Reviews:

rider09mk2: Well, read to find out.

Remzal Von Enili: That was my original plan, but then I remembered a small detail about Tracing. Shirou cannot Trace those from just an image, if he wants to Trace a weapon. He needs to see it in the flesh so to say.

jack hopper: Thank you for your positive feedback on the last chapter, and for your question. Yes, actually. Though it will take him some time to summon such weapons.

And for the rest of the Reviews. Thank you, for your positive feedback on Jaune's interaction with Ozpin. Though to be completely honest, I could've done that one better. But as a mediocre writer, that just writes to escape reality. That was the best that I could do, for now.

"Why me!" Jaune speaking with his thoughts

All I see is red. Mostly because we're currently deep within the Forever Fall Forest, due to Professor Goodwitch asking me to demonstrate some of my weapons to both, her and Ozpin.

"Interesting, so any weapons you lay your eyes on. You can not just see it's history, but of it's wielder as well?" Professor Goodwitch asked, clarifying what Ozpin most likely vaguely explained to her.

"Technically yes, but I can also replicate the skills of the user when I Trace their weapons" I added, and I can basically tell that Professor Goodwitch's brain is on overdrive. Most likely thinking about the possibilities of my "Semblance", though she knows it's Magecraft.

"I see, I suppose that makes your Magecraft similar to Ms Scarletina's Semblance. Though she cannot produce weapons until she finishes her own special weapon" Wait what? Velvet has that kind of Semblance?

"Hm, seems like this world has a Faker as well. How... Coincidental" Yeah, I suppose that is too much of a coincidence.

"Zelrech most likely already knew about this world... Hah... What a pain" Oh wow, never heard Shirou sound so defeated like that.

"But enough comparison, show me your current strongest weapon you could create" She suddenly ordered... Technically I'm not creating them, I'm more of like... Summoning them.

"Uh... Strongest against what exactly?" That made her raise a brow, and even Ozpin paused from sipping his Cocoa.

"Can you perhaps, clarify that?" She told me while pushing her glasses up. Why is it that on some women, wearing glasses can be extremely intimidating.

"I uh, I can Trace weapons strong against Grimm" I summoned Kanshou and Bakuya. "These two have anti-monster properties, that is very efficient on killing Grimm"

I placed both blades on the table a few feet to our left, then summoned by far, the most fearsome spear I can currently summon. I focused, and slowly but surely... A blood red spear with a barbed tip appeared out of thin air. It's bloodlust then immediately washed over the area, and both Professor and Headmaster shivered at it's presence.

"And this, this is Gae Bolg" Glynda tensed, her grip on her Riding Crop got tighter as she backed away from the spear.

Meanwhile, Ozpin almost went on the offensive. But thanks to me giving them a warning before Tracing it, he managed to hold himself back.

"Mr Arc! dismiss that weapon at once!"

I however didn't, as while I know negative emotions can attract Grimm... Gae Bolg's bloodlust is something even Grimm, is afraid of.

"Oh, you don't have to worry Professor. I have first hand experience when it comes to this" I said nonchalantly, making the two of them glare at me and prepared to fight the horde of Grimm that could be approaching... Which they did, but.

"W-What?!"

Glynda voiced her surprise as she and Headmaster Ozpin, gawked at the sight of the Grimm that were once on the hunt, now afraid of getting any closer. Gae Bolg's bloodlust keeping them at bay, while also attracting them to our location.

"H-How is this possible!? It should be impossible! The sheer amount of negative emotion should be making them go berserk!" Professor Goodwitch, couldn't fathom what was happening in front of her. Which is understandable, with how broken each and every Noble Phantasms are in their own way.

"Honestly, I think it's because of the fact that they still have animalistic instincts" Honestly, if I was any animal and be exposed to this kind of bloodlust? I'd be on the same boat.

"Mr Arc, I think that you should dismiss the weapon now. That way, you could perhaps show us why those Falchions of yours, are effective against the Grimm" Headmaster Ozpin suddenly said, still tense.

I shrugged before dismissing Gae Bolg. Which in turn, caused the small horde to finally gain the courage to attack us.

The Beowolves were fast, but I was faster thanks to me already applying Reinforcement on myself. Three were immediately cut as I threw another pair of the Married Blades at them, before using Bakuya to block a swipe from the fourth one that dodged.

I pushed it off, charged, and stabbed it's chest and head with both blades before jumping away from an Ursa. I landed after a backflip and threw both blades, which pierced the bear Grimm between it's armpits, which made it's front paws useless.

I uncoupled Crocea Mors from my back, and with a Reinforced jump. I cut the Ursa in half.

Thanks to everyone's training, and technically torture from Archer. My skills has greatly improved, more akin to a proper Beacon student now, than before.

I placed my shield in front, blocking a rolling Boarbatusk. I could still feel the impact hurting, but not like before where I would normally be off my feet immediately.

I pushed it off, causing it to unroll itself midair. But it didn't get another chance at attacking when multiple mundane swords, that pierced it's normally thick hide on its back. Killing the beast immediately.

More Beowulves came, but I already Traced Magnhild, and with Nora's permission. Loaded the weapon with Fire Dust rounds, before transforming it into it's hammer form.

"It's Hammer time!" Nora would be proud.

Pulling the trigger immediately, as soon as the head made contact with the ground. The immediate affect was explosive. large chunks of dirt and rock flew in all directions and the following earthquake cracked the ground beneath the attacking Beowulves. Which made them fall in.

I transformed Magnhild again to it's grenade launcher form, and immediately fired two grenades at the clumped Grimm. Erasing them all from existence.

I took out the remaining bullets for later use before dismissing Magnhild, and Tracing Myrtenaster, which I loaded with Ice and Lightning Dust.

Another horde of Ursa came to view and with me copying Weiss' moves. I weaved in between their attacks with grace that I wouldn't have normally. Though I am technically equally flexible to her, due to me getting dancing lessons.

With me behind all four of them, I stabbed Myrtenaster to the ground with Ice Dust active. Freezing the ground and making them lose traction, before slamming all of them with Lightning Dust, electrocuting them.

I let out a deep breath, and I felt my body relax a little, when there were no longer any Grimm coming at us.

"Well... That's that" I was about to return to my spot when the trees behind me got toppled. I looked back, and I let out a suffering sigh.

"And there's a King Taijitu..." Without any hesitation, I Reinforced myself again, and Traced Kanshou and Bakuya.

I ran towards the twin headed snake, before vaulting over the black head's attack, and flipping over the white one. I then stabbed both swords to where the snakes meet together, and with a grunt. I separated both of them.

Both heads roared in pain, but I ignored their loud screeches, before throwing multiple Kanshou and Bakuya at the opposite heads. Kinda poetic in a sense.

"Impressive, Mr Arc. It's a surprise to see such an effective weapon against the

Grimm. Normally even the most sharpest of blades would bounce off their bone armor depending on the age, but your Falchions went through them like butter" Ozpin praised, as i returned in front of them. Oh right, that reminds me. I should make some clarified butter for some recipes I'm making for tomorrow's breakfast.

"Thank you Headmaster" I replied, to which he gave me a nod.

"Mr Arc, next time when summoning G-Gae Bolg" She must be really shaken by the spear's sheer bloodlust still.

"You should give a proper warning" I nodded, which she finally managed to straighten herself. I really can't blame her, she was the closest to Gae Bolg after all.

"Sorry, Professor... I'll do better next time" I said as I guiltily scratched the back of my head.

"Good, now let us test your limits on your weapon summoning. How much can you continuously summon them?" She asked, pulling out her Scroll as she intended to write everything down.

"Well, it depends on the weapon that I'm Tracing. The more mundane it is, the lesser Aura it takes, but for example. Gae Bolg, it took a good amount of my Aura for one" I kept quiet about the fact that each legendary weapons, could use a move that could cut space, bend time, kill immortals, or all three at once. Heck, even concepts aren't safe with some of them.

She nodded as she checked my Aura through my Scroll. And just for a demonstration, I Traced a mundane blade, which didn't even take one percent of my Aura, but then I Traced Kanshou and Bakuya, which took more, but not enough to make a noticeable dent. Until I Traced a literal stone sword, that could barely be considered a sword. Which took a lot out of my Aura, the more divinity the weapon has, the more Aura it takes too.

And using it's Noble Phantasm is a no no, as it costs quadruple the amount of Aura to do so.

"A stone sword costs that much?" Professor raised a brow as she asked me. To which I replied with a shrug.

"Believe it or not, that thing is one of the most dangerous weapons I've got in my arsenal" I told her, though I suppose it's on the top twenty in my book.

"Hm, while I am not sure, how such a weapon costs that much, but if anything. Try to avoid creating such weapons, you wouldn't know when a little bit more Aura could help in a tight situation" Yep, Archer drilled that to my head earlier on my career as their ride.

"Will do, Professor. Also, about Reinforcement" That caught her attention again.

"I can reinforce things to their best quality right?" Both of them nodded.

"But here's the thing about Reinforcement, if I reinforce something too much" I traced a porcelain cup, and applied reinforcement on it.

"It can go volatile" Glowing cracks appeared on the cup's perfect make. I then waited until a little bit more cracks appeared before throwing it at a tree.

*BOOM*

And an explosion comparable to a small cut of Fire Dust Crystal utterly destroyed the tree.

"Yeah, I do that a lot" Both of them looked at me like I'm insane... Well, only Glynda. Ozpin only started to think deeply on how effective of a weapon against Grimm it could be.

"You what!?" Glynda all, but screamed at me. Which of course, I cowered before her menacing Aura... Thankfully I already dealt with the nearby Grimm.

"I... I uh... I use it to increase my physical prowess?" I cringed slightly, preparing for the worst. Honestly, I'd be happy to be stuck under Port's unnecessary rambling than this.

"Young man, do you have any idea, how dangerous that is?" She basically yelled, though not really.

"I uh... I do? I mean, I know my limitations, and only use the perfect amount of Reinforcement, to avoid a limb exploding... Or an organ" I tell Professor Goodwitch. She continued to glare at me, but decided to let it go after a few more minutes.

"Fine, as long as you know your limits. I suppose I could look over this, just once" She relented.

"She may act cold, most of the time. But she does care for her students" And that is a good quality for a teacher... Unlike Professor Port, who's story is unending and barely giving proper advice.

"That's a good quality to have" Shirou hummed in agreement, while Archer made sure I could hear him scoff at me.

"Cross Out!" Ruby yelled as the both of us ran towards a dummy. Both of us holding Crescent Rose. However, the one on my hands is a copy.

"Now!" She yelled again, and we both fired Gravity Dust Rounds to boost our speed. We both jumped at the same time, before Ruby hooked our blades together, she then her Semblance to gain momentum. Causing the both of us to spin forward, and after a few rotations. She threw me first, allowing me to slice the dummy diagonally, as Ruby followed up with another diagonal slash of her own.

The torso of the dummy split into four pieces, sliding off both slashes that formed a cross.

"Yeah! That was so cool! We need to do again!" Ruby excitedly yelled at me, even though she's literally right next to me.

"Woah, easy there Rubes. You almost blew my eardrums off" I chuckled as she ignored me, holding both Scythes with surprising ease.

"You know... I really do wonder how she could carry such a heavy weapon like that, with such relative ease... Even you need to put some effort on it without Reinforcement" Shirou commented.

"I honestly have no idea" I replied back to him.

"We should really get a better name for it though! So just in case our Team gets to be a Team, in one of our future mission!" She said, mind too far gone in her fantasies. She didn't even notice Yang come up to her, and smack her softly on the head.

"Ow! Yang!" Ruby complained.

"Don't "Yang" me. We promised to go out as a team today remember? Now you're all sweaty and dirty" Seeing Yang reprimand her sister, I decided to let them be and move away from them, and stood over a metal table, filled with Crescent Rose Magazines, each having different Dust effects. But for the first time, I felt my body burn hotter than normal.

"Uh, guys? Why am I feeling a lot hotter than usual, after using Magecraft?" I asked my two tenants within my mind.

"I don't know, though it doesn't seem to affect you in any way, at all. Could possibly be because for the last five days, you've been using our Magecraft a lot more. Though, I never had this problem" Shirou replied, a hum followed after he said his words.

"It is just a little side effect for constant use of our Magecraft, Jaune. Like a hot engine being doused with water. You notice the steam coming off of you right? That's your sweat, and since it's quite a common occurrence to overheat while using Magecraft, due to your Magic Circuits activating under your skin" Archer spoke, giving me a good idea as to why I've been heating up more than before from time to time.

Though now that I've been made aware, I can see thin wisps of steam coming off of me. Oddly enough it doesn't smell like anything at all.

But since my felt hotter than before, I was forced to take off my top. Starting with my armor, then my Pumpkin Pete's Hoodie, that I won though sheer amounts of consumption... Which I was immediately reprimanded by Shirou, who saw the cereal as extremely unhealthy.

Grabbing a towel and soaking it with cold water from the nearby water dispenser, I then immediately draped it over my face. Steam immediately started forming and escaped upward.

I sighed, the coldness of the wet towel helping me cool off. Maybe I should start bringing Water Dust, just in case I get too overheated.

However, as time went on. I couldn't help but feel groggy, weakness slowly encompasses my body as my body heat went higher.

"Woah there, Jaune. You do realize we're still here right?" I heard Yang call out to me, but I could only let out a weak response.

"J-Jaune! Why did you t-take your s-shirt off!" Ruby yelled while stuttering. Their voices however, slowly kept getting further.

"Hey Jaune? You ok there buddy" I suddenly felt Yang turn me around to face them, but her brief touch told her everything.

"Woah! Jaune! You're heating up!" She yelled, her voice now more further away from before, and is echoing slightly.

"Ruby! Get a Professor!" Yang yelled at her sister, who was frozen on the spot before Yang managed to snap her back to reality.

Ruby Pov

"Help! Any Professors out nearby?! My friend needs help!" I yelled throughout the hallway, all the while using my Semblance to speed around each corner.

"Miss Rose, how many times do I have to remind you that, using your semblance within the Hallways aren't allowed?" I heard the familiar voice of Professor Goodwitch. To which I immediately stopped in front of her after I doubled back.

"Professor! *pant* I need your *pant* help! Jaune! He's *pant* There's something wrong with him!" I managed to yell out after panting hard.

Professor Goodwitch's eyes widened slightly before quickly running off towards where I came from.

"Where is he?!" She asked.

"Training room!" I replied back, and we both sped our way back there. Gathering attention from different students, including a passing Team CVFY. Who I too, told about Jaune's condition.

I quickly caught up with Professor Goodwitch, who is now turning around the corner to where the Training room is. Outside said Training room however, is the rest of Team JNPR. All of them looking quite excited, except for Ren.

"Please move out of the way students" Professor Goodwitch told them after slowing down. Which they did and I decided to stop in front of them.

"Ruby? What's happening?" Pyrrha asked, confused at the situation.

"Jaune! He! He's burning up!" I somehow managed to get out without panting. And immediately, Pyrrha's eyes went wide before rushing in the room.

"Oh no! Fearless Leader is in trouble! Onwards Ren!" Nora followed after a speeding Pyrrha, which Ren nodded and ran after them.

I caught my breath, and immediately joined in the run. After reaching the area where Jaune and I used for training. Yang has somehow moved him towards the water dispenser and kept making him drink water, everytime Jaune weakly asked for some. Body still steaming everytime he weakly told Yang to douse him.

"Jaune! What happened?!" Pyrrha worriedly asked the blonde, who replied with a weak groan.

"Everyone stand back, I need room to safely carry him to the infirmary" Professor Goodwitch said, taking out her Riding Crop and started covering Jaune with her Semblance.

Only for the purple glow of her Semblance to suddenly shatter around Jaune.

As soon as the the Aura broke, he screamed. Painful wails echoed throughout the room as he rolled on the floor, all the while screaming in pain.

"Jaune!" Pyrrha tried to get close, only for a sudden tip of a blade to emerge from Jaune's back.

Blood splattered as the blade emerged. My eyed widened in fear as we all jumped away from the sudden appearance of the blade.

Soon enough, the thin blade slowly emerged from Jaune's back, revealing a crooked design and it's metal, purple with golden accents in color. It doesn't look like a proper weapon, more akin to a ceremonial one, due to its handle and guard having gems.

More blades broke all over Jaune's body, all different and unique. Normally I'd be excited to see new weapons, but I could only stare with fear and worry for Jaune.

Each blade that fully emerged made a clang on the floor, and the wounds. The wounds slowly got covered by tiny blades, strikingly similar to a weave of chain-like armor. It was effectively stopping the bleeding but, Jaune is still cringing in pain, mouth open wide with a scream.

It took a few minutes for Jaune to finally stop screaming and rolling in pain, as the blades finally stopped breaking through his skin and clanging on the metal floor, of the training room.

Pyrrha was shaken, Nora hugging Ren for comfort. While Yang hugged me to also comfort me. But I couldn't calm down, seeing my first new friend in so much pain like that.

"He has exhausted almost all of his Aura, I need to get him to the infirmary ASAP" Professor Goodwitch was the first one to recover from the shock of the event. And through sheer professionalism and experience, she powered through.

"Shh, it's ok Ruby. Jaune can get back up from this" Yang eased to my ears, as she held me tightly. While I did hear her, my focus was on the blades that emerged from Jaune's body.

"Excuse me, I need to go with them" Pyrrha came to be, and excused herself to follow the Professor, which Nora and Ren also decided to follow after.

"Come on Ruby, let's get out of here" Yang told me, but I didn't budge. My eyes glued on to every weapons on the floor, and what I saw was multiple blades of different designs and makes. But only three truly captured my full attention.

I broke free from Yang's brace, before kneeling down on the floor, where Jaune's blood barely reached my knees.

"Ruby!" Yang yelled after me, but I ignored her. All I see are these beautiful blades.

One of them was a great sword, a black scabbard embraced it's silver blade and designs of crosses prominent on it's make.

I unconsciously reached for the fortunately clean blade, and once my hand gripped its handle. I saw a man with long grey hair, his chest exposed and glowing with power. He mouthed a word I couldn't hear, and the weapon on his hands glowed bright blue. The same weapon I am holding at this very moment.

I dropped the blade, then I immediately held the next one. This time, it's an exposed blade. No scabbard in sight.

it has a black blade, wide guard that seemingly wouldn't protect it's user from other blades, if it tres to catch one. And it's tip ending in a bulbous design with chips on either sides.

I saw a man clad in Darkened blue armor, visor glowing red with rage as the man? Howled at the moon, before disappearing from sight. On his hip, the very same sword, ready to splatter blood.

I quickly let go of the sword, now feeling like it could murder me at any moment, as black miasma suddenly formed around it.

The last blade however, was beautiful... No, calling it Beautiful would be an insult!

It has a blade that seems to glow softly like the sun's rays, it's guard golden in color, and a blue handle. It's a perfect two handed sword. Easily fits in my hand, as I held it gently.

The blade hummed with power, I felt myself empowered just by holding it. And so, what I saw was a Woman in armor.

I'd say it's more akin to a gown, but the armor pieces expresses it differently. There she stood on a hill, sword poised and ready. Her opponent? Another Woman, only this time. Sharing similarities between them. Both has blonde hair, and green eyes. Yet, both stood opposite of each other.

With a yell, the Woman in blue unleashed the power within the blade, and my vision ends there.

"Ruby! Speak to me!" I came back to my senses, now with Yang shaking me vigorously.

"Y-Yang! S-Stop sh-shaking me!" I blurted out, finally making Yang stop.

"What was that Ruby!? You just shoved me and ran towards those swords like a maniac! You were unresponsive for ten minutes straight!" She reprimanded me, while yet again, shaking me.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to do that!" I managed to break free from her hold again, and tried to reason with her.

"I know you like weapons and all, but those things just hurt Jaune! I've never seen backlash from a Semblance like that!" Yang said to me.

"They're not a Semblance!" I mentally yelled back, but managed to stop myself from blurting it out.

"S-sorry... I just couldn't help myself" Yang scrutinized me for a good minute, before finally relenting with a sigh.

"Fine, just don't do that again" She warned me and I nodded.

"Now let's get going, and probably- Wait what?" I raised a brow when Yang suddenly stopped talking. Until she pointed behind me and found what happened.

"No... No! No! Wait!" I screamed as I futilely tried to stop the weapons from disintegrating to blue motes of light.

"It's no use, they're gone" Yang told me, eyeing the place where the blades disappeared wearily.

I sighed in defeat, then followed Yang outside to return to our Dorms. What were those visions I just saw... And why would swords give me those visions too.

Hopefully Jaune could recover soon, maybe he has an answer to this.

End.
