It wasn't fair, Tifa found herself thinking, that he could look that good just by changing the colour of his coat. The rich navy brought out the blue-black highlights in his hair, and though his hair was still a little ragged, it looked dashing against the structured lines of the peacoat.

What with the snow falling about the two of them, nestling into his hair like tiny diamonds, he could have almost been a hero on the cover of the romance novels Yuffie had stashed in the back pockets of her rucksack.

Almost.

Managing a weak smile at his inquisitive expression, Tifa took Vincent's arm as she steered him back into the tailor's shop. Aeris had some explaining to do.

Biting back laughter, Tifa couldn't help but think that the little brunette seemed to have a slight fixation. Tifa was not going to explain to the reticent gunslinger that their mischievous friend had somehow manoeuvred him into a woman's overcoat, but she certainly looked forward to watching Aeris try...

Sabe's Scribbles: ...to think this started angsty, then featured a snowball fight! The blue coat was the only thing that remained, and I have Tijuana Pirate to thank for the prompt – "Vincent, Tifa, winter, blue."
