"Breaking News!" Announced a female newscaster into the camera urgently. "Just a few minutes ago, the villain known as Foresight, no relation to Sir Nighteye, took over the airwaves, and released this chilling message."
Suddenly, the image changed, showing a villain in ninja-like black and white armor and two swords strapped to his back, looking into a camera. And judging by his surroundings he appeared to be on some kind of boat.
"Greets city of Musutafu. I am Foresight, leader of the new League of Villains." Foresight said, his voice sounding gruff and coarse, implying he was out of his prime "For years you've held the greatest leader known to history, All for One, within the walls of Tartarus. Imprisoning him under an entire fortress. Well. No longer. We of the league have been planning, gathering resources, building our strength for years. All for today. You see, we've created a bomb, capable of leveling the entire city. That will go off in four hours if All for One is not released. Now I know what you're thinking. The heroes will surely disarm it. Well, we have countermeasures for that. Firstly, you've likely noticed my men have taken hostages all over the city."
Foresight then moved aside, revealing that behind was the head of the H.P.S.C.
"Including her." Foresight said. "The very head of hero society. If you attempt to disarm my bomb in any way, then the hostages will die. And my bomb is guarded by my two, most elite men. Of course, if I were the heroes, I would likely focus on neither the bomb nor the hostages, but rather the legions of my men that I've sent to reak havoc upon the city. Should you leave them unchecked, they'll destroy the city before the bomb even goes off. Of course, if you release All for One, all of this will be called off. The bomb will be deactivated, the hostages released, and the villains recalled. You have three hours. Think about this, very, very carefully."
And the transmission cut off, and the newswoman returned, however, her expression wasn't one of fear, but rather she had on a confident smile. "Of course, what the villains don't know, is that the heroes were well aware of this plan from the start. Having had spies in their organization for quite some time. The people in the areas where the villains were to be deployed have already been evacuated, and the heroes are ready to attack. Stay calm everyone, this will all be over soon."
XXXXXXXXXXXX
"What!?" Foresight screamed as he watched the news on his phone, hearing the newswoman say everything about the spies and how the heroes already had a plan of attack.
And then he faintly heard the sound of something gooey behind him.
Foresight turned around just in time, to see that rather than the tied H.P.S.C. board woman, was a blonde teenage girl, completely naked, with a feral grin on her face and a knife in her hand, that was aimed for his chest.
The villain quickly jumped back while pulling out one of his swords, and deflecting her attack.
"Hehehe. It's funny how you think you're so smart, yet you didn't even notice me sneaking around your little club." The girl giggled, walking over to the edge of the boat.
"You! I know you!" Foresight immediately recognized the girl. It was hard not to. Her face, her weapon of choice, and of course her quirk all gave her away. "Himiko Toga!"
"Nope! That's Himiko Midoriya to you!" Himiko pouted. "I hate it when people call me that! It's so annoying!"
"How can you do this! You were a member of the league!" Foresight shouted out in rage and frustration. "Do you even know what they did to you! They reset you like a fucking faulty computer!"
Himiko rolled her eyes. "Of course, I know what they did. Although to be fair it was an accident."
"An accident they didn't bother to reverse!" Foresight argued, leveling his sword at Himiko. "They erased who you were!"
"Yeah, but who I was was, A: kind of bitch. B: Totally nuts. And C: definitely going to jail for the rest of her life." Himiko countered nonchalantly, clearly having had this talk many times before. "Old me probably wouldn't be too happy about being reset, but new me is pretty happy all things considered. I got to be rich, have a loving family, a good childhood, lots of people that understood me and cared about me, all the blood I could ever want to drink, and most importantly, I'm not in jail! So yeah, pretty good deal all things considered."
"You make me sick." Foresight spat.
"I get that a lot. Anyway, see ya! Have fun getting beat up by the ocean!" Himiko giggled, as she then tipped overboard, falling into the water.
"Fighting the ocean…oh shit." Foresight's eyes went wide, as he realized who Himiko meant.
Suddenly, the water around the ship rose up, and Kota rose up being lifted by the water.
"Water Hose." Foresight said as he got into a fighting stance. "To think they'd send a mere hero student to face me alone."
"I'm more than enough to deal with you. The only reason you're even leader of this bootleg team is because you're the only one with even half a brain." Kota chuckled, as he lowed himself onto the boat.
Water wrapped around him, forming a shield around him.
The veil was deceptively thin, but Foresight knew that Water Hose's defensive techniques were tougher than they seemed.
Water burst out of Kota's hands, going through the water shield, and rushing at Foresight with incredible speed.
But Foresight saw it coming and jumped back just in time as one of the water blasts dove down at where he was standing, smashing through the wooden floor before the villain then narrowly dodged another that was aimed at his chest.
Foresight. Quirk: Analyst. Allows him to analyze situations in front of him, to predict the most likely outcome.
The water kept coming at him through, splitting off into many different streams that all sought out Foresight, approaching him at different angles at incredibly fast speeds.
Seeing the most likely direction of each attack, Foresight flipped backward, performing some gymnastics to dodge the streams as they flew at him.
He rolled to the side and started running away. Shit! Out of all the heroes they could send my way, it had to be him! But I need to stay calm. Even if we did have a spy lurking about, our plan will succeed! I just need to hold on.

Re Destro sighed as he looked over the city, from the top of a skyscraper. To think I'm taking orders from someone with a lesser quirk! What has life come to?
The former leader of the M.L.F. clenched his fist in anger. He hated this. He hated becoming just another flunky for All for One.
But what choice did he have?
The M.L.F. was dead. Midoriya and the heroes made damn sure of that. And if it weren't for this new league of villains, even he would be rotting away in a cell.
But since he was still free, he had to do his best to keep Destro's dream alive. And the only way to do that was to free All for One, and hope that somehow, he could use that man's fearsome power and influence to help revive the M.L.F.
It was a long shot, mostly because All for One had his own interests, but again, what other choice did he have?
He needed someone in Japan with enough power and influence to keep him safe from Midoriya's wrath, and thus, this was his only option.
If this failed, then everything he'd worked towards, all of his aspirations, Destro's dream, would be dead.
Re Destro looked back at his hostages, who stared at him in absolute terror, as they should, considering how he towered over them, his quirk active meaning he was utterly massive.
At the very least Redestro got his choice of hostages. People with completely useless quirks. So weak they might as well not have them.
No one would miss them if he got the order to splatter them across the rooftop.
VROOM!
"Recipro Burst!"
Suddenly Tenya Iida came in out of nowhere and kicked Redestro right in the face. Hitting him so hard it knocked him off the building, causing both of them to go into freefall.
Where did he come from! Re Destro though in a panic. How did the heroes respond so quirky!? Damn those bastards!
Re Destro adjusted himself mid-air and glared at Iida. "You fool! Do you think you and your B-rank quirk can best me!?"
"Probably not!" Iida shouted. "But I'm not your opponent!"
Suddenly, a Grimm Griffen flew in and caught Iida before flying away with him.
"As if I'll let you-" Redestro stopped mid-sentence, when he noticed a giant silhouette, overshadowing him, getting bigger, and bigger.
He looked up and saw Kai coming down on top of him.
CRASH!
Kai slammed into Redestro, and the two hit the ground with such great force, it completely destroyed the street they landed in, and the impact sent shockwaves that destroyed all the surrounding windows and made cracks in the buildings around them.
"Hello, we haven't met in person before. I'm Kai! Kai Midoriya!" Kai introduced himself in a voice that seemed far too friendly for the situation.
"I know who you are monster!" Re Destro spat, as he pulled himself out of the crater Kai put him in, despite having the boy still on top of him.
Kai felt himself getting lifted up, and so he flew upwards, flying back a bit, allowing Redestro to pull himself up.
"You!" Re Destro glared harshly at Kai. And if looks could kill Kai would be dead 100 times over. "You and your family took everything from me! Humiliated me! Took away my precious allies!"
"You do realize you blaming us for defending ourselves when you attack us, and then taking you down, after you attacked us, so you would stop attacking us." Kai pointed out, landing back on the ground a good distance away from Re Destro.
"I'll have your father pay for what he's done! And finally fix the mistake of his birth!" Re Destro swore, as his body grew even larger. "But first I'll rid the world of a monster that's plagued it for far too long! Rahh!"
The giant hulking monster, charged at Kai, lunging at him at insane speeds.
Re Destro tried to punch Kai's center head, but that just left him open to snatched up in the jaws of his left head.
Kai but down into Redestro, before lunching him up into the air, and then using his right head to catch his leg, and then fling him into the ground, hard, kicking up deadly winds that blew away all the dust and rubble that was created from their crash.
"Agh!" Re Destro recoiled in pain for a moment, but quickly recovered, allowing him to launch himself away from the spot he was laying in, just before Kai stomped on it.
"You know, when mom put you away, a lot of us were really happy," Kai explained to him. "But some others were really upset. They wanted one of us to be the one to take you down."
Kai moved forward, his huge, intimidating body, looming over the villain that tried so hard to hurt him and his family. "So on behalf of my siblings. I'll be the one to crush you once and for all."

Meanwhile, Alzoc Park was in absolute chaos.
The villain Overgrow had taken over the park, with his quirk that allowed him to control planet life around him.
Everyone in the park had been taken hostage and were being held by the trees, the bark having covered their bodies from the neck down.
Overgrow himself, was watching over them with a cocky grin. The man was rather lanky, and the entire outfit was made of vines and leaves, with a vine headband on his forehead, that matched his green hair. "Just sit tight, this will all be over soon…one way or another, hehehe."
Little did he know how right he was.
SPLASH!
"Huh!?" Overgrow looked at the pond next to him, to see that Shiruku had popped out of it, jumping out of the water and into the air. "What!? Designer!? Agh!"
Before he could react, Shiruku shot out a web at him, before using it to pick him up in the air, swing him around, and throw him aside.
Meanwhile, one of the hostages, a rather plain-looking man, looked around, before smirking.
Then suddenly, the man disappeared, revealing not a plain-looking man, but an unusual-looking woman, the Pro Hero Pinky, with one of Yami's illusion spiders on her shoulder, which she used to disguise herself.
She immediately used her acid to free herself of her wooden prison, before moving on to do the same to the hostages.
"What!? How!?" Overgrow roared, as he was about to summon more vines from the ground to stop Mina when he realized Shiruku was about to shoot another web at him, and instead summoned a tree out of the ground to block her web.
"I would focus on me if I were you," Shiruku told him, giving him a disgusted look. "That disgusting apparel of yours offends me. There are so many people who make the nature aesthetic work, and yet it looks like you simply threw a bunch of crap you found in a forest on you and called it an outfit!"
Shiruku pulled on the tree she'd hit with her web, ripping it out the ground, before swinging it around to hit Overgrow.
Overgrow made some vines come out of the ground to grab the tree before it could hit him. "Damn you, heroes! I'll use you as fertilizer!"
The villain made vines come out of the ground around Shiruku, which attempted to grab her, but the spider girl jumped high into the air to avoid them.
"Hmph, I should be thanking you, after we're done saving the city, my clothing will skyrocket in sales! And I'll be able to charge double for pretty much everything!" Shiruku gloated.
The vines flew up to try and grab her while she was in the air, but Shiruku webbed the ground behind her, and pulled on it, pulling herself away from the vines.
Shiruku looked over at Mina and the hostages. Mina had finished freeing them all, and the Manticore's had finally arrived, and Mina was now getting everyone on their backs.
Good. Everything was going to plan.
Now all she had to do, was take down this fool.

Meanwhile, in the Jaku hospital lobby, the villain Polymorph had taken some of the staff hostage and had them all tied up in the middle of the lobby.
"This place was once a base of operations for the great Dr. Garaki. One of All for One's greatest allies. Now it's just a shell of its former self." Polymorph lamented.
The villain was pretty big. Being almost 10 feet tall, and having an equally huge and muscular physique, which was on display at all times, as he wore only a pair of military camo pants, boots, and absolutely no shirt.
Suddenly the villain's earpiece came online. "The heroes are on to us! Kill the hostages!"
"Got it." Polymorph said as he activated his quirk. Turning his body to metal.
Polymorph. Quirk: Polymorph. Allows him to transform his body into any material that he touches. When boosted by Trigger, it allows him to transform into any material he's touched recently. Each material has different properties and can give him different abilities.
The villain was about to turn around and start doing as he was ordered.
But suddenly, he heard the door open.
"Huh!?" Polymorph turned his head back at the door and saw it was flapping shut. But there was no trace of anyone around.
Or at least no one in front of him.
CRASH!
Suddenly, he was tackled out of the room, through the door, and into the hallway itself.
Polymorph tried to elbow whatever was holding him, but he hit nothing. And suddenly the grip around him disappeared.
"Who did that!?" Polymorph said, looking around him.
Then suddenly, Ken as Ghostfreak appeared in front of him. "Boo!"
"Rah!" Polymorph tried to punch Ken, but the fist just when through him as Ken turned intangible.
"Hahahaha!" Ken laughed in Ghostfreak's sinister, raspy voice. "Having some trouble? Here. Let me get give you a hand, or four."
Suddenly Ken flashed green, and instead of Ghostfreak, now Ken was Four Arms and punched Polymorph right in the face.
"Gah!" Polymorph grunted in pain as he got punched across the hallway, before crashing into a wall. "Agh. Shit."
"Now, then. I think it's time for a good old fashion beat down." Ken said, cracking his many knuckles.
"Grrr!" Polymorph changed into rubber, and launched his fist at Ken, extending his rubber arm at Ken to try and punch him in the face.
Ken just tilted his head to the side, dodging the fist, before, after another flash of green, he turned into Heatblast, and touched Polymorph's extended arm.
"AGHHHHHHH!" Polymorph cried in pain as his arm got burned. He quickly recalled his arm and clutched it. The scent of burning rubber emitted from it.
"I'd I ask you to surrender, but I already know how this fight is going to go," Ken said, as he ignited a fireball in his hand.

In a warehouse at the city's harbor, was the villain known as Frightening Bolt.
The villain may have looked a little silly with his bright yellow jumpsuit and black visor, but his quirk was no joke.
Not only was he able to shoot bolts of lightning, but he could curve those bolts, controlling them as they flew through the air.
Many said with the right training he could be a lighting version of Endeavor.
However, as of right now, he only had one thought on his mind. And it wasn't the massive plan he was involved with, rather-
Man, I should have eaten something.
It was his extremely empty stomach.
For whatever reason, he just hadn't eaten anything today, and he dosen't know why.
At the time, he'd figured he just didn't have time. But looking back, he doesn't know why he thought that because he had plenty of time!
And now he was kicking himself because he felt like he was about to pass out.
"I better hope this wraps up quickly." The villain muttered to himself.
"The heroes have got us! Kill the hostages!" Foresight ordered through his earpiece.
"Oh shit. Better do this quick. Can't fight off heroes like this." The villain said, turning to the hostages with lighting sparking in his hands.
Without a moment of hesitation, the villain shot a massive bolt of lighting at the hostages.
However, the hostage closest to the villain, a man with blue hair and gills, stood up and took the bolt.
The huge bolt, which should have hit the whole group of hostages, was instead entirely absorbed into that one hostage.
When the light from the bolt died down, instead of the gilled man that was there before, standing there was Denki Kaminari.
"Chargebolt!" Frightening Bolt shouted out in surprise and panic. "How-"
The villain stopped, when he noticed the now dead Mind Weaver, which must have been responsible for Kamianri's disguise.
It had been fried by the lightning, but so had the ropes that were binding the hero.
"You look surprised to see me! Don't ya know? Whenever a villain is causing trouble, a hero will show up and stop em." Kaminari said giving him a smirk.
"Shit." Frighting Bolt cursed, as he took a battle stance.
"Sorry bud, you won't be fighting me," Kaminari told him. "I'm just here in case you decide to go off-script. Instead, we're gonna let the kids get some experience, while you're delirious from hunger."
"How did you know about-" Bolt was cut off when suddenly a ball of fire crashed down through the roof.
The fire faded, revealing Netsu, floating above the ground.
"Alright!" Netsu said, cracking his knuckles. "I don't like having to fight someone while they're starving. But I'm gonna have to take you down regardless! Sorry man."

"Alright, everyone!" Shouted the villain Accelerate, to an army of villains, in the streets of the city. "Let's fuck some shit up!"
Accelerate was to lead the rampaging villain, seeing as his quirk was perfect for causing as much damage as quickly as possible.
Normally, Accelerate's quirk would simply make him very fast. However thanks to Trigger, he now had another ability. That being the more he ran, the more energy he built up, and he could unleash that energy on his opponents, in the form of a powerful blow. Giving him both great speed and strength.
The man wore a white jumpsuit, and blue goggles, that almost made him look like a pro hero if it weren't for his black tongue that signified the use of Trigger.
Flying above them, was the second man in charge, a man in a high-tech suit of armor. Jetstream.
Many would think that the jetpack on his back was simply part of his armor, but really, it was part of his body. His quirk.
Jetstream. Quirk: Jetstream. Allows the user to fly at incredible speeds through the air, with a jetpack attached to his back.
"Today! We free All for One!" Accelerate shouted, pumping up the crowd.
"Yeah!" Screamed the villains.
"Today, we finally end this new golden age of heroes!" Accelerate continued.
"Yeah!"
"Today we-"
"All go to jail!" Shouted a feminine voice out of nowhere.
"Yeah!" The villains screamed before they realized what they just heard, and then they all gave each other confused looks. "Huh?"
"Who said that!?" Accelerate shouted, looking for the source of the voice, which from what they heard was right in front of them, even though no one appeared to be there.
At least that's what it looked like.
Suddenly, Kiba, and an army of various Grimm behind her. All of them having been cloaked by Mind Weavers.
Kiba was standing atop two Beringels, looking down at the villains with a smug expression. She wore her blood-red armor, with her cape flapping elegantly in the wind.
"Shit it's the heroes!" The villains shouted in a panic.
"Oh ho ho ho!" Kiba laughed. "Greetings miscreants and mongrels! It is I! The legendary hero, Regina Tenebraum Ateerna! You should be honored that I personally came to dispatch you. Although I'm sure being hit by me is a memory you would treasure for the rest of your pitiful existence, I will give you the chance to surrender."
"You! You damn ungrateful brat!" Accelerate shouted at Kiba. "You wouldn't even be half the person you were without All for One! You should be helping us!"
"Oh yes, I'm so grateful to the immortal evil overlord who tried to kill my family, for kidnapping me, experimenting on my body without my consent, erasing my memories, and trying to turn me into a living weapon for him," Kiba said bitterly, glaring down at the villains. "Now, if you're done with your bad jokes, I will repeat myself this once. Surrender now or…oh silly me. I nearly forgot. You're not going to surrender. I already know how this battle ends. Why am I even wasting my time? Grimm, seize them all!"
The Grimm charged forward towards the villains, and the villains rushed to meet them, beginning a one-sided battle, as the Grimm outnumbered them five to one.
"Shit. Jetstream! You need to take out Grimm Reaper or we'll never be able to do a damn thing!" Accelerate shouted up at the flying villain. "He should be on a building ten miles south of here! It's massive and he sticks out like a sore thumb!"
"Got it," Jetstream said, before flying away in that direction, moving so fast no Grimm could ever hope to catch him.
Wait a minute? How the fuck did I know that? Accelerate wondered being extremely confused about why he said that or even where that information came from. However he couldn't think too hard about it, as Beowulf was coming right at him, and he had to dodge its claw swipe. Wait who cares about that! I have to get out of here!"
And with that Accelerate fled the battle in a panic, moving past the dense crowd of Grimm and running along the empty streets of the city.
Kiba giggled. "Leaving so soon? Well, that's fine. We knew you'd do that after all. Just like how we know, exactly where you're going. All will go as Alice wrote."

Elsewhere in an abandoned, run-down building, in the poorer part of the city, were two villains, guarding a large crate, which contained the aforementioned bomb.
The first villain was Terra. A female villain, short but rather toned, wearing some casual clothes, just some jeans, and a sports bra.
Her quirk was Earth Manipulation. Not a creative name but one that told you exactly what the quirk did. It let her freely control the earth itself. Things such as dirt, stone, and any naturally occurring geological materials.
The second villain was known as Arsenal. A large bulky man, wearing a similar outfit to Terra. Just some jeans and a tank top.
His quirk was called Arsenal. An interesting quirk that allowed him to recreate any weapon he's touched from out of his body. And thanks to the League of Villains resources, he's got quite a lot of weapons for many situations.
"You think the bomb will actually go off?" Arsenal asked his fellow guard.
"No way." Terra rolled her eyes. "As if they'd just let the whole city blow up! They're gonna release the old man any second now. And when he's out, he's gonna give us all quirks."
The two then started to imagine all the quirks that they could get, and their daydreaming would cost them.
Suddenly, while they were off guard, two tendrils, one blue and pink, and the other completely black, burst through the walls from opposite sides, and wrapped around their legs, tripping them up, before pulling them in separate directions away from each other. Taking Terra outside and Arsenal deeper into the building.
"Agh!" Terra grit her teeth as she got dragged across the street, her back skidding along the ground.
She quickly used her quirk to make a jagged stone erupt from the ground, and cut off the tendril that was dragging her along.
"Fuck!" Terra cried as she got up and rubbed her back.
The cut-off tendril continued retreating back, before sinking back into none other than Fu, who standing not too far away from Terra.
"We'd know you won't, but I'd like to offer you the chance to surrender, in case you want to go off-script," Fu told her.
"Eat shit!" Terra said, before activating her quirk.
The ground shook, and Fu jumped up to avoid a bunch of earth spikes that Terra made to impale him.
Fu shot out a bunch of tendrils at her from his chest.
Terra brought up a wall to try and block the tendrils, but before the tendrils even hit the wall, they moved around the wall, so quickly it was as if he knew she was gonna do that.
The tendrils wrapped around her torso and her neck, before squeezing tightly.
"Ack!" Terra could feel the air being choked out of her. Her skin bruising, and her bones creaking under Fu's power.
Quickly, Terra summoned some more spikes to cut off the tendrils.
The moment the tendrils came off her, she took in a deep breath. "Fuck! Agh!"
"You should have surrendered while you still could," Fu told her. "Because now we have to do this, the hard way."
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Meanwhile, Arsenal found himself being dragged deeper into the building by the other tendril.
Arsenal got thrown into a room by the tendril and rolled across the floor until he hit a wall. "Agh!"
While the villain was recovering, he heard a creepy giggle coming from the doorway.
He looked up and saw Sansan peaking inside the room.
"Demon Slime. Should have known." Arsenal said pulling himself to his feet and glaring at the girl. "Don't worry, I've got something special for you!"
Arsenal activated his quirk, and a raygun came out of his arm and shot out a white beam at Sansan.
The beam hit one of Sansan's ponytails and froze it solid.
"Ha! You see that ya little shit!" Arsenal gloated. "You try and come at me, and I'll freeze ya-Woah!"
Arsenal ducked, as Sansan threw the frozen piece of herself at him, missing him, and shattering along the wall behind him.
The villain immediately tried to retaliate by shooting off another ice beam at her, but Sansan ducked out of the way in time.
"Tch! Quit dodging you little shit." Arsenal told her, and he was about to go after her when he realized something. If he left this room, Sansan could just ambush him. Right now he had the advantage, and all he had to do was stay in this room.
"Heh! Try and get me you liquid bitch!" Arsenal shouted, ready to shoot Sansan immediately if she showed herself.
Meanwhile, Sansan was just giggling to herself in the hallway.
She just found it hilarious how the poor fool she was fighting, didn't even know what thoughts were his.
Of course, none of the villains knew what thoughts were theirs. How could they when Alice's quirk was just so effective, with all the information Himiko supplied them?
This battle may have technically just begun, but in reality, the ending was already written.
The first two-parter!
So you might have some questions. And if so, ask them in the reviews, and I'll happily answer them next chapter!
Anyway, please review even if you don't have a question and just give your thoughts, and have a nice day.
