Glamrock Bonnie nervously bounced his foot while sitting in his green room. He counted the minutes down until closing in his mind. He wasn't usually the worrying type, but this was different. This was big.

He noticed the lights on the other side of the curtain shut off, that was his cue. He stood up and peeked out of the curtain, seeing the coast was clear, he opened the door to his room and walked out into the hall.

Walking through the hallway, he looked up at the pictures on the walls. His eyes focused on one of him, Freddy and Chica standing on a small show stage. They looked so different back then, way more simple.

Bonnie only had a rough understanding of the pizzeria's past. He knew that a long time ago, he used to play on a small stage in the corner of a humble pizzeria. He was told that back then, the animatronics couldn't move around, or interact with guests freely.

Bonnie had no memories of back then. In a way he considered the Bonnie in the images to be more of an ancestor to him than just a version of himself. The only thing that remained of this older Bonnie was a tattered old foot, sitting a display case next to the images.

Bonnie stared at the last remains of his ancestor, it made him feel… Unnerved. Something about it made him feel not only sad, but also a little worried. He wasn't sure why exactly, but he felt something was there, something that he couldn't quite see. He knew Roxy couldn't either, he had asked her to look at it before.

Pulling his attention back from the ominous exhibit. He walked over to the shutter that separated the green rooms from the atrium proper. He had to be quiet, the others were probably still awake. He didn't need anyone else getting involved.

Carefully, he reached under the lip of the gate and began slowly lifting it up. Once it was above his head, he stepped over to the other side and began carefully lowering it. The gate closed with a soft thud as Bonnie brushed his shoulders off.

Walking out into the atrium, Bonnie took note of all the security bots roaming the area. Over the past couple of days, their numbers have been growing steadily.

Keeping close to the wall, Bonnie crept around the outer edge of the atrium. He kept careful note of the bots movement patterns, and was able to sneak all the way over to Monty Golf. Opening and slipping through the gate with a little less caution, he pressed the button on the elevator.

It was odd to him, there was an absurd amount of staff bots patrolling the main floor, but none in the attractions. It made Bonnie suspicious that something was afoot.

The elevator doors opened, and a tall alligator with purple shoulderpads tilted his head up at bonnie. "Sup." He said, before chuckling to himself and stepping out towards Bonnie.

"Hey Monty… How long have you been waiting in there?" Bonnie said with a smirk.

"Not important," Monty declares. "How were things looking on the way over?"

"There's around fifty staff bots out there right now. Whatever is going on, they don't want anyone to see it."

"Fifty? Man, there must be a party going on," He says excitedly. "What's our game plan?"

"Well, we've already checked most of the other areas connected to the atrium. So we should probably begin looking underground." Bonnie put his hand on his chin.

"What about Roxy Raceway? Didn't you say it was going to start getting some renovations here soon?" Monty asked, tilting his head. "Isn't that worth checking out?"

"Maybe later, but I don't think they would add this much security for just some renovations." Bonnie walks back over to the shutter.

Monty walks up beside him and the two teamlift the gate up with ease. Monty looks at all of the bots and whistles in amazement at how many of them there were now.

The two begin sneaking around more of the bots, making their way to the closest maintenance tunnel. "Hey Monty?" Bonnie asks as the two crouch behind a rocket ship ride.

"Yeah Bon?" The alligator replies, watching the security bot pass by.

"I want to say thank you, not just for coming with me, but for keeping it between us too." Bonnie says, smiling kindly at the gator.

"Of course! If there really is something dangerous going on here, I don't want you to have to face it alone." Monty says as the two bolt to the door of the upper kitchen.

Quickly darting inside, Bonnie breathes a sigh of relief. "That means a lot, Thank you."

"You aren't going to be thanking me the whole way down, are you?" Monty jokes as the two walk to the elevator behind the kitchen. Pressing the button, the two wait for the doors to open.

"It's just, I've been having these dreams recently…" Bonnie rubs his arm.

"Dreams?" Monty crosses his arms. "I didn't think we could have those."

"Neither did I, Heh… But it always goes the same, I come face to face with this rabbit. I have no idea who they are, but he reaches his hand out and everything begins falling apart. I try to look for you all, but when I find one of you, you're always bro-" Bonnie stops as Monty puts a hand on his shoulder.

"Hey, it's okay." He looks over his shades at Bonnie. "We're all okay. Nobody's going to be getting broken."

The elevator doors open, and the two step inside. "I know," Bonnie says. "I've always been a bit of a worrywart."

The doors close before them and they begin descending to the underground levels of the pizzaplex.

"So, what's our first stop? The garage? The employee showers?" Monty said, attempting to crack his knuckles the way he saw several people do before.

The doors opened and the two began walking through the service warehouses.

"I was thinking of visiting the Endo Lab." Bonnie said. Monty stopped in his tracks and did a double take.

"The Endo Lab? That place we were told to never go to?"

Bonnie looked back at Monty, it was one of the rare occasions where the alligator actually looked nervous.

"What? Don't tell me you're scared of breaking a rule." Bonnie smirked.

"Of course not! It's just that… Those things creep me out." Monty shivered a little bit thinking about it.

"Don't worry, they don't mean you any harm, they're just curious," Bonnie chuckled. "They're sort of like us!"

"Yeah, but without skin…" The two began walking again, Monty torn between accompanying his friend, and avoiding contact with the creepy endoskeletons.

A few minutes later, they reached their destination: The endoskeleton labs.

Bonnie placed his hand on the doorknob, and looked back at Monty. "Y'know, if you want, you could just wait out here, there's never any guards this deep down."

Monty thought about it for a moment. "...Alright, I'll be right here. You shout if you need me to rush in and break some heads, got it?" He relaxed a bit, not having to go in there after all.

Bonnie smirked. "Got it, I'll be back soon." He slipped past the door and out of sight.

Monty waited for Bonnie's return, passing the time by humming bass chords he heard Bonnie play during their shows. He liked to listen in from inside the golf course, one time he had even snuck up to the atrium to sneak a peek.

Monty often thought about what it would be like to be up there, playing with his friends. He wondered if the mechanics could teach him how to play drums, so the five of them could all have a concert together.

A few minutes of imagining himself rocking with Freddy and the gang later, the door opened again. Bonnie slipped back out, his eyes a bit wider than normal.

"How did it go?" Monty asked. "Did you find any leads?"

"Oh yeah." Bonnie quickly nodded his head. "I found… A lot."

Bonnie began running back to the elevator, with Monty in tow.

"What did you find?" Monty asked.

"They're sending a bunch of Endoskeletons to Roxy's raceway!" Bonnie exclaims "I don't know what for, but they're all going there without shells, which means…"

"They aren't going to help with construction." Monty says, picking up the pace and running alongside Bonnie. "So that's where we're going next?"

Bonnie nods as they reach the elevator, running in and slamming the button, closing the doors immediately and sending them upward.

"Well, it's like you said, they aren't going to begin renovations for a little while yet, so there's no point in going there right now." Bonnie said.

"Then why are we rushing off in such a hurry?" Monty asked, looking over at Bonnie. He looked way more worried than on the way down.

"Because I think they're onto us, well, me." Bonnie grabs his arms. "I think it's best if we lay low for a couple of days."

The door opens back into the kitchen, and the two sneak their way back into the Atrium. Right before they split ways, Monty grabs Bonnie's arm.

"Promise me something Bon, Promise that you won't go off on your own and do something risky okay? We're in this together now, you come get me."

Bonnie blinked a few times before smiling back at Monty. He took off his purple star shaped sunglasses and put them on Monty's face. "I promise, I've got to come back for my glasses right?"

Monty laughed as he let Bonnie go. "That's so cheesy! Have you been hanging out with Chica again?"

"Hey, they look good on you! I'll see you later Monty!" Bonnie rushed off back to his greenroom as Monty waved goodbye.

"I'll see you later, you crazy rabbit."
