Not a Monster

This starts out like it might just be another nonconsensual Zutara fic but its not. No lemons though it gets a little limey. It's all about the ending.

The characters from Avatar: The Last Airbender are not my property or everything I typed would happen on the show resulting in it being canceled. I'm glad I don't own it.

'Captured again.' Katara thought to her self. 'How dose this happen?' First he tied her to a tree now she was chained to a bed in a chamber inside his ship.

The door opened and her captor waltzed in, clad in his usual red and black armor. She glared daggers at him, he glared them right back, but the scar made his scarier.

"We've been through this before I'm not going to help you find Aang."

Zuko closed the door behind him as he entered. "Last time I didn't get a chance to really try and convince you, now I have that chance. It would be a shame to mar your beautiful skin." He leaned down face to face with his captive and continued. "If I can't get information on the avatar out of you maybe I'll get something else." As he finished that line he groped her chest with one hand.

Katara spat at him using water bending to accelerate it like a tiny water whip. The fire prince jerked back a nasty red mark on his right cheek. "You feel tough raping someone while there chained down."

"Ha ha ha haa haa. Trying to provoke me, to throw me off balance. I'll indulge your fantasy for now."

He reached out and released the manacles on her wrists. She leapt up and pulled the water from a pitcher and whipped it at Zuko but he vaporized the small amount of liquid that the water tribe girl had thrown at him. He pinned her to the bed while opening her robe. He held her hand above her head, her breast bindings uncovered. Katara struggled writhing and kicking. Taking both of her wrists in one hand Zuko used the other to grope her under her bindings as he brought a knee to her groin.

"Just give me what I want and this will end."

"I would rather die." Her vice was cold as the land she came from and hard as tempered steel.

Before she realized what had happened Zuko was standing his back toward the water bender. He growled in frustration, flung his head back, and a large gout of flame shot out of his mouth, filling the ceiling of the room.

It was too much Katara was now totally confused and as she pulled her robe back over her body the tears, that she refused to even hint at holding back, began to flow. Zuko was glad for it, it helped to cool the fires that had built up in his mind and loins.

"Why?" he heard her choke out as the salty drops slowed.

"I need to capture the avatar and I'll do almost anything to do that, but I'm not a monster." He left before she could respond, a loud clanking indicating that the door had been locked.

The only thought that went through Katara's mind was that she was thankful that Zuko was not a monster.
