Severus's p.o.v.
"How's your leg?", I ask, finishing grading the last paper.
"Doesn't hurt anymore.", she tells and I raise an eyebrow, "At all?
She looks at me, "Well, I feel discomfort when I walk but it's not pain as in my leg hurts.", she explains.
I remember my conversation with Albus and when he mentioned that Evie isn't who we all think she is. I still can't help to wonder what exactly he meant by that.
"Is that weird?", he asks, knitting her eyebrows.
"It's not usual that potions work so good on muggles.", I explain and she smiles, "Maybe I'm a special muggle."
"Maybe.", I simply say.
"Are you done?", she asks, looking at the paper in front of me.
"Yes. You?"
"Almost. Hey, can I borrow a book? I need something to read before sleeping."
I look at my bookshelf, "What do you have in mind?"
"Something about potions.", she tells.
I stand in front of the shelfs and pull Book of potions out, "Here. This is not that hard to understand ...for me at least."
She stretch's her arm to take the book but I pull my arm towards me, "You will take care of it.", I say.
"I promise.", she tells and I hand her the old book.
"I'm done.", she informs me, collecting her papers and placing them in a red folder.
I nod, not saying anything.
"See you at dinner?", she asks and I nod again.
"Great. Bye.", she tells and kisses me.
Before I can react properly, she's already out the door.

"When are you leaving?", I hear Evie ask Thor as I sit down next to her.
She looks at me and smiles, "Good morning."
"Morning.", I say, pouring tea into my cup.
"After breakfast.", he informs her.
"Are you going to Hogsmeade?", Evie asks, turning towards me.
"No, I have to collect herbs for potions. You?", I ask.
"No. I have to be here since Thor's traveling to Asgard."
"Do you want to join me? Most herbs are located around Hagrid's hut."
"Sure."
Immediately after breakfast, almost everyone leaves for Hogsmeade while Evie and I walk towards the woods.
"So, what are you collecting?"
"I need some ingredients for Polyjuice potion."
"Fluxweed, knotgrass, lacewing flies, leeches, horn of bicorn, boomslang skin and a piece of person you're turning into, usually it's hair.", he tells in one breath and I look at her.
She has the book for a short period of time and it's impressive that she knows the ingredients.
"What?", she asks, noticing me staring at her.
"How many times did you read that?", I ask and she laughs, "Just once. I have a photographic memory."
"Ageing potion.", I say.
"Newt spells, bananas, an orange snake and a green leaf."
"Fire protecting potion."
"Bursting mushrooms, salamander blood, wart cap powder."
"Memory potion.", I challenge her again and she smiles, "I didn't get that far."
"You're good. Better than most of my students.", I comment, not wanting to let her know how impressed I actually am.
She laughs, "I have a PhD. You think that stuff is just handed to you?"
"No, but still. What is your field of knowledge?", I ask as we continue to walk.
"Physics. Theoretical physics actually. I went to Cambridge.", she informs me.
"Here in United Kingdom?", I ask the most obvious question and she nods.
"How many years did you live there?"
"Eight years."
"I used to visit Duxford a lot.", I say and she looks at me, "Really? Me too."
Eight years. She was here for eight years and I met her only a few months ago. This thought gives me a weird feeling of what if. What if we met sooner? Would I see in her what I see now or was I too emotionally involved with a dead person to see anything alive that would dare to touch me?
Thor's p.o.v.
I'm sneaking trough the castle hallways, hoping that I'll see my mother soon. I know Odin is not going to tell me anything but mom could. Since I took Loki and never said anything to anyone, Odin is definitely not the person I want to encounter right now. I slowly walk towards my mothers resting room and knock a few times.
"You may enter.", I hear her voice and let out a breath I wasn't aware I was holding.
"Thor!", she says surprised and a bit too loud so I put a finger on my lips, signaling her to be quieter.
"What are you doing here? Do you know that your brother escaped?", she asks.
"He didn't escape, I let him out.", I say.
She sighs, "Odin suspected that. They located him on Earth but he didn't want to send our army down there."
"Is he angry?", I ask and she smiles, "He trusts your judgement."
"I'm glad to hear that."
"Why are you here?", she asks.
"I ...need some informations." I say and she frowns, "What kind of informations?"
"Do you know a person by the name Ivar?"
The moment I mention his name, my mother becomes visibly nervous.
"I don't think we should be discussing that subject. You would have to ask your father about ...him."
"Mother, please. I don't have time. Loki is on Earth and I need to get back as soon as possible. Please, talk to me.", I beg.
"I'm the one you should be asking those questions.", we hear Odin speak.
I stand up, "Father."
"Thor.", he greets.
"I didn't want to bother you.", I say and he smiles, walking towards me, "No son of mine would ever bother me.", he tells, placing his hand on my shoulder.
"I need some informations.", I say carefully.
"About?", he asks.
"Ivar."
He nods, "Ivar was a great soldier, one of the best people we had and the leather of Einherjar. Unfortunately, his desire for power and control clouded his mind and he stooped on the wrong track. Now, you have to understand that those days where far different from what is now... I was different, but I learned from my mistakes and grown from them ...they shaped me into the person I am now. I'm not proud of my past but you can't change the past, only thing you can control is present and your future. Back then, Hela was still on Asgard and wars where lead. It wasn't a good time for me ...for Asgard."
I frown, "Who's Hela?"
"Your sister."
I smile a little, "What?"
"I know I have a lot of explaining to do to you, and I will do that when your mission on Midgard is finished so right now I would like to stick to Ivar ...if that's okay with you.", he tells and I nod.
There's a lot of questions in my mind right now but Odin is right. As much as I would like to know more about my family, it's not the time.
"Thank you for your understanding. You truly are worthy of your name.", he tells.
"I trust your judgement.", I tell him.
"After I realized that war is not the answer to everything and, well, Hela didn't, she formed her own army called The Berserkers. Most of them died during the battle fo the rainbow bridge but a few did survive, and decided to follow Hela into hiding. Ivar was one fo them. Since he decided to be faithful to Hela, she gifted him with an object that keeps him immortal. The object can be destroyed only by his own blood. Years passed and Ivar had a daughter. We found out and went out searching for the girl, afraid that he might make her the same person he was, and that was a threat. Scared of us finding her, he send the baby to Midgard and, allegedly, buried the object that holds his immortality somewhere on Midgard, hoping to return one day to claim it back and to get his daughter back. But don't be fooled, he never loved the baby, he knew that he could use her to get what he wanted.", he tells.
"Do you know where the girl is?", I ask and he shakes his head, "No. As I understand, even Ivar lost track of her. Whoever decided to adopt her, knew exactly who and what she is so they kept her safe. There is a catch with the buried item ...if enough time passes, and the item dissolves into the ground, becoming one with the planet, he will be immortal on that planet and you couldn't harm him.", he explains further.
"So that means we have a big problem.", I conclude and he nods his head, "You do. Find the time gem, find the girl and take her back in time, when he buried the item. She will recognize it when she sees it. She will feel it. You will recognize her because she came with a necklace that symbolizes immortality.", he explains.
I came here for answers but after this, I have more questions than ever.
Evelyn's p.o.v.
I'm practically laying on Hagrid's kitchen table, trying to wrap my mind around everything Thor just told me.
"Oh my God, this is like flying with the Riddler.", I comment.
"This is rather complicated.", Severus tells.
"It's like every time we make a step forward, we end up with more unanswered questions than before.", I sigh.
"So, you're looking for a girl wearing a special necklace ...that should be easy since women don't usually wear strange jewelry.", Loki comments.
"She feels it.", Thor comments looking at Loki who laughs, "Good luck asking women on streets if they're emotionally connected to their necklace."
"I'm glad this amuses you.", I comment.
"Thank you, it was rather boring before this.", he shoots back.
"Oh my God, make it make sense.", I say, putting my hands over my head.
"There are two Gods in this room and we can't do that. You're a Stark, shouldn't you people be like especially smart?", Loki comments, looking at me.
"I'm not good at solving puzzles.", I say and he shrugs.
"Let's go. It's getting late.", Severus comments, pulling my sleeve.
"You won't solve this today but with a rested head, you will have more luck.", he continues and we all agree.
This mission is looking to be harder than any of us thought.
