This marks the 10th chapter of Our Future Revolution, thanks for the reads and visits. In my story statistics there are about 30 readers following along, for all you people reading, I'd just like to give a heads up that a major plot is coming soon and I would like some feedback on my story.

How do you feel about my version of the characters? Any thoughts on my dialogue-based writing style? Do you enjoy the side plots? Or do you like how I handle the future setting, for example with Ed Wuncler being CEO or how Huey is taking his first steps to be a public figure?

As I said, I'd like some feedback. I write very fast and for the past days I've been posting chapters daily. Let me know before I start a major turning point!

And don't worry there's many more chapters to come.

End Of A/N

The 2 are sitting down on the table. In Granddad's dining room.

"Do you wanna go to the park?" Jazmine asks.

"No."

"Do you wanna go watch a movie?"

"No."

"Do you wanna go to the amusement park?"

"Definitely no."

"Do you wanna... go to the beach?"

"Jazmine it's march."

Jazmine pouts. "What do you wanna do then? I want to go out on a date."

Huey shakes his head in disapproval. "I'm really not in the mood, I'm tired and I still have papers to do."

"Huey... come on..." Jazmine stands up and hugs him from behind. "What can I do to help?"

"Coffee. Then I'll finish the journal entries for this month's accounting."

Jazmine replies. "And then we go on a date? We still have the whole afternoon ahead of us!"

"Fine. I'll think of something."

She softly says "Yay." Then kisses him in the cheek. "I'll be back with our coffee."

Jazmine heads into the kitchen and starts the coffee machine, she always takes her coffee with 1 spoon of sugar and 3 parts almond milk, she really isn't the type to drink bitter coffee and she can never tolerate drinking it without milk. Huey on the other hand takes his coffee with 0 sugar and 1 part almond milk.

"Here." She places his cup on the table.

"Thanks."

She sits down across from him with her own cup. "You know... coffee beans was discovered in Ethiopia by a goat herder. I read it from a book."

"I know and then a couple monks made it into a drink, I read the history."

Jazmine smiles. "Is there anything you don't know?"

"A few things." Huey is still looking down at his papers while he talks.

"Such as?"

"Come on Jazmine I'm trying to work."

"Hey..."

She tries to get his attention with a wave but then she realizes that she is just annoying him. "Am I bothering you? I can just back come later and check on you."

"Yes, that would be nice." Huey pauses. "I promise I'll be done here then we can go on a date okay?"

Jazmine takes her cup and stands up, she smiles sweetly. "Okay. Please hurry. And I love you."

Huey turns his head up to get eye contact. "Thanks... for not being annoying."

"Yeah... I think I'm starting to learn how to be Huey Freeman's girlfriend."

Huey smiles at her joke. "Come here."

Jazmine listens and walks towards him. their hearts pound loudly as she closes the gap between them. Huey then stands up as well and swipes her hair off to the side. Jazmine locks her arms around him as Huey kisses her deeply.

Jazmine can feel her body arch back into the kiss but after she feels him pull away Jazmine hears an alluring whisper in her ear. "10 minutes."

Her knees go weak under that voice. "O- Okay..."

Jazmine has seen her parents fighting again, usually she would come home late helping Huey and spending time with him in general, however she came home early one evening and see them in a fit of rage. They had been so busy fighting with each other that they had not noticed her enter the house. She felt like crying that day and all she could do was run back and hug Huey.

This has been going on for some time, Tom and Sarah fighting over their loveless marriage, Sarah wants him to man up and satisfy her wants, she has always believed in the fact that a man is the leader of the house and she is the loving housewife, basically a 20th century stereotype. Tom on the other hand is a bit more progressive and is too much of a feminist for his own good, refusing to put his wife in his place and being the 'nice guy'.

This whole back and forth, of wants and needs in a relationship that's being hopelessly neglected. In a way Jazmine feels some sort of relief, as she and Huey are comfortable with their relationship, they've set the boundaries and their roles, she relies on him and he relies on her, simple as that, however her parents are otherwise a bit more picky in what they want.

As she waits for Huey to finish his papers, Jazmine enters her house to hear them fighting again.

"Tom!" Sarah yells. "For the last time why are you being such a wuss about this!?"

"Sorry! I'll wait! And I'm not a wuss Sarah I just want to be a nice guy here!"

"I'm your wife Tom! If you want to get something from our bedroom then just get it! You don't have to knock!"

"Are you still getting dressed?"

"Yes! You can come in! I don't really care!"

"Sorry Sarah I will just wait, I don't want to walk on you half-naked. Sorry!"

"Stop saying sorry! And do you hate seeing me naked?! Tom you are really getting into my nerves!"

Jazmine sighs, she walks out and closes the door, seeing that her parents are busy. She really doesn't know what to do with her parents anymore, especially when she's going out to university after school. In fact, she will obviously study in Maryland with Huey and she's very excited to rent an apartment with him and have an entire place just for themselves. She's even chosen to study in business administration, having been interested in business ever since she made her lemonade stand and made a booming lemonade business.

She's been really inspired with Huey's organization too, she's done so much work for the past year and has fallen in love with administrating a business and managing people. Jazmine is sure in life that she wants to run charities and non-profits for the rest of her life, to make an impact on the world in her own way and she hopes that degree will get her more qualified.

"Hi Jazmine. What are you doing outside your house?" Caesar is there, walking towards her with his hands in his jacket.

"Hey Caesar. My parents are fighting again."

"I never knew they were having problems. Are you alright?" Caesar asks.

"Yes I'm fine... what brings you here by the way."

"I was walking over to the Freemans to talk to Huey about some stuff. Then I saw you sitting on your lawn looking all sad."

Jazmine frowns. "Yeah... I guess I am sad."

"Wanna talk bout it?" Caesar asks.

"Sure... I just don't think my parents are happy anymore. Happy in their marriage I mean."

"Yeah it happens..." Caesar sadly smiles.

"A- are you ok?"

Caesar regains his composure. "Yeah. My parents got divorced, I just live with my mom now."

"Oh. I'm sorry."

"It's okay... I've come to terms with it. But I just hope that the same thing doesn't happen to you."

"Wow... well we're both sad now." They both sit on Jazmine's snow covered lawn as her parent's screaming can be heard in the background.

Caesar talks more to drown out the fighting. "So how are things?"

"Ignoring that parent part, then yeah things are good... Huey and I are planning a lot because we're going to move out. How bout you Caesar?"

"I'm probably just going to stay here when we graduate. I'm not really into the whole post-secondary thing."

"What will you do?"

"I'm gonna be a full-time member of the NBP. Huey has been like a brother to me and he's making sure that I'll have a proper job to support myself and my mom."

"Really?" Jazmine feels surprised yet she's somewhat pleased at Huey for being so generous.

"Yeah. I guess I have to thank you for that too. Ever since you 2 got together he's been kinda a softy."

Jazmine giggles. "You're welcome."

"By the way how are you and Huey?"

Jazmine beams proudly. "I love him so much. He is the best person in the entire world and I honestly can't live without him-"

He interrupts. "Wow your eyes."

"What about them?"

"I swear they started glittering once you started talking about Huey." Caesar laughs.

"...But it's all true!" Jazmine blushes. "Anyways I gotta get back to him, I think he's done with his work. Are you gonna tag with?"

Huey sighs, finishing his cup of coffee. He looks out the window to see Caesar and Jazmine sitting down and laughing with each other.

"Huh." He says to himself.

Huey can't help but feel a stinging feeling in his head, he knows all the signs, the slight change in breathing, the sudden change in posture, he knows that he's experiencing some sort of jealousy at the moment.

If something is going on, you really shouldn't care. Just go back to work. He consumes himself in his accounting records trying to block out that stinging pain. He doesn't have time to have emotions, he has work after all.

Soon enough Jazmine enters the house, with Caesar dragging behind her.

"Hi Huey! Are you done yet?"

"No." He responds.

"But guess who I found!" Jazmine points her arms at the open door, trying to act silly. She announces "It's Caesar!"

Caesar gives him a wave. "Sup."

Huey replies back with a brief "hey", he doesn't even move his head, his eyes are still focused on his papers.

"So I just came to stop by and thank you for all you've done..." Caesar pauses. "Me and my mom wanted to say thanks by giving you this-" Caesar hands him a scarf.

Huey takes the scarf from his hands, taking a good look at it. He then says "Hm... it's hand knitted,"

"My mom knitted it herself... I know it can't compare to what you've done for my family but it's the best we can do for now. Once again, thank you Huey. And you too Jazmine."

Jazmine holds her hands together with a teary smile. Huey responds. "Sure. You're welcome."

Granddad shouts from upstairs "Boy! Who the hell is in the house! It better not be that Punk-bitch-nificent at the door without my money! Goddamn Otis owes me 500 dollars!"

As he comes down the stairs he sees Jazmine and Huey sitting together on the table, but then he sees a familiar face.

Granddad says "Michael? What yu doin in my house?"

"Robert?!" Caesar is shocked.

Jazmine looks worried "You know Mr. Freeman?"

"His last name is Freeman?!" Caesar gasps.

"What the hell you doin in my house Micheal?!"

"I- I- uhh your son... I work with your son."

"You mean Huey?! Huey ain't my damn son! I'm his granddad!"

Caesar's face turn red. "I'm sorry Robert I-"

"What is going on here?" Huey stands up, getting everyone's attention in the room. "Granddad can you explain?"

"I'm dating his mother. That woman is full of surprises! Damnit Angelia!" Granddad screams.

Huey sighs "So it's no big deal! Caesar meet my Granddad. Granddad meet Caesar. Happy? I got some goddamn work to do so can all of you be quiet."

After a few more awkward words with Robert, Caesar excused himself and left the house. Now with Huey's work finished the couple can also head out now and go on a date. There is still some daytime left so Huey is planning to take her somewhere nice.

"Honestly Jazmine... I just want to sit down and rest my eyes..."

"I don't mind snuggling for the rest of the day... but you did make a promise..." Jazmine wraps her arms around him.

"Yeah... I'm just stressed."

"Do you want a massage?"

"Not sure I do."

"Aren't massages scientifically proven to reduce stress?"

"Yeah..."

She pleads "Then let me do it..."

Jazmine takes her hands and places it on his shoulders while he is still sitting down in the dining chair. She rubs him and applies pressure to his stiff body while she notices him closing his eyes and allowing her to do her work.

"Does this hurt?" She asks.

"No you're doing fine."

She gently massages his upper back, her smooth velvety fingers running down the fabric of his shirt. Little by little Jazmine eases the tension in his body, doing it silently for some time to give him space for meditation. I wonder if I can get a massage from him one day.

"Okay... that's enough." Huey says, opening his eyes.

"Did I do good?"

Huey stands up and places a soft kiss on her lips, she feels butterflies flutter in her stomach. "You did good. Now let's get out before more people start yelling at each other."

"Y- yeah. Let's go!" She grabs his hand and leads him to her car.

Huey is driving again. In truth he hates driving as it contributes to burning more of fossil fuels. That's why quite recently ago, Huey asked Jazmine to modify her car. He was working all night as he worked on the engine, he had to order so many different parts and pieces to the point that it made Jazmine's head spin. By the time she came to check up on him the following morning he was sleeping on the garage floor covered in oil and grease.

She really appreciates what he did however, just like with Dorothy now, her car barely uses that much gas. As if Huey is some sort of automobile wizard.

As they drive along the streets of Woodcrest, there's still a couple blankets of snow here and there. She also notices that the sidewalks are way cleaner and there are barely any beggars or homeless people in the streets. All thanks to her and Huey's charity work.

"So where you taking me Huey Freeman?" Jazmine grins.

"Amusement park." He says bluntly.

"You're joking right? No way are you actually taking me there."

"I said we're going there."

Jazmine is surprised. "But you said you hated that place."

"I know."

"You're serious?" Jazmine gasps.

"I am."

Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!

Jazmine lets out a loud squeal "YES!"

Huey almost loses control of the steering wheel. "Jazmine! Calm down! We almost went off the road!"

"Thank you so so so much! I love you! I love you so much!" Jazmine hugs his arm.

"Jazmine if you give me a headache before we even get there then I'm turning us around." Huey scowls.

"Sorry! I- I'm just really excited! You're the best person in the entire world!"

Uncle Ruckus is working at the ticket booth. "Come one come all you little white angels! Welcome to Woodcrest Wonderland! All caucasian children are admitted for free!"

Jazmine holds Huey's arm as they walk to the booth. Ruckus utters out "Why hello there lady mullato, what do you and your monkey lover want?"

"2 tickets please Mr. Ruckus." Jazmine kindly says, she hands him a 10 dollar bill which is enough for 2 tickets.

"I apologize but it's company policy to charge you fine junglefolk a negro discount."

"A... discount?" Jazmine frowns.

"Yes. The discount is that you pay double to get in! It is only right! We let you blacks in and it be like the damn Zulu invading our land! You negroes make double the trash, you shit twice as much, and you make twice as much noise! Now it is only fair for you to pay double!"

Jazmine and Huey gives each other looks. Then Huey says "Ruckus, just take the 10, we don't have time for this."

"Did your inferior nigga ears not hear what I jus said?"

Huey raises his voice "I suggest you take the money and let us through. Wuncler owns this place, perhaps he and I can have a little chat about removing you and all your other jobs, Permanently."

Ruckus backs down and takes the 10 dollars, letting them through, but not before shouting a few more insults "Ah yes! The slave who can read and the hybrid is very close to master! Jus becuz the nigga has connections he think he go-

But before Ruckus can finsh, Huey lands a punch on his jaw, which made Ruckus lose balance and fall down. Huey shouts at Ruckus.

"Don't come near me or my girlfriend ever again! You are a rascist shit-talking asskisser and we only tolerate you because my granddad finds the goddamn everlasting patience to put up with a sad worthless insecure pile of shit that you are! If you barge in and appear from whatever fucking crevice or rathole you come from and start insulting my girlfriend with another bitchy mouth racist slur then I won't hesitate beating the shit out of you until both of your eyes look exactly the same!

Huey walks away causing a few bystanders to recoil in shock, leaving Ruckus on the floor of the ticket booth.

Huey apologizes "Sorry, didn't mean for you to see that."

Jazmine holds him even tighter. "No it's okay... thanks." She smiles.

"Huey! Look at the unicorn!" She points to the large stuffed animal hanging from the wall.

He whispers to himself "Please don't ask me to get that for you.."

She starts pleading with him "Please get it for me! I want it!"

"Jazmine you're 18, if you really want a teddy bear or a plush just go buy one."

"It's not the same!"

"Who knows where that thing has been? It's gonna be dirty as hell."

Jazmine puffs her cheeks and scowls at him. "Fine I'll get it myself!" She goes up to the game where she can win the unicorn.

"Excuse me? Can I try the game?"

The employee with a eerie grin walks to the counter. "Sure miss! You get 5 rings and you just have to land a ring on these bottles. If you get a ring on the pink bottle you win the pink unicorn!"

"Okay thank you!" Jazmine pays and she gets her 5 rings.

First ring. Miss.

Second ring. Miss.

Third ring. Miss.

"Huey help me!"

"Snap your wrist and throw low."

Jazmine follows his advice. Fourth ring. Miss.

"Last one." And another miss.

"Aw..." Jazmine lost.

"Okay let's go?" Huey ushers her away.

"Alright... Huey we should go to the ferris wheel then, it will be so romantic..." Jazmine stares at him with puppy eyes.

"If it's safe."

"Come on! Look the line is empty!"

Jazmine and Huey get in line at the ferris wheel, Huey is still as stiff as ever while Jazmine is eccentric and happy, 2 complete opposites that contrasts each other so well, and it shows when they stand together in line. Yet as people notice the odd couple, Jazmine holds him closely, not wanting to ever let go. She realizes that she doesn't need a unicorn plushie to hold and drag around everywhere, she already has Huey and she can't help but blush at that fact.

Then next, it's their turn to get on the ferris wheel. They get inside and the machinery starts whirring, still holding on to his stiff and rigid structure.

"Huey?" Jazmine bites her lip.

"Can you hold me?"

He lets out a brief and tired sigh. "Okay. I'll hold you."

Huey returns the embrace as he wraps his arm around her, their cheeks almost touching, feeling the warmth from each other's skin.

As the ferris wheel stops to a halt, they see the still image of Woodcrest from their view. A painting of their hometown, along the backdrop of a starry night sky. So many memories, so many places, the things they've done, and the moments that they've made and shared, it's all in plain sight.

They see the outline of their houses, with the snow mostly melted on the roofs, they see the place where Huey moved in, the place where they had their first kiss, the place where they've loved and will continue to love. They see the hill with the oak tree on top, their hill, the place where they confessed and where they learned the truth of their feelings. It is the birthplace of their love.

"This... is nice." Huey admits.

"It's beautiful."

They both glance at each other, their glimpsing eyes lock and they turn their heads to meet each other's gaze.

Jazmine has only 1 request. "Huey... kiss m-

She didn't even need to ask as they envelop in each other's arms. This wasn't a quick fleeting spark, not a brief peck on the lips. This was a burning bonfire, a fire that engulfed them both as they melted into the embrace.

Huey is a flawed man, someone who is hurt a long time ago, but with her, the pain goes away. The madness of the world disappears. His sorrow and his anguish is swept aside. For all his life, he has been angry at the world and angry at himself, and yet with her, that anger slips away. Why would a man stay angry when he has his soulmate in his arms, locked in an embrace, and sharing their true love.

Then they pause, they break away their kiss, they take a good look at each other's eyes.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

And then they resume, her lips are soft, so open, so alluring. He takes what belongs to him, Huey nibbles on her lip and she sends out a seductive giggle. He drags both their bodies into the chairs and pins her delicate figure against the soft seat.

They pause again.

"You can do whatever you want..." She whispers.

And then they resume, her body pinned against the seat and his kiss is pressing against her lips. He can't help but feel her body, his hands move through her jacket, searching for that obstructing zipper. He unzips it and he feels her womanly figure. Emotions race through their minds, full of love, happiness, and then- desire.

"Huey..." She weakly moans. "A-are we g-going to do it?"

"Not here. But let me do this."

He moves his hands to her hips, as he resumes their loving kiss, he pulls her hips and positions himself on top of her as they lay down on the seat. As they continue attacking each other's lips, his hands move up her waist, outlining her petite frame, until they finally arrive at her chest.

They pause their kiss once more.

"Can I?" Huey asks for permission.

"Yes." Then Jazmine pulls his head towards her.

And then they resume, his hand moves under her shirt and then it cups her breast. Kneading it, massaging her womanly feature. She can't help but moan at his touch.

They pause.

"Huey..."

"Tell me you love me." He demands.

"I l-love you."

And then they resume. He moves his attention to her neck, placing love bites, placing his mark on her, claiming her. A hickey is placed then he caresses her breast, another hickey and then he squeezes gently. Jazmine closes her eyes shut, her mouth gaping wide and her hands clinging to his afro holding for dear life.

"Ahem!" A lady interrupted them. They pull away and jump to attention.

The young teenager managing the ferris wheel is blushing at the lovers. "Excuse me. Your ride is done. Please get out. Now."

Jazmine's eyes go wide "Sorry! Sorry! Sorry!" She sounded like a broken record as Huey fixed her shirt and took her hand to lead her away.

"I'm so sorry! Oh my gosh! Sorry!" Jazmine repeats herself.

"Let's go." Huey motions her to move.

They were practically sprinting back to the car, their hands still tightly together. They passed the game stalls and the unicorn, they pass Ruckus and the ticket booth, then they finally get to the parking lot.

"Keys." Huey demands.

"Here."

He unlocks the car but instead of going into the front, he leads Jazmine into the backseat.

"Get in. We're going to finish."

Jazmine giggles. "I had the same idea."

And then lay on the car seats whilst spooning each other. Their faces only a couple inches apart.

She whispers "So embarassing! I can't believe we got carried away!"

Huey gives a brief kiss "I guess we did."

"You were driving me crazy..."

"I know."

Jazmine gives her own kiss. Then she speaks softly "I have to a-ask Huey. Are w-we going to have sex?"

"No. We're not ready yet. Not ready for the risk. Do you want to?"

"Yes... but I know you're right. W-we're not ready for th-e risk."

"It's good that you understand." He compliments.

She gives another seductive giggle. "But you can do anything else... I'm yours..."

He gives another tender kiss. "Good. You'll be screaming my name tonight."

And then they lay with each other in the backseat, in a parking lot that's full of cars, near an amusement park that really wasn't fun. Another successful date under their belt.
