CHAPTER 11 – WARNING, TRAVELER: You have reached the shortest chapter in the story. Whoopee?

It was time for Sammy to go home. He walked up the steps and pushed open the door. Dez screamed and was about to run, but she noticed Sammy looked sad, and wasn't in a state eager to kill her. He sighed, and said to her "I did it, Dez. The rebrand is complete. We've been needing this." He dragged the gun inside, shoved it behind the couch and simply sat there and watched TV, void of all emotion. Dez was scared and angry, though she could see Sammy was very broken and tattered, so she didn't want to disturb him, because as horrible as she suspected him to be, she couldn't help but love him. "So, uh...can I have my phone back?" She asked Sammy. Without a word before giving it to her, he did something on it and then proceeded to hand it back to her. Scrolling through her home screen, she noticed the GPS app hadn't been on there, and despite the fact she wanted to ask where Maggie was, she figured this was probably not a good idea, and decided that Maggie was something she probably shouldn't talk about anymore with him as a whole.

Eventually, they both went to bed and slept through the rain. When Dez woke up the next morning, she noticed a tinfoil package show up at their house. Turns out, it had been courtesy of nobody other than Jacob, and the label on the front had read "Good job Samuel! Now take the edge off!". Dez had taken the package inside and carefully opened it, and inside were a batch of brownies. "Hey Sammy," she called out, "Jacob sent you a bunch of brownies for something!" Sammy walked into the room and approached the open package. He read the label on the package and felt very very warm recalling the one moment, but obviously couldn't show it with Dez around.

Dez, despite being very disturbed yesterday, was very ecstatic by this sudden treat at their door. "Let's eat em!" She said enthusiastically. Though unbeknownst to them, these were actually pot brownies, and they'd soon figure this out for the next half hour. What they didn't realize however, was that these brownies would also change how they behaved for the rest of their lives and every new production at the newly rebranded HorseFolder productions.
