Monty lunged forward, slamming into the monster with full force. It staggered back, before proceeding to slash at Monty.

"Monty!" Roxy shouted, wishing that she could help. Suddenly, she had an idea. They had made it into the security office, the headset had to be around here somewhere. She began frantically searching.

Monty ducked under the monster's claws as it tore into a metal beam behind him.. "Almost as sharp as mine." He commented, uppercutting the beast. It retorted with a deep snarl.

Roxy continued to yank open drawers, tossing papers left and right in a frantic search for the tool she was looking for.

Monty looked over, spying Roxy digging through the office. "Grab it and get out of here, quick!" He shouted as the monster rushed at him, managing to shred one of his shoulder pads to pieces. "Ghrk!" Monty growled. If that hit had landed on his neck, he would have been done for.

Monty reached onto the table behind him and grabbed a wrench, throwing it right at the monster's head. It managed to stun the beast just long enough for Monty to place both of his hands on the table, jump, and kick the creature with both legs, sending it flying back into a tire rack, covering itself.

"Aha!" Roxy said, finally finding the headset, buried in the bottom drawer. "I got it!" She shouted over to Monty.

"Great!" He replied, giving her a thumbs up, "Let's get out of here be-" The tire pile erupted as the monster flew into a rage.

"Get back in the office!" Monty ordered, briefly taking a fighting stance before being crash tackled by the foe. It wasn't playing around any more, as it repeatedly swiped at Monty, taking chunks of casing off of his arms.

Roxy could hear the damage being dealt, but was powerless in her current state to do anything. But she couldn't sit and watch. Thinking quickly, she ran back into the security office, and plugged the headset into the computer.

Monty struggled to hold off the monster, as it sat on him, shattering his arms, it had almost reached his endoskeleton. "Get out of here Roxy!" He shouted, unable to take his eyes off of his attacker.

He thought back to Evan, how he had accidentally landed on him that fateful day. That day changed him, even if it was an accident, he had hurt Evan… Just like he hurt Bonnie… Just like he hurt everyone. Maybe this was justice.

All of a sudden, Monty heard the sounds of tires skidding on pavement. The monster looked up to see one of the Raceway carts, piloted by a staff bot, speeding towards it. The beast tried to get away, but Monty managed to keep it in place with what remained of his arms just long enough.

The cart sped into the bay, running into one of the tires, causing it to become airborne, and uncontrollable. The kart smashed into the monster, taking it and what remained of Monty's arms with it. A loud crunch could be heard as the mess of machines impacted the now empty tire rack again.

Monty peered at the monster, it looked like it's head was crushed, but Monty didn't want to take the chance of it getting up a second time. He rolled around on the floor, trying to maneuver himself to a place where he could stand up. All he succeeded in doing was knocking a few more things on the floor.

Roxy stepped out of the office, headset under her arm. "Monty? Where are you?" She called out.

"I'm over here. One of the staff bots went crazy, hit that… That thing." Monty replied. "Can I have a little help, I… Lost my arms."

Roxy walked over to him, and helped him stand up. "Yeah, that was me who crashed the cart." She said, "Also, can you still open up your chest cavity?"

"Wha- How? Those headsets are too small for us to wear." Monty said, obliging and opening up his chest. Roxy placed the device inside and closed it.

"To wear, yes. However, thanks to the wires leading to my optics being… Free, I was able to use it without wearing it." Roxy said, pointing to a few wires hanging out the front of her face.

"I see… Sorry." Monty said, "Well, now that we've got what we came for. Will you help me back to parts and service?" He asked.

Roxy chuckled. "Yeah, I guess you'll need me now, huh? C'mon, let's go, you big lug."

Monty smiled. "You're the best Roxy." He said as the two left the bay.

"I know." Roxy said, grinning wide.

It wasn't long before the two made it back to parts and service, walking in they could see N furiously typing away into the console.

"We're back." Monty said. N spun around to look at them, his eyes got wider when he saw the shape they were in.

"Monty, your arms! And you found Roxy!" He exclaimed. "Did you get the headset?"

"You must be the endoskeleton Monty entrusted the life of Evan to, nice to meet you." Roxy said, ignoring the question entirely and sticking out her hand.

N walked up and shook it as Monty opened up his chest cavity. "Yeah, it's right here."

"Excellent!" He took the device out and walked over to the computer. "You did a great job, both of you. I'd be happy to fix you both up."

Roxy looked over at Monty "I like this endo already."

"But before I do, I have something to present: It took some work to finish, as they decided to stop work on this particular shell design, but one mechanic kept the blueprints and files stashed, I suppose he grew attached to the idea."

N pressed a button on the computer, and the door to the maintenance cylinder opened. Steam poured out as the two looked in.

There, laying on the bed, eyes closed, was a red fox, dressed in a pirate captain's outfit, a black eyepatch with a cyan star on it rested over his right eye. More cyan highlights were dotted around his body.

"...What is it?" Roxy asks.

"It's… The kids cove mascot?" Monty says.

N sighs. "Of course, Freddy or Chica couldn't be here to see this… It had to be the two who don't have any real knowledge of him." N plugs an extension cord to the computer and headset, and then walks over to where Evan is laying asleep.

N carefully places the headset on Evan's head. Evan stirs a little, but quickly drifts back into a peaceful slumber.

"Shouldn't we… Wake him up?" Monty says.

N shakes his head as he walks back to the computer. "If he was awake, he'd be in pain. Besides, the headset works off of brain waves, so this way he won't have to split his focus between stimuli."

N presses enter on the computer. The trio watch as the eyes of the fox slowly open. He sits up slowly and stretches his arms out, yawning.

"How are you feeling Evan?" N asks.

"Pretty good actually, it's been a while since I've felt this painless. What did you do?" He asks.

"Here, I got a mirror for this." N says, grabbing a small mirror off of the desk the computer sat on. He hands it to the fox.

"Woah!" He exclaims. "I'm Foxy?!"

Back at Roxy Raceway, a tall figure walked in through the bay doors. They walked over to the nightmare animatronic, and stared down at it's broken form.

"Piece of crap."

They grab one of the creature's arms, the one that looks the least damaged. And carefully detach it's hand.

"Might as well get some use out of this thing."

The figure pauses, as if listening to someone who isn't there.

"No, I'm not going to talk to them. You heard what that endo said, he took control of them once before, he might still be able to… As far as I'm concerned, they're our enemies too."

The figure walks over to a table with some paint and tools.

"...No, not them either, they've suffered enough. Now help me with this. I need to get myself fully functional as soon as possible."
