

He was surprised she didn't ask for bread like she always does. He grabbed raw chicken breast, random seasoning, along with random vegetables. Then when he got to the toy aisle for dogs they didn't have the best chew toys for a baby so he went to the baby section. He just grabbed whatever would fit for Metalicana.

Gajeel was about to walk out the door and check in some of the items when he remembered Lucy's previous behavior. Because of her mood swings, there was a chance that she was pregnant. It had to be because she hadn't had her period in a while.

He took a pregnancy test and walked over to the counter to get it checked out. The cashier was a young lady with green hair who seemed to be the social type. She seemed exhausted from the way she looked.

He didn't care! He just wanted to get out of the store as quickly as possible. He hated being around people and he hated them just in general.

He grew up being taught to hate the human race. Especially the people in this village. His family had terrorized them for years and he wasn't planning on stopping that.

He remembered when he was little his dad went to go terrorize the people. He thought he would be back but he never returned. He went lurking in the village to see they were showing his dad's head like a trophy.

He wanted to attack but he wasn't fully developed to do so. So he waited until the time was right. His father's head was taken to the person who sliced it off house.

All he knows was some damage was done and the next day he saw a boy who was similar to Levy's description take his father's body outside and burn it. He vowed to make sure everybody in that village will feel nothing but fear.

The lady checked his stuff and he paid for it and left. As he was walking he could see it was almost about to be sunset. He didn't worry too much about being in the dark. The dark was always his friend!

Gajeel was about to exit the village until he saw him. Rogue was coming in at the same exact time he was leaving. As he observed him he matched every bit of Levy's description.

The two made slight eye contact with each other for a couple of seconds. It was like both of them were predators staring into the eyes of death.

'Now I know who you are,' Gajeel thought as he went into the woods and broke off the contact between him and Rogue. They both knew deep inside they would come in contact with each other again!
