Minerva guided the three girls through the halls of the castle. Neptune and Uni were looking at the paintings. "Ahm…am I crazy or are all those paintings snoring? Like...ACTUALLY snoring?" Asked Uni.

"Yeah they're totally moving! Well….sleeping. Geez I hope they're not just doing that all the time." Said Neptune.

"During the day the paintings are quite lively. If you ever are lost you could ask them for help but most are quite unreliable, remembering things wrong or just taking a jolly in misdirecting students unless it's a serious emergency. Mind you, while they appear alive, paintings just simulate a personality. They're not the actual people depicted." Explained the Professor.

Neptune had a mischievous look on her face and opened her mouth but Noire harshly cut her off. "No you are NOT getting one of those of yourself. One of you is bad enough! Gamindustri cant take a second dolt like you."

"But Noooiiirrreee! It would be totally awesome! I could have the most awesome company ever, and someone who always agrees with me when Histy wants me to do work!" The two quickly went into one of their typical arguments.

"Are...they always like this?" The teacher asked the younger black-haired girl.

"Yeah, it's...their way of bonding I guess? They're actually very close friends...I think…" In all honesty Uni wasn't sure what her older sister and Planeptune's CPU were. One moment they're the closest friends, the next they argue and Noire wants to kill Neptune. Frienemies? Yeah that...seemed the closest….maybe. Minerva just shook her head in disapproval but kept her thoughts to herself as she...still was quite shaken over the fact that not only one of her Lions was in the tournament but now someone who was dead reappeared out of nowhere.

The group arrived at the painting of a black knight. He was holding a dark sword and looked sternly at the group. "This shall be the entrance to your provisionary quarters. You need to say the password to enter. Clarent." The Knight nodded and the portrait swung to the side, revealing a small entrance.

"I shall pick you up tomorrow at 9 AM. Have a good night's rest." The three thanked her and entered the room. Once the door closed the three let out tired sighs.

"So….this is where you're from?" Asked Neptune while plopping down on a couch. Noire just gave a shaky nod, sitting down as well.

While the other two wanted to talk it was clear how exhausted Noire was so they decided it was best to go to bed early.

Meanwhile in the Headmasters office, Dumbledore was quite frankly at a loss. The death of Rose Potter was a regretful necessity, the burden of which still played heavy on him. The girl

contained a piece of Voldemort's soul so her death was just unavoidable. He also knew that whatever happened that night had weakened her magically to the point of being a near Squib, and with that her immune system also suffered. He honestly wasn't quite sure how that worked; as smart as he was such medical things aren't exactly his forte. But he knew it was only a matter of time till some sickness would claim her life. The least he could do was provide her a comfy and happy life, away from magic. Sadly in his haste he forgot informing Petunia of the magicless state of the child, leading to young Rose having the exact opposite of what he wished for her. He regarded this as most likely one of his greatest mistakes, maybe second to Ariana's death. But now…now said girl seems to be alive. Albus was no stranger to reincarnation but this…if it wasn't for the circumstances of her arrival he would not have believed it was her.

While undoubtedly a happy occasion multiple problems arose from this. Rose, or rather Noire's, red eyes where a sign of Dark Magic, although they were different from the usual blood red eyes ore sickly yellow once Dark Magic causes, so its entirely possible that it simply was her natural eye colour which would be quite the unfortunate coincidence, even if the chances of that where unlikely. The second thing was the question of if the girl still was a Horcrux, although with her death the soul shard should have been destroyed. And the last major question is what a CPU is. It sounded like the girl was…a ruler? He needed to ask them tomorrow.

Exhausted, Dumbledore massaged his temples before popping some lemon drops into his mouth. The whole situation was a mess. After what happened at the world cup, this could mean nothing good. Who put Harry and Rose's name into the Goblet? How did they even know Rose was in some form still alive? What did they hope to achieve? Questions upon questions and riddles wrapped in riddles. But today he most likely could not find any answers, so instead he braced himself for what would come now. Three, two, one…the door burst open and a man in a green bowler entered.

"Dumbledore, WHAT'S THE MEANING OF THIS?!" Here we go, thought Dumbdore, already feeling exhausted.

"Minister, please sit down, we have a lot to discuss."

When Uni woke up, it tok her some time to remember where she was. Once last night came back to her, she climbed out of her bed. The guest Quarters had one big shared living space and four bedrooms. Her room had a single window with a view of a giant lake. When she looked outside she saw the sun was just rising, the sunrise reflecting in the lake. Under different circumstances she would think this was beautiful but sadly her worries for her sister made it impossible to enjoy the view.

She left her room and found Neptune sitting on the couch, fiddling around with her phone. "Unless you have some kind of interdimensional phone plan I kinda doubt you can call anyone….wait you dont have that do you?!" Considering how often Neptune was sent to other worlds, that's actually a real possibility. But Neptune just gave a loud sigh and shook her head.

"Nope, I don't. Nep.Jr TRIED to make something like that but not in the size of a phone…and last time it blew up anyway sooooo yeah….hey how are you feeling Mini Noire?" Uni's eyebrow twitched a little at being called Mini Noire but she decided not to humor her senior CPU.

"I'm...fine I guess just…worried about Noire." She looked at her sister's room. Neptune to looked worried. Hey she may be a lazy dolt, and kinda mean at times but Noire was still her firend! Of course she's worried about her! But before she could say anything to cheer up the younger tsundere, Noire came out of her room and looked at Neptune…then she gave the girl a deadpan stare.

"Neptune, why are you on your phone? Unless you have some kinda Interdimensional Phone Plan I highly doubt you can call anyone." Ugh yeah those two certainly are sisters, thought Neptune.

"Well I only tok it out to check the time and lo and behold…I actually have reception here" Noire wasn't to surprised at that. She knew this world HAD modern technology and their phones were FAR higher advanced than anything she could remember this planet having, so even if there was no civilization for miles their phones could connect to any Satellite as their signals were that strong. ESPECIALLY a phone from Planeptune.

"Hmm…the Non Magical People do have more advanced Technology then what the Magicals seem to have, so I guess your phone could connect to their Network. Uni what about yours?" Uni looked sheepish.

"I….I didn't have my phone on me when we got sent here, sorry sis…" But Noire just waved her off.

"No no it's not your fault, I don't have mine either, I left it on my desk…" She trailed off, clearly her thoughts were elsewhere. Not that anyone blamed her.

"So! How are ya feeling Noire. Like seriously with all the stuff that happened.." Asked Neptune while Noire sat down.

"...Mostly fine but…" Noire sighed. "I don't know. So let's just..recap what happened. We got summoned here by some kind of bogus magical artifact and now I'm forced to compete in a very dangerous, magical tournament, while being stuck in a unknown place, no access to our shares—I already checked that—and no way of communicating with Histoire unless this world has an Histoire to………..I blame you for this" She glared at Neptune.

"NEPU! WHY?!" She asked, perplexed.

"Well obviously because you are the one who's always getting sent to other dimensions! So you're bad luck somehow rubbed onto me! We are lucky we got sent to a place I at least am somewhat familiar with. Could have been much worse." Uni looked at Noire questionably.

"How could it have been any worse than it already is?!" Noire wanted to answer her sister but Neptune was faster.

"Well we were sent here by flames, all our clothes could have been burned away and we would have appeared in the hall all starkers, on full display!" Her perverse grin and the look she gave Noire indicated she would have preferred that outcome ignoring, or forgetting, her own humiliation in the process. The sisters blushed at the mere thought, and Noire just growled and punched Neptune over the head who was now lying on the floor with a big, smoking bump.

"As I was about to say, before being interrupted by that pervert's wishful fantasies, we could have ended up at a far more hostile place. Imagine us being stuck in some stone age dimension without shares OR technology, not even any civilized life. Here we at least can hope to find a way back." Uni nodded in understanding.

"Oh! And don't forget these people have magic. I mean I'm sure there is some super plot convenient magical thingy that will allow us to talk to Histoire! I'm sure the Author wouldn't just let us be stuck here!" Neptune, having recovered again, gave her two cents to the discussion. Her fourth wall breaking comment went ignored by the sisters. They wanted to talk more but then the portrait swung open and Miss Mcgonagall came in.

"Ah I see all three of you are awake now. Would you mind following me? The Headmaster wishes to speak with you." They stod up and followed her to the Headmasters office.

A few minutes later they arrived in the office. All three had a slight shock when the gargoyle at the front moved upwards to reveal a staircase (I know in the books it's more described as the gargoyle blocking the entrance instead of being the entrance but let's be honest here the movies' interpretation is cooler). Once they knocked at the door and heard someone inside say "enter", they stepped in and were greeted by Dumbledore sitting at his desk. The three were mesmerized by the Headmaster's office. Especially a certain bird.

"I-Is that a Phoenix?" Exclaimed Noire in shock. Dumbledore smiled and looked at Fawkes.

"Ah yes indeed. A magnificent creature is he not? I count myself blessed that it chose me as its master. You are also quite fortunate, his burn day was a while ago so he is at the height of his beauty. You're certainly more lucky than your brother; when he first saw Fawkes it was literally seconds before his burning, giving the poor boy quite the shock." He chuckled at the memory of Harry panicking back when he was six years old and came with his father to meet Albus. Noire on the other hand wasn't sure how to react to the mention of her…brother. While her feelings on Lily and James were clear disdain…Harry was a different thing. On one hand he was the one chosen over her so she could not stop but feel a slight bit of anger towards him. But at the same time he is absolutely not responsible for anything that happened to her and she knew if anyone deserves a chance to at least have any kind of relationship with her it was him. Speaking of, said boy just entered into the office followed by four people. Noire had no problem recognizing Lily and James but the other 2 tok a while

longer. Before she could really remember the tall good looking man with black hair spoke first.

"Blimey…Rose? Is that…really little Rose?" He looked at her with a mix of great shock, regret and happiness. The same went for the other man who had scars on his face. When Noire looked at them to correct her name a memory shot into her head.

"...Uncle…Padfoot? Uncle Moony?" She now could remember the two! They often played with her when she was a child!

"YES! I KNEW SHE WOULD REMEMBER US!" Said the one named Padfoot in pure joy and before anyone could stop him he tok Noire into a deep hug.

"I'M SORRY! I shouldn't have allowed this senile old goat to convince your parents to give you up! I argued with them but they refused to tell me where you are…if only I..if I had found you sooner you…" He started to cry, completely putting Noire off guard. Nep and Uni were just as shocked but being not…occupied like Noire they could observe the reactions of the other adults and Harry. Lily looked away, biting her lip, even making it bleed a little, a look of regret clear on her face. The man they assumed was James Potter also looked away, pressing his hands into fists. Harry just looked happily at the scene. Dumbledore had a serene smile on his face and the man with scars smiled to and went up to Padfoot.

"Dear god Pad give her time to breathe! Maybe explain some more first." Padfoot let go of Noire.

"Yes Moony…sorry Ro…no it's…Noire, right? I'm…it's just…" While still shocked, Noire waved it off.

"I…It's fine. Ahm…sorry I…you searched for me?" It was the only thing that came to mind at the moment, her still being dazed. Both men gave firm nods.

"For the entire time you were gone, the moment those two saggy excuses for parents abandoned you! I'm your godfather, it was my duty to take care of you! Same with Remus here. Even if he's Harry's godfather, for us there's no difference. But…like I said we had no idea you were with Petunia…we frankly didnt even consider it, not believing they EVER would send you there, not even for juts an hour of babysitting. Oh! Sorry your friends probably don't know us. I'm Sirius Black, Noire's godfather. This is Remus Lupin, her honorable uncle. Nice to meetcha!" He gave them a bright grin.

"...WOWY! Didn't know Noire had godparents. I am Neptune and this is Noire's lil sis Uni! And I can just tell you are a cool dude to be around! We sure need more like you in the series!" Said Neptune cheerfully. Noire meanwhile was a bit…baffled. To know someone searched for her…wanted to take care of her…the part of her that was Rose felt…warm. Happy. Well she just added more names to the list of people that she actually wanted to associate with.

Dumbledore, who till now respectfully stayed silent, coughed to get everyone's attention before speaking. "Now then with all pleasantries taken care of, please sit down." With a

wave of his wand, chairs for everyone appeared and they set down. "Now first order of business before we talk about Miss Noire's unusual circumstances I wish to confess something to you. Sirius already mentioned it but it was me who convinced your parents to give you up. And now all I ask of you..is to listen at the very least to their reasoning." Noire glared at the old man.

"And why would I do that?" Her voice was laced with venom while giving Dumbledore a menacing death glare. Sirius and Remus both flinched a bit at seeing that kinda look on her. "Besides my…uncles and maybe Harry, I have seriously no interest in even being in the same room as them." While Harry was happy he was…somewhat on the list, he had to defend his parents.

"Please! At Least listen to them, they had good reasons to-" Noire now glared at him, making the boy flinch but before she could yell at him it was James who spoke.

"No. No, we didn't have good reasons. No matter the reasons what we did was inexcusable." He turned around to look Noire in the eyes, not flinching in the slightest. "Noire…we just…wish to explain. We don't want nor expect forgiveness. We are fully aware that no matter what we can't be a family. All we ask is for you to listen, to know we didn't do it because we hated or didn't want you..after this you never have to speak to us again. Lily would even be willing to resign her position to guarantee she's out of your way." This…okay this took Noire by total surprise. Even Dumbledore looked wide eyed at James. After a few seconds of silence Noire nodded.

"Fine. You can explain. I will listen." With a thankful nod James began.

"To explain, we have to go back a few more years. Magical Britain was in the midst of a civil war. A man calling himself Lord Voldemort was under the belief that only those with pure Magical bloodlines have a right to even call themselves human. He wanted to wipe out those of Muggle—non magical—heritage. He and his followers put all of Britain in a state of permanent fear and he was very close to winning…many…many good people died. Friends…family.." All the adults looked pained, and even Neptune couldn't help but feel her chest tighten in guilt. It was after all her who started the Console War back in her first years as a CPU. Noire also suddenly remembered something else.

"Is that why Wormtail isn't here? He died?" The reaction wasn't what she expected. Anger. Pure anger flashed in the three men's faces and Lily looked like she just saw the ugliest pile of trash in the world.

"That's…no he isn't dead…as much as we wish he was. You see Voldemort target Lily and I. So we went into hiding, using a spell called the Fidelius Charm." Now Lily took over explaining.

"Essentially the Charm binds a certain knowledge inside of a person, a so-called Secret Keeper. You could walk past a building 10 times and never know it's there. Only the Secret Keeper can reveal the secret. Originally Sirius was supposed to be the Secret Keeper." Sirius nodded.

"But well James and I were thick as thieves. Soooooo it kinda would have destroyed the purpose of it all." Ah yes Noire could see where this was going.

"It would have been too obvious. Voldemort would have known from the get go it was you and would go on the hunt." Sirius nodded.

"Yup. So I had the brilliant idea to switch Secret Keeper. I would be a decoy, send dear old Voldie on a merry goosechase and heck even if he gets me? I could just smirk and tell him that sorry, got the wrong guy." Neptune chuckled.

"Your secret is in another castle." The natives of the world just looked at her funny while the two black-haired tsunderes just rolled their eyes, but honestly also smiled because the image of telling Voldemort that right to his face would surely have been entertaining.

"HA! Good one! Not sure where that is from but I know a reference when I hear one. But sadly…we bet on the wrong guy." His hands became fists and he didn't need to continue. It was clear as day what happened.

"Wormtail was the Secret Keeper and betrayed you." They all nodded, James picking the story back up.

"His real name is Peter Pettigrew, and yes, he betrayed us, ratted us out to Voldemort. On Halloween he showed up, stunned me and Lily, then well…he tried to kill you and Hare but…his curse rebounded and hit him, leaving nothing but a cloak and a wand. Frankly I have no idea what happened. Lily did find a way to protect you two but it would have required her death which…didn't happen. Well you both survived…but…you were rendered a Squib, basically a child to magical parents with no magic of their own. And the headmaster then…convinced us it would be better to grow up outside of the Wizarding World as well…our society despises Squibs. Which..is honestly the whole story. As for Petunia well…" He glared at Dumbledore who looked down.

"In my haste I forgot to tell Petunia of your lack of magic. Prompting her to mistreat you in ways no child should be treated. Voldemort had just fallen and there was so much to do it just…slipped my mind. For which I am forever sorry." Noire had closed her eyes to think. This really was no good justification, which to their credit they never used it as such, only stating that's what they did and they made it already clear it is wrong and unforgivable. She could somewhat understand the way of thinking but there was one issue.

"I had magic." Was all she said. They all looked at her.

"Pardon? You…what? But…How?!" Asked Remus confused.

"I don't know, but I am certain I had Magic. From my hair growing back overnight when that wrench shaved be bald, me suddenly being able to unlock doors, small stuff like that." They all looked to Dumbledore, who in all honesty could do nothing but shrug.

"I have no explanation for this. All scans I did showed she was a Squib. This…well to be honest, surviving a Killing Curse is a thing that never happened before so it's hard to say, but

the only thing that makes sense to me is that it was merely a temporary thing (or the Horcrux masked her magical signature) He thought that last part to himself. Suddenly everyone jumped when a loud bash was heard. James had slammed his fist on the desk with so much force it actually caused cracks, his hand bleeding from splinters embedding itself into it. He glared at Dumbledore, his whole body shaking with rage, barely able to keep his fury in check. When he spoke his voice almost sounded like a growl.

"Are you telling me…what we…we did….WAS POINTLESS?! THAT WE SEND OUR DAUGHTER OFF TO A LIFE OF MISERY AND DEATH BECAUSE YOU WERE WRONG?! THAT THE ONLY SOLACE WE HAD, US TELLING OURSELVES IT'S BETTER THAT WAY WAS JUST A BUNCH OF HOGWASH!?" The room was deadly quiet. Even Nep didn't dare make any joke. After a few seconds Lily put her hand on her husband's shoulder and then embraced him in a hug…his anger left him and he…he collapsed onto his chair. Sobbing. It was him who insist on sending Rose away. Knowing how Squibs are treated, having seen it with his own eyes. He did what he believed was best for his daughter…learning that it was pointless. Meaningless. Made all the guilt he felt for over a Decade now hit him harder than ever. He couldn't look at anyone. He felt ashamed. Disgusted with himself. Yes he…he even wished Voldemort had killed him that day. Death would be preferable to what he feels now. No one spoke. Dumbledore looked at James with great shame. While he didnt show it his feelings were similar to that of his former student.

Noire meanwhile just…didn't know what to think. Here she saw a man she despised her entire life sobbing for what he did for her. The little she remembered of James was that of a jovial man, always playing stupid pranks, like that one time where he turned Lily's hair pink and she chased him through the entire house while he was laughing like a maniac. There was nothing of that energy in him. She didn't want to be here! She didn't want those…complicated feelings. So she spoke up. "Maybe we should…change topics. I assume you want to know about us, do you?" Dumbledore, glad for this, nodded.

"Yes, you mentioned before you were…CPUs? Could you elaborate on that?" James stopped his sobbing, trying to suppress his negative feelings so he could listen.

"...Us three hail from the Land of Gamindustri which is separated into four nations. Each nation is ruled by a CPU, a Console Patron Unit. I rule over Lastation, The Land of Black Regality. Uni here is my little sister and CPU Candidate, which basically means she's the next in line to be a CPU. Neptune here is the CPU of Planeptune the Land of Purple Progress. Our duties are to govern and protect our people, in return they provide us with Share Energy, the materialization of our people's faith. From the shares we grow stronger and in turn can better perform our duties…even if certain people rather slack off all day then do their job!" She glared at Neptune who innocently looked away and started to whistle.

"Wait wait…people's...faith in you? Are you...like a Goddess?" Asked Lily and her jaw dropped when Noire nodded.

"Goddesses is the most common term we are called…although we are not like the Gods this world worships. We certainly are strong and we do not age, but we can be killed and we aren't omnipotent or anything like that. Honestly the term Goddess is simply from more ancient times, before people became more aware what CPUs are. You could say it's more

tradition than actual truth to call us Goddesses. Unfortunately…we are unable to access our Share energy and with that, a great part of our power. I was hoping we could discover a way to contact Histoire, the Oracle of Planeptune." Before Dumbledore could say anything James spoke up.

"I have some friends in the department of Mysteries. I'm sure someone there can help you. Meanwhile, we can search through the Hogwarts library." Noire was still for a second before muttering a thanks.

"Ahem, well what else can you tell us about…Gamindustri? How are CPUs born?" Asked Dumbledore. Sadly Neptune apparently felt too much left out as the Author didn't give her much screen time (Come On Nep I'm trying!) so she started to daddle on.

"Weeell no one really knows the Details except somehow Souls are recycled and a CPU is spit out! Aaand Noire here is the only one of us who can remember their past lives, no clue who I was. OH! I bet I was a BLAAA-" Noire again punched Neptune over her head.

"IDIOT! That's supposed to be a close guarded state secret! What are you thinking!?" Neptune, holding her head, pouted.

"Nepuuu. I thought it would help. I mean…it's pretty much believed we all lived in Gamindustri but you're from this world. So if they find out how your Soul got there they may send us there too…" That…shit was an actual smart thought. Fore Neptune that is.

"That…URGH! Fine! Whatever. It's too late to change now anyway. Urgh stupid dolt." Uni once more facepalmed from their antics. Most just sweatdropped but Dumbledore was quiet. He was about to ask another question when loud grumblings were heard. The three CPUs blushed realizing it was their stomachs. They had not eaten anything since yesterday after all.

"HA! Seems like you three need some food. So how about we wrap it up and go to the great hall to catch some breakfast? I'm sure you can sit with Harry at the Gryffindor table!" spoke Sirius. Dumbledore at first wanted to protest but then changed his mind.

"Very well, just one last thing. Are you three capable of using magic?" The three nodded. "In that case might I suggest that while here, you attend some of Hogwarts classes? Learn about our magic? It would certainly help prepare you for the tournament as I'm afraid there is no way of getting you out of it. If you agree I'm sure Sirius and Remus could accompany you to Diagon Alley to acquire your supplies" The three looked at each other.

"Urgh I hate school but…eh learning magic sounds fun, never really got around it back home." Said Neptune.

"Yeah, me and Noire are often so busy with work we don't really have time to study Magic….to be fair besides Rom and Ram no one of us really knows much magic." commented Uni.

"It can't be helped, CPUs are much more busy than in the past so it's a luxury we don't really have. Very well, I wouldn't mind a shopping trip, we require some necessities anyway. I'm not very eager to wear the same clothes each day." Dumbledore smiled.

"Excellent! Harry, my boy, please bring them down to the Great Hall." Harry nodded and the girls left with him. Sirius was about to leave as well when James stopped him, holding a key and a note in his hand.

"Sirius…take this to Gringotts. Take the money you need from my vault." Sirius was…honestly shocked. The two hadn't been friends in years, the disagreement with Rose shattering their friendship, especially after her death.

"You're sure?" he asked and James nodded.

"It's the least I can do. You where right Sirius, I'm a failure of a father. At the least I will pay for my daughter's expenses and her friends…maybe take them to Muggle London too, maybe they will appreciate Muggle clothes more than our robes." Sirius took the key and note, which was hastily written by James so the Goblins know he gave Sirius permission.

"Very well. But don't blame me if they go on a crazy shopping spree!" James just chuckled.

"Well then it's money well spent, isn't it?" With that he left, giving his wife a kiss and stepping into the fireplace. Lily was about to leave but said one last thing to their former friends.

"Please…look after her..." And before they could respond, she left as well. Dumbelore also had a disturbing thought on his mind.

"(CPUs are reborn Souls. So if Uni is Noire's sister then where did her soul come from…could it be…that she is the reborn Soul Fragment?)"
