Third P.O.V

Everything starts with Reborn. It's a simple yet true statement. Especially when concerning one Sawada Tsunayoshi, a person who was considered dame to everyone except the Arcobaleno, and when they met him, every one of them felt that connection but Reborn was the one who started it.

"Chaos, I'm Reborn and-" He stopped midsentence at the strong and pure flames the man in front of him was suppressing. He couldn't tell whether or not it was on purpose, "I'm your tutor," Reborn continued as he locked eyes with the man and regained his composure.

"Tutor?" the man asked making Reborn pause at the melodic sound coming from his lips

"Yes, to join the mafia," the man's eyes widened in shock causing Reborn to smirk

"Nice to meet you Sawada Tsunayoshi," The name rolled off of Reborn's tongue, in a way that caused the other to blush

"I-I see, uh, nice to meet you too," Tsuna invited Reborn in by opening the door ever so slightly, Reborn walked in elegantly not once breaking eye contact, "Did my father send you?" Tsuna asked gently while closing the door

"In a way," The hitman gave a vague answer as he just stared at the, possibly, dormant sky, "Do you know much of the mafia?" Reborn asked, his eyes following the other into the kitchen

"Not really,"

Reborn just continued staring, "Plain espresso,"

Tsuna looked at him, "Excuse-" reborn cut him off immediately

"That's what I would like, Tsunayoshi~," Tsuna became more flustered but made the drink nonetheless.

"What if I say no?" Tsuna asked receiving no response from the hitman staring at him, "Mr. Reborn?" Tsuna turned around to look at the man only to see the said man leaning on the entrance of his kitchen

"I couldn't see you clearly from where I was Tsunayoshi~," Reborn said

Tsuna was confused with this man, first Tsuna thought Reborn was going to kill him, but then he found out he was going to be tutored by the man, and now he's... flirting? Is that right? "Well, Mr. Re-"

"Just Reborn, if you will," He said smoothly

"Fine, Reborn," Tsuna said as Reborn's stare became more intense

"May I call you Tsuna~?" Reborn asked

Tsuna turned around and gave Reborn his drink, "No, you may not," Reborn smirk became wider.

He then drank his espresso and its taste was, perfect, "You make good coffee,"

Tsuna looked at him blankly, "Are you flirting?"

Reborn finished the cup of coffee, "Yes, and I'm being honest,"

"Sure you are," Tsuna started feeling a bit weird about the situation, "Do you do this to everyone you first meet?"

"No, unless its a target," The hitman responded honestly

Tsuna became confused, "I thought I wasn't your target,"

"Not under the same category, but," Reborn smirked, causing the brunette to shiver, "I will seduce you,"

The younger man blushed, "That sounds weird," he mumbled slightly

"Don't fret Tsunayoshi, I won't do anything without consent," the words were sincere, which felt weird to the brunette even if he hadn't known the hitman for that long

"Even flirting?"

Reborn nodded in response, "Even flirting,"

Tsuna needed to break the tension, "You may call me Tsuna if you'd like," he relented

Reborn's eyebrow raised in curiosity, "I thought I wasn't allowed to?"

"That was before and this is now Reborn,"

A smirk graced the others' lips, "I see, and to answer your question from before," He took a sip of coffee, basking in the suspense he was, purposely, creating, "These are direct orders Tsuna, maybe they can be disobeyed in the future." He finished his train of thought, not providing any elaboration on what he meant.

"I don't get it. What do you mean?" Tsuna asked

The hitman merely waved the curious sky off, "Nevermind that. Might I have some more coffee, Tsuna?"

The brunette sighed in response and went to get some more espresso for the dangerous man in his kitchen.

They conversed for some time before deciding it should be time to go to bed for the night, "I don't have a guest bedroom," Tsuna looked down as he put away the dishes, "I can sleep on the couch and you can," he stopped his sentence when he felt hands wrapping around his waist.

"You're the host, you should sleep in your own room." Reborn's breath hit Tsuna's neck, his lips never actually touching the brunette.

"Y-You said," Tsuna cleared his throat, "you wouldn't flirt."

"I'm not, I'm merely stating how it be rude of me to let you, sweet Tsuna, sleep on the couch." Reborn made the brunette turn around to face him

Tsuna finally realized how tall the hitman is. He was, after all, far taller than the brunette. It made the dormant sky feel flustered, "What would you suggest then?"

"Well, we're both adults. We can simply sleep in the same bed, can't we?" Reborn blinked innocently at the brunette

"I-What?!" Tsuna was completely red in the face and it only got worse as the hitman moved closer and until he was right by his ear

"Kidding," Reborn baritone voice sent shivers down Tsuna's spine, "I can sleep on the couch, Tsuna." The man took a step back to take in the very flustered brunette

"But, um, you," Tsuna stammered out a response

"Would you actually prefer me to sleep with you then?" Reborn smirked

"No!" They both froze when Tsuna said that. He quickly added to his statement to alleviate the tension, "It would be rude to have you sleep on the couch, that's all." The blush was finally leaving his face, much to Reborn's dismay, and instead, he held a determined and stubborn look in his eyes. The eyes were a light brown just a moment before, but they now shine with a brilliant amber.

"Alright," the hitman gave in with a huff of amusement, "I'll do as you please Tsuna." He teased lightly, watching as pink dusted the brunette's cheeks yet again.

Tsuna quickly turned around, "Well, I'll finish up here and then show you my room." His voice was slightly higher, his embarrassment as clear as day.

"Whatever you say Tsuna."

Another shiver ran down the brunette's spine. To him it was just about how the hitman said his name, it was so smooth and seductive. It caused these butterflies in his stomach that he didn't know existed. Tsuna needed to focus for now. Ignore whatever it was and just finish the dishes.

Reborn, on the other hand, was watching as the brunette began to wash the dishes as if he were frustrated, 'Did I go too far?' He asked himself before taking notice of the other's, now red, ears. 'No, I didn't.' The man smirked as Tsuna finished up and turned around.

"Alright, I'll show you to my room." Tsuna made a gesture for Reborn to follow him.

The two of them went up the stairs together, passing by a few pictures here and there of a woman and a man. The pictures occasionally had a child as well. Reborn had immediately recognized the man as Iemitsu.

"Where is your mother currently?" He asked as they began to walk down a hall that was just as dull and lifeless as the rest of the house.

"She passed away some time ago," Tsuna responded in a solemn tone

"I'm sorry for your loss. Iemitsu never mentioned it." Reborn pondered on why he never told the hitman, or even the Nono, 'Was he too sad to tell anyone?'

"He didn't know. I've tried calling to tell him but he never answered."

Reborn went silent at new information. He broke his own silence with another question, "What about money?"

"I work part-time at a cafe. It's not much, but it pays rent." Tsuna answered, his tone wasn't as solemn as before but it still held a tinge of sadness

"That's going to change soon," Reborn said under his breath

"Hm?"

"Nothing." They stop at a door, "This is your room?" the hitman asked

"Yeah, don't do anything creepy, ok?" Tsuna joked in response

The fedora-wearing man huffed out a small laugh, "No promises. Night Tsuna."

The brunette smiled light, "Good night Reborn," He walked back to the living room and grabbed a throw blanket. He ended up falling asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow on the couch, 'Today wasn't horrible,' Tsuna thought to himself as he drifted asleep, 'Not horrible at all,' a smile graced his lips as his dreams became nothing but sweet.

In the morning, Tsuna was woken up in a weird way. It wasn't like a slap to the face or anything, it was a gunshot next to his face.

"Morning Tsuna," Reborn greeted the tired brunette

"Did you have to wake me up like that Reborn?" Tsuna asked

"Would you have preferred me waking you up in a different way?" The man responded with a question, his eyebrow raised in a mischievous way. The smirk gracing his lips was no better.

Tsuna wouldn't ever say it out loud but the man was rather handsome, "Besides that, good morning Reborn." The brunette smiled lightly at the man in front of him

"You don't have anything in your fridge. Let's go get groceries right now." Reborn, despite how warm he felt from Tsuna's greeting and how much he wanted to let the brunette sleep, was not going to go hungry.

"It is time for shopping, huh?" Tsuna mumbled as he looked towards the kitchen, "I'll go get dressed, do you mind waiting down here for me?" He asked, looking back at the hitman

"Not at all Tsuna."

With that, the brunette quickly got up and went to his. He threw on some jeans, a white shirt, and a pastel orange jacket as well. He ran back down the stairs, "Let's get our shoes on and go,"

Reborn nodded, "What about your hair?"

"No time, come on." Tsuna hurried the man who simply laughed lightly, wondering why the brunette was so excited.

He should've known that it wasn't excitement, it was worry. He had always believed he knew what a battle was until now. Until this moment where middle-aged women were fighting over food and clothes, "Tsuna, what is happening?" Reborn asked the sky, his voice, though no one could tell, was on the verge of fear.

"It's sale day. Here's a list of what we need, are you ready?" Tsuna asked the hitman as if it were a life or death type situation.

Reborn nodded, as he still tried to wrap his head around what was happening.

"Good, let's do this then." Determination now filled the brunette's eyes

What happened next became a blur for the hitman. He could remember being hit with a purse indirectly a few times. He had to use his stealth to get through all of the women, and very few men, to get to the items Tsuna needed. In the end, he did it and Tsuna gave him a pat on the back when he sat on a nearby bench.

"Good job Reborn. Is there anything you want?" He wanted to reward the, now distraught, hitman. He really should have just offered some espresso.

"A kiss." Reborn's voice was absolutely serious

"You promised," Tsuna complained but a look from the hitman made him pause, "...Fine, just this once." He was blushing heavily as he leaned down.

Reborn looked at him, waiting, but Tsuna was taking too long. So he grabbed the brunette's hand and dragged him down, making their lips meet. In doing so, Tsuna was practically sitting on the hitman's lap.

Reborn let his flames mingle with the sky flames that seemed to be flaring inside him. He let his sun flames court the brunette carefully.

After some time, the two parted for air, "Amazing," Reborn muttered loud enough for the brunette to hear, "Your flames,"

Tsuna could see the lust in the other's eyes, "We should go back to my apartment,"

"Sure Tsuna," The man smirked as the brunette got up, "Training will start after we eat."

The sky sighed in a mix of relief and exasperation. As long as Reborn was here, his life was going to be in utter chaos.
