"Sand Dome!"
Aym would be the first in the room to hear the cry the driver made, following with the rest as they would look out the other side of the carriage to see that sand had begun to swarm over the perimeter of the vehicle.
"What the?!" Gunther would look around with an expression carried by all present.
"Could it be..?" Éclair would look around with a brow quipped.
"Tch.." Aluga would click his teeth, seeing the bird perched on his finger shivering in fear.
"Heh..?" Chelia, having been previously focused on cuddling into Romeo's shoulder, would blink as she noticed the change in scenery taking place. Romeo, on the other hand, would look around, carefully assessing what all he could.
"Max, what's going o-" Just as Amelia attempted to ask the source of the sand his reasoning for spreading it, the answer would come in the form of a crash that would send the entire carriage down before it bounced upward with such a force it threw everyone in the cart up and shifting them around at first upon the landing.
"Ughh.." Gunther would groan a bit, his eyes swirling around. "That was not a good rollover..."
"An airborne attack..?" Luko would quip a brow, grasping his book and pen once more and writing upon the pages. "Viribus. Diuturnitatem. Progredior." As he shut the book in hand, "Decretum: All within this carriage will rapidly Progress in Strength and Durability."
Éclair would look to her hands as she noticed a wave of blue light cover over herself and her escorts, which Aym among them would grin widely.
"Alright! Let's get to poundin' some enemies!"
"Hold on just a moment, Aym." Luko would raise his hand. "We need to understand what we're up against first." Luko would walk nudge his head toward Éclair, who would open the curtain giving glimpse to Max and Jenny.
The two would be glaring upward, scanning over the skies before them.
"Jenny, did you catch it?"
"Yeah. That attack came from up high, so.." As she began to speak, a white light would encompass his body.
Once emerging from it, her attire had emerged in a completely new form.
The rose she wore had been replaced by a silver replica, attached by a clip to the visor over her eye that would have the color the rose had been lacking. Over her body, save her shoulders, was a red body suit that would be fitted with silver armor plates with red lining over certain patches that were evenly spread. Over her breasts, the silver would extend outward to take the shape of a large cannon with a ring red around the barrel's edge. The chest weapon also had a pair of handles at either side which Jenny would grasp ahold of.
"Take-Over Machina Soul: Brustrot Kanone should do the trick!"
Lifting her position upward slightly, she would tighten her grip on each handle, red energy gathering into the barrel.
Max would follow in suit, raising his hand in a tight fist that would cause the sand that was spread out over the road they were passing to fly back around it.
With a cry from both, they would send forth their choice projectiles toward the skies above.
"Sand Wave!"
As the two would head for their targets, sand and light would combine into a single ray. The blast would fly forward briefly, just before striking what seemed to be a clear dome in mid-air.
"You're not quite the stealthy one, Jackpot. Our presence was detected instantaneously."
"Ah~ Thanks a bunch, Reap. Kukuku."
Emerging from within the dome were two that would look toward the carriage with both equally condescending expressions.
The first had worn a mass of ragged clothing that would cloud over his legs and back with a pair of brown pants and a black cloak respectively, leaving just his feet, hands and upper arms, as his forearms were wrapped in bandages. Over his chest and shoulders he carried a large blue tattoo that would match the pair of arrow markings piercing through a line under his dull gray eyes.
Accurately fitting with his clothing, this had been the one referred to as Reap.
The second had been a short bear that had been pink in color with two large black beads for eyes and a zipper that lead into a golden slot machine on its chest and a button where its umbilicus would be. Over its left eye had been a golden metal place which would take shape after a monocle. Around his paws were silver coils that would act as wrist and ankle braces that paralleled the gold rings around its thighs and forearms.
"Well, oh well then, looks like it's time for another spin!"
Jackpot would raise its hand, poking the button on its stomach as the slot machine on its chest began to spin. After a moment, the slots would all fill with a lightning bolt.
"Kukuku, lightning round!"
Max clicked his teeth as he would briefly raise both of his hands, spreading them outward as sand would erupt from a a light gathered where they originated.
"Sand Wall!"
Once another wave of lightning shot out from Jackpot's chest, it would be caught by the sand summoned, which coiled into the form of a wall.
Grabbing the wheel once more, Max would find a struggle in keeping the barrier up whilst trying to steer all at once.
Reap, narrowing his eyes slightly, would throw out his arm, revealing the scythe he kept behind his back.
Max would look ahead with wide eyes as he saw a massive hole appear in the center of the road, kicking at the breaks and dropping his hand to turn the carriage quickly before they would slide in.
However, the consequence of such action was the dissipation of the barrier. Jenny looked with wide eyes as she would find herself as the target of the assault.
"Gk-!"
The lightning would collide with a hand.
Jenny would breathe a heavy sigh of relief as she saw Aluga before her, holding the lightning in once hand and the bird in the other, which would gently fly off into the distance.
"..for what reason have you disturbed the peace?" Aluga would narrow his eyes as he looked toward Reap and Jackpot, who would both remain carrying their condescending expressions.
"We don't need to explain ourselves to you!" Jackpot would show his claws with his grin widening. "So ha-"
"Hand over the Phoenix Priestess you have amongst you immediately." Jackpot would blink as he had been interrupted by Jackpot.
"Sorry, but it's our job to protect her." Jenny would remark.
"Is that so?" Reap would nod, closing his eyes briefly. "Then you must die."
Reap would lower his scythe, arching it backward and swinging it forward to send a wave of compressed wind toward Aluga.
Aluga would raise his now free hand, a burst of lightning shooting from it and coiling around the wave. Tightening it into a fist, the lightning would crush the wave and explode with smoke.
"Hmph." Reap would narrow his eyes, him and his partner floating down toward the ground.
Aluga would then leap off the carriage, narrowing his eyes toward him.
Jackpot would chuckle a bit. "What're you gonna take us on?"
Aluga would step forward, raising his hand slowly and clutching it tightly, bolts of lightning emerging from it. "I won't have to if you move." Hearing this only made Jackpot chuckle as it wiggled its fingers. "Ooh, so scary."
"Enough banter." Reap would raise his scythe forward, lifting it upward and slamming it down. In reaction, a burst of wind would blast forward, striking the carriage heavily and completely shearing its top. This would leave the passengers inside openly able to see what had been transpiring before them.
"That the guy?" Aym narrowed his eyes. Though, Luko would act as the leash as he pulled on Aym's collar a bit, pulling him downward.
"Aym. Listen." Luko looked toward him, already well aware of the expression of anger towards his action. "We don't know how strong this foe is. We can't rush in headfirst without a plan."
"Then we make one as we go!" Aym would object.
"That's not going to cut it here, Aym." Romeo would chime in, trying to pry Chelia off of him, who had been hugging onto him tightly whilst rubbing her head against his side. "From what I've read, the guy with the scythe is Erigor of Eisenwald."
"Eisenwald? What's that?" Aym would quip a brow.
"Oh, right.. You're.. Very oblivious when it comes to these things, huh?" Romeo would tap his chin. "Eisenwald was a Dark Guild that Natsu helped take down 7 years ago."
"Eh-" Aym would blink, looking toward Erigor. "Does that mean he's really strong?"
"Incredibly strong." Luko would direct the two's attention to Aluga and Erigor, who were walking toward one another.
Coiling around Aluga's fingers had been a few bolts of white lightning with black edges. Erigor would raise his scythe, the blade beginning to coat itself in wind. The two of them would both rush forward, throwing their strikes forward.
As they clashed, a burst of both substances would surge from the source.
Jackpot, finding himself left out of the action, would puff his cheeks a bit. "Alrighty, let's getta spinni-" Before he could conclude his statement, a second beam would emerge from Jenny's chest, the girl narrowing her eyes toward Jackpot.
"I wouldn't try that if I were you." Jenny would smirk. Max would then unclip the brace around his wrist.
"There we go. Now I can put my focus where it needs to be." Jenny would bathe herself in white light once more, the metal places over her bodysuit detoriating as the bodysuit itself graded into a blue color, the metallic pieces reconfiguring themselves as replacing the cannon on her chest would be a pair of large metallic wings on her back that would resembled those of a fighter jet's. This time, the metal plates carried blue lining as Jenny would grin, her lipstick having become blue as well.
"Take-Over Machina Soul - Zurückblau Flügel!" Hopping off the ground lightly, the wings would stretch outward, Jenny ascending to the skies above whilst Max would clasp his hands together, a burst of sand emerging from them in the form of bullets that would zoom past Erigor and Aluga and head straight into Jackpot's chest.
"E- Ugh- Gah!" Being struck by the bullets, Jackpot would take various poses before eventually falling back. Upon his landing on his feet, he would just avoid dropping into the large hole behind him by a hair, waving his arms around as he regained his balance. "Wooh.. That was pretty close."
"Hah!" Jenny would race down from the sky as she would fly down toward Jackpot from the air. The bear would blink as he saw her approaching and looked around briefly before jumping to the side.
Jackpot would then press his button again, tumbling as the slots spun. Looking down, he would grin, seeing each slot filled with a boxing glove. "Punch Round!" From a multitude of portals around him, a mass of fists would appear, Jackpot himself punching forward with them as they would rapidly punch toward Jenny.
Max would raise his hand to summon a sand wall to dispel the attack, but the quantity of the punches proved superior. Jenny would be forced to guard as she had already flown into range of the attacks, suffering punches from all directions that would send her back abruptly from the residual force.
This wouldn't keep her down, as the girl swooped in the air and regained her balance, narrowing her eyes toward Jackpot, who would only chuckle.
Aluga would throw a chop down toward Erigor's shoulder, it being blocked against by a circle of wind.
"You won't manage an attack like that." With a swing of his scythe, Aluga would grunt, looking down to see his chestplate had been pierced through easily along with the shirt below as there had been a clear cut across his chest.
With a swift motion, Aluga would counter the slash with a powerful, lightning-coated roundhouse into Erigor's side, which would send him a few meters to the side. Seeing him attempting to regain his balance, Aluga would dash over, throwing his lightning-coated knee into Erigor's forehead, sending him back.
Before Aluga could continue his onslaught, Erigor would snap his fingers, a burst of wind emerging from his scythe and sending him flying back, cutting at his body briefly.
"So this is what Fairy Tail has been reduced to, hm.."
The figure standing at the door had been a man with long, unkempt turquoise hair and narrow eyes with small black irises within. His attire simply consisted of a matching black coat and mantle which both carried silver highlights, along with a pair of matching white boots and gloves. Most notably, the edges of his coat and mantle also had triangular shaping.
"Who are you, and whaddoya want?" Macao would narrow his eyes, not having recognized the fellow, but sensing a fair sign of mischief behind his presence.
"Ah. I should be straight to the point, shouldn't I." The male in question would place his hands behind his back. "Would you all be so kind as to inform me of the location of Tenrou Island?"
The mention of such location struck into the minds of all present, but especially those of the Fairy Tail Guild. Macao would look down slightly, clenching a fist. Wakaba would puff some smoke, tightening his grip on his cigar. A plum haired girl would slowly be placing her hands together. The rest would begin to have somber expressions, while Jura's gaze remained on the male.
"Sorry to inform you, but.. Tenrou Island is.." Macao would begin.
"Gone?" The male would finish, tapping his chin. After a brief second, he would begin to laugh loudly. "Ah. So you believed that ruse would work on me."
The second phrase the man said that struck a different emotion in everyone present: fury. The group would all prepare their magics, Jet blurring behind the man and throwing a kick toward his side, which would suddenly stop mid-path. With a grin from the turquoise haired man, Jet would be flung by an invisible force through the door next to them, tumbling for a moment.
He would then return his attention forward to see the plum haired girl strike her hands toward the ground. "Wind-Make: Violent Approach!" From the ground would spring out a wooden fist that would fly toward the man. Once again, it would stop just before striking him, flying back toward the girl, who would be forced to guard against the attack as she had been sent into the wall.
Jura would then raise his hand, the ground beneath the man shaking. However, with a narrow of his eyes, the ground would remain that way as he walked forward. To Jura's curiosity, he had been sent into the wall. Widening his eyes upon the force over him, he would find it increasing in weight by each second. Though, his own strength proved sufficient to keep himself from suffocating.
"Lyon! Master Macao! This is.."
"Telekinesis.." Macao would narrow his eyes, clutching his fists as they would be enveloped in purple flames.
Lyon, clasping his hands together, would take a breath. "Ice-Make: Eagle!" Throwing one forward, a burst of eagle shaped blades would fly forward, heading toward the man who would simply widen his eyes to shatter them instantaneously. "Damn it. I suppose a more direct approach is necessary."
"Or none at all." The turquoise haired male would flick his eyes to the left, sending Lyon into Jura, which would send both through the wall.
"Stop destroying our Guildhall!" Macao and Wakaba would both leap forward, Wakaba puffing a fit of smoke that would condense into a fist that would fly toward the man, while Macao would flick his fingers forward, the flames spreading into the form of bullets that would follow the fist.
"Hmph." The assaults would soon fold, being flung back toward their masters and striking them back. As he walked forward slowly, a rumbling rooting from the ground below.
"Knuckle Plant!" The man would look unfazed as from the ground sprung roots that shaped into fists that would fly toward him with powerful force. However, like all the previous attacks, they were stopped in their tracks, and sent right back toward the round male who called them forth.
"Stop!" Macao would bark, the turquoise haired boy returning his attention to him.
"Then tell me where Tenrou is."
"It's gone!" Macao would bark back.
"Don't play games with me." He would stomp on the master's chest, grinding his foot against it as Macao grunted in pain. "If Tenrou were gone, I wouldn't be here now." As he continued to grind his foot into Macao's chest, a heavy pressure would crush the rest of his body, causing him to scream in pain. "Talk!"
"I.. Guh..!"
Seeing Macao's struggle, Wakaba would attempt to grab at the man, but had been sent flying across the guildhall and out the wall into the barn just outside it.
As the man continued to stomp on Macao's body for answers, a shout from the side caught his attention. "DYST!"
Looking to the Magic Saint, the man would quip a brow. "Jura of the 10 Saints, correct?" Dyst would chuckle, amused his name was known by someone of Jura's caliber. "Someone of your stature should be aware of the information I seek, correct?" Lifting his foot from Macao's chest, a press of the invisible force had been enough to knock the master out cold.
"Grgh.." A sly sound Jura would make, signaling his displeasure with the intruder's action towards Macao. "Those of Blue Pegasus has been in search for the island for years. If information on Tenrou is what you seek, they shall have it."
Dyst raised his head slightly, grinning a bit. "Good day, then." He would turn away, leaving the destruction he caused upon the remnants of Fairy Tail behind him (quite literally) as he began his stroll back out to Magnolia.
"Grgh.." Lyon would sit up, looking toward the direction Dyst had been heading toward. "Why is he.. After Tenrou..?"
『 Lamia Scale 』
【 Chapter 2 : This Road's Becoming Heavy. 】
"Romeo." The purple haired boy would turn his gaze toward Luko, who had been writing in his book. "Would it be possible for you to combine your flames with Chelia's wind to expand the attack range?"
Romeo would quip a brow to the suggestion, tapping his chin whilst Chelia's eyes would light up. She would then raise her hand, waving it excitedly. "Yes! Yes! Of course he can!"
"He wasn't asking you-" Romeo would shoot, but his comment missed her as she hugged onto him tightly with an excited giggle. Knowing there was no hope of reasoning with her, he would sigh. "It's possible. But, I would likely be only able to do it once. I'd have to use multiple colored flames to ensure they don't burst within Chelia's wind before hitting the target."
"Once should be good enough." Luko would nod as he slammed the book closed. "Aym, you can handle the rest, right?"
"Yep, I got ya." Aym would grin widely, popping his knuckles.
"Amelia, stay here and defend Éclair." Luko would stand, raising his hand forward. "Celeritate. Silentium. Invisibilia. Decretum: Thy before me shall become fast, silent, and unseen." As per his orders, Romeo, Aym, and Chelia would all become blurs that faded out of view from the remaining three.
Aluga would throw a punch toward Erigor's chest, who would grin widely as he swiped his scythe upward, catching Aluga's punch by the gauntlet and throwing his arm aside with a spin that would transition into a slash toward his side. Aluga would luckily manage to catch the blade, tightening his grip as he coated his hand in lightning, pulling Erigor toward him as he thrusted his fist forward for another punch.
Ducking down, Erigor would retaliate with a punch of his own toward Aluga's jaw, who would step back after taking the hit, throwing his head forward and slamming it into Erigor's. The exchange would continue briefly before a gust of black wind would form a line between the two. Jumping back, Aluga would quip a brow as he saw a stream blue-green light within the current.
Jackpot would blink, seeing that this same current had kept him barriered from Jenny and Max. With a quick clapping sound from the distance, an explosion of blue-green would emerge from the wind line, the force of it blowing the carriage back a few meters.
Appearing from the oblivion had been Chelia, who had been holding up Romeo, who breathed a bit. Raising his head lightly, he would sigh in relief at the sight that his attack struck.
With a slash, Erigor would clear the dust, his brows furrowed in frustration. The sight he had been welcomed to was Aym, who threw his fist forward coated in black magic.
"Black Dragon's Cursed Fist!"
As Erigor raised his scythe to guard, a magic insignia would appear on the point where Aym's fist struck. The insignia would then burst with black energy before it would strike Erigor in the chest.
"Urgh- What the hell.. Is this?!"
Aym would grin, throwing several more punches toward either side of Erigor's face, who would be unable to move from the energy that struck him. "Sorry, no time to explain!" As Aym continued his punching flurry, he would jump upward and throw a spin kick toward Erigor's collarbone to throw him aside.
Grunting slightly, Erigor would widen his eyes as Aluga would throw a lightning coated elbow into the side of his face, throwing the wind mage back toward Jackpot, who had been shaking his head after being struck by the explosion.
"Hmph.. I wasn't expecting such a magic to be in their arsenal.." Erigor would wipe his mouth, looking back as he heard a ringing from a glow emanating from Jackpot's button.
"Heh?" He would then push the button, the spinner spinning to show a trio of crystal orb symbols. "Hello, hello?"
"Reaper. Jackpot. We've gained new information. Retreat for now."
"Urgh.." Erigor would raise his scythe, slashing forward as a giant silver twister would follow his movements, surrounding the two.
"Hey! Get back here!" Bumping his fists together, he would light a burst of black energy over his fists as he charged forward. Throwing his fist forward, he would punch toward the twister, only to be thrown back by the sheer force, caught by a mass of sand.
"Dragon Slayer, huh..? Haven't faced one of those in years.. Oh well. I'll be facing them again in soon time."
Before long, the cyclone would fade. As the wind would dissipate, the sand lowered, releasing Aym to let the slayer land. As Aym stood, he would scratch the top of his head.
"Dragon Slayer..? Was he referring to Natsu?" He tilted his head.
"Why would he?" Chelia would raise a brow, as she and Romeo returned into view. "Isn't he de-"
"Don't finish that." Romeo would quickly state. He was well aware how the words would affect him and Max close by. Chelia, noticing the slight bit of hostility in his voice, would comply with his request, not seeking to anger him. "..let's just get back to the quest." Romeo would turn away, walking back toward the carriage.
Aym would look toward Romeo, then returned his attention to where Erigor disappeared from. "Hmm.."
Aluga would narrow his eyes toward the occurrence that had just taken place. Max, on the other hand, would be following with Romeo's idea of returning to the quest ahead.
Jenny would then clear her throat, pointing forward. "Hey guys.. Are we just going to ignore the fact that there's a hole in the middle of the road?"
"Oh.. Right." Max would turn, sweatdropping. "Hmm.. Let's see.."
Jenny, returning to her original attire, would return to her passenger seat, while Aluga had taken the driver's seat, clipping the cuff onto his wrist.
Max, rolling up his sleeves and moving to the side slightly, would slam his hands down, creating a path of sand over the hole. Next to him, the carriage would begin to move forward, Aym grabbing Max's arm and pulling him up with the support of Max's jump toward him.
"Well, what're we going to do now?" Aym would look to Max, who would release a breathe.
"Well, now that we're aware we may have attackers, I say it's best we take a break at the next town to devise a strategy going forward." Max would suggest.
"I concur." Luko would return his book to the bag at his side. "We are unaware of when or where the next attack may be." Reaching further into his bag, he would extract from within its contents a map labeled Fiore. "We were attacked here. At the road between Clover Town and Oshibana." Drawing an x over the point he mentioned, he would look to all present. "Knowing that we'll need to head to the Southeast area of Fiore to reach Rose Garden, we'll be able to pass by Magnolia, so that should at least allow us to relay Fairy Tail some information on what had occurred today."
"That sounds good, but.." Romeo would cross his arms, "What are we going to do if we get attacked while at Oshibana? I highly doubt we'll all be at the same location at the same time throughout our stay there."
To his dismay, Chelia had been reading between the lines of his statement. "Are you saying that means that we'll be alone together? Oh, dear Romeo, you're such a flirt~" Lightly patting his shoulder, Chelia would have a bright smile on her face that opposed Romeo's expression.
"No. That's not what I was saying at all." Romeo would sigh, groaning as he felt Chelia rubbing her face against his shoulder.
"Hmm.. I think I have an idea that'll work, Rome." Jenny would smile, having turned toward Romeo to listen to his question.
"Any who attack will be buried in the wake of my lightning. Then, I will stomp on their skulls hard enough to shatter them." Aluga would mutter... Quite loudly. This would garner the attention of all on-board.
"Isn't that a.. Bit extreme?" Luko blinked. After this, the group would give a nod in agreement, all present sweatdropping.
"Ah- I spoke without limits again.." Aluga would raise his hand lightly, an expression of surprise over his face.
"Aluga.." Aym would chuckle a bit, breaking the silence between everyone and causing them to laugh.
Éclair would blink as she watched the group. She found herself perplexed by their actions. How could they be laughing and smiling after just having been attacked..? They were a mystery of their own.
"Hey."
Éclair would then look toward Amelia, who had her arms crossed.
"Back there, you said could it be, as if you knew something." Amelia would narrow her eyes. "Is there something you aren't telling us?"
Amelia's suspicions would then seem to spread to Romeo, Luko, Jenny and Max, who would all look toward the priestess in question. Aym had been preoccupied with the stars above, and Chelia trying to get as close to Romeo as she could.
《 Lamia Scale Guildhall 》
Springing upward from one of the seats had been a girl with auburn hair tied into a ponytail with a pair of blue hairpins with a pearl in its center, another of the same pins being at the edge of her shorts bangs that would rest atop her forehead. Her turquoise eyes would be a fit with the blue kimono top tattered with turquoise wave patterns tied with cyan trims tied with a white sash. On her bottom was a pair of white tight shorts that hung just below her knees with the same turquoise wave patterns though with blue trimmings. On her feet had been a pair of strap-over sandles that had been the same color as Jura's geta.
Outstretching her arms, she would let out a yawn. After a moment's pass, she would let her arms down, looking around.
"Huh..? Where'd everybody go..?" She blinked.
"Oh, Lana, you're awake." Turning her head, she would see that Sherry had been walking over with a smile on her face. "Chelia, Aym, Aluga, and Amelia have all gone to participate in the latest Triad Quest."
"Eh- They left already?!" She would jump up from where she sat. "Where are they off to?"
"Well, I believe they started in Clover Town and they were on their way to Rose Garden, so you could meet them in Oshibana by train if I have their pathing correct."
Hopping up from her seating, Lana would wipe her eyes quickly. "Ok, then, I'm off!" Lana would then dash toward the distance.
Sherry would tilt her head lightly at the sight of the door seemingly springing open after she moved out of it due to the speeds Lana had been moving at. "Dear me.. I wonder where they all get their energy from." She would then stop, placing a hand on her cheek. "Ah.. I sound older than I am.. Sigh."
With a spin, she would then raise her hands toward the ceiling with her fingers making a heart. "I think I'll give my dear a visit soon~!"
"No, you'll be staying here and actually taking a job for once, or I'll spin you."
Turning her head quickly, she would see an elderly woman spinning her finger over an invisible axis. This had been her Guildmaster, Ooba Babasaama.
"Yes, Master Ooba.." Sherry would sweatdrop. Her plans have been foiled.
Inside of a massive room with dark grey walls and red banners plastered over each wall and a long red carpet across the floor, Erigor, Jackpot, and two others had all stood upon (floated over in Erigor's case) the red carpet that lead from the door behind them to a throne before them.
Sitting upon the throne had been a male with black hair reaching down midway his back with white locks braided on either side, his red eyes piercing through the darkness from the shadows of his bangs. His clothing had fit his position as he wore a large, brown fur coat with a black vest beneath that would open to reveal the turtle neck purple shirt beneath. Clothing his arms where the coat hadn't was a pair of white gloves that would match the white fur trimmings. On his lower body was a pair of whitish grey pants that had a pair of maroon sashes just above each knee. Fitted below them were a pair of black boots that would border just over his calves.
Behind Dyst, Erigor, and Jackpot were two, one of which had been in a large black cloak while having a metallic mask over their face, while the other was a woman who wore excerpts of silver armor over her arms, legs, and lower torso, leaving only her shoulders, and top of her breasts and up unguarded by silver. She had long blonde hair with a blue hairband over the top with a blue rose on the side, matching with the top clothing beneath the armor on her torso.
"Erigor, Jackpot. What have you found?" The man on the thrown would speak.
"Brain-sama. As you predicted, the Priestess was on a carriage with a few Legal mages." Jackpot would jump lightly, raising his hand as he took his turn to speak.
"It is also worthy to note that there was a Dragon Slayer amongst them." Erigor would also note.
"A Dragon Slayer, hm..?" Brain-sama would look to his left, his eyes on a man with spiked maroon hair that staggered upwards, matching with the red jacket he wore beneath that's collar folded outward to give view of the black shirt beneath. This had been covered over by a white coat with blonde fur trimmings that had a singular black sash on the right sleeve with a maroon jewel within. His pants were a pitch black while carrying the same maroon sashes just above the knees, with a pair of dark chocolate combat boots below with similar blonde fur trimmings to the coat above. "You must be curious on such a subject, eh, Cobra..?"
Cobra would scoff, turning away slightly. "There's only one Dragon Slayer I'm interested in.." As he spoke, his words would slowly digress into a mutter as he narrowed his eyes as he heard in the back of his mind: "GRAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
Remembering the roar of Natsu Dragneel. No. The scream of agony that nearly tore his ears down. If he hadn't cut his eye to heighten the strength of his hearing, he may have gone insane whilst in prison. He heard it over and over. It was something he couldn't stand. Yet it remained fresh on his mind.
He was going to make that dragon boy pay.
With this declaration, Cobra slammed his fist into the wall next to him, a crater forming from the impact.
"Well, our most recent client is willing to wait.. So why don't we spend some time brainstorming as to how we'll capture the priestess. Sound good?" Brain would clap his hands lightly. "Oh, and.. If they get in your way the next time.." He would then clench his fist tightly. "Do enforce the message that we.. Don't appreciate it."
"Yes, Brain-sama." Jackpot would concede, giving a light bow as he and Erigor would both take their leave.
"Coordinator." The woman would look forward at the call of Brain's voice.
"Yes, Brain-sama?"
"If this detection report our lovely client has sent us is correct.." Brain would raise his hand lightly, before him appearing a map made completely of magic energy that had a blinker set on the area between the southeast coast of Fiore and a small country off to the distance. "It would appear there is a sort of magic field surrounding the promised land we are in search for, and that is why we cannot find it." He would then push his finger against it, the map floating to Coordinator's side. "If it's not too much trouble, would you mind heading there to dispel it?"
"Of course, Brain-sama." Coordinator would bow her head lightly. As she lifted her head, she would grin widely. "Hmhm.. I won't fail you." She would turn, taking her leave with a prideful grin on her face.
The masked figure would simply watch her leave silently, scoffing at her behavior.
"Lastly, Chase."
Upon hearing his name, the masked figure would look forward.
"I have a special operation for you."
〘 Gunther's Advice! 〙
「 You should always treat your dogs right! Take it from me, they'll love you forever for it! 」
Under the night sky had been a small town where Jenny, who carried a bright smile on her self, had been followed by Amelia and Éclair, the latter looking toward the distance whilst holding her arm.
"Ah.." Outstretching her arms, she would have a pair of bags hanging over each shoulder. "It's pretty refreshing to get some quality shopping in the middle of a long job, you know?"
Amelia would sigh, pushing her bang to the side. "I suppose you're right on that."
"Oh, come on, Amelia. I don't want to hear that from you, you're the one who just bought some jewels." Jenny would place her hands on her hips.
"Ah- I just like having jewels in my possession. What's so bad about that?!" Amelia would argue back, crossing her arms.
...
Inside of an apartment was Aym, Romeo, Luko, Max, and Aluga, who had all sat on their beds, save Aluga, who had been laying back on the couch nearby them. In front of the couch had been Gunther, running in a circular motion while his tag would wag at an increasing pace.
"Ah.. A nice place to relax." Max would breathe a sigh of relief as he smiled, laying his head back further into his pillow.
"Well.. I dunno." Aym would sit up, looking toward the window. "I like me some good action, you know." He would pop his knuckles. "Fightin' a bad guy here or there ain't all that bad, ya know?"
"Yeah.. Here or there." Romeo would concur. "But, what I think you mean is that you like to fight all the time."
Luko nodded. "Unlike you, Aym, we like to focus our time on other things."
"Eh? Like what?" Aym would cross his arms. "The last time I checked: Romeo wants to be the next Natsu for Fairy Tail, which if I remember right, the only thing I'm told he did was fight. Luko, you want to gain the approval of your older brother who only, besides sleeps, fights. Max.." Looking toward the Sand Mage, he shrugged. "You're just Max."
"Heh? What's that s'pposed ta mean? I get some fights in." The mage referenced would quip a brow.
"..some." Romeo would chime in, to which the rest agreed to.
"Why am I being singled out here?" Max would furrow his brows in frustration.
"Cause you're the only one here who doesn't fight.. Well, often." Aym would quickly answer. "Sides. I hate to be that guy, but even Sherry gets into more brawls than you do."
"What? You're kidding, right?" Max would express his disbelief in his face and words, his jaw dropping to Aym's nod.
"Nope!" Gunther would jump with a bright smile on his face.
"Whenever a girl in the Guildhall even mentions Ren, she'll go berserk." Aluga would provide the evidence Max had been lacking.
Aym would nod, remembering a few months prior when Sherry had two girls in a headlock, threatening to crush their necks, never mind suffocating them. If it hadn't been for Ooba spinning her, those two likely would have died. He kept a mental note in the back of his mind that he should never get in the way of Sherry's love. Although, it would make him think over how Chelia would act when it came to Romeo.
Looking over to the purple haired boy, who had been staring at the ceiling silently at this point, Aym would puff his cheek. He hadn't given it too much thought, but Romeo has developed as a person in the last few months, perhaps its the reason why Chelia has such an interest in him.
"Oh.. Uh huh.." The sound of Max's voice would snap Aym out of his thoughts, as he would look to see the sand mage sweatdrop, somehow visibly able to see his self-esteem dropping.
"Ah, cheer up, Max." Luko would be the next to sit up. "Everyone has their story. Live yours the way you wish."
"Thanks, Luko." Max would smile a bit.
Romeo would then roll to the side slightly, exiting from the top of his bed.
"Hm? Where ya off to, Romeo?" Max would quip a brow.
"Just off to the bathroom." Romeo would walk toward the door, turning the knob slowly and opening it. Taking a step forward, he would raise his head at the sight of something other than the wall on the opposing side.
..what he saw was unsurprising.
"Oh. Romeo~" Chelia had clasped her hands together with a bright smile. "I figured it would be awkward if I knocked on the door while all of you were in there, but I wasn't expecting you to come to me~"
Romeo, watching the girl bask in an imaginary spotlight shining over her, would carry a deadpan expression. "..I doubt you'll believe me if I say this, but you're far from the reason I came out of the room."
Closing the door behind him, Romeo would begin to walk past Chelia, but she grabbed his hand tightly.
"Romeo~" Chelia would place a hand on her cheek, grinning widely. "Don't you remember~? We're going on a date!"
"Are we? I don't recall promising that. ... Ever." Romeo would shoot toward nothing as Chelia's smile clearly told him any reason he would try to drill into her would have no effect on her plans.
"Of course, silly." The god slayer giggled lightly as she pulled on his arm. "Let's go!"
"Wait.." Romeo would blink, not thinking she was serious on their ride to the town. "Wait! Hey!"
On the other side of the closed door had been Aym, with Gunther on his shoulder, both having their ears against the wall.
"Ugh.. I knew she was plannin' somethin' when she followed us here." Aym clicked his teeth, straightening his posture.
"Looks like Romeo's being pulled into a corner." Gunther would scratch the top of his head lightly.
Inside of a bar, four squires in yellow and blue uniforms stood around a singular man who had his head down on the table, next to his hand a mug full of beer.
"My, my.. What do we have here..?" One of the four said, chuckling. "Looks like some drunkard's had a bit too much to hear what he's been told."
"Did you not hear that a city-wide evacuation has been issued? Why do you remain here of all places?" The second would question.
"..cause I like it here.. Got a problem with that..?" Though muffled, the four could clearly hear the man's retort.
"Wait.. I think I know who this guy is." The third would raise a hand, tapping his chin. Then he snapped, grinning. "Yeah.. This is that Gryder guy, ya know, the town boozehound."
"Oh yeah.." The fourth would nod in agreement.
"You must have a pretty envious life." The first would lean forward. "What, with us having to preserve it in the name of justice."
At the finish of his sentence, Gryder would grumble. "..justice?"
"Yeah. The justice we swore to uphold when becoming knights of the Magic Council. Means we keep everyone safe, including people like you."
Gryder would grumble again, lifting his head from the counter before him.
"We fight the good fight in the name of justice, even dark guilds." The second would boast.
Beginning to slowly stand, Gryder would pop his neck.
"Gryder, you know what justice means-"
With a swift motion, the drunkard would interrupt the third with a bash of his cup against the side of his head, throwing him aside. "I've heard enough of your justice bullshit!" Gryder's brow twitched as he glared toward the man he struck down.
"Hey! What are you doi-" In a flash, Gryder would disappear from their line of sight, striking down the third with another bash.
"H-Hey! Picking a fight with the Magic Council i-" Once again, in a blur, Gryder would have struck the second down.
The first, seeing he was the last left, would drop his bravado and cower at the idea of going down like the rest. As Gryder appeared behind him, the man would threaten to shriek. Gryder, without any emotion in his eyes, would arch his arm back, the beer inside the jug sloshing outward a bit.
When he went to throw his arm forward, he felt a hand grab at his wrist tightly.
"...before, I wouldn't have been able to stop you." Lahar had been the one to stop Gryder's attack, having looked to him with pleading eyes. "I advise you cease this, Doranbolt."
"..heh? Who the hell's that..?" Gryder would pull his arm from Lahar's grip. "The name's Mest. Mest Gryder. Better yet. Traitor."
Lahar would blink to Mest's response, before letting out a sigh. "Are you still on about that..?" He would then shrug and place a hand on Mest's shoulder. "Nevermind. There are more important matters we must discuss."
"..hm?" Mest would slowly turn his head toward Lahar, sipping from what had been left in his mug.
Jenny, looking to her bag, would stop as she just recently discovered she could no longer tune out the argument between Amelia and Éclair. At the thought of what it could be about, the answer sprung into her mind.
"Is there something you aren't telling us?" Amelia would look toward Éclair, her arms crossed and eyes firmly narrowed.
Éclair narrowed her eyes toward Amelia as she crossed her arms. "Isn't it your job to protect me whilst I'm on my journey? I see no reason to give you unnecessary information."
"Information like that is completely necessary when its apparent you have some information on the enemy we might need." Amelia would click her teeth in annoyance.
"But, Amele." Aym would raise a hand lightly. "She could be as clueless on this as we are."
"Highly unlikely." Luko would look toward Éclair.
"Look. Let's not suspect each other right now." Romeo would wave his hand lightly. "We've already thrown it out there: we don't have enough info."
"..do you not remember what your comrades agreed to?" Éclair would now carry a full glare toward Amelia.
"No matter what I would say to them, they're too kindhearted to suspect you." Amelia would place a hand on her hip. "But I'm better than that. I can see clear as day that you're hiding something important."
Éclair would quip a brow. "All this suspicion because I had an idea of what the enemy could be."
"And what did you think they were?"
"That doesn't matter. They weren't what I thought they were."
"Tch." Amelia would throw her hair aside. "Fine. Don't talk then."
"Come on, you two.." Jenny would sigh. "Let's not argue here, ok? We're here to relax. So let's do that instead."
Standing outside of a cathedral had been a large man with a larger shoulder pad which had its strap across his chest lined with ammunition packs. His spiked orange hair would spike upward as opposed to his beard pointing downward. On his face was a large grin as his pale indigo eyes would be pinned forward.
"Hehehe.." With a step forward, a mass of soldiers clad in white who all carried white halberds would arrive from within the church to act as its defense.
"Perfect." Pulling one of the ammo packs from his chest, he would flip it in his hand with a chuckle. "It's good to see you guys.. Because takin' care of all a' you.." Then, with a spin of it in his hand, he would push it upward as if loading it, which would in turn cause a submachine gun to appear in his hand. "Is also part of my job." He would then begin to fire the gun, mauling through a sum of the forces before him.
As they fell, more would appear from the ground, though the ones that would appear were much more metallic and had a glow in the visors of their masks.
"Ohh.. You must be those new defense systems I hear about!"
With a quick smirk, he would draw another ammo cartridge, summoning a second of his guns to fire forward. As he did, he would be able to notice that magic barriers began to develop around the troops as they began to charge toward him.
"Crap.." The man would have a panicked expression on his face, seeming to have been seeing his life flash before his eyes.
"...sike." With a burst of energy, the two guns in his hands would both become large cannons that would mount over his shoulders and fill with a blue light. "You'll love this!"
With a hum, a pair of beams would fly out from the cannons, piercing through the barriers and cutting through two of the rows of soldiers that would charge toward him.
"Heheheheh!"
Pulling himself to the side, he would drag the two beams across and regain the advantage as the soldiers began to fall row by row. He would then quip a brow, looking toward the distance past the soldiers.
What he saw had been a priest clad in robes of similar coloring.
"I open thee: Gate of the Chisel!"
The man would raise his hand, presenting that within it had been a silver key. Raising the key toward the air above him, he would turn it, which would also turn an energy projection of a keyhole. A beam of white light would spring from it, taking shape as a large orb-like structure that would soon shift, releasing from its end a chisel-shaped blade.
"Caelum!"
Raising his hand, the man would grasp onto the handle on its bottom, pointing it forward.
"Hehehehe.." The gunslinger would chuckle. "So the main target's come to me, eh?" He would then clasp his hands onto the cannons mounted on his shoulders, which would mold into smaller, but still large, pair of guns shaped after PDWs that he would fire an array of magic-charged bullets forward.
The priest would charge forward alongside his mechanical allies, all of them parrying the bullets if not being struck. After parrying a large mass of them, he would throw his sword forward, which would retract its blade and spread outward slightly, from its innards coming a mass of small firearms that would share the same read glow with the barrel in its chest. With a ring, it would fire several beams that would collide with one another to form one large beam.
As his grin remained, the man would combat the beam with blasts of his own. To his shock, this would prove futile as the beam would pierce through his attacks and head toward him directly.
"Shi-"
From the sky came a pink blur. In its wake, the beam would fly back, splitting in two as it would form a tsunami of red and crash onto the soldiers around the priest, who would widen his eyes in shock of what had just happened.
Rising from the ground had been a woman with long, unruly pink hair that wore a long, slightly loose white kimono with a red stripe in between two black stripes around the waist as well as a red triangle at the bottom of her dress, decorated by flames and skulls motifs, opening at the top to reveal her shoulders and a fair amount of cleavage. The kimono had been closed around the waist by a large black belt with a horned skull buckle. Seen at the end of both of the kimono's sleeves was a symbol of a purple skull that would be seen from its left side, engulfed in an orange flame, much like the skulls tattered over her dress. Additionally, she had ribbons tied around the sleeves, a buckled strap around her neck and a pair of geta as her choice of footwear.
"Oh, phew. Ikaruga. Good timing!"
"Cannon. Don't lose sight of the mission." Pointing the weapon in her hand forward, it had been a simple katana with a nodachi's blade, its hanguard decorated to model after a rose petal, while at the end of the handle had been a pink ribbon tied tightly around the ring it used as a base. "Now is the time for your slumber." In a blur, she would move forth into the battlefield.
Cannon would grin, licking his lip. "Don't needa tell me twice!" He would then grasp the rest of the pouches attached to his stratch, throwing them out one by one, which all of them would shift into floating cannon modules that would fire toward the cathedral, hurtling down what had remained of the church from the battle thus far.
"Tch.." The priest, having been brought to a disadvantage despite his side's numbers, would decide to take the option of retreat, the orb he summoned would act as his vanguard as he made a dash toward what shelter remained within the church.
Entering the building, he would roll forward to the most stable wall. With a swing of his head to behind him, he would notice that Caelum would have taken severe damage from the battle raging on outside.
"Caelum.. You can rest now." With a backward turn, the priest would once again use his key, though this time it would cause Caelum to return to the projection.
"Help... Me..!" A quiet cry from the rubble.
The priest would turn his head towards the wreckage to see a girl had been struggling to crawl out from a pile of rocks and boards from the ceiling stacked atop of her.
The girl had short dark blue hair and light brown eyes. From what the man could see, she had been wearing a bluish-white sleeveless dress connected to a light blue choker worn around her neck and palish blue armbands.
Inspecting who it had been, he would widen his eyes. "Katja!" Seeing that she couldn't raise her hand to summon from the key she had in hand, he decided to act. "Hang on!" He would then swipe out another key, this time pointing it forward as he would twist the projection's keyhole.
"I open thee! Gate of the Bear Cub, Polaris!"
A beam of light would strike the rubble over the girl, it slowly gaining in size as it would flown down to the ground between Katja and the priest, growing to a massive size as it would (literally) tower over those in combat outside of the Church. Once the light would dim, it would reveal beneath it a large pink mechanical bear with a yellow scarf.
"Polaris. Defend the Church!"
The mechanical bear gave a slow nod in response, turning toward Cannon and Ikaruga below, the latter simply paying it no mind as she would continue to slash through the massive army of homonculi before her.
Cannon, on the other hand, would lick his lips as he brought his attention to the robot above. "Ohhhh, so you wanna play too, eh?" With a change in his aim, all of his cannons would bring their focus to Polaris, who would arch his fist back. "Eat this!" With the barrels of the modules and the guns in his hands all taking the shape of missile launchers, he would fire a massive barrage of projectiles that would fly toward the bear.
As it brought its massive fist down, it would find inside in a clash with a seemingly unending fray of explosions. In their growing numbers, a field of air would begin to build, holding its fist in place.
"Damn! Strong, ain't ya?!" He would begin to run, his modules following as he fired missiles from every of Polaris he could manage, dragging the explosion across its body.
Back inside of the church, Katja would look on in horror at what had been occurring. The priest would notice her expression and place his hands on her shoulders gently.
"Katja." The blue haired girl would look up toward him, her eyes nearly breaking into tears. "No matter what happens.. You need to live." He would smile, he too beginning to shed tears. "For all we've lost.. For all we have left.. You must live. You must see the world for what it is without limits."
"What.. What are you talking about, Father Fabrizio..?" Katja would tilt her head slightly, unsure of what to make of the madness occurring before her.
"I'm afraid I don't have time to explain this time.." He would pull from the innards of his clothing a final key, giving a smile. "I open thee. Gate of the Clock, Horologium."
Before Katja could scream in protest, she had been encased within the grandfather clock that would appear before Fabrizio, who simply smiled as it had grown arms and legs, while the clock hands would spin on its chest while a face had been on its top.
As Horologium looked to Fabrizio, he would place his key into the spirit's hand. Watching it scurry off into the distance, he would slowly stand, turning as he saw another behind him.
"Are you with those two outside as well?"
The girl, with long hair as white as the feathers on her blue dress, would grin with a giggle. "My, how perceptive you are. I like that in a man. Though, you're a tad too much on the old side for my tastes."
"Enough. Tell me your reasonings for causing such damage to this sacred hall." His brows furrowed as his gaze remained on the girl, who would simply giggle more.
"Oh, silly.. I can't tell you that. But~ I can't do one thing for you." Raising her hand, a golden light would open at the center of her chest. Reaching into the light, she would retrieve from within a set of 4 golden coins which would begin to float over her head.
"Cost: 40." She would give a grin. "I.. No.. Angel will show you something perfect."
"Angel..?"
"Yes. I am one that used to use the name out of simple fascination with the concept of being one.. However.. Now, I have truly become the embodiment of what one would call an Angel. Thus, you may call me Angel." The woman would spread her arms outward as the coins before her would dissolve into particles of light that would explode, swallowing over the entire area surrounding them.
Fabrizio would raise his arms to guard against the light as Angel let out a laugh that echoed amidst the sounds of destruction nearby.
"Come forth, Shamsiel."
What appeared before him was a large stone cherub that had a massive pompadour which would wave its arms happily.
"Hiiiii!"
With a clap of its hands, the entirety of what had been left of the cathedral would quake. Struggling to maintain his balance, Fabrizio would hold a glare toward Angel and her summoned ally.
"Shamsiel. There's a new toy for you standing over there." Angel would softly lift her hand, pointing it toward Fabrizio.
"A new toy?! Yaaaay!"
With an excited face, it would fly toward Fabrizio, who would attempt to draw another key, but his eyes would then widen as the projection became red and had not budged whenever he tried to turn it.
"Curses! I've already summoned too many.." Fabrizio clicked his teeth. He had no more options.
He would then clutch his teeth as he had been forced to guard against the upward swing Shamsiel would throw toward him. Crying out in pain from the crash he made through the remnant of the wall, tumbling as the rocks falling from the shattered wall would follow after him.
Grunting, he would look down, seeing the blood trickling from his forehead to the ground before him. He would make a sharp inhale before pushing himself upward. His breathes remained sharp as he would scan the area around, seeing that the many other sisters and fathers that were in the church fell to the might of the chaos in what seemed to be an orderly fashion.
But Fabrizio knew better.
It only seemed this way to him because he could feel that he, too, was close to joining them. The pounding at his chest from the intense blows his body has been dealt. The fist of the baby alone proved too much for him as it already fractured many of his ribs. He wouldn't manage to escape from this situation whether he desired to or not.
But.. There was one thing that still mattered in the end.
"..at least.. Katja is safe.."
"Alright, I want my doll to not move no more!" From the pompadour of the cherub came a pair of miniscule pigs that would open their nostrils wide, energy beams gathering within them.
With a few sharp breaths, the priests would look toward the baby modeled behemoth before him. There was no escape.
..it was fine. With his sacrifice, Katja would live.
He would never be able to see the smiles of his friends at the other churches. Nor would he be able to say his final goodbyes to his grandchildren that decided to embark on the journey of guild wizardry.
..it was fine. They likely wouldn't want an old man like him dragging them down because he doesn't agree with their ideals.
After considering all of his options, he would let out a final breath. "..farewell, all of my wonderful children.."
With a cheer from the angel, Shamsiel's pigs would fire a pair of yellow energy beams that would pierce through Fabrizio's chest.
As if the event had been the last tick of a time bomb, a final explosion of light would swallow the church in its entirety, leaving nothing but ashes behind.
Slowly drawing further and further from the scene, Katja would manage to look through the hole in Horologium's back to see the horrible sight.
She had no understanding of how things turned out this way. She didn't understand why the church she grew up in was destroyed so brutally. Who would do such a thing without sentiment? Without any consideration of anyone else..?
As she looked to see if any of the figures she could spot just before the explosion remained, but.. There was none. The disappearance of Polaris also confirmed something to her.
..the father was gone.
Katja's eyes shot wide as she made a sharp inhale that was cut by the shock she made, grading into a deep gasp. Everyone was gone. She couldn't help them even if she wanted to. Horologium had been sworn by contract to fulfill his master's final wish.
Why did that have to be his final request..? Fabrizio had a family to return to. A life to live beyond the church. Katja had nothing of the sort. The church was all she knew. All she ever could know. If she hadn't called for his help.. Perhaps then. Then the father would still be alive..
The church would have a thriving chance.. But.. It was all gone now. Her childhood. Her friends. Her family. Gone.
...
The outside world could not have heard it; on that night, Katja's screams had no end.
「 And bravo. There's Chapter 2. Hope you enjoy this one as much as you did the last (if you did enjoy the last). Our group is making steady way on their journey to Rose Garden after having been attacked by Erigor and Jackpot. It is unknown what they or their guild is planning, but for now, it lacks relevance to the group. Amelia has some distrust in Éclair, but none of the others seem to agree with her suspicions. Outside of their journey; Fairy Tail is attacked by Dyst, a Telepathic in search of information on Tenrou Island, thought to no longer exist; Mest Gryder is recruited by Lahar; a Church is struck down viciously, leaving Katja to watch in horror as her former friends and family meet their end. 」
「 Now, you may notice that integrated into the Phoenix Priestess Arc is elements from another Arc. Most notably, the addition of Ikaruga, which will likely be noted by most that read this far that she is proclaimed as dead in the manga. Allow me to counter that point with this: That's the manga. In the anime, Ikaruga is saved by Fukuro at the end of the Tower of Heaven arc, thus making her status alive in the Manga. Therefore, she has no actual death in that continuity, and it will be how it is in this continuity. The collaboration of antagonists from different arcs will provide a greater threat down the not too long line. 」
「 More is to come, and yes, how the Tenrou Group returns will be changed from the original way. None of the Infinity Clock parts are involved in this one. As much as Hiro Mashima has referenced the arc in the Manga, the Infinity Clock simply won't have anything to do with this one (think of it as a sub-in). 」
「 Alright, if you have any questions or thoughts about the Chapter, just leave 'em in the review box and I'll give 'em a read. Red out. 」
