This is what happens to me, I always need Him. This is my story.
I go to a quiet place, feeling defeated and worthless.
I fall on the floor, in sorrow and in pain.
I call unto Jesus and he asks me "Why are you in pain and sorrow? What is wrong?"
He always asks me this in a loving and caring tone.
I respond, "Jesus, I feel like, no, I have broken my covenant on with you. I am so sorry."
I tell him this with a heart in pain and sorrow, but he does not yell or scream at me, nor does he scorn me.
Instead, he assures me, "I will forgive you, just ask me and I will erase your sins."
With tears on the verge, I cry to him, "Lord, I have sinned. I am so sorry. I gave in to temptation, I have faltered and know my shame. Please, oh please Jesus, forgive me."
With a smile on his face and open arms, He tells me, "I do forgive you, no longer have you the need to feel guilty anymore. Your sin is under my blood."
I say with glee and joy, "Thank you Lord, oh thank you Jesus."
He says to me, "If you need anything, ask me and I will provide."
I go on with my life knowing He will always be there, that He will never abandon me, and always ready to forgive any sins I have committed.
I live to serve Him. It will not be easy, but I will do it nonetheless. Lord bless the people who choose you and live for you. And may Jesus be with you always. Remember, ask Him, and he will provide.
