~Sing For Me~
As the morning sun began to rise, rays of light illuminated Draco's grand bedroom through the tall windows, causing the young Malfoy heir awaken.
Draco rubbed his grey eyes and yawned as he looked down at the beautiful girl that currently had her head resting on his chest.
"Darling? It's time to wake up," Draco whispered as he stroked her silky blonde locks.
Alyona let out a soft groan of annoyance. She was more comfortable that she had ever been, and even though it was Draco's smooth voice to awaken her, she still wanted very much to remain where she was.
"Nooo, I don't want to," she quietly responded as she attempted to drift back off into her peaceful slumber.
Draco chuckled softly as he continued to gently rake his fingers through her hair. The boy allowed her to rest a few more minutes before disturbing her once more.
"If you wake up for me, I'll ask Wheezy to make your favorite breakfast dish," Draco tried to persuade her.
Alyona's baby blue eyes sprung open in an instant, she carefully looked up at the boy that she was resting on, and with pleasant smile she asked, "French toast?"
Draco grinned down at his beloved and confirmed her suspicions with a nod, "Yes, Princess. French toast."

In the dining room, Lucius and Narcissa had joined the children, as per usual. As promised, Draco immediately went to Wheezy to request Alyona's special breakfast before the little elf had started to make the scheduled breakfast for that morning.
Draco made his way back to the the dining room where the others were waiting for him. He happily took his seat next to Alyona as they began with their usual morning small talk.
"So, did you two sleep well last night?" Narcissa asked.
"Definitely," Alyona cheered, "best I've sleep in a long time, actually."
"Me as well," Draco smiled.
"Would that have anything to do with a certain conversation you may have had last night?" Lucius asked in his son's direction.
"Possibly," Draco cooed as he kissed Alyona on the temple.
Alyona reveled in Draco's affection for a moment before remembering something that she really wanted to say to his parents.
"I wanted to say how sorry I am about your windows, I can have my father pay for them, no problem," the girl offered.
"Oh, no need. Wheezy spent the rest of his night repairing them. I went down to the pool to inspect them and they're as good as new," Lucius waved her off, "However, it would be smart to get control of that voice of yours. It's far more powerful than I think even you realize."
Alyona nodded in agreement," Ya, my dad says that I'm not partake in any activities that involve my 'outdoor' voice. It's been that way for years. Did he happen to tell you about what happened at the beach a couple years ago?"
"He did," Lucius chuckled, "And from I understand, you had quite the temper tantrum."
Alyona giggled, but knew how serious the situation had been that day.
"In terms of singing, it's actually okay for me to sing in front of other girls, but not boys. Well, my dad and brothers are immune, but unfortunately I don't think you or Draco will ever get to hear me sing," Alyona added.
Draco sulked, "It does sadden me to know that I'll never be able to listen to you sing, I bet it's the most beautiful sound that could ever grace anyones ears."
"Perhaps, you can," Lucius added, "You've heard of occlumency, haven't you, Draco?"
Draco nodded and said, "I've read about it before. It's something to do with the mind, isn't it?"
"Correct, it can help shield the mind from someone trained in Legilimency, the art of forcefully entering another's mind to read their thoughts and see their memories without the use of a pensieve," Lucius informed him.
"Ah, okay," Draco said as he took in the information his dad was providing him.
"The song of a siren is, in an odd sort of way, like the product of marrying the persuasiveness of the imperius curse and mind penetrating power of legilimency, and making that product three times as strong. That's what makes sirens so dangerous," Lucius stated, "I'm hoping that because Alyona only has distant siren ancestry, that her voice will be considerably easier to handle."
"Easier to handle?" Draco questioned.
"Yes," Lucius replied, "With the proper training, and a lot of it, you might be able to withstand the hypnotic qualities of Alyona's voice
Narcissa then chimed in, "Your father and I thought that maybe instead of dance, the lessons you should be taking, are that of Occlumency."
Draco's face brightened, "That's brilliant! but, who's going to teach me?"
"You're looking at her," Narcissa declared proudly.
"Your mother is astonishingly well trained in Occlumency, she's even helped me with it in the past. She'll teach you everything there is to know," Lucius said.
"Well, shall we get started after breakfast?" Draco said eagerly as he turned to Alyona, "The sooner I start, the sooner I get to listen to you sweet voice."
"That sounds great to me, Narcissa responded, "Speaking of breakfast, here it comes now."
Wheezy quickly brought over the family's meal, hot and fresh from the kitchen. The smell of cinnamon and syrup filled the air and filled Alyona with excitement as she anticipated her special breakfast.
"Your cinnamon French toast with maple syrup and a side of strawberry jam, Mistress Blossom," Wheezy politely said as he gently placed the plate in front of the young girl.
"Thank you, Wheezy! It looks amazing!" Alyona cheered.
Even though Wheezy had only served the Malfoys for about a month or so, he had immediately took notice of Alyona much kinder and softer demeanor when compared to Draco and his parents.
"You're very welcome, Mistress Blossom," the little elf said with a smile as he turned away and walked out of the room.
"You know, you really shouldn't be so nice to them, it makes them defiant over time," Narcissa said coldly as she picked up her eating utensils, "That's exactly what happened with Dobby."
"Ugh, must you say his name, mother?" Draco asked, "He was such an embarrassment, and a lazy elf at that."
The Malfoy's giggled at their son's humor while Alyona chuckled slightly to keep up appearances. She had actually liked Dobby, and was disheartened to hear that he would no longer be around.
~ooOOOoo~
Immediately after their morning meal, the Malfoys remained in the dining room, they positioned four chairs into a closed formation so they could all face each other as they began Draco's lessons.
"Alright then, I think the best place to start would be to get a sample of your abilities," Lucius said.
Alyona was a bit nervous about doing one of the only things that her father explicitly said never to do, but if the outcome would be that Draco would be Immune to her charm, then she was willing to try anything.
"Don't be nervous, Darling. Sing for me," Draco gently coaxed, "If anything goes wrong, mother will pull me and father out of our trance."
Alyona took a deep breath, "Well…okay."
After a brief moment of trying to decide what she was going to sing, she nervously began to serenade the Malfoys.
Alyona chose a popular muggle tune that she had heard on the radio while in the car with her parents.
Her beautiful voice almost immediately put both Lucius and Draco in a glassy-eyed trance. Both of them sat in their chairs completely still, mouths agape with drool beginning to leak out, and their heads slightly tilted to one side.
Their grey eyes were engulfed by a foggy film that completely covered any and all signs of their pupils or irises.
Narcissa gasped at not only how angelic Alyona's voice was, but how horrifying her husband and son looked in this moment.
"Alyona, Dear, I think that's enough for now," Narcissa respectfully requested as she was beginning to become extremely concerned.
Over the course of about thirty seconds, Lucius and Draco slowly came out of their hypnotic state and look around the room in extreme confusion.
"Wha…what just happened?" Draco pondered as he placed both hands over his eyes, Shielding them from the dim light of the manor, "Bloody hell, my eyes are killing me. My head is pounding, as well."
Lucius struggled to maintain his focus as he too was suffering from the results of the zombie-like state that he had just returned from.
"Oh, wow…um…Yes, I do believe that Alyona's abilities are going to be quite the obstacle to overcome," Lucius confirmed, "But, we must persevere."
~ooOOOoo~
Over the next couple weeks, the family made it a point to train Draco and Lucius to shield themselves from the hypnotic power of Alyona's voice.
Both men struggled immensely each time the young girl opened her mouth to sing. Narcissa could tell that they were becoming slightly more resistant, which gave the group a little bit of hope.
Despite the optimism shared by Lucius and Draco, they all knew that without immense focus and complete dedication, they wouldn't ever have a fighting chance against the young girls vocals.
Narcissa continued to train her husband and son tirelessly, going over different techniques and methods to hopefully find something that worked.
Even though both men work long and hard to achieve their goal, Draco was noticeably more determined than his father. The thought of never being able to listen to his beloved sing made his heart sink.
~ooOOOoo~
Before the family knew it, it was mid August, and Lucius and Draco hadn't quite made the progress that they were hoping for.
Both men still struggled with keeping their minds protected from the persuasive melody of Alyona's singing. While Lucius was coming along more so than his son was, he too was still amazed at how strong the sound of a siren really was. It was unlike anything he had ever witnessed.
It was mid-day, August ninth when Lucius came up to the children, who were seated comfortably on the floor, busy with their noses buried in one of the thousands of books within the manor's library.
"Alyona," Lucius called out, "I just received a letter from your father."
The two kids looked at each other as they put down their books and stood up. They were unable to decipher based on his expression alone weather Draco's father came with good or bad news.
"Madam Malkin had sent him a request for you to model the new robe collection that she's received in shipment. Would you be interested?" Lucius smiled.
"Oh my goodness, I completely forgot about that! Of course, absolutely!" Alyona exclaimed.
"Then we best be off. According to this letter, she open to meeting with you as soon as possible," Lucius declared.
Both kids were incredibly excited as they dashed from the library and headed down to the manor's entrance where just outside, the Malfoy's carriage awaited them.
~ooOOOoo~
After a long and sight-filled carriage over the lush fields of rural England, Wheezy had landed the group just outside of Diagon Alley.
They swiftly stepped off down and out of their ride and began making their way to the main strip of shoppes that lined the famed street.
The Malfoys were on edge about being out of the safe confines of the manor. Not so much for their safety, but for their guest.
People whisked by the group as they nodded and smiled towards the family, all while whispers flew about why the Blossom girl was with the Malfoys. Thankfully, it was just a short walk to Madam Malkin's.
They four were greeted immediately by the shoppe keeper with a welcoming tone.
"Good morning, thank you all so much for coming in today!" Malkin exclaimed with joy. Her kind eyes then shifted down to the Alyona.
"Look at you, my dear. So pretty. You're just the face I need to advertise for my shoppe. Sales have been down noticeably since I regrettably agreed to work with Miss Parkinson," Madam Malkin confessed with ease.
"I bet. A real toad, that one." Draco commented while he smirked at his own joke.
Narcissa had to do her best to contain her giggles as to not seem immature while in public.
Unable to help herself, Narcissa turned to her husband to add to Draco's comment. "I saw the Parkinsons last week at Gabby's Galleria. You should see what they let their daughter do to her hair, it's absolutely dreadful."
Lucius held back a chuckle, but not without a small smirk creeping it's way onto his lips. Meanwhile, Madam Malkin was beginning taking Alyona's measurements with her enchanted measuring tape.
"My goodness, such a tiny waist," The shoppe keeper remarked.
Soon Alyona was whisked away to check the final fitting. After a few Alterations were made, the photoshoot began.
Madam Malkin had a backdrop set up that looked similar to the charms classroom at Hogwarts. Alyona was instructed to stand on the six inch platform that was placed a few feet in front on the background.
There was a bit of struggling at first, but after a few minutes, Alyona turned into a natural when it came to modeling.
Every pose and position that she was asked to do was perfectly executed. After a few outfit changes and many more great shots from the photographer, the photoshoot was complete.
"You did so wonderfully, dear. I'll have these images processed by the week's end and have them ready for the back to school season," The shoppe keeper gleefully said.
"Thank you so much for having me. This was a lot of fun!" Alyona exclaimed as she walked out of the dressing room in her original clothing.
Draco gave his girlfriend a proud grin, "You looked amazing, Darling. Well done."
"Awww thanks, Handsome," She cooed as the group said their 'thank you's' to the shoppe keeper and guided the children out of the store front to return to their manor dwelling.
~ooOOOoo~
After few more weeks, it was finally time to shop for the upcoming school year.
Diagon Alley was over-crowed with a combination of the usual civilians and enthused students, eager to cruse around the shoppes and check off items on their supply list.
First year students formed a disorganized line outside of Ollivander's wand shoppe, anticipating their turn to find a wand that would choose them as it's master.
Flourish and Blott's surpassed its occupancy limit with students frantically searching for the books required for their classes.
One of the busiest spots in all of Diagon Alley, was the famed Madam Malkin's Robes. Hoards of people swarmed the store as they shopped the large selection the shoppe offered.
Draco and Alyona made their way through the crowd on their way back to the Malfoy's secluded manor as they had finished up with their shopping needs much earlier that day.
Narcissa suggested they get to the shoppes as early as possible in order to miss the chaos that was currently ensuing. Draco had begged his mother to allow him to escort her around Diagon Alley, insisting that he'd look after her properly. Narcissa eventually caved and granted her son his wish, only because it would give her time to take care of some business at home.
Little did Alyona know that Draco and his mother had been planning something special for her to see when they arrived back to the large estate.
The two blondes were fitted for their custom robes first thing in the morning before the Madam Malkin had even opened up to the public. Lucius paid handsomely to not only have Draco's and Alyona's robes made from the finest fabrics known to wizard-kind, but he also shelled out extra gallons to have them tailored to perfection, as well.
Wheezy had already apparated back to the manor with their recent purchases, so the two of them decided to take a relaxing stroll as they watched the madness unfold.
As the young couple conversed amongst themselves, Draco stopped to point out the large moving picture advertising for the robe shoppe.
It was a image of Alyona twirling around in the generic school uniform as she smiled and flaunted the garment.
"Look at you up there, so pretty. I bet your parents are proud," Draco purred.
Alyona smiled before she noticed three familiar faces across the way that were staring at the moving advert with malice and contempt. It was the Parkinsons.
Pansy was sporting an inky black bob hairstyle with thick, blunt bangs that look like she had cut them herself in the dark. This made her look even more unappealing, which didn't seem possible before seeing this.
"What are you two looking at?! Didn't your parents teach you that it's not polite to stare!" misses Parkinson screeched in their direction.
Draco wasn't looking for a confrontation, he tightened his grip on Alyona's hand and led her away from the scowling family.
They picked up their pace, working their way through the ever growing crowd of people in the streets.
They were almost back to the archway that led to the location where Wheezy was Instructed to retrieve them with the carriage when Alyona felt as if she had knocked someone over accidentally.
She halted Draco as she turned to see who she had bumped into. It was a girl, about her height. She was on the ground with her belongings scattered about the tan brick road.
"Oh, I'm so sorry. Are you okay?" Alyona asked as she helped the girl to her feet. She also helped the girl pick up her recent purchases that had been knocked out of her hands.
"Oh, don't worry about it," the girl insisted as she brushed the dirt off her clothing, "Hi, I'm Astoria Gre—" the girl stopped mid-sentence when she realized who it was that had just helped her up.
"Get away me! I don't want your help!" She snipped at Alyona as she ran away through the crowd.
"What was that all about?" Draco asked.
"Alyona shrugged, "I'm…not sure."
They brushed it off and continued their journey home. Draco was particularly excited for his darling to see what his parents had in store for her upon her arrival.
~ooOOOoo~
The two Slytherins made it back to the manor and were immediately greeted by Narcissa.
"How did everything go? Nothing bad happened, right?" Narcissa asked.
"Everything went great. Other than an unpleasant exchange with the Parkinson's, we had a very successful shopping day," Draco said.
"Ugh, those people. They didn't cause too much of a commotion, did they?" Narcissa inquired.
Draco shook his head, "Not at all, they said a few choice words in our direction, I just guided Alyona away from them and we went about our business."
Narcissa breathed a sigh of relief, "Oh, that's good then. Well, I do believe that there's something you'd like to show Alyona?"
Draco smiled brightly as he nodded.
"What do you have to show me?" Alyona asked, feeling rather confused.
"Right this way," Draco smirked as he led her to his bedroom.
The three of them walked down the vast, dark hallways of the manor before reaching Draco's bedroom. They entered the room and headed over to the door that led into a room opposite Draco's closet .
"After you," Draco said politely as he gestured for Alyona to walk inside. The Blossom heiress strolled into the closet to reveal a beautiful sight.
The closet space had been transformed into something truly worthy of a Slytherin princess. The walls were a baby pink shade with a black paisley pattern expertly painted on top of it.
There was a black, gothic chandelier with pink crystals dangling from its frame that was hanging just above the exquisitely designed ebony wood vanity table.
In front of the tall windows, long, black frilly lace curtains fell to floor, providing the room with some shade and much needed privacy as well.
Alyona's clothes and shoes were meticulously organized around the room in a very careful and calculated fashion that made the space feel open and inviting.
Alyona's mouth fell as she took in the wonderful sight, "Wow! You...You guys did this for me?"
Narcissa smiled, "We wanted to give you something exciting to come back to during breaks from school. I do hope it's to your liking.
"It's so pretty! Thank you so much!" Alyona cheered as she threw herself at Narcissa, hugging her as tightly as she could.
"We're glad you like it, dear," Narcissa replied as she hugged the grateful girl in return.
After their embrace, it was Draco's turn to receive his thanks. Alyona hugged him whilst taking the lovely scent of his cologne.
"I'm happy that you like it, Darling," Draco said as he wrapped his arms securely around her.
