After a month, Lucy was certain she was expecting a baby. She didn't want to believe the results, but she had no choice but to accept them. Her tummy was sprouting a modest baby bump, which would soon grow into a large belly with life inside it.

Gajeel was aware of her pregnancy, but there was one person who was unaware of her pregnancy: Rogue. She had seen him during the weeks, but it had never occurred to him that she was pregnant. She figured she'd better inform him before her stomach grew.

The question was how was he going to take the news? Would he be happy, sad, angry, worried, etc? There were so many possibilities of what the outcome could be. Lucy just hoped he wouldn't take the news to be too bad.

Lucy was walking in the woods with her basket to go pick fruits while Gajeel watched Metalicana. She had Gajeel under the impression that she was only going to pick fruit. When really she was attempting to locate Rogue to inform him about the news.

She planned to meet him at their usual meeting spot: the meadows. It was serene and outside of the reach of the woods. One of the reasons she brought Metalicana here was because of this. She didn't want her child to be constantly surrounded by scary, lifeless things. So she exposed him to the beauty of the fields.

When she arrived at the meadow, she noticed Rogue sharpening his weapon ahead of her. She hurried towards him out of excitement, and he seemed to notice her and got up off the ground.

Finally, as she approached him, she paused to regain her breath. Pregnancy, it seemed, makes you easily exhausted. Her feet, which were already aching from trekking to the meadows, could feel it. Lucy had to confess that she needed to take a break from walking.

Rogue was jogging over to Lucy and giggling to himself. "Are you all right?" he inquired, concerned, as Lucy nodded, still struggling to recover her breath. "Here, try this way," he replied, removing her basket from her hand and placing it on the ground, and putting her hands behind her head. Rogue instructed, "Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth."

Lucy began to follow Rogues' suggestions because she was performing better than she had previously. "Do you feel better?" he inquired as she nodded. "I simply need to sit down because my feet are hurting," she stated as she lowered herself to the ground.

"Um, okay! Do you want me to rub them for you?" he asked seating across from Lucy. "It would be helpful if you did so," Lucy nicely said as Rogue slipped off her boots.

Rogue started to massage Lucy's feet as she threw her head back. She moaned at the feeling of his hands pressuring her good spots. "Oh my God that feels so nice," she softly murmured. "Oh yeah, you're going to like this next one," he said pressing another one of her good spots. Lucy was enjoying the feeling of having her feet massaged.

This could go on forever as much as she cared. But then she knew she was mentally getting off-topic. She came here to tell Rogue that she was pregnant and she intended on it. She was about to open her mouth but she suddenly felt tongue-tied.

How is she going to tell him that she's pregnant? When he saw that she was pregnant with Metalicana he was at loss for words. She felt so ashamed when people saw that she had a child. Even though those only people were Alzack and Rogue. Although Alzack appeared to be more surprised than Rogue, while Rogue appeared to be a little envious.

Rogue had welcomed Metalicana with open arms every time Lucy brought him over. She allowed him to hold him, play with him, and even feed him. She was cautious at first because she assumed Rogue would try to kill Metalicana. After all, he, like Gajeel, was part wolf. Rogue, she knew, had a strong desire to murder Gajeel, who terrified the village.

Lucy hoped he didn't feel the same way about Metalicana. He was only a baby, and he had no idea what Gajeel's family had done before he was born. Gajeel was going to try to fill Metalicana in on his family background, and she knew it. It wasn't long before he was walking and talking like a normal person and comprehending what was being said to him.

He could crawl and stand on his own two feet with support at this age, and he could pronounce certain consonants he had picked up. Just like a regular baby could!

Lucy had been pondering what she would be given as a gift. Was it going to be a boy who looked like Gajeel or Rogue, or a girl who looked like her? It is indeed possible that the baby could be a mix of both parents.

"Rogue," Lucy spoke out, drawing Rogues' attention away from her feet rubbing. She crossed her legs as she moved her feet away from his grasp. "I have to tell you something really important," she replied, looking at him with concern. He became incensed at the thought of Gajeel assaulting Lucy and questioned, "Did Gajeel do something to you?"

"Not quite!" she remarked, a little nervously. "What happened then, and what do you have to say to me?" Rogue inquired as Lucy inhaled deeply and tugged at her dress. 'Here goes nothing,' she thought.

"Rogue, I unexpectedly found out that I was pregnant a couple of weeks ago," she hesitantly began, looking at him for a reply. He only gave her a blank stare.

"And there hasn't been any protection used since I started having sex. The problem is that I don't know if the baby is yours or Gajeel's because I had intercourse with both of you at the time the baby was conceived" Lucy explained.

She looked at Rogue to see if he had reacted to the news she had just given him. "Say something," she yelled, irritated by his silence. "I don't know how you feel about this, and I'm terrified because I don't know how this will turn out," she exclaimed.

"I know I should have been more cautious about everything, but I feel like I'm being punished for my actions because if the child is yours, Gajeel will find out and will try to kill you or anybody else in the village, and I don't want anyone to suffer," Lucy expressed her concern.

"And if Gajeel is the father, that will only aggravate the problem in the future." she crumbled.

"Lucy calm down," Rogue said putting his hands on her shoulders. Lucy took a deep breath and tried to calm herself down. "Sorry, I'm just worried about how this will all turn out," she said wiping a tear that slid down her cheek.

"Look it's okay, we're going to try and get through this. Whether the baby is either mines or Gajeel's he or she will still be accepted," he said making her smile. "Come on, I've got to show you something," Rogue continued, surprising Lucy by rising from the ground. He assisted her up on her painful feet after she hastily put on her boots.

They were both jogging through the woods when they left the meadows. Lucy couldn't tell you where they were heading since she was following Rogue. Rogue seemed to have a fair idea of where they were headed. Lucy began to notice the area as they passed through certain spots.

She hadn't seen them in over a year but it was all coming back to her. She still was wondering where Rogue was taking her. When they came to a halt in front of a modest house, she got her answer. She'd never been to this place before.

When they came to a halt in front of a modest house, she got her answer. She'd never been to this place before. "Where are we?" Lucy asked as Rogue grinned.

He just remarked, "Lucy, this is my house," as she looked stunned. Rogue's house was something she had never seen before. He camped out in the woods, she assumed, because he was used to being outside and away from people.

"Oh wow," she exclaimed, "this is my first time seeing it." "You've never gone to my house or even seen it before?" he asked, surprised.

"No, not really," she responded, shaking her head. "I didn't realize you lived out here in the woods; I thought you lived in the village." "No, I reside here, but I only visit once in a while. I only come here to shower and change clothes," he stated.

"Is that so!" I said as he smirked. "Would you like to come inside?" he asked as she looked at the entrance. "Yes!" she answered as he held his hand out for her to grab. She grabbed his hand and they headed inside of his house.

...

Gajeel was sitting in the house with Metalicana, oblivious to the fact that Lucy was out collecting fruit. He'd just laid Metalicana down for a nap, and now all he had to do was wait for Lucy to return. He sat in the bed where they both slept, attempting to unwind. He despised the thought that he was concerned about her safety.

To be fair, she was carrying his child, therefore he was concerned about her safety. He couldn't help but wonder when she would return. Picking some fruits from a bush didn't take long. It wasn't even a long walk from the house. He could easily go pick fruit and return within thirty minutes or less.

"What's taking her so goddamn long?" he mumbled to himself. Gajeel got out of bed and walked over to the window to see if Lucy had returned. He could see it was getting close to sunset. 'Maybe I should just go check on her; she's passed out someplace,' he reasoned. He entered the nursery to see Metalicana still sleeping, which meant he had time to find Lucy before he awoke.

He looked around for a shirt but he couldn't find one. He looked outside once again to see that the sun was setting. "Fuck it!" he mumbled while leaving the house.

Gajeel took on his wolf form because his senses seemed to be sharper in that shape. He began sniffing Lucy's scent and following it. He took the same route she did today. It deviated from the path she had planned to go to get the fruit. Instead, it led to the meadow where she would occasionally take Metalicana.

Another scent entered the presents, and it wasn't Lucy's, indicating that she was with someone. He growled at the thought of Lucy being with someone else, and it was the same person he sensed from the village: Rogue. He reeked of the trees that used to surround Lucy's home.

They had both left the area and gone elsewhere. Where was the question? Before the aroma dissipated, he began sprinting again. She was closing in on him quickly, and the route he was sprinting through was quite familiar to him. He used to come around here to watch Lucy as she walked back to her house. This time, instead of leading him straight to her burned-out house, he was led somewhere else.

His journey began to appear alien to him because he had never traveled it before. It brought him to a residence, where the aroma had come to an end. Gajeel was taken back for some strange reason since the house appeared to be familiar. It was the same house where his father had been burnt.

He remembered making sure he avoided that house as a teen since the huntsman genuinely knew how to kill a wolf, unlike the other huntsmen who believed weapons could do anything to wolves.

He could smell arousal and hear moaning coming from the home as he snapped out of a horrific memory of his father being incinerated. Gajeel decided to sneak around the house to get a better look at what was going on inside. He had a feeling he already knew what was going on, but he wanted to see for himself.

He made sure he blended in with the surroundings so the two wouldn't see him. He never told Lucy about some of his wolf abilities since he didn't want to expose himself to the worst that could happen. Camouflage also aided him in hunting and spotting his prey down.

Gajeel was able to see Lucy and Rogue through a window, and what he saw stung him. He looked to see Lucy naked in Rogue's bed, bouncing up and down on his dick while Rogue laid on his back with his hands on Lucy's hips.

He groaned as he saw Rogue repeatedly kiss and fuck her. He even stood up and spun her around in order to finish her off. And when he reached a climax inside of her, she moaned so loud that it roused Gajeel. Lucy was out of breath and exhausted when she collapsed on the bed. She was sweating and gasping for air, but when she and Rogue made eye contact, they both burst out laughing.

He was irritated when he heard her ask, "Round 3?" She had no desire to do another round with him, as she had with Rogue. She was exhausted, but she asked for another round. Whenever he asked for another round she would say she was too tired. "Lying little Bitch!" Gajeel angrily mumbled under his breath.

"No, you should go home because it's about to turn dark and Gajeel would most certainly be looking for you," Rogue flatly refused. He was putting on his bottoms while Lucy was putting on her clothing. Her red hood was the last thing she needed to put on. She walked up to her fruit basket and got it from someplace in the house. She and Rogue had exited his home and were presently in front of it.

"Get home safely and till next time," Rogue murmured, kissing Lucy on the cheek. She exclaimed, "Until next time!" Lucy had left Rogue's home and was heading back to Gajeel's. Gajeel should have left and returned home before Lucy arrived, but he couldn't help but stare down Rogue.

He was there in front of him, surrounded by nothing to defend him. He didn't have any amour, weapons, or even a match to burn him. He could just follow in his father's footsteps and put an end to Rogue right now. However, Gajeel realized it wasn't the best approach to get rid of Rogue. He made the decision to depart and return home before Lucy.

He had to do it the smart way if he wanted to get rid of Rogue and get him to quit hanging around with Lucy. From everyone's standpoint, there were still unsolved questions.

Levy's notion of why Rogue was the wolf sprang to mind. Everything she said seemed ridiculous, yet it was also logical. He needed to persuade everyone in the village to believe Levy's notion. Rogue may face the death penalty if she had evidence to back up what she observed.

If he knew what happened the night Levy was attacked, it would seem strange, therefore he had to fabricate something happen and have others witness it. This was all going to work out in his favor. Lucy, Levy, and the others were all going to be simply instrumental in Gajeel's plan!

He arrived home in time before Lucy and reverted to his human form. He heard her approaching and went into his residence, where he chose to lie down on the bed to appear more relaxed. After a few moments, he heard the doorknob turn, and Lucy walked in, relieved.

"Hi Gajeel!" she softly greeted him as she put her basket down on the counter. "What took you so long?" he immediately questioned, trying to see what her response would be.

"My feet are sore, and I had to stop a few times along the way to rest them," she simply stated, knowing full well that she was lying. She walked over to him, removing her red hood. She grinned as she lay beside him on the bed.

She asked, "Is Metalicana sleeping?" "It took him a while," he said, moving away from her as he sat up on the side of the bed. He had a feeling he knew what was going to happen next. She crawled over to massage his back and asked, "Do you want me to relax your nerves?"

She flirtatiously whispered in his ear, "I can make you feel better tonight." She began massaging his sensitive areas and kissing him on the neck. He could feel her body grinding on him, but he had no choice but to resist.

As he got out of bed, he casually rejected her, "No can do." When he looked outside, he noticed that it was dark, indicating that it was his time. Gajeel said, "I'm going hunting tonight," leaving Lucy taken back. He left the house and reverted to his wolf form, as he planned to go hunting tonight.

Gajeel now knew where Rogue lived and he was going to go through with his plan.
